Information about entry codes went into my junk email so make sure you check this. It felt strange not to have a key or any staff on hand at the property but the number to call was clearly communicated should there be any issues. Arrival time is 3pm and the main door keypad allowed me entry to building at 2:15pm but the apartment door code didn't work at this point. The code for the luggage store did so I left my bag and went to the local shops for a bit, returning after 3pm when the flat code was activated as promised. The property is in an excellent, central location, a few minutes walk from the railway station: look for a big blue door between Starbucks and Yo Sushi. The room was modern and of a decent size with an amazing view out of the huge windows to shoppers and workers below walking up and down Buchanan Street. A downside for me was the sense that fittings weren't of high quality and I wonder how this property will fare over the course of time. The bath'room' is more like a pod: compact and space-saving with a sliding door and motion sensor lighting; I found it too small and kept knocking my elbows when washing my face at the small sink. Standing in the centre of the room with arms outstretched, I could almost touch each wall. It wasn't as clean as I'd like and although the provided toiletries looked nice, I disliked the smell of the whisky hand soap so much that I went out and bought an alternative. The shower was a decent size and worked well; I presume this was the priority when the bathroom was being designed. I think someone else mentioned an awful smell in wardrobe from a mop and bucket stored there. Inside the wardrobe are hangers, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe but the smell was so bad I that I shut the door immediately and never opened it again during my stay. I was grateful for the 6 coat hooks located behind the main apartment door, which I used for hanging my clothes on instead. There was a hole in the wall from the front door handle bashing into it but that was repaired while I was out one day without me having to ask. The bed was large and comfortable and I appreciated the blackout binds however earplugs are essential if you're a light sleeper due to buses passing below the windows and the noise from other doors closing in the block. I liked the emphasis on recycling in the building but placement of the mixed recycling bins right next to the main relaxing area of sofa/TV wasn't ideal. The TV screen jammed as I was scrolling through the channels on the first night but I was able to rectify this by switching it on/off at the wall briefly. The 'nest' air conditioning/heating system was okay. It was a cold, wintry Scottish day on arrival and I found it worked well to keep the room cosy. I can't comment on how well it would cool things down if the weather was warm. The kitchenette was well equipped and I used the kettle, fridge and freezer compartment during my brief stay and there a

We had planned this trip before the local lockdown (COVID) but as no travel ban was put in place we decided to go ahead with the stay. The location is fantastic. Close to the train station, several car parks near by, and seconds from Buchanan Street. We arrived early to a warm welcome and accessed our room early. First impressions - it’s spotless! Lovely decor, good quality finishing, plenty kitchen equipment which came in really handy as the restaurants were all closed due to the lockdown. A really cosy room on the 6th floor with a great view. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel is very good, just beside the square and the train station. Not too far from Princes Square. But there is a distance from Glasgow Cathedral. Because I arrived early, I can't check in, but I can store my luggage. It’s too long to check in, always saying that the room is not ready. Hotel facilities are old and the elevator is a bit strange. The windows in the room are basically unable to open and the night will be hot. There is no air conditioning. The location is better, the other is not very good, if you go to Glasgow, it will not be booked again.

We stayed at the Premier Inn City Centre Buchanan Galleries for few days last week. Booked a Premier Plus room. We had a nice view from the room which was very clean and very comfortable. The few times I went to the reception, everyone was super helpful and kind. Check out is at 1200 which is nice time to check out. 2 employees tried to get in the room - after knocking very quickly - though in the morning to clean or to check the room. Good job we were not naked LOL! Also there is no phone to call reception, one needs to call from the mobile phone or email, which I did once as we were missing a towel but no one picked up the phone and no one ever replied to my email. So I just went down to the reception which is nice anyway. Finally the hotel is very well situated and I will definitely use it again if I / we ever go back to Glasgow. It is a great city with lovely people and nice food by the way.

The location of the hotel is great! It's easy to get out from the train station, and it's close to the city center. It's very convenient to go out for a stroll! The hotel facilities are also very complete, very compact and very comfortable! We stayed for two nights, but the next day we found that the room was not cleaned and the bath towels were not changed. It was reported to the front desk that it would be better to do the room cleaning but did not come. So I went to the front desk and asked for two bath towels, but they didn't come. I went to the front desk and took me two. When we left the front desk, we asked our check-in feeling very warmly. We told the truth. The front desk explained that the hotel had room cleaning service only for three days. If this is the case, we are happy to accept it! Anyway, give a good comment!

On entering the room, it was evident it hadn't been cleaned to the required standards, let alone during a global pandemic. The hand wash dispenser clearly hadn't been cleaned as it was visibly dirty and washed off with a wipe. On our second of a two night stay, we were clearly in the middle of a party that was going on between a number of rooms on our floor (and likely with people from other floors). Ridiculously loud music, constant shouting, arguing and door slamming ALL night, despite multiple calls to reception. There was a group of young adults (at a guess 18-20 year olds) running riot all throughout the night and into the morning. These said young adults are clearly immune to Covid as none of them seems to be wearing a mask, whether that be on the floor we were staying on or throughout the reception area. We reported this to the staff in the morning during check out to be told a number was provided to contact reception if there are any issues. After advising we did, multiple times, we just got a 'sorry' that didn't seem sincere. Although its a great location, unfortunately we won't be returning!

Myself and my daughter arrived at the hotel on 14th August having booked and pre-paid for a deluxe room with 2 single beds only to be directed to a small double room 1 bed and smelt damp and stale. When I complained to reception I was told that they were fully booked for 14th and 15th august and could not give us the room which we had booked? I was disgusted as I have stayed here on previous occasions without a problem. They did mention that had passed on wrong information when securing our accommodation. They subsequently managed to give my daughter a single room for the night leaving myself in the stale one but at that stage I would have slept in the foyer but told us we would have to check out of our rooms in the morn until they could arrange alternate accommodation for us. The hotel staff also told us that they did not have a deluxe room with 2 single beds in a long time yet it was advertised on their website ??. We checked out of our rooms on the morning of 15th august and informed us that they would have a room for us in the afternoon. When we returned to the hotel later in the afternoon we eventually got another room which was a deluxe with twin beds!! Can't believe we were treated in this manner it really spoiled our wee break having travelled all the way from Ireland. Hope this doesn't happen another guest.

The hotel is very close to the city center. To participate in the children's graduation ceremony, they need to wear formal clothes. After running a few laps, they are tired.

It is said that this hotel is good value for money. The location is really super, right next to George Square in the center. And not far from the train station. There is a pizzeria next to it that is super delicious and cheap. It seems to be the best pizzeria in the UK on trip advisor. The place where this hotel is not very popular is that the heating and air conditioning is not good, and it is a bit cold; there are a lot of fiber hairs left on the sheets after washing and drying. Although normal, it is still a bit uncomfortable
