Отель выбирали, исходя из расположения. Находится прямо в здании за Домом Зингера, в минуте ходьбы от Казанского собора и 10 минутах от Эрмитажа. Маленький нюанс - отель занимает 5 и 6 этаж в доме без лифта. Поэтому тем гостям, кому по каким-либо причинам сложно подниматься и спускаться по ступеням или с тяжелыми сумками, чемоданами, нужно иметь этот факт во внимании. Интерьер отеля выполнен в дереве, что сразу придает уют пребыванию. Полы также деревянные, поэтому прямо на входе вас просят надеть либо бахилы, либо снять обувь и оставить ее в специальных, отведенных под каждый номер, контейнерах. На них как раз указан номер комнаты. Сразу после маленького ресепшн вы попадаете в большую кухню-столовую. Так как эта мини-гостиница является сетью хостелов, отель не предоставляет питания. Но на оборудованной кухне есть: холодильник, где вы можете хранить свои продукты, микроволновая печь, чайник, есть посуда: тарелки, миски, чашки, ножи, вилки, ложки. Даже есть растворимый кофе и чай в пакетиках (бесплатно). Нужно отметить сразу идеальную чистоту всей (!) кухонной утвари! Но у отеля просьба - каждый постоялец после пользования посудой должен ее вымыть за собой. Посередине столовой стоит большой деревянный стол и удобные стулья. Повторюсь, интерьер очень уютный, домашний: над столом висят абажуры, обои нежного салатового цвета, повсюду милые аксессуары: стильные часы, картины, деревянные ложки-плошки на стенах, самовар на столе, старинные чемоданы, пианино и т.д. В отеле есть номера без удобств, без душа и туалета (они располагаются на этаже), а есть несколько с удобствами прямо в номере. Мы бронировали номер с удобствами и видом на канал Грибоедова и храм Спаса на Крови. Это была комната №15, на втором этаже отеля. На этаж ведет такая же стильная, как и весь остальной интерьер, лестница. На этом этаже также находятся номера, туалет и крытая терраса! Она просто потрясающая!!! Здесь можно как и отдыхать просто, сидя в плетеных креслах, так и завтракать, сидя на высоких барных стульях и наблюдая пейзаж за окнами - местный народ, туристов, канал Грибоедова и храм. В номере с удобствами стоит 2х ярусная кровать, деревянная. Ничего не скрипит, матрасы и постельные принадлежности чистые, удобные. Спать очень уютно. Нижний ярус кровати рассчитан на 2х человек, верхний - на одного. То есть в номере спокойно разместятся 3 взрослых. Кроме того, нижний ярус с довольно широким, полноценным 2х местным матрасом. Удобно размещаются 2 человека, не стесняя друг друга. Также в номере есть стол с настольной лампой, 2 стула, шкаф с вешалками-плечиками. В ванной комнате - душ и сам туалет. Из умывальных принадлежностей только жидкое мыло возле раковины. Отдельно отмечу в комнате низкий и широкий подоконник! Окно своим видом прямо выходит на крыши соседних домов, опять же на канал Грибоедова и на Храм Спаса на Крови. Великолепный вид!!! Можно на подоконник кинуть подушки или одеяло, пить чай/кофе и наслаждаться Питером. Администраторы на ресепшн очень доброжелательны,

Я знаю эту гостиницу давно, еще когда на первом курсе института проходила там практику, теперь я приезжаю сюда в качестве гостя, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что высокие стандарты обслуживания, уважение к своей истории, теплое отношение к гостям - это то, что остается неизменным в этом замечательном месте. За прошедший год мы останавливались в Европе не менее 3 раз в самые памятные для нас даты - на нашу свадьбу, день рождения мужа, годовщину свадьбы и мой день рождения. Каждый раз мы чувствовали себя максимально комфортно и соответственно уровню гостиницы. 3 раза бронировали террасу и один раз делбкс с видом на площадь Искусств. В чем их принципиальное отличие? Делюкс больше - сама комната и ванная, в отличной от других номеров цветовой гамме - беж и зеленый, гарантирован вид на площадь. Больше особых отличий не заметила. Окно открывается полностью, оно достаточно большое, чтобы полюбоваться видом и сделать красивые фото. Терраса - все номера находятся на 5 этаже и выходят либо на Площадь Искусств, либо на Михайловскую улицу. И хотя со всех сторон открывается красота города, нам достался вид на площадь только один раз, в день нашей свадьбы, сколько раз мы не делали примечания к бронированию, что будем благодарны за номер на эту сторону, к сожалению, больше жить именно с этим видом не довелось) Сам номер меньше делюкса, выдержанный в бежевых или розовых тонах. Ощущается некоторая нехватка пространства и ”воздуха”, но которая с лихвой окупается французскими окнами в пол и возможностью завтракать/обедать и ужинать с панорамным видом на город. Наполнение номера, как шкатулочка - разные бокалы, чашечки, приборы, шикарный набор открыток, ручки, карандашики, блокнотики, хороший фен, все для химчистки. Меню подушек для лббой головы и шеи, которые всегда можно попросить у бэкофиса. Фумигатор!) Есть кофемашина, и чайный набор (отдельный респект за вкуснейший чай ”Althaus”), которые всегда можно пополнить по запросу. Минибар за доп.плату, но выбор широкий - от вкусных сладких и соленых снеков до элитного алкоголя. В ванной комнате широкий выбор косметики неплохой фирмы Elemis, везти что-то с собой нет необходимости - шампуни, кондиционеры, молочко для тела, шетки, расчески, бритвенные наборы, даже соль для ванны. Уборка производится два раза в день: утром и вечером, когда номер готовят ”ко сну”, оставляя шоколадные медальки и пожелания на день. Наборы в ванной пополняются после каждой уборки. Внимание персонала видишь на каждом шагу - от встречи на входе, даже не на входе, а на подъезде к гостиницы, когда к тебе сразу подходят, чтобы открыть дверь и помочь с багажом, до баночки меда и поздравдений с памятными датами на каждой твоем шагу в гостинице. Завтраки - отдельная тема. Мы их ждем каждый раз чуть ли не больше, чем самого проживания в Европе) таких вкусных яиц голландез мы не ели ни на одном из завтраков ни в одном из отелей. The location is very good, very close to the Winter Palace and the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood. On the edge is Nevsky Avenue and the hotel is the Neva River. The traffic is very convenient, with less than 150 rubles per uber (15 or so). Breakfast is an ordinary Russian breakfast, egg fried bread and milk coffee. The taste is generally 7-11 points. You can drive in. The only downside is that it is relatively small. But we are always in the room as well. The cleaner lady will always help us to pack the room when we go out, and it will give the kind of clothes. If you don't like other people to touch your own things, don't throw clothes like me. By the way, wifi is a bit slow, and the estimate of watching TV is not good. I wish everyone a pleasant trip.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral. I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. В номере есть сейф, холодильник, телевизор, бутылка с водой, кулер на этаже. Завтрак - шведский стол (рис, овсяная каша, омлет, творог, овощи, фрукты, сырники, мясная нарезка, сыр... Чай, кофе, морс. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.
