Hurry and make up for one night, there is free parking, the parking lot is a bit hard to find, you have to go through a hole to test the car skills. The room was ok, but on the fourth floor, pulling the suitcase and walking the stairs was enough. The service is just like that. When we arrived late, the dinner time was over and I didn’t say anything. Fortunately, I found it in the side lane. It is best to drive the suitcase in the car, just take it up!

The place has a cool interior design. It does not have much space and there aren’t many facilities (I myself can live with that). But the host is, quite unlike other hostel hosts, pretty unfriendly and a bit hostile in his attitude which isn’t very pleasant when you stay there. The place looks quite clean but unfortunately I was bitten by fleas there. But that wasn’t the worst part. At all. After I came home I was contacted by my booking agency that told me that I hadn't met the rules/policy of the hostel and that I needed to pay a bill/fine for damages I had made, apparently. It didn't make sense to me. So I called the hostel and asked the host what the problem was. He said that I had eaten and drunk in bed and also left a lot of garbage. I did eat and drink in bed (didn’t know it wasn’t allowed) but I didn’t leave garbage, that's for sure. I would never do that in a hostel. He claimed that the entire bed was ruined because of my meal – even the mattress! He wanted me to pay 100 EUR for the damages!!!! He was angry and unfriendly. But he was very keen on getting my credit card information, though, which made me even more suspicious. I only stayed there for one night! I wasn't told that I was supposed to leave the sheets clean - hence, I would have washed them or used my sleeping bag. And hey, sheets do become dirty when you use them (I just participated in a marathon run which was why I was in town in the first place....). And how can one meal ruin an entire bed?! To the amount of 100 EUR?!! That isn’t realistic and it doesn't make sense even if I had feasted all night (I had a tomato sandwich). I talked to my booking agency and they called him. They found that he was claiming things without solid proof and they told him that no matter what, the cost of the damage of a meal could never add up to 100 EUR. Then he was very angry, hostile and unpleasant towards them, they told me. I travel a lot. I love staying in hostels - and have stayed in so many of them. Without any problems or complaints ever. I cannot recommend this place at all! Don't trust them! You are at risk of paying for imaginary damages afterwards. Foul play seems to be involved. If you do stay there – watch out, show precaution, take great care! And don’t give the host your credit card information. Pay cash. Frederikke from Denmark PS: There are other very nice hostels in Füssen. Very nice alternatives indeed. I stayed at one for 3 nights prior to this with no problems at all....

Five minutes walk from the train station, two minutes to the commercial street, the location is very good. The facilities are new, clean and sanitary. It is not recommended to eat here if you do not send breakfast. Foreigners are used to cold, but Chinese are not used to it. All in all, the price is suitable and recommended to stay.

I like to make my own delicious food and friends who are not very demanding on hardware. I recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the old city center and walks for three minutes from the river. In the morning, there is a morning market where you can buy local fresh vegetable bread and Meat, there are three supermarkets on the first floor of the train station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel offers simple kitchenware, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a fridge. The check in place is not the same as the place to live. This city is suitable for 2-3 days of leisure and holiday. It is recommended to buy a Swiss Pass where to go

The location is very good, just off the street, very close to the train station and the bus station. In the central area of Fussen, the hotel's breakfast is very rich. Milk, bread, coffee, hot dishes and fruits are all complete. The grandma at the reception is very good. With a free bus card, the hotel is affordable. It used to be a monastery converted into an old castle hotel. It is particularly antique and convenient for self-driving parking.

Right in the center of town, there is a supermarket downstairs. The hotel is not far away, and the bus station is also around the corner. Very good hotel breakfast, the parking lot has a very narrow entrance. After finally getting in, I realized there was another one behind. The front desk was very polite and waived the parking fee for 2 days, and the room was large and spacious. I also helped to give a temporary extra bed, like one!

The location is particularly good, the train wants to play in the past, the driver said that it is very close to no need to go, go over, it is probably more than 100 meters away, because there is no check-in time, the luggage is stored, the hotel has a room Specially used to store luggage. The breakfast is very good, there is a netto supermarket chain next to it, but it is closed on Sundays. There are family restaurants in the 600 meters from the hotel. Please note that it is closed from 2:30-5:30 at noon.

1. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. When I got off the train, I saw the central city hotel on the beige exterior wall. I got out of the turn and arrived. 2. The hotel was opened soon, the facilities are new, the boss attaches great importance to the guest experience, and is warm and thoughtful to the guests. The lobby is on the 0th floor, there are restaurants, there are tourist souvenir shops, all of them. I live in a triple room on the 1st floor. The room is not small. There are windows on both sides of the wall. The floor is made of wood and floor tiles, there are three-seat sofas and large wardrobes. Quiet and no noise at night. 3. After arriving at the store, the front desk will issue a Fussen transportation card, each deposit of 5 Euro, and the deposit will be refunded when the card is returned. It is very convenient to take the 78 or 73 road to Swan Castle. The town is not big, there is a rewe supermarket not far from the hotel. 4. The hotel buffet breakfast is 7 yuan per person and it is very good. The noon restaurant is closed. The boss is particularly good, allowing us to eat our own food at the restaurant after check-out, and give us a lot of more than a dozen breads. This hotel left us with a particularly good impression and is worth recommending.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the main fire and parking is possible, but most of the staff are very unprofessional. The service standards are not uniform. Rude and impolite. The front desk can not rest. There is no free public area. Ordered wine and brought some snacks and paid back We have to charge 15 euros without prior notice. We didn’t give it to him. We didn’t give it to him. We were very impatient. We didn’t leave after work. We had to charge us. The more we wanted to, the more angry we started to debate with him. Finally, he knew it. We were even more angry when we lost the pot and dumped the pot to the innocent temporary worker sister. Finally, he became angry and said that we should go back to the house and drink the wine bought at the bar immediately. Otherwise, we will charge a fee (three glasses of beer is only 15 euros. He is shameless. 15 Euro service charge) 😡

Bad review, first time! I first booked the order for the 8th stay, and later ordered the order for the 7th stay because of the change of the itinerary. The names of the two people in the order are exactly the same. As a result, when I returned to the hotel on the 8th, the front desk of the hotel (I don’t know if it was unfriendly before) called us, saying that we didn’t make a reservation, we found out that the order was negotiated before we could live, then I found that our luggage had been taken out. We lost a pair of slippers. Although it was not worth the money, it caused us a lot of inconvenience. (Everyone knows that European hotels don't provide slippers.) Then the front desk gave us a room. We went up and saw that it was much worse than the one we lived the day before. After checking my order, I found that the room type we ordered for two days was really different, but the order number 8 was better, bigger and more expensive, then we After going down and the front desk instructions, the front desk changed to the same room as the 7th. Without any explanation or apology, then our second day's room type should be bigger and better than the first day? ! This led us to move the baggage twice more! Is this a Ctrip issue or a hotel issue? I have a responsibility in my opinion!

Felsey is located at the crossroads of Füssen town centre to the north of the town. It takes less than 20 minutes to drag the suitcase from Füssen train station, and more than 10 minutes of foot speed can be reached. The hotel is not on the side of the road, so be sure to pay attention to the yellow tourist street sign, turn in from the indicated place, it will be almost arrived, there will be another street sign to continue to prompt. This hotel is a bit like the style of the hotel haus, not big but clean and exquisite, with a small courtyard, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the restaurant, can also eat in the small courtyard, drink a small wine after dinner, very comfortable. The town of Fussen is really beautiful and quiet, especially in the area around Lake Forggen in the north. Although it is far away from the town center, it takes ten minutes to walk, but the people are really scarce, staying for three nights, if not going to the theater. There are very few people on the road, and almost no one who does not speak German has met. There are many elderly people living here. The front desk of the hotel and the waiter and sister are very enthusiastic. I have a question and answer. I ask for directions almost every day. They will talk very carefully and give a new map every time. I had a transfer bus cancelled at that time, and also called the bus company for me. I asked in detail how to change the ticket and how to refund the ticket. I also checked the train ticket schedule and let me catch up with the most suitable. A train, strong praise! As soon as the hotel enters, there is a surrounding tourist information wall, a description of the fare of the three attractions of Neuschwanstein, the cruise schedule of Lake Forggen, as well as discounted advertisements for the theater, etc. The road at the entrance looks out into the distant mountains. We can see Neuschwanstein, and the hotel should be able to see the room in this direction, like the feeling of living in a fairy tale. Go to the train station for ten minutes during the day, then take the 73 and 78 bus for ten minutes, go to the ticketing center of Neuschwanstein Castle, visit a set of three attractions (New, Goshen Castle, Bavarian King's Museum), sit in the afternoon Returning to Fussen by bus, I watched a story about the king of Neuschwanstein at the Festspielhaus on the shores of Lake Forggen in the evening. The tour of Neuschwanstein was completed and I watched the locals of various Kua Ludwig II. The feeling is full of pink fan filters 😂. When the summer is hot, walk from the back road of the hotel to the shore of Lake Forggen, and watch the pictures of the locals swimming under the red net of the world, the Neuschwanstein Castle.

Normally I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I just have to tell the truth. I have no idea how this establishment gets the reviews it does. Perhaps I am too used to good service after traveling to 81 countries and being in the top 2% of reviewers on Trip Advisor. I will be fair and also tell you what’s good about this hotel. Pros: Very good WiFi. Excellent location with views of castle. Charming architecture. Very nice rooms with new furniture. Very clean. Cute bar at lobby. Lots of activities at hotel and around. Good and easy parking (free). The restaurant has very good food. My server for dinner (a gentleman) was very good. The spa is wonderful as far as facilities go and you can REALLY relax here. You can meet lots of interesting people here from all over. However, I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and this was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had after being in third world countries and so many bad places—that’s saying a lot. It comes down to the service and lack of consistency for paying guests. Before I arrived at the hotel I emailed Lisa at reception asking for a spa menu in English that had descriptions and pricing of the offered massages as the site didn’t have an English or French version and that I speak those. She wrote back telling me to click the button in the upper right corner which was no help at all as I explained to her in my next email because their mobile site has no option to change the language. She then emailed me back some screen shots of massages in English with no full descriptions and told me I could get 10% off if I booked a week ahead. I had given her my dates and asked her why she was offering that as I was getting there in less than a week. She never even answered that question. That was a red flag for the level of service. At check in I waited several minutes for help and the staff was just sitting in the office ignoring me. The bartender had to get them to help me! The guy who checked me in was very little help with questions I had and I also noticed the paperwork he had me fill out had city pass tickets of some sort for me. He never gave them to me I later realized. No one offered to help me with my bags, and finally I found some luggage carts on my own (without being told about them) and had to make two LONG trips back and forth to the room as the carts only hold one suitcase and I had two full size. Even a 2 star hotel helps with bags! After a 5 hour long drive all I wanted to do was enjoy a nice dinner in the restaurant and go to bed. I go to the restaurant at 9:05 pm and they are closed even through the sign clearly states they close at 9:30. The guy at the door tells me sorry and didn’t care at all when I told him I was a paying guest. The salad bar was already gone and cleaned up at 9:05 as I could see so I can only guess they had actually closed even earlier, but can’t be sure. Keep your word, Sommer. My dinner? Peanuts and gummy bears from the minibar. Yum. The next
