We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights in December 2019. As I called from the taxi on my to the hotel, we were personally, warm, welcomed by Philippe who waited for us outside. Once you enter the hotel you can clearly see the designer has done a great job. The check-in was smooth, warm and helpful! Upon entering the room we were embraced with a warm feeling we were entering our own bedroom instead of a hotel room. The room is nice and spacious, fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable, there was a desk with a PC. When you enter the bathroom, everything was there from hair drier to hairspray.... It is very clear the owners have given it some thought, which is highly appreciated. The bed: very big, very comfortable! Location wise it is great. It is very close to the station we arrived at with the KTX from Seoul. Further in a few minutes walk one can catch a number of city buses or the subway. Right behind the hotel is the nice Yongdusan Park with it's ”Busan Tower”, as well as the main shopping area is also very near by (walking distance). Unfortunately we realized that only 2 days in Busan was too short, as it is a very nice city, with very friendly, warm and helpful people, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again during our next stay!

The breakfast is very delicious! There is music on the roof and you can see the Busan Tower. The location is very good. There is a fashion street opposite the hotel, and the night market is just down the road. It is very convenient to go to Jagalchi Market, Biff Square, Canned Food Market, and Yeongdo Bridge. The hotel responds very quickly. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk always give help immediately, because the traffic is a bit difficult, and they use papago to translate it into Chinese for me. The room is spacious and the toilet is smart. You can watch Netflix, Youtube and Korean TV stations on TV. The only downside is that the window of the room type I chose faces the wall of the opposite building, which doesn't seem to be mentioned in the room details.

Let’s talk about the location of the hotel first. It is located in Jung-gu, Busan. Whether you go to Haeundae or Songdo, you won’t feel too far away. There are convenience stores and local restaurants nearby. The fried chicken nearby is delicious, and the hotel’s own cafe is also pretty good. Delicious! The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and the promotional pictures are exactly what it will look like when you stay there, which can completely make up for the regret of not being able to live by the beach in Busan. Moreover, the manager is very attentive and has prepared a record player, postcards, stamps, and a guest book in the room. People really want to stay in the room for a while longer. Toiletries and snacks are also local brands selected by the host. I spent a comfortable and good night's sleep in the hotel. The service was very considerate. I took a taxi from Busan Airport to the hotel, but the driver was not familiar with the location. I called the clerk for help halfway, but the clerk calculated our arrival time and waited directly at the door of the hotel. When we didn't use the credit card at first, the boss came out to help us settle the bill first. The overall service is very heartwarming. The only minor drawback was that the coffee filter and one coffee cup didn't seem to be fully cleaned. But overall it is still highly recommended. I regret that I only booked it for one night this time. I hope to have the opportunity to come again!

I booked for three nights, but there was no room for the first night because the president seemed to have changed, and I didn’t know I would stay. I stayed in another hotel for one night. We came back the next day. When I stayed at about 7,000 yen for 3 nights, I refunded 2,000 yen, but it was difficult because I paid 6,000 yen at another hotel after all. However, the front desk staff stepped on the pedals and their reaction was gentle. If there is a chance, I also want to stay.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, taking 2 rooms. To get to this hotel: a) From the international airport,take the airport limousine bus at Level 1, same level as Arrival Hall. Get out from Gate 3 and go to Bus Stop 3. Pay 6000 KRW pp to the bus driver. Stop at Gwangbok Lotte Mall and walk about 260m. The journey will take about 50 mins - 1 hr. ( The hotel is not so visible from the road side. Google Map doesn't work, so I used Waze which is helpful ). It is one street from the main road. When you get down from the bus, walk on the right, and on the first lane, turn left, walk straight, then right. Then walk all the way straight on the alley. On the left side, you will see the hotel ( hope this is the right direction ). b) Take a taxi. Not sure about the price as we didn't take it. My estimates would be about 25000 - 30000 KRW. Compliments to this hotel on: 1. Location is great, next to Busan Tower and Yongdusan Park. Also walking distance to Jagalchi Market and Gukje market etc. 2. Complimentary coffee and tea, 24 hours. 3. Staff is helpful although their English is poor. 4. Nampo Station is just about 5 mins walking distance from hotel. 5. Big shopping Mall, Lotte as well as Lotte Mart is within walking distance.

The location is located at BIFF Plaza in Mapo-dong. The location is great, and the price is the price of a homestay. It feels like a 5-star hotel🤭 All washing supplies, bath towels, slippers, bathrobes, etc. are provided. The most surprising thing for me is the facial cream. Also available. It is located in the city center, but the room size is really larger than expected, ✨✨and the bathroom and toilet are separate✨✨, which is really surprising, because most accommodation places in Korea are also separated from dry and wet areas🫢 . Although there are no services or breakfast provided, for the price and location, there is really nothing to fault ❤️ The room I stayed in today is a double bed room. The two walls of this room are glass windows 😍😍 and you can see the Busan Tower, which is really unique. And several of the glass windows can be opened and closed. The hotel has thoughtfully installed anti-mosquito nets, and there is a small terrace outside. It is really unique, because generally the windows cannot be opened and closed with such glass curtain walls. .

I arrived at the hotel after 11 o'clock and was going to leave my luggage, but I was able to enter the room because I could check in from now on with the service ^ _ ^ It was very good because it was right in front of me and I could see the cable car. The only shortcoming is that Google Maps cannot find and accurately locate the hotel. It is a new five star hotel in songdo beach so i decided to check it out. I had two separate stays for couple days each in the span of 10 days. The hotel is awesome and they upgraded me to a suite. Everything is new and clean... with that said, where do i begin. First of all nowhere in the wyndham website was stated that it was a soft opening. No room service and no lounge. The staff were very courteous but had incorrect information about a lot of things which made it very confusing. The water from the faucet had a little chemical smell. The elevators were the most inefficiently set up from parking to the room. The breakfast set up was scattered in inconsistent. I would have changed hotels after the first stay but wifey loved the rooms so we went back the second time. They should really have some, any, benefits for diamond members other than upgrades which they probably wont give if they are fully booked.

The room was spacious and individual heating, so it was very warm and comfortable. The overall remodeling made it clean and bright, but it felt like an old building. Breakfast is available, and if you go out, there are many restaurants within 5 minutes, so you don't have to worry about eating. Whale sashimi cake and miryang pork soup restaurant are famous enough to have to line up from early in the morning. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach Haeundae Beach, and the snacks you can taste at the surrounding market were also delicious. Above all, there were a lot of busking performances in the evening, so I was able to accumulate so good memories with the night view. The boss of the hotel was very kind and helped me in many ways, and the shower in the bathroom had a wide water pressure, but the water pressure in the sink was rather weak. Overall, the room and bathroom are spacious, clean and warm. The soundproofing was good, so I was able to stay quiet. There are many parking lots and there are many amenities around, so it is a place I want to visit again next time.

Stayed for 2 nights on a family trip. The facilities and service were excellent for the price range, and it was a large room with two double beds, a table, and a mini sofa. But I didn't know because there was no notice that the floor was carpeted. Disposable slippers are provided, but they tear quickly due to friction with the carpet. There are plenty of pillows, including toiletries, a hair dryer, and a styler, and the reclining bed is good for facilities. The bathroom floor was plastered incorrectly, so the water wouldn't drain. Even though I was sleeping, the fishy smell kept rising, so even though it was cold, I had to sleep with the window open. It is not recommended to visit with family as there are many businesses nearby. Singing all night long ㅜㅜ It works even if I close the window. There isn't much food around... So we continued driving around and came back to sleep late at night. They clean it well, but it can't be helped because of the smell, and it would be a good idea to consider carpeting. The floor of the slippers is dirty. There's a lot of dust... It's a shame that it doesn't seem worth the money you invested in after taking good care of it. There was also a barista robot. The staff were friendly and it was a memorable hotel.

Pros: Great Location. It was 3 mins from Busan station which is next to KTX station. We booked a family room for six, each of us has a single bed, place is spacious enough and was value for money. There was also a big bathtub. Cons: No hangers in the bathroom. No wardrobe/ hangers in the room itself. Basically, clothes have to be in your luggage or all over the place. Overall: The hotel reopened in Sep 2019. A pleasant stay.
