Motel-style rooms with excellent service. The hotel we were staying at just before this one was brand new, but we had to change rooms 3 times due to technical or cleanliness issues. This one has basic rooms that are not new, but they're kept very clean, and everything works great -- powerful heating, nice bathtub with great water pressure, etc. Room is functional. As you'd expect from the Campanile brand, great attention is given to the food. They'll keep a fully stocked breakfast buffet even if it's just you there and minutes before the end. Breakfast has great variety: both crepes and pancakes, hot chocolate a decaf... We were surprised that a small hotel can offer so much. Additionally, great attention was given to the hygiene in the restaurant area -- tables and chairs being sanitised after each guest leaves. Location-wise, it's actually great wit a car: just off the motorways, and few minutes from the tram where you cark for free and get your whole group to the city centre and back for few euros (look up the ”parc relais” deal... I parked at Arts et Métiers). Major malls are 10 mn away, and before you leave town you can buy cannelés at ”la toque cuivrée” nearby. Cinemas and late night eateries also minutes away by car. The area is very quiet and nothing disturbed our sleep in the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff was super helpful and always cheerful (all of them)... If you've travel around France a little bit, you know it doesn't happen that often! Much recommended for road trips with friend or on business.

I have done many hotels but I have rarely seen such a exemplary cleanliness, all my congratulations to the maintenance team that puts the heart into the work, it sees, it feels and it does good. The room is quite large and quality, soundproofing is good. The staff was very pleasant, laughing and good advice. Breakfast buffet is perfect for its price, quality is at the meeting, as well as variety. I'll be happy to come back.

Bonjour, cela fait plus d'un mois que je séjourne dans votre hôtel, la réception étant fermée de 11h à 17h, une réceptionniste Marion m'avait informé que l'on pouvait utiliser le micro-ondes pendant ce créneau en contactant le numéro d'astreinte. A ce jour, cela fait plusieurs fois, qu'une réceptionniste prénommée Laetitia refuse de m'autoriser l'accès et refuse même de le faire pour moi alors même que vous prétendez : ”Et même à petits prix, nos équipes sont à votre disposition pour toutes vos demandes et quelque soit votre langue.”. Elle s'est permise également la réflexion déplacée suivante: ”Vous n'avez qu'à trouver une autre solution”. Votre service client est déplorable. Travaillant de nuit, je suis à l'hôtel durant ces heures de fermeture, comment puis-je me restaurer? Suis-je condamner à manger des salades jusqu'à la fin de mon séjour? Votre concurrent, le Formule 1 étant de gamme inférieure offre pourtant ce service en continu. Je suis très mécontent et trouve cela scandaleux, au prix de la chambre! C'est la dernière fois que je séjourne dans votre hôtel. De plus, il est impossible d'effectuer une réservation de plus de 6 jours. A chaque fin de réservation je dois patienter 2h (de 12h à 14h) dans ma voiture (la réception étant toujours fermée) pour récupérer la prochaine chambre! Il y a également des soucis avec la borne exterieure qui nécessite d'appeler presque à chaque fois la personne d'astreinte (perte de temps).

This must rate as the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in.The advert on Booking.com says refurbished, unfortunately they don't tell you in what century . The hotel looked freshly painted in their photo but on arrival the outside including stairs were black with mildew and the stairs were slippery. Arrived at 4.30pm to find reception shut and had to check in via a machine outside. When reception opened there wasn't any English speaking staff although they boast ”we speak your language”. On accessing our room we were speechless. Apart from being incredibly small, the curtain was hanging by 2 hooks, the 1 small window was not secure. The radiator was filthy and the aircon unit was wedged on top of a tiny clothes cubicle and was so filthy we did not dare use it. The bedside lamp was hanging off, The toilet would only flush if it was thumped and a hole was where we supposed the extractor fan should have been. This accommodation is definately one to wipe your feet on leaving. Consider it a health and safety hazard and find somewhere better.

Very quickly we decante, an unsustainable smell in the room(picking the eyes and throat), a technician comes to see without solution, We change room. Then noisy room, smaller, more coffee, more overclass... extra bed at €15 with impossibility to sleep in (bed bars) forced to put the matlas on the ground... No information about the room its spa and fitness that you will discover The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Je réserve avec 3 mois d'avance et depuis plus d'un an cet hôtel pour raisons médicales. J'y passe une nuit toute les 3 semaines. Les gérantes précédentes, le personnel, ont toujours été très attentionnés, les chambres sont petites mais propres et c'est très correct pour le tarif proposé. Depuis que M.... a été remplacée par une nouvelle directrice, celle ci dirige maintenant cet hôtel avec une main de fer, une réelle indifférence et un mépris vis à vis des clients, la convivialité qui m'avait fait choisir cet hôtel disparaît. Avant qu'elle prenne la direction j'avais, en réservant 3 mois à l'avance, la même chambre, maintenant elle se fiche pas mal de cette demande, qui me paraissait raisonnable et qui faisait partie de la qualité de service de cet établissement. Je regretterai le personnel qui, je suppose, doit lui aussi subir ses caprices mais je n'y retournerai plus.

The hotel provides a staying experience beyond imagination. The luxurious decoration and all the displays are amazing. The beautiful gardens and ancient olive trees can be taken from any angle. The breakfast environment is also perfect. A lady has a very kind attitude. Although she can't speak English, she feels very warm to children like her own family. The other man also heard that the child wanted to feed the horses of the manor, so he immediately gave two packs of biscuits, and the little guy died of joy. Visiting the wine cellar of the manor is also free for us, and all the beauty makes people very much looking forward to having the opportunity to experience it again.
