From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for. It seems that every single employee wanted me to have a memorable and satisfying experience. While perhaps not the most up to date facility, the Senator has character, and comfort. I stayed in the king size suite. Very very spacious, fireplace, jacuzzi type bath, separate room with seating, desk, frig, microwave, etc. Bed was very comfortable! The spa had such a welcome, calm feeling. My massage was amazing and the mineral pool was awesome! It is all glass enclosed, so the outside is sort of inside with you. The water was at a lovely 83-84 degrees - coming out my skin felt like silk, truly! I love to swim and this pool made my visit exceptional. It snowed while I was there and what a feeling that was to see the snow coming down while in that warm water. I also really liked the blue sky and clouds painted on the ceiling. Sometimes it seemed the clouds were moving.... Go figure... I enjoyed a great breakfast of homemade hash benedict and perfect coffee. Had to leave early to get home before the snow got more serious. But I will definitely return to swim, and to experience more of the spa's offerings. This was a lovely one day get away.

We stayed three nights for the Ironman event 29 Jul 22 to 01 Aug 22 with guests from all over the US and Canada. The Inn is perfectly and quietly located on and off Route 95. The Inn is located near an Urgent Care for traveler emergencies. Near a Haniford's for grocery needs, and near a Texas Roadhouse for a meal as you travel. In these tough times. The Inn goes that one step beyond to insure your stay is safe, memorable, and not lacking any creature conforms. If you need anything travel related simply call the front desk. The Inn includes - atno extra cost - a FULL - HOT BREAKFAST for guests - from Coffee, tea, expresso, milk, juices, yogart, cereals, SCRAMBLED EGGES, SAUIGSAGE, BAGELS, TOAS,T ROLLS AND FRESH FRUIT. THE STAFF INSURES CLEANLINESS BY CONSTANT ATTENTION TO THE AREA. EVERYTHING WORKS - the key pads, the lights, the AC or heat, the sinks, the shower/tub, the toilets. The beds are totally and completely comfortable and the rooms are spotless. The Inn does control costs with some cuts to supplies - BUT CALL THE FRONT DESK and your needs will be immediately met. TRULY A HAVEN FOR TRAVELERS. The inn is down from Western Avenue one the main travel area to local venues.

We stayed here while in Maine for a funeral. We always stay in Hilton Hotels and this one had a decent rating but we didn't agree. The room is nice and big, however was not the cleanest. The shower floor and along the slider door was covered with dark hair from whomever had stayed there before. The curtains in sitting area was stained and there was something spilled down the side of the foot rest by the couch that was never cleaned up. The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy and no support and the sheets are really stiff and itchy. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate and nobody told us what had happened. The room next to us had bags of trash outside the door that sat there the entire time and stunk up the place. We also did not feel completely safe there. We checked out early and went to a different hotel for the second night. We would not recommend this hotel.

We stopped here while travelling through the New England area and were very pleased to snag the last room, and that it was on the ground floor. Staff was very pleasant and check-in was easy and smooth. The room was clean and good quality... nothing special, but very good and comfortable. The pool was a treat to go for a splash after our long day, and it was very clean and neat and tidy with no chemical smell. The breakfast was the standard one would see in just about any hotel. Coffee was available all day in the main hallway near the front desk. Lots of parking. The Mexican restaurant right next door is a great spot for dinner.

Stayed the night here with my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. A little humid. We had very noisy neighbors who woke us in the middle of the night. The woman at the desk handled it immediately and was persistent with them which was greatly appreciated. It’s a Super 8 so don’t expect anything fancy. But we were comfortable and appreciated the friendliness and excellent service provided by the staff.

Traveling north, we spent the night at the Days Inn in Augusta. The room was a nice size with a comfortable king-sized bed. It had a fridge and microwave. There are no luggage carts as the hotel has levels within the hotel halls, which would be impossible to navigate with a cart. However, The desk clerk helped us bring in our suitcases and then showed us that our room was accessible through a back door that was level. Our room had a coffee maker, but there were no packets with sugar or creamer. Frankly, the coffee wasn’t very good and I’m pretty tolerant. Breakfast was pretty much cold/carbohydrates—toast, cereal, bagels. There was a juice machine, coffee, and packets of oatmeal available. In the mini fridge there was yogurt. A waffle machine is available. While there was internet, it definitely wasn’t high-speed and there were no security/password measures in place.

My stay was excellent from the very moment I arrived. The check-in staff in the late afternoon/early evening was very professional, authentically kind, energetic, and positive!! The housekeeping and breakfast staff was hardworking and professional as well. I continue to choose this property because of the people first and also because the amenities are comfortable.

This hotel is disgusting and the management is even worse. Me and my niece were saying here she is only 10. We were in the vending machine area when some crazy person starts coming out yelling at us so of course im going to tell her to stfu and stop talking to me like that in front of a child and calm down... After she goes to her room youd think its over.... no when I go to complain she opens her door yet is still inside cause she is scared to come out and is accusing me or us of harrasing her and bothering her because we walked by her door! At this point Im pissed so I tell her shes crazy and needs to mind her business she threatened to call the police and the worker comes up and did nothing to calm the situation she gets me almost kicked out making up lies because shes a paranoid junkie. mind you she has a two yr old in the room this whole time. So of course Im going to get mad at being provoked. I was minding my business when someone starts somthing for no reason. She was clearly living at that hotel it seemed because the next day the workers just blindly believed her over me without even listening to what really happened. She approached me and my niece first and started everything when she realized I wasnt someone to mess with she then played the victim and they believed everything she said. Not good business at ALL and shes lucky is all I gotta say because your hotel seems to protect scumbags who sart drama and not actual potential costumers just wanting a drama free stay and have fun. And its funny you can reply Julia But yet you cant respond on here but cant respond or do anything about these situations. And I have to say your workers need retraining ! They are rude and treated me like I was lying just beccause she lied and made up stories about me. I was also a guest there should be no believeing one person or the other. I actually wanted a refund for the experience I had to go though and no one ever contacted me back or cared to. If you want people to be happy with your hotel service and not have potential law suits on your hands then I suggest hiring competent staff and getting rid of some of the shady drifters / crazy ppl who stay at your hotel.
