DO NOT STAY HERE. READ ENTIRELY. I stayed in this hotel last week. The young Latino girl who checked my luggage in and checked my luggage out when my room was ready, STOLE over $300 dollars worth of makeup and jewelry from me. I filed a complaint with the manager who seemed very in denial, yet it was only ONE girl who handled my luggage. Funny thing is, I stayed at the hotel three nights. I realized my items were missing 5 minutes after I made it to my room (which by the way is old, stains in the room, dust on the air conditioner, no mini fridge, and the heater doesn’t work). I immediately went back down stairs and the girl had left work THAT FAST. Also, they wouldn’t disclose her name and claimed this is “rare”. The rest of my stay, the girl was NOT at work. Very ironic how she was the only person to check my luggage in and check it out and then she doesn’t return to work. Also, they promised to get back with me in a week. It has been a week and all they keep telling me is to wait for the insurance company to call and they have NO IDEA when that will be or what to expect because “they don’t know”. I had to file a complaint on a CORPORATE level and now the corporate people are saying the same thing. No empathy at all. Their responses are repetitive like a robot. They do not care!!!! They steal your things and Tiffany Rivera the manager is a poor excuse of a manager.

I just came back from the Hyatt Place Midtown South! It was an amazing experience for me and my family. We were visiting family members who live in NY so I wanted a hotel close to Penn Station. I booked through and got an amazing deal. The hotel is super close to the subway station on 34th St, Macy’s Herald Square and Empire State Building. The check-in process was real smooth and the receptionists were very nice. We got a room on the 10th floor facing the ESB which we didn’t ask for, but we were super grateful. They currently do not have housekeeping services due to the pandemic which we understood. The room was small but very clean and also perfect for us since we are a family of 5. We got a sofa bed so it was perfect. As far as noise level, we really couldn’t hear any street noise. There is a terrace on the 26th floor with spectacular views of lower Manhattan!! They did have to go breakfast which was nice. Overall, we really loved our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in midtown Manhattan.

The hotel is on 36th Street, the facade is large and the location is very convenient. The hotel is more traditional but very comfortable. Victory is in a good position. Going left for 3 minutes is McDonald's, the yellow line subway station is in front of you, and Macy's is 5 minutes. You can walk to the Iron Building for 15 minutes, Korea Street (Jiang Hudong barbecue) 15 minutes, Empire State Building 8 minutes, Times Square 15 minutes, 5th Avenue 15 minutes, Library 15 minutes, Vasal and Antenna Park 25 minutes.

The location is excellent, next to Macy's, shopping and transportation are convenient, the room area is larger than most hotels in New York, clean and tidy; breakfast is average, there are many people, but fortunately you can pack back to the room to eat. The child left the wallet in the hotel, and the front desk called us in time to get it back, and there were no extra fees like resort fees in other hotels. All in all worth tui j

The location of the hotel is very good and very convenient. Although small, it is enough to use and the hygiene is clean. The front desk service was very good. It should have been checked out at 11:00. The result was delayed due to personal reasons, and the front desk was also very good. There are no city service taxes and resort taxes for this hotel ordered on Ctrip. Simple check-out, no other fees. Insufficient: A hot water bottle is recommended for guests to drink hot water.

I absolutely loved this hotel for our stay. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was so friendly. I called ahead to request something special for our recent engagement. While they do not offer anything, we were congratulated upon our arrival and also had an amazing view of the Empire State Building with a sweet card from the staff. It was Valentine's weekend so it was lovely to see the Empire State Building beating red Friday night. The hotel is clean, the elevators are fast, and they offer free breakfast. I see people complain about the scarce seating but I like to gather my plates and drinks and take them to the room anyway. The only complaint I have is the musty carpet smell in the actual room. I didn't smell it in the hallways but it was strong upon entering the room. The best part was that we could not hear a single thing. Nothing from the streets, nothing from the neighbors, nothing but a good night's sleep. The staff was also accommodating with recommendations especially to getting cheaper items from the CVS around the corner rather than paying their prices for waters/drinks. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to stay again if I revisit NYC. Thank you SHS!

Located in the heart of midtown, just off 5th, two blocks from the Empire Stage Building and a few blocks from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, etc... The staff is welcoming and friendly. They serve a very nice free breakfast. The rooms are sufficiently spacious for two, as is the bathing shower. We had a lovely view of the Empire State Building from our room. The only issue we had was that the sound proofing between the rooms could be better. We could hear the tv in the room next door and a nasty argument in the middle of the night in another room on the other side of the wall. All in all though, this is a very good spot for travelers to NY who want easy access to the heart of Manhattan.

I had an amazing time at the Refinery Hotel. I booked directly with them over the phone, the easiest booking I've ever done!!!! It was my boyfriend's birthday and I got the king suite with a view of the empire state building. They were beyond accommodating!! Not only was my room spectacular!! But I was able to check in early and got complimentary parking! We were also gifted by the hotel with their signature fragrance which was sweet and thoughtful!!! The ladies at the first Desk were amazing, very human like with amazing customer service!!! Planning my next staycation here!

If you want budget accommodation for short-stay and comfort in the one of the best centrally located places in Manhattan book Americana Inn. I rated Very Good because for our needs it was perfectly suitable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had no problems with security, reception is manned 24 hours and doors are kept locked for safety in the later hours. Some, but not all rooms include a bathroom; best to check availability in advance before booking. Only off-putting thing the floor in our room could have been cleaned a bit better and they are cold, vinyl floors with no carpet. Dont leave your slippers at home. Bring two pairs if you have to! Breakfast is just a 'help yourself' to hot drinks, bagels, biscuits and oat cereal. If this is not your style and you prefer something more filling you will be spoilt for choice by the many restaurants, eateries, food market stores and coffee shops around. Bryant Park Train station less than 5 minutes walk with connections to JFK Airport & other parts of New York. Macy's department store less than a 10 minute walk. They also have the City Tours, hop on, hop off bus services which stop off at the various tourist attractions, museums, Central park, and the waterfront for boat trips to Statue of Liberty, all included in the price. And if you want to come for the Parade in Thanks Giving week, (around 25-29th Nov) Americana Inn is the perfect location to be. Hotel staff advised that some guests book up to a year in advance, so book early!

The Moxy NYC Times Squares Hotel is an amazing experience. I booked it last minute and was unsure what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted by an obliging security guard. He loaded  my astronomical amount of luggage(Birthday Decorations & Gifts) onto a dolly. The front desk representative was friendly and informative. He escorted me to my gorgeous room while updating me on the covid regulations the Moxy had put in place. Our room was the "Superior Queen Room", it features a heavenly  queen size bed and roomy double loft bed. The room is small but beautifully designed like a swim team locker room(reminiscent of sons swim team days). Though the room is compact we had more than enough space for 2 glam women and all our accessories and 1 college student and his school supplies. I also decorated the room for her birthday festivities. The bed was comfortable we all slept like babies. The room service cuisine was fast and delicious. The hotel gave the option to operate in a contactless manner if so desired. There is a storage closet in the hallway with towels, mini refrigerators, hangers, etc. If the closet doesn't contain what you need the front desk will be sure to deliver it.  Breakfast was included but unfortunately I did not indulge(intermittent fasting life), but my son did. It was continental breakfast which is great starter when you have a jam packed day. My son took advantage of the lounge and did his vitural classes and homework. The hotel has great security. In order to enter the hotel and board the elevator you must use your digital room card. Please note  the digital elevator set up is very modern and takes a minute to get used to. There are no visible buttons if you change your destination. I was a little freaked out but was careful to think before choosing the floor. The Moxy is located in a great area, where you are a few steps to Times Square and Herald Square. Instagram picture friendly!! The hotel and outside was hustling and bustling and we didn't hear any noise at all(Winning!). If you didn't catch on by we truly enjoyed our stay throughly and will visit again. Take it from me the Hotel Queen you will love it!! Bring your mask and enjoy! Mask will be provided if you do not have one.

We loved our stay! Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and cozy and the amenities like the slippers, robes, toiletries and especially the turn down treats every night made our stay so fun and were such lovely touches! Even with everything disrupted because of Covid they managed to make us feel safe and pampered. The location was great, so convenient to get anywhere in the city! Right between 5th and 6th Ave., It’s about a 5 min (if even) walk to Bryant Park, with Rockefeller Plaza another 5 min away, and there is great shopping and food all nearby (Magnolia Bakery by Rockefeller Plaza and all the great stores on 5th Ave.!). It’s also a quick walk or even quicker Uber from Grand Central Station which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay for business or pleasure in NYC.

The hotel's configuration is good, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery are very full! It's just that the scoop and shovel are not easy to use, but you can do it! The hotel room is large, a dressing room, and two large closets. There is an anteroom in the entrance. The kitchen has an island and a dining table. The family is definitely very relaxed. But the shortcomings are too prominent, that is, the refrigerator is very noisy. At night, the noise is not good at all. The sound of the air conditioner is louder and the heat is very fast. It is sleeping in an air conditioner. The noise feels like sleeping in the open hood. Next to it, the booming night collapsed! If the air conditioner is turned off first, the second refrigerator is still very noisy and can't be turned off, so sleep and fear the noise to give up! In addition, the curtains are blinds, and they are not shaded at all. This is not human! Let's talk about the advantages. The hotel is just outside the Wall Street subway station. There is an exit on the 2. and 3 lines in the hotel. It is especially convenient. It is also very close to the 4th and 5th lines! The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 5-minute walk from Trinity Church and a 10-minute walk from Wall Street Copper Bull. The opposite side of Tongniu is the Museum of American Indians. The building is particularly beautiful! It’s also about 10 minutes walk from the boat dock to see the Statue of Liberty. It’s really convenient, and the surrounding security is better. There are not so many tramps! The hotel has a big food supermarket for 3 minutes. The food for cooking can be fully purchased. Turn right and go straight for 5 minutes. There is a very complete daily necessities supermarket. It is also convenient. In short, in addition to huge noise, other The place is worth experiencing, the bathroom is easy to use, the toiletries are all L'Occitane, the mattress is soft but comfortable, the pillows and quilts are also very soft and comfortable, the bed is USB charging and humanized, except for the bathroom mirror I don’t know what to do with the nonsense owls. It’s very scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The others are very human! In addition, I saw that there is a guest feedback that there is no smoke exhauster. In fact, I have not found a place. The switch of the smoke exhauster is on the microwave oven. The light is the light of the hood. The FAN is the switch of the smoke exhauster. The blinds next to the air conditioner outlet are seen. It is one piece, it is actually a cover, and the air conditioner switch is hidden inside.

My boyfriend and I spent the night here awhile ago and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The hotel feels very sexy so it was perfect for our little staycation. We're right next to Times Square so we got to be tourist in our city. The rooftop is gorgeous. We had the king suite overlooking the street with wall to wall windows. It was a great change and escape from our tiny Brooklyn apartment. Would highly recommend for a sexy night in NY:) Also shout out to the GM Jeremy Poon if he's still there. Amazing hospitality from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping team.

1. Good location: 9/11 new building and Memorial Museum just outside the window. 2. Convenient for travel. It takes 3 minutes to walk to New York's line 1, 2, 3, E, R, W. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. 3. Good service: there are people in the lobby 24 hours, and a deposit of 250 yuan for 5 nights. 4. The room size is OK and the facilities are complete.

I was going to NYC to see Elton John and was to stay at The New Yorker. Well... neither happened. I had made non-refundable reservations but called the hotel to see if their policy would change during this crisis. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. One person that really stood out was Neida Aldama, a supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and compassionate about the situation, and offered that my prepayment be used as a credit that I can apply anytime in the next year (hopefully if/when Elton John reschedules!!). I feel that this was very generous, given the fact that they had every right to tell me I was SOL. Neida even went so far as to call me to directly answer a question I had. I know that they are dealing with a lot and are working with a skeleton crew, so that phone call really blew me away. Thank you Neida and The New Yorker!

It ’s not the time to come out this time to catch the epidemic every day. This hotel is not cost-effective. The deposit is 600. Breakfast is basic for more than 100. Every night, the food is delivered to the room for more than 130. The 600 deposit is not enough. I ca n’t say that the deposit is refundable. The bathroom is super small, especially the shower and hand basin. What ’s wrong? Drop the ensuite sofa into the toilet. The sofa can be turned into a bed. I think the next time I go I will choose to live in New Jersey across the Madison River to see the buildings in Manhattan. It was so noisy that at least ten policemen were parked downstairs 24 hours a day.

I’m going to tell you a secret and you have to promise not to tell anyone. You can taste New York without New York money. How? The eminent Concorde hotel. I’m here now, writing this review. It’s midnight and the Upper East Side looks so beautiful from up here. This window is four times the size of my body and yet I feel so large. It’s all in the room, I think. It makes me feel like I’m Wilson Fisk. I'm Tony Stark. I'm Bruce Wayne upon Gotham. In this moment, I run New York. Wait a moment. Something caught my eye. I wonder why a single room light is on the 61st floor of the Bloomberg building? Is Mike home? You really need to see the Bloomberg building at midnight from this floor. What a view. Back to the Concorde. Every place is defined by its people, so let’s talk folk. All Concorde staff I encountered were excellent, from the courteous doormen to the tireless housekeepers. A few to note: the amiable Christopher Shepard, the efficient Rada Drascovic, the soigné Dukens Alexandre. They exemplify luxury hospitality. Meet them and consider yourself lucky. Look, we all agree that that hospitality in New York is a gamble, regardless of star ratings or thousands paid. Well, not the Concorde – it’s consistently well reviewed as far as excellence in customer service and I got to experience first-hand why. New York is not known for consistency in anything. I was impressed. Let’s now talk about the space. Understand that this hotel is less boutique and more New York history. It was born as a residential high-rise owned by a major airline to provide exclusive lodging to visiting crew. Keep in mind that corporations take it very seriously that the people flying their billion-dollar aircraft get the pinnacle of luxury for their night’s rest. So, you will too. The Concorde is designed with your comfort in mind. That’s why every floor only has four rooms. That’s why the beds are so soft. That’s why the soothing tones of mid-century modern mellow your eyes. That’s why I’m typing this with my laptop on a marble table top. That’s why… the bathrooms. Oh, the bathrooms. God damn. We’re talking bathrooms the size of a New York city studio. Professional vanity mirror taking up a warehouse chunk of wall real estate. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. That’s right - and. Have you ever finished a run in Central Park with a perfectly-temperature-controlled Bahamas waterfall of a chilled shower, soak your tired muscles in a home spa of a soothing bubble bath, then back to the Bahamas you go? I have. A bit about the amenities. Well, there’s the essential WIFI, but note that you can ask for a network cable for better Zooming or Teaming. 92 Mbps down / 94 Mbps up during my stay, by the way. My TV is quite big and has all the usual channels and music. A fridge (mind you, much mini) lets me keep a few refreshments cool for when needed. Finally, an iron and board in the room let me have my pilot uniform looking crisp for my flight out.
