Great service and friendly staff. I've stayed here a few times in the past so some of the staff know my face and welcomed me back. Some even addressed me by name. That truly made me feel welcomed and not just another guest. Even with current renovations, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. My room was cleaned and restocked with supplies daily. This location works well as it's very close to a major stop on the U-bahn. There are lots of shopping and restaurants in very close proximity to this Hilton and the Frankfurt Zoo is only a mile away. On this trip, I discovered a nice 3-mile route from my work location which made an after-work walk a nice option and the extensive riverwalk is about a mile from the hotel. Lots of route options for running or walking. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing new way to treat hotel guests! I have heard before of Moxy but this was the first time I visited with e group of friends! Unique approach , guests are greeted at the reception-bar combined area surrounded by bar and self service market- restaurant area. Rooms are very simple but have all you need . Prices are lower than in other hotels but people are very nice and cool. I loved the concept, very recommended for casual visits . Location of the hotel could not be better. Just on city center itself. Beutiful.

This elegant hotel is located next to several shopping malls. The neighborhood is very safe and attractive. The rooms are really comfortable, which was important because we stayed there for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful with our many suitcases, requests for dinner delivery (there's an excellent Lebanese restaurant that the hotel orders from), and taxi cab requests. The breakfast buffet is also good. Frankfurt can be a very tricky place to find a hotel as many hotels are located by the train station, which as a terrible, drug ridden neighborhood. The Jumeirah is far away from this neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying there.

Having stayed at various Marriott properties this year I must say I like Residence Inn as it is very straight forward and good value for money. Breakfast is included which isa nice feature and the breakfast buffet, although fairly small, has sufficient items to fill up. The big plus of this property is the location, ideal location in Frankfurt, the Zeil 2 min by food, many restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby, public transport also at the hotels doorstep. Location is truly fantastic. Some other comments: The arrival was a bit awkward as we had a hard time finding the entrance, the lobby is on a higher floor so at street level there is just a fairly small glass door leading to a small corridor that leads to elevators, We arrived at night, it was dark, we had lots of luggage, not the best arrival experience. We had a large family room, quite spacious, however a few square meters can't be used as in a corner behind a pillar, so from interior design point of view not the best use. As it was cold we also had an issue with heating, the heating is nearby the entrance area and blows towards the kitchen. In the bed area, which is close to the window, hardly any heat reaches there and it is quite cold. We had to ask for extra heaters. That is for me quite embarrassing, a hotel should design its heating so that the room gets warm, here complete failure. Not the hotels fault as such but a comment I want to make here. The kitchen in the room is well equipped and sufficient to cook etc. There is also a fridge, flatware, plates etc, fully set up. Service - was ok, not bad, but a bit of warmth, empathy and courtesy wouldn't be bad. The front desk team is a bit cold and lacks heartfelt service. So the room and property a 4 out of 5, service a 3 out of 5, but overall I can recommend this property due to its location and value for money. Don't take a family room when it is cold outside, you will be cold.

I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in central Frankfurt that's an easy walk from the train station, and I found it. What I didn't count on was its cool vibe, which made me wish I'd had more time to enjoy it. Very helpful staff and small breakfast room, but a hearty breakfast with some vegetarian options. From the main train station, it's a straight 15-min walk up Kaiserstrasse to the Rosmarkt, and a quick, straight walk down the Zeil to the river and the Romerplatz. Look for the marquee that says "Hotel Kino." Hotel Zentrum is over an art house movie theater, hence the dual marquee. Take the outside elevator up to the reception. Modern, clean, quiet rooms. I'll return.

What a drama. Through the whole hotel. From arrival at the door where two employees watched my wife to struggle with the entrance door and her luggage. No help. Did not fine my reservation. “ oh. You spelled the name wrongly”. Over prized us. Insisted to get the group rate as shown in their mail. Insisted there is no meeting booked. It was on the top floor. By the hotel refuses to communicate with their outsourced restaurant Tenant. I had to call the organizers office to confirm that the meeting will be in the hotel. Guest rooms too small. Ok. View was against a wall to the back yard. Never mind. But the VIP group was related to the hotels owner,!!?? So should have been known. The staff did not know the name of the owner. Ok. Also not the name of their CEO. Also ok. Can happen. I suggested to have a sign placed in the lobby for the meeting room location. Firstly. “ it is not really our conf room” then agreed. The sign next morning was A 5. So hard to see. Breakfast service. A disaster. My wife was asked. Pointing at me - “ and what for him???” Then the cup was touched with 5 fingers from the top. We simply cleaned the cup as the lady was not well groomed and very badly trained. A casual? The most confident waitress - there was one - used a very casual approach towards their customers. Food display in a total disorder. Bread selection from a convenience bake shop. Germany has so good bread!!! One could order eggs. It took 20 min for an omelette. The table next to us had to skip the food as they had an appointment to reach. We will def never come back !!!! And i doubt that this Brand ever cares for their customers.

I have travelled frequently since my last review but not really found anywhere amazing that warrants my time to review . However this hotel needs the recognition it has deserved during my stay. Sofitel is in a quiet part of the city , yet within 3 minutes walking distance to the main shops and restaurants . The hotel itself is approximately 3 years old but still looks brand new and has some funky features like the self opening huge door to the rest rooms, to mention one . The foyer is cozy , the decor beautiful in a contemporary classic style . It’s a medium size hotel but feels like a sophisticated small hotel , as the staff quickly take the time to know you and whatever is requested is never a problem. All staff I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and cheerful . When I requested more creamer for my coffee and ice in the room , it arrived almost immediately. It was my partner and my 15 year anniversary and we were spoilt and made to feel very special . I never like to review the actual bedrooms , as I find it very much depends on which category of room you book and whether you have any special requests. All I can say is , our room was stunning . Spacious and the most comfy beds and pillows ever . The temperature in the room was perfect also . All our requests were met . ( The hotel was in low season , so obviously it depends on availability ) The spa and fitness facility is wonderful . As a hotel guest you have free access to the fitness room which was very adequately equipped with the latest techno gym equipment. The pool area was great and the spa had a steam ,sauna and the most relaxing chill room where we were offered ginger tea and time to relax after our swim. It was spotless and the spa staff friendly and helpful . Molten Brown soap and hand lotion is the brand used in the rest rooms and spa . We stayed at the hotel merely as a long 4 night stop over on our way to ski in Austria and I’m very glad we did. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again. I have stayed in many 5 star and luxury hotels where often the staff almost try to intimidate . THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE .Everyone was sweet and eager to please. After the second night I felt like part of the family . Thank you to Yasmin ( guest relations) and Florian Schultz ( general manager ) for making our stay truly memorable. As well as all the room service staff and the housekeeping who changed wet towels and gave more of the gorgeous Lavin toiletries featured In rooms whenever we needed.

Breakfast is great! There are different cheeses, various meat sausages, smoked salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, various juices and yoghurts, all kinds of tea and coffee, and various breads. It is delicious.

We stayed there for a few days in the summer .. No problem checking in , yes there is a small elevator but to be expected in these old buildings, it was no problem always worked fine. The room was a little dated but clean and to me thats the main thing..bathroom and bed linen was clean , the room wasn't big but it was fine for us as really all we wanted it for was to shower and sleep , then out most of the day.. The main problem was there was no air conditioner, didn't realise that most places in Frankfurt had no air ..even the shop staff were outside every chance they get, it was quite hot when we stayed there , the other thing was the curtains , although were block-out they did not cover the window well and we had to tape the ends to the wall to stop the sun from coming in as we had the afternoon sun facing our room and only had a small fan in the room..that made it uncomfortable..needless to say we spent most of the time outdoors.. The continental breakfast is great , dining room very modern and clean and always breakfast is well stocked. It is in the best location, very close to Romer square and with many shops and restaurants all within walking distance, the river is also very close by ..Hauptwachehe station is also an easy walk away. I would certainly stay there again if in Frankfurt you cannot get a better location for the price....

Comfortable even somehow small rooms, cleanness, neatness, breakfast is served but in not much quantity or variety except from bread, but is what you need till the midday, friendly staff, a hotel in the middle of attractions (old town, rever and the shopping center street) and the transportation center, by walking just a few minutes. Just prefer a room in the side of the yard instead of the road if you want much quiety. It is a best as for price hotel, none expensive at all, especially for August.

Airport Frankfurt Area
It is still very good, not far from the airport, there is no walking, a direct taxi costs 10 euros one way, and the driver is always very enthusiastic to help with luggage, there are always taxis waiting at the hotel, you can go wherever you go. Compared to other hotels in the surrounding area, the price/performance ratio is very high, the location is quiet, the rooms are clean, and it is very suitable for transit passengers. During the epidemic now, you can take breakfast back to your room, but there are very few options, only croissants, buns, and yogurt, but you can still drink hot coffee, hot tea, and hot milk. I am still very satisfied.

Frankfurt City Centre (Old Town)
Breakfast is very expensive at 28 Euros. The hotel is in a good location. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the commercial street and S-rail train. It is convenient to travel. The hotel has general facilities and is a budget hotel. There is no door in the shower. It is easy to splash outside, the bath water is very good, the bathroom will have the smell of sewers. The deepest feeling is that the room is very dry, the quilt is very thick, and the nose and throat are very uncomfortable at night. In short, the price is not very high.

i had always stayed at Sheraton (on airport) if on trip to Germany as it is a good location. in the beginning of the month, i had encounter a very impolite front staff with no such common sense which i feel i was badly treated. but after few days, i only again checked in in very late night, i am lucky to received a warm greeting from the hotel shift manager. Even thou there were only one (1) bottle of water at 250ml in the room, after request, the room service staff brought me another few bottles at complementary.

Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof
We had our room in the 16th floor. With a panoramic view over the skyline of Frankfurt. Minibar was inclusive, the dinner in the hotel's own restaurant is too expensive and you don't have such a big choice what to eat. We didn't take breakfast here. Parking is not available from the hotel. You need to park on the street or get to the parking house and pay 40 € each day.

The hotel is near the airport, but the sound insulation is particularly good. No sound was heard during the plane's takeoff and landing. Opposite the hotel is Rewe, very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. There was no electricity in the room I checked in for the first time. The staff came patiently to check and finally changed the opposite room.
