|1.1km from city centerIt's a beautiful hotel in a great location. I'm coming here for the second time because it feels like home. We feel all this, thanks to all the hotel staff who are very committed and friendly. The entertainment team is superb, for example I loved playing laddergolf with Lyubov or volleyball with Svetlana. They're both friendly, and like to help you make the most of your stay. The restaurant and bar staff are very efficient. My room is always clean. I would recommend this hotel.

|1.21km from city centerOverall enjoyable holiday however an honest English Review on all aspects of Aquaworld & Belek travelling as a family with an 11 year old: Hotel: The hotel is wonderful. It is very modern, well kept and looked after, very eco and environmentally friendly. Has a lovely 1500m walking track around and through the hotel grounds which is enjoyable. It is recommended to do this early on in the holiday as it really does help you get your bearings. Hotel staff: The staff were hit and miss in my personal opinion. Always found the bar staff in the day throughout the various outdoor bars and the bar staff of an evening at the evening entertainment arena bar very friendly, bar staff in the lobby bar some not so. Restaurant staff were all great and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to bar man Emre - credit to the hotel as well as the staff in the Asian A La Carte Restaurant - fantastic service and outstanding food. Also big shout out to the young man round the main pool on the roller blades! Best member of staff at Aquaworld! Guest Services: Reception helpful throughout stay. WARNING the guy Josif who claims he works for on the beach and is a rep is not a very nice man! Try and stay clear. Baring in mind we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3am he rang our phone numerous times from 7.30am when a meeting had already been booked for 10.30am trying to sell us excursions. We decided against the meeting in the morning and rang again in the evening saying we needed to attend as he would tell us our return shuttle. Did no such thing just tried to pressure us into an excursion. Having been to different parts of Turkey my advice would be go into town and book through Belek City Tours much cheaper than the hotels. I was honest with the rep and said we had booked down the town, we then got a mouthful of abuse and he then refused to tell us our pick up transfer time and ignored our whatsapps. STAY CLEAR. If you book with on the beach you can just go online and find your transfer time. Rooms: We upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom room with a garden view. Although quite basic it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely garden views which houses a lot of wildlife as well as beautiful plants, flowers fruit trees along with relaxing music to enjoy whilst winding down on the balcony. Bathroom was a good size with a powerful walk in shower. No toiletries provided - just some hand soap and dove soap in the shower. Only downside is the showers do seem to leave puddles on the floor when finished which leaks from underneath the shower. We had 3 room in our party and all had the same issues. But all in all for somewhere to get ready and sleep it was pleasant enough and very clean. There is a minifridge in the room which only stocks soft drinks and they aren't the best at stocking these up so I just left a note when we were low and they topped up for us. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

|2.96km from city centerFrom our arrival the staff went above and beyond. Bellboy, bar staff , housekeeper, reception the staff at meal times the management asking if everything was ok 👍 so friendly. The coach pick up to Land of Legends bang on time. Reception calling a taxi the cab was outside within 5 minutes. Room was huge and clean, hotel was spotless. The ground's were well kept. Pools are great, kids club looks great, bike's to hire , little football pitch, table tennis absolutely loads and we probably missed a few things. Great all round stay and weather was good 👍

|3km from city centerFirst, I would like to point out the hotel about a little mixed rooms (like a labyrinth). old but very clean . Foods are tasty and variety is quite enough. I was a little worried when I read ”we were hungry” in the comments before .... was not necessary. How can I have such variety? I don't understand very much. But only a stick could be better about sweetness but it's a very small detail. When it comes to the sea, it's good for those who know how to swim well but it's okay, he saw my job. Workers (I forgot the names) Many helpers are working carefully and laughed about me. I thank everyone very much. I'm about to see you again.

|3.08km from city center4 of us (adults) had been for the second time here after the previous year's fabulous experience. We go to the Antalya bay for sunny vacation every year since 2004 , sometimes twice in a summer. So far this hotel is the best from many aspects. The waiters' are very helpful in the restaurant , the choice and freshness of food is above average just like the variety of beverages in the bars. Bar tenders are quick and the English communication is adequate ( German and Russion too). The clean pools and sufficient number of sunbeds provives calm days with no rush , similarly the number of tables in the restaurant ensures an immediate enjoy of meals and drinks without hunting for table. The entertainment team (they call them animation staff) members do not bother you (unless you initiate eye contact with them when they pass by) like in other hotels so you can stay at your place all day relaxed. We also appreciated the fact that for our request the room reservation staff provided very good location of the rooms next to each other (our doughter and niece in the second room). The room cleaning and minibar service was problemless. We plan to go back in the next summer too.

The food is lovely with a range of different foods, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities in the hotel are great also. The spa facilities are amazing, aswell as the bars and seating areas. The entertainment team are great, especially elena, who is very kind and welcoming, giving us good information about what there is to do.

|1.43km from city centerWorst hotel avoid at all costs. We booked this holiday through Jet2 and we were very excited at the prospect of a much-needed break. However, the reality of this hotel is very different and I wish I had believed the reviews from the UK. I wrote a 5000 word complaint detailing everything that had gone wrong on this holiday, and to be honest, it will be difficult to write down everything that was wrong on here. To summarise the hotel is old dated dirty and dangerous. The staff barely speak any English now, while I do not expect people to speak English outside of a resort when you are in a five star international resort you expect multilingual more than just basic language. I spent the entire week using using Google translate to converse with people and explain what was wrong. Our first room was mouldy and dirty with paper, thin walls. The air-conditioning did not work. Our second room also had some mould, but given it was less than the first, it seemed to be about the best we were going to get, it was still dated with loose wires, a fuse box with no cover holes in the wall and extremely dangerous fittings. Our second room also had no air-conditioning and when you are in 30° heat you expect more than just a fan. we were continuously fobbed off by the hotel staff about why it was not working but given it did not work anywhere within the hotel, nor in any of the other rooms from the guests, we asked they appear to have turned it off. It was suggested in the end that we just sleep with the door open. At least our second room had a locking patio door. The first room did not. My son sustained a number of injuries while staying at the hotel due to dangerous fittings in the hotel room, such as a extremely heavy metal object hung from the ceiling with what is the equivalent to a picture hook that fell down, cut his head open and has left him with a scar for Life had it of been a baby it would’ve killed it. We sought medical attention for this injury at the time and receive medical care. The hotel tried to make us sign a form to say we had refused. I wrote on the form to say this was not the case Jet2 have refused to take any responsibility because we did not go to the hospital which is totally disgusting given they were sent medical reports and photographs of the wound as well as the offending item. It was all reported as soon as it happened to both Jet2 and the hotel staff. The interior of the landings was faded, worn and dirty with threadbare carpets, marks and holes up the walls. While the entrance and reception appeared very grand The hotel was a state. Around the pool, there were broken tiles which were dangerous bits of broken brick splinters on the woodwork. On our first full day there, my son got injured on the unsafe waterslides these were by non English-speaking lifeguards, who are more interested in their phones than actually watching what was going on. in fact, all of the staff spoke, Russian perfectly well, but hardly spoken Eng

|1.26km from city centerThe hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient.
Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.

Also the staff there is full of hospitality and very polite, the price is affordable. I highly recommend the place.

|2.62km from city centerI'm not sure where to start in describing this hotel. We went there for vacation, 4 adults and 4 children, from 6 months to 6 years of age, The first impact, horrible room, it took 40 minutes and 3 extra visits to the reception to get them to give us appropriate rooms, at least clean and mould free. We got checked in eventually in what i would describe as decent rooms but not 5* worthy. The daily cleaning of the room meant changing the towels (that smelled strongly of chlorine everytime) and sweeping the floor with a dry paddle mop. Everytime we would walk in the room after the supposed cleaning, we could feel sand and dirt on our feet. Not once in an entire week was the room vacuumed. In our 3rd day, the children started feeling bad, vomiting, fever, dihareea, and one by one we all fell sick. We ended up at the local hospital in Belek, with 2 out of 4 children on perfusions. I know something like this could happen to you anywhere and in any vacation, except we weren't the only ones with the same situation. More families in the resort had the same problem and we started to realise how much the simple suitable cleaning has to do with all the diseases spreading. In the last two days, we all felt better but needed to be on a diet because of the digestive issues. I can only say that because of the invasion of flies that they couldn't contain, we ate about nothing. I was disgusted and horrified to see the food full of flies, the tables full of flies, you couldn't eat, it was stunning. I am not a pretentious person and it was my 5th time in Turkey, but I have never seen anything like this. Yes, the money I spent are less than in other resorts I have stayed but the difference was not supposed to be that big. I will never make the same mistake again, especially when travelling with children. Hoppefully, they will try to resolve some of the big issues that they have. If the problem with the flies would have happened in a restaurant in my country, the restaurant would have been shut down by the authorities. At Soho, it is called 5 star service. Lame and unworthy
