I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the Casa Linger! The pictures in the description do not do the hostel justice, it I so nice! The bunk room I was in was recently remodeled & the historical touches kept in place of the 600 year old wooden beams! The bed was comfortable, new heating, new tiled bathroom, new fully functioning kitchen with an oven too, lockers with your own key (no extra charge) and very clean! Good internet signal, excellent communication with the staff who were very helpful. I liked that there is a door code to the front entrance, so that you can come and go easily. There is a key to your bunk room, very secure. It was a very comfortable 'like home' stay for me! Once you find your way around, the public water taxi's drop right off at "Aresenal" from either airport. "ACTV or Alilaguna" are economic (15 euro one way)! Nearby the hostel area is a post office, self service laundry and market/grocery store. (in the direction away form San Marco.) Highly recommended!! Just a heads up for people with knee problems. The stairs are very steep (no elevator) it is a wonderful 600 hundred year old building that is super strong & historical. No complaints...just a heads up! :-)

This was our fourth visit to Venice and our fourth hotel. And this was the best by far. It’s a bit out of the way, which is both an advantage and disadvantage. It’s rather a long way to walk from the train station (about 35 minutes), but an easy trip on the blue ferry from the airport to Fondamente Ospedale and then just about a 10 minute walk. The advantage is that it’s out of the touristy area (especially when you’re in the garden, listening to the birds) and the nearby restaurants aren’t too busy and are relatively cheap. And if you’re runners like us, it’s very easy to run along Riva Degli Schiavoni (few bridges and lots of other runners).
The 4-star Liassidi Wellness Suites offers comfort and convenience whether you're on business or holiday in Venice. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi in all rooms, private check in/check out, ticket service, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, are at hand. Some of the well-appointed guestrooms feature closet, towels, wooden/parqueted flooring, clothes rack, slippers. The hotel offers various recreational opportunities. No matter what your reasons are for visiting Venice, Liassidi Wellness Suites will make you feel instantly at home.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The only thing we didn't like was that the room we requested for the junior suite was in a building connected to the hotel. The room they gave us didn't like anything because it was on three levels, and we complained that they changed it to a superior room due to availability. Very good and successful staff treatment. The breakfast is more than correct, not the best breakfast I have seen in a four-star hotel, but acceptable.
Good location, on the island, within walking distance of the attractions. More than 100 meters there is a water bus stop and an airport bus stop, which is very convenient. When you are tired, you can eat something in the restaurant downstairs to see the sea is very comfortable. Hotel facilities in general, although small but basically meet the needs, in Venice, this place is almost the same. I don't like breakfast, I can basically eat enough. There are no elevators in the small hotels in Venice Island, but the third floor is still digestible. I mentioned two boxes to receive my little brother and I was very enthusiastic to help me with the suitcase. Of course, I have to tip the suitcase in a foreign hotel. Although he is so arrogant, it is also a kind of foreign culture.
The design of the entire hotel is very dark, which is not the feeling that Chinese guests like. The hotel location is good, which is very close to landmarks. By relying on this point, this hotel can win back some score.

Hotel location is relatively biased, but the hotel is very special, health is very good, breakfast is very simple, 20 euros a person. Ctrip is very disgusting. I checked the room type according to the 2 big 1 small (and chose the 10-year-old child). The room that came out was only the price of two people. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel said that the room can only accommodate 2 people and cannot live 3 people. If you want to live 3 people must add 60 euros per night, call Ctrip, Ctrip said they communicate with the hotel front desk, let me wait 15 minutes, then let me wait for 30 minutes, then tell me their details are marked 2 More than 100 years old are charged by adult. Having said that, I would like to ask: I clearly check the room according to the conditions of 3 people. Why do you pay the default and only pay 2 people? The key also sneaked my order description, because I also took the order details to explain to the front desk in the previous minute. At that time, the charge under the age of 17 was displayed as "-". After Ctrip knew it, I changed the order. I checked again and changed. Into 60 euros, too ***, the person who handles is also a look that you deserve. Advise everyone, after booking, all order information must be screened in advance! ! Fortunately, the hotel came forward to solve the problem, but it must also be added to the children's breakfast of 20 euros a day to be resolved.
Just 5 minutes' walk from Saint Mark's Square, Locanda Vivaldi offers a rooftop terrace with panoramic views across Venice's Lagoon. Accommodation is air conditioned, and Wi-Fi is free throughout.Elegant rooms at the Locanda include satellite TV, a minibar, and private bathroom with hairdryer plus toiletries. Some rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings, a spa bath, or a balcony. The summer rooftop restaurant specialises in traditional sea food dishes for dinner, and overlooks St Mark's Basin. A buffet breakfast is served each morning. The property has its own private dock and is about 100 metres from the San Zaccaria Vaporetto water bus stop, linking with Venezia Santa Lucia Station and the Tronchetto car park. Staff are always on hand to provide tourist information.
Very suitable for family travellers, the bar takes care of preparing hot water for babies every day, and the attitude is super good. The network is not very powerful, everything else is fine. The restaurant is highly recommended!
I like it very much and I have recommended it to my friends. The outside of the hotel is very well-maintained, the facilities are very good, there is a very good smell in the air, the service staff is very warm, the breakfast is simple, but it is very particular, and finally eat hot bread. The palatial feel of the room decoration. The wall covering of the full house. Specially designed for Italian decoration. The single room that was occupied on the National Day, more than 800, the price is good. I also came across a wedding photo with a good mood.
This hotel has many good points, but the best one ist the feeling of coming home into a calming green oasis, where you can recharge for the next day. The terrace facing the canal is lovely. This is where breakfast is served. The front and back gardens are well maintained with many pretty flowers and ample seating opportunities. We had room 60 under the roof with decent aircon. Old-fashioned furnishing in the nicest sense, with good mattrasses and a clean, reasonable bathroom. We would book this room again. The breakfast is good: warm English, croissants, cakes, Müsli, Cheese, Sausages, salmon, fruit. More than enough. Staff were very friendly - mind you, we were friendly to them too. The vaporetto stop Accademia is just 5 mins. walk away - very convenient. Would we stay there again. Yes. Definitely.
We stayed here for the last three nights of our honeymoon. This was undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We arrived by rail and the hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Top tip - use one of the official porters! The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and garden area, which adds to the peaceful charm. The inside is clean, the rooms are lovely and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent - we had ours in the garden. There is a cocktail bar set up in the garden in the evening, which was great on our way out/back from/to the hotel. A good walk to the main tourist areas, but less than 30 minutes or so. Some really good restaurants and bars nearby, decent cafe bar just outside the hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, absolutely lovely people. We left by water taxi to the airport, which the hotel booked for us. We are resolved to come back again.
First of all, we must thank the Ctrip team for their assistance in this matter, otherwise we are very likely to sleep on the street ~!
I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I arrived one day late for some reason, and I was informed by phone in advance, but when we arrived, the hotel told us that because we were late, the room we had booked for two consecutive days had been cancelled, and there was no Vacancy, before doing this, the hotel did not notify me in any form of phone call that they would cancel our room, and our room was prepaid! !! Already given money! I immediately asked the Ctrip team for help, and I thank the Ctrip team again for their assistance in this matter. Otherwise, in Venice on Saturday night, at 9:30, we are likely to go to sleep on the street! After two hours of mediation, my boss finally let me go to a better hotel, and I was arranged in such a room, which is basically a maid's room. The Ctrip team gave us a certain amount of monetary compensation, which was a comfort to chat. But the overall staying experience is not good. Although the hotel is also very active in trying to help us solve this problem, I have repeatedly emphasized that we have paid for it. Even if we do n’t come, the room should be ours. I understand it as "unnecessary trouble"
The St. Regis Venice is far and away the best hotel my family has ever stayed at. The hotel itself, the grounds, the views and the rooms are all breathtakingly beautiful. Yet, the phenomenal staff are what make the St Regis such a truly exceptional, magnificent place to stay. My family has never felt so welcomed at a hotel, or so incredibly taken care of. We would especially like to thank both Elisas and Simon whose kindness went above and beyond. The St Regis Venice has no equal--we will be returning as soon as we possibly can. We will be forever grateful to the St Regis for making our family's first trip to Venice so magical and perfect.
We came here just after Venice flooded in mid November. We got upgraded to a larger room with a larger bed which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, even with having someone in a room above us. Coffee was available in the morning in the reception. Location was good, a simple 10 minute walk to St Marks Square and they gave you a free map upon arrival. Only drawbacks: WiFi in the room was spotty and slow when it was on and the water took about 5 minutes to warm up. Despite that I highly recommend this hotel especially given it’s very good price. Would stay again if I were to come back to Venice.
Good breakfast, convenient parking, good health. The traffic is still very convenient, the waiter service is patient and enthusiastic. You can take the hotel bus 40 or 30 Euros at the airport and Venice, or you can walk for five minutes to do 1.5 Euros. The waiter highly recommends bus travel. The city is a no-sale ticket hotel can buy a bus ticket.
The breakfast is very rich~ the service attitude is really good, everyone is very enthusiastic, I will choose here next time. The room is also very clean and tidy, and the garden can be seen outside the small balcony. In addition to the small bugs, there are many, but there are many bugs in Venice...
Our family of four with two small children stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment in April. The apartments are located in a separate building to Palazzo San Luca, called Ca’ Luca. Our apartment was very clean, extremely large and with all conveniences required - fitted out kitchen with coffee machine, capsules and fridge. The location is very close to the Rialto bridge and was close to everything. The children loved people watching from the little balconies at the people busily walking past. Our host also included a free trip to Murano and tour which was fantastic! Grazie mille!
We just returned from a short stay in Venice and I must write to say how impressed I was with this hotel and the service. Firstly at the last minute we asked Maria to reserve a boat taxi over email and she did that just right so as soon as we landed and disembarked boat was there at the pier. What an impressive start for our stay. Reception was very welcoming and professional. Hotel was actually really easy to find literally over a small bridge from San Marco Piazza! Cases were taken to our apartment too. The apartment was surprisingly a generous two bed apartment also accessible via a working lift ! We also had our own shared entrance from a side street. It was all very clean and tidy. The beds were firm and comfy and in my opinion the en-suite and separate bathroom were immaculate, up to date and everything worked. Shower was nice and strong. It’s a shame we could not enjoy the space more because of all the distractions in Venice. Breakfast was a typical continental type plus bacon! So plenty to get us started for the day. Also hotel organised a trip to Murano too which was a marvellous treat. Only wish we could have stayed for longer but definitely will return here as there’s nothing like an early morning start and just walking into San Marco Piazza first thing when there’s no one about as well as late at night. Ci vediamo Royal San Marco !
Once you get out of the train station, you can take the water bus. At the second stop, we dragged the suitcase and walked for 5 or 6 minutes to find the hotel. The hotel is small, but the suite has two rooms and two bathrooms, which are in line with the requirements of family or friends, and can be left alone in a single room. The hotel’s classical architecture is very comfortable and the breakfast is fully satisfying. #绝佳位置# #fully equipped#
Breakfast is good, very rich, the hotel is very convenient, very close to St. Mark's Square, because St. Mark's Square has many attractions, such as St. Mark's Basilica, the Governor's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, etc., and it is an important water The dock, so the location is still very good. But the hotel's facilities are too old, the keys are metal rather than room cards, and the sheets are often damp, which makes people very uncomfortable. There is still a bit of expensive, I don't know if Venice's price is very expensive or something else, close to the price of 900 for one night, but it still feels a little uncomfortable.
First time in Venice. Me and my boyfriend spend 5 nights in this hotel. It's a very old building but it has it's charm. Very Venetian rooms, they look warm and welcoming. I was expecting a bit bigger room since on pictures they looked a bit bigger with extra living room, so that's could be tricky. But the room was lovely, huge bed, very comfy maters and my boyfriend loved the pillows!! It had a mini bar with water and beer, big windows, big wardrobe with a safe in it. The bathroom was nice maybe a bit too small for my taste and some stuff was a bit dusty but overall was clean and nice. The guy at the front was very friendly and helpful, he showed us on a map where to go, what to see, where are the good restaurants. He took my suitcase upstairs. Oh yeh no lift, stairs and stairs and more stairs. I mean they might had a lift hiding somewhere I couldn't fined it so if you're mot good with walking up and down... The breakfast was nice, not many choices but freshly made and a very friendly lady was there every morning. Both lady was nice and helpful, they made us coffee and cooked the eggs, ordered more croissants for us as well. The breakfast room is tiny, not much space between the tables. The location is amazing St Marc Square only 2 min walking. At the last day they left us some italian cookies on the bed, it was a very nice tuch. I only can recommend this place!!
Arrived in Venice but found out that the hotel I booked is closed. Luckily Hotel Bridge has an available room and the staff had been very helpful while I process the problem I encountered. So yes, I am giving them 5-stars because of this. The hotel is very accessible to St Mark’s Square, other tourist attractions, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast is offered but lots of shops nearby are already open early morning. The room was fine, internet was fast. The bathroom can be improved though as the shower area is very small. Don’t forget to leave your key at the reception when you go out or else your room will not be cleaned.
I am staying at the Casa Carbulotto today and tomorrow (8/22/19-8/22/19) and I couldn’t be more pleased.Im staying in a two single bed room with a bathroom and shower inside the room. From the moment you walk in, there is a very pleasant receptionist to greet you and give guidance when you need it. the room is immaculate and the shower and bathroom work superbly. At a nominal price for your room, you also get a continental breakfast and the location (close to all) is ideal for a tourist who want to be within either walking distance away or a vaporetti. The hotel, which is really a monastery is on a quiet block. And, after a days touring, one of the real draw is the garden in the back where you can sit and feel like you’ve just been meditating (but you haven’t). Spent my whole evening out here and it’s so peaceful and tranquil. For those taking a cruise it’s also an ideal location for getting there. There is a quaint street of restaurant and souvenir shops a couple of blocks away. This is an ideal place in terms of location, price and immaculate interior. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
We stayed at Hotel Locanda Canal for 4 nights in Venice. It was clean, comfortable, and homey. It was in a great location near San Marco square (5 min walk), restaurants, shopping, and tons of gelaterias (most of Venice has restaurants and gelato all over!) We had a triple room which was definitely tight for three people, not very spacious, as is the norm in Venice. The hotel had no elevator but had a functional one seat chair lift for elders to go up if needed. Hotel room had AC. No Kleenex (in case you’re wondering). Breakfast had fresh boiled brown eggs, milk, dinner rolls, toast, cereal, cheese, juice, butter, and jam. The assistant will make you a fresh coffee or tea. Eggs on buttered rolls were a sufficient breakfast for my long days of walking in Venice! Front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful, gave us lovely recommendations and were patient with our questions. While other service staff in Venice appeared a bit short/impatient, the hotel staff were the opposite. Loved this place for a 3-Star hotel class and would highly recommend.
We booked four nights and had a lovely large room, room only, overlooking canal. Large airy pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Clean good linen. Great bathroom. Hot water . All very clean and in good condition We had tea and coffee and biscuits and complimentary toiletries. All replenished. Room cleaned daily. There was a kitchen with fridge and toaster and hob etc which I assume was for general use. The arrangement is you call staff to check in if you are outside their regular slots. You need to call a mobile. Don't think front door bell was working. It's an odd arrangement trying to get hold of staff by phone especially if you don't speak Italian. But they are very helpful and obliging indeed when you manage to communicate. Would definitely recommend this as a good option for all reasons above plus its central location, and it's near San Marco. We managed to get very lost every day and Google maps don't seem to give answers so do orientate yourself
Me and my parents stayed in hotel Canaletto January 2019. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are decorated with Venetian style furniture. Breakfast was fabulous, restaurant also looks beautiful. These amazing atmosphere transfers you to the "old world ", it made our trip more memorable. Staff is super helpful, well trained, always ready to give the recommendation about sightseeings, transport or food. We Will definitely Be back!
The location is a bit vague, but it's a really good place for couples and friends. You can feel the atmosphere of the campground perfectly and the swimming pool is also good. But the water is cold. Breakfast is nothing special. enough not to drink it.
I'm sorry to give 4 stars for a simple reason: booked the room with balcony about a month and a half before, two days When they arrive, they contact me saying they have a heating problem and they have to turn me into a apartment. Of course, the start is imminent and acceptable with a thousand doubts. We may be in 2021 l, in Venice, a problem of this kind cannot be solved in real time?? 4 stars for girls for their gentleness and patience. I can't judge the hotel having stayed in a small apartment
This hotel is beautiful and modern, yet has an old world charm. Its right on a canal, so you can hear singing and music throughout the day which is a really nice touch and makes you feel like you are truly in Venice. I arrived at the hotel after walking from the train station and taking a vaporito. According to directions, it states it's only a 20 minute walk....but venice is a maze and took me over an hour. Going back it wasn't as bad. When I arrived, I was happy but completely stressed from trying to find it. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. He checked me in and showed me to my room. I wasn't sure if breakfast was included with my reservation...but he said not to worry...he was giving me free breakfast regardless. My room was LARGE and had a nice sized terrace. The bed was comfy. my reason for 4 stars instead of 5: it only had a tub with a shower head...but you couldn't stand up because the ceiling was low...so that was interesting trying to get clean. They give you a decent amount of towels, there's a shampoo/body wash and hand soap. (no other toiletries...but traveling through italy, this was quite normal). The breakfast was wonderful. They had an automatic coffee maker which could make several different coffees, espresso and cappuccino, eggs, different breads, pastries, cereal, salumi, cheeses, etc. etc. The hotel also has great air-conditioning, tv (but none of the american channels worked), and an elevator! The location of this hotel was excellent! only a 5 minute walk to San Marco square and all the fancy stores. The hotel gives you a map when you arrive, and it's super easy to follow and get around (even though, like I said, venice is a maze---but a wonderful one). I definitely would stay here again (but i'd ask for a room with a shower!.
The location is very good, just 80 meters on the edge of St. Mark's Square, but it is really worthless. The canal view room is a very poor small waterway, then a construction site, the room is very small, if you don't talk about a hundred-year-old shop, Domestic Samsung
Breakfast is the most common and simple hotel in this hotel. It is convenient to travel, but when I think of living in the summer, my nose is uncomfortable. In the big winter, the river in Venice looks like a smell of corruption. As for the service, after the check-in on the first day, we took us to another place to stay, and the breakfast was also settled here. It feels that it is not the same hotel at all. What kind of service do we enjoy? !
The hotel is a 3-star hotel and is in a very good position, the rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom with a very large shower. The staff was always very nice and available. Breakfast offered cornets of various types of butter bread and cereal marmelade and other things. Good cappuccino. Good quality price ratio
The triple room was cheap It is recommended to tie a bicycle lock to your carrier as it is located three minutes away from the station and there is no storage space when you leave your luggage. There was an elevator so the check-in was convenient and the bedding was comfortable. The signboard was not visible outside the hotel, making it difficult to find and the toilet was not clean. Still, the location is great and worth the reservation.
