The design and atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby is so welcoming. The organic features used all over the hotel is reminding me of my stays in Bali. The rooms have that vibe that you want to stay in the room. Unfortunately I was on business travel and did not pack enough clothing to experience the sauna. Staff is so welcoming and great.

Downsides: - the bed and the floor of our room were not 100% clean; there were a few hairs, a little bit of dust and a few spots; nevertheless, it was acceptable for us, the dirt was quite little and overall, it all made a rather clean impression to anyone not very peaky - after we paid the city tax via the app, it did not show up to the reception; even the next day when we checked out, they were bringing it up although we had already showed them that we paid the day before and they were fine with it - something that may be annoying in all hostels in Berlin was that we had to fill in a lot of personal data and agree with covid rules like testing or vaccine mandate and mask-wearing on the floors; however, these rules were applied on a self-responsible basis in practice so we had no struggles with staff patronizing us - we had to fill in a lot of information twice, once digitally and once on paper; that combined with the reception hidden without signs in the yard made our arrival after an exhausting journey quite lengthy; however, the time it took us to get to the room was still acceptable - in the evening, there was supposed to be silence at 10pm; however, it took somewhat longer until a group of high school students stopped making noise; when I went to the reception a few minutes after 10pm, the reception was all busy and the receptionist did not seem to be happy to hear our complaint; he said he would take care of it soon but it took quite a while until it got quieter; in general, while the reception was not rude, it could have been a bit friendlier Upsides: - wifi and telivision were working well and included English-speaking CNN (although the German television was more interesting for us) - beautiful view into the yard with trees - a comparably low-budget offer for a twin room (about €55 for a hotel room with two beds stuck together) - a lot of good gastronomy and shops in the neighborhood - public transport nearby - generally good isolation; the accomondation was in good shape - the room was quite spacious for the price and had a comfortable bathroom with shampoo and soap fixated at the wall Summary: If you are a neat freak, can't stand any small noise, want only super friendly staff and do not like to fill out forms or formally agree with covid rules, it may be wise to stay away from this hostel. However, especially in comparison to what we could have had otherwise, our stay was quite enjoyable.
New hotel very trendy and hipster fits in well with the City of Berlin. 6 stops on metro into Alexanderplatz in the Centre. Hotel had everything we needed for 3 night stay. Great Breakfast lots of healthy choices. Warm, compact bedroom with comfortable beds hugh tv and small area for clothes open space few coat hangers,ok for us for short stay. Bathroom towels & toiletries good and great powerful walk in shower, everything we needed. Very happy for the price we paid was excellent value. Hotel is built on top of a car park and access is by a commercial centre. Railway station close to hotel which was the only noise as our room looked out to the rail station. Staff young and willing a over all good experience ! Only reason not given the 5 stars as bedroom was very small & noise of trains

Sketch is located near the Warschauer station, which is handy as you can just hop on the S Bahn and get within 5 minutes to Alexander Platz and other well known sights. The property itself, is a little hiden but a sign at the entrance of building 54 shows the 2 entraces. I usually used the elevator, which is located at the 2nd couryard (left). Note that it is the last elevator in the couryard. As soon as I entered the elevator a feeling of excitement arouse. An atmosphere as in industrialized elevator hit me, all rough and iron (in a positive kind sense). As soon as you arrive to the 3rd floor (You press 2 in the elevator), you will need your code which opens you the main door and the door of your room. The rooms seemed very new (probably refurbished), mattresses are comfortable (not too hard and not too soft). Internet was stable and strong and the overall interior practical and nice! Overall, it has been an awesome experience that I will definitely repeat.

I stayed a few days there as I went on holidays to Berlin for 6 days. I choosed this hotel because, even though is not in central Berlin, it's just a few minutes away from a U5 stop of the U-Bahn (the Berlin underground). The location was so great and convenient because the surroundings of the hotel are very quiet, and you can get to Alexander Platz in no more than 15 minutes! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Berlin for a few days. There's an Aldi and a Rewe next to it, apart from a Kebab take away which we fondly will remember (4 kebabs in 6 days, needless to say!) The only issue I had it's just that, on the second night (Friday night, 6º of march, room 517) of my stay, my girlfriend wondered if we could get another duvet (as the one she had wasn't enough thick and cosy for her). So I went to reception and asked the receptionist (a man called Igor) who was over there. I said "I was wondering if I could get another duvet, would it be possible?" to him, and he didn't know what I was talking about. On my second attempt, obviously I slowed down and stressed the word DUVET. He still didn't know what I was trying to mean. I repeated it for the third time (there were two people already queuing after me) and all he said was "Sorry,do you speak english?". To be fair I was a bit shocked, because I noticed that he didn't know what the word "DUVET" means, but if you don't know the meaning of a hotel-room related word there are thousands of way to handle that situation ("can you google it?", "can you please show me a picture of it?") rather than questioning the english speaking skills of a guest in front of others and embarrasing him. Apart from that, there's absolutely nothing wrong in not knowing the meaning of a particular word! My mother tongue is not english either and that has happened to me so many times, so I would have absolutely fully understood him. What I didn't understand at all is why he had to deal with it in that way. Anyway, in the end it wasn't a big deal at all as I turned up the heating in the room and my girlfriend was fine with it. Apart from that everything was fine; the staff at reception was lovely ( I dealt mostly with a guy with a beard, nice guy! sorry If I don't remember your name!), same with the breakfast staff! Apart from that I could check in earlier than expected, as I turned up at the hotel at 11, and they already had my room ready for me, which was much appreciated : ) On my last day I could leave my luggage with them as the check-out was at 12 but my flight was scheduled at 21 00. The room was great; very cosy, all toiletries needed were in the bathroom and a lovely shower good enough to have a proper shower after a busy day around Berlin : ) The wifi was great aswell, which nowadays is quite important.Apart from that, we stayed from Thursday till Tuesday and we didn't hear any party goers or annoying people going up and down, which was great and allowed us to h
Whether you want vintage shopping, dive into Berlin's crazy nightlife, or want to get to know the historic and artistic side of the city, our Hotel Goldmarie is the perfect starting point. Our hotel is located in the heart of the trendy district Friedrichshain, directly on the Warschauer Street. In the immediate vicinity there are countless bars, cafes, shops, clubs and restaurants to discover. We offer a stylish decor in a perfect location. Free wifi and an en-suite bathroom are of course included.
The hotel is okay overall, in the Siemens town, next to the subway. Not too much service, some at the front desk are good, some are not smiling, but also charge extra for breakfast. Later, I will go to the exhibition and change places.
Location is awesome. It's almost like living in a park atmosphere. Lots of walking trails nearby, close to downtown and most of the major tourist attractions, but still in a quiet area. Public transit is readily available (bus stop right across the street, and several trams within short walking distance). Front desk staff were incredible throughout our 5-day stay there -- from check-in to check out. As we were in Germany to assist a family member, ours was more like a working holiday than a relaxing one and although our personal circumstances were seemingly constantly in flux, the staff were EXTREMELY courteous and helpful in adapting our reservations several times. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. There is a nice beer garden in the back where you can get an early start on "the German experience", but don't worry about all-night partying or rowdiness...it closes around 9:00 p.m. so, even though we had a room right above it, the noise was never an issue. Rooms are well-soundproofed so getting a good night's sleep was never a problem either. I would give this place more stars if possible, primary due to the outstanding staff and service provided during our stay. This will definitely be our "go-to" place whenever we are in Berlin.
Because the other room type is set the next day, the housekeeping staff is very helpful to change the room, we do not have to run back specially, the nearby traffic and shops are very convenient! Super recommended
There is a bus stop 7 minutes downstairs, the bus is super punctual, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the Brandenburg Gate~~ Hotel facilities are great! ! More than 600 nights, five stars really live super satisfied ~~~ just breakfast is too expensive ~ to 25 euros, choose to go to the nearby supermarket to buy German bread drink latte solution ~~~
The location is good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions, and you can walk or take public transportation. Shopping around is very convenient. Reception front desk and doorman service are very good and very polite. The hotel's decoration style is more ancient, and it doesn't matter if it is different from person to person. It is difficult to comment. What the individual doesn't like is the breakfast mode provided by the hotel. The buffet style on the table is only a small variety of bread, butter, cheese, sliced meat, a little fruit, a little juice and so on. Any omelet or egg, or sausage, or hot vegetables, must be ordered in a variety of language menus provided by a single door. Although the speed of serving after ordering is OK, the taste is average and even disappointing. The taste of the drink is average. The overall feeling of the hotel's breakfast quality is not worth the price it sells. In particular, if you are accustomed to eating a self-service rich breakfast, you may not be able to adapt to this breakfast mode.
I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service.
First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here
again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.
The twin room of this hotel is equipped with three beds. This situation is rare in China and is more suitable for family and children. The second is that the area that needs improvement is a pot that does not have hot water. But the front desk helped me burn a cup, thank you!
I have seen many hotels in Berlin and this one is by far the cleanest/most hygenic one! Especially now during Corona times, they literally send their cleaning team to sanitize door handles etc. every hour and they have a full no-contact check-in and check-out system that works by a telephone service that is always there for you. The cozy rooms and excellent location at Rosethaler Platz makes the stay just perfect. A secret tip: ask for one of their "signature rooms", created by local Berlin artists (no additional costs charged). Definitely a recommendation for everyone!
Maps.me map is wrong, Google maps are correct. Located on the west side of the main street. It is a little less than 10 minutes on foot from Alexanderplatz. 1 S-Bahn from SXF Airport. Dormitory for 4 people Shower toilet Ensuite. There is a mini locker. There is a locker that can be locked under the bed. Wifi is connected even in the room. The room and the toilet are beautiful. There is also a light outlet and storage at the bedside. If it's hot, fans can borrow a deposit of 20 euros at the front desk. There is a washing machine in the basement. 3 euros for washing dryer 3 euros. Cospa is wonderful in Berlin where the accommodation fee is high.
The hotel is located on the luxury street of Berlin. There are various big-name and traditional German brands, as well as general department stores such as Kadiwei, and also direct stores of Apple and Tesla. Shopping is very good. Go to Charlotten. The Fort Palace is also very close, but the facilities are a bit old.
Ive known Axel Hotels from Barcelona and enjoyed the great atmosphere but this stay was not great. Room was clean enough, small but pleasant, nice features with fancy radio in mirror (didn’t work) and fancy light switches (cool but lit blue all night so not great for people who like dark bedrooms). House keeping didn’t refill shower gel nor shampoo during a 3 day stay and let’s say Covid measures were light hearted… and then the Saturday night 5am party is great for everyone on the corridor. Walls are so thin that we woke up and had to listen to the discussion in front of our door whether they should sleep on this floor or somewhere else - which made me wonder whether it was partying staff or anyone with access cards coming back? No one at reception anyway to handle it. Gym looked impressive- weights, cable machine a couple of cardio machines- but had one disinfectant spray bottle of 250ml from Dm, no wipes, no paper to wipe the spray and also not even the request to guests to make sure people disinfect the equipment used. One gym mat which looked like rice paper it was so worn. Restaurant upstairs with Peruvian kitchen looked nice enough, be sure to brush up on your school Spanish though if trying to order. Checked out this morning and while I noted at check in that this was a business trip, I was still asked to pay tourist tax which I declined. Two hours later, just about to board the plane I see a charge for the tax coming through. Fraudulent.
The location of this hotel is good. There are two Chinese restaurants nearby. Go right and turn left. The first owner of the restaurant called Green Restaurant is more enthusiastic. The front one seems to be Cantonese. KADEWE Shopping The mall is about 10 minutes walk away; it needs to be emphasized: the hotel room is small, Wifi can only connect one device at a time, the speed is normal, the room just entered the moldy smell, originally wanted to change the room, the next day tastes slightly Better; convenient transportation, a few hundred meters in the vicinity is U BUS station or 100/200 station; next time it is estimated that this hotel will not live, because of the taste of the room, wifi, and cost. If there is no special requirement for taste and WiFi, this location hotel is worth considering.
The location is excellent, right next to Berlin's Brandenburger Tor, S Bahn is just off the station and the traffic is very convenient. As the originator of the European hotel industry, Adlon is worth living
If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.
Just leaving here as one writes this. Stayed 7-9 march 4 of us. One good thing is the GM and relations manager who i was in contact with prior to staying and as was charged in € and not £ bank charged me but the GM offerrd us free breakfast to compensate this much appreciated although no one checks you in to breakfast so anyone can eat without having to pay. Check in staff were VERY ignorant and rude especially the ladies on check in at 11am on sat 7th shockingly rude and not good customer service at all. Rooms ok water comes through and stinks like sewage not good. Rooms are more like a ibis budget and no tea / coffee facilities which isnt good. The black guy in the evening on sunday julian I believe his name was VERY rude and near on shouted at me and my friend who had separate booking to us , he had email from customer relations manager stating he could have free complimentary drink for his stay AND julians basically said its not valid and he doesn’t care who email from even if was from a high management and shouted at us to speak them not him he is disgustingly rude and said something in german to us and he abd his colleague laughed so cleary wasn’t something nice. Location is good though and some cafe restaurant and bars etc nearby and a lidl 2min walk away. I may stay again if new staff are employed ill be writing to accor to complain may stay at NOVOTEL next time
A great hotel in a central location. The breakfast was great, although the atmosphere was pretty noisy taking into account the huge number of people staying at the hotel. The only disadvantage is that for parking I was not able simply to drive into the parking garage, although it says that no prior reservation is needed, so I suppose I had to call the hotel in advance and tell them I'm coming with a car. So I would advise Ctrip to update this part of the information. Nevertheless, if you want to pay 10€ instead of the 22€ a day for parking in the hotel's parking garage, you can consider the parking area at Gleisdreieck, which is around 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
It seemed fine at first when we got there, friendly service etc except no one helped with luggage from Taxi. When we went to bed we discovered that the pretty loud ambiant music from the entrance was discoverable from our room 118. The next day it was even louder and we complained and were told that the issue would be forwarded and nothing happened so we called again reception and were once again told that they would lower the volume… once again nothing happened. The noise (mainly the basses) kept us from sleeping. This is not what we expect from a luxury hotel.
The service staff is very enthusiastic. Very clean. The hotel room is small but already prepared. The soundproofing is too bad, the movements in the hallway are clear and clear, and the walls of other rooms will be vibrated. I was scared at night. The mattress didn't seem to breathe, and it was very hot to sleep on, and didn't sleep well at night. Air conditioning is either too cold or too hot to master. I felt that the price was good before I checked in, but I really didn't rest well.
We spent 3 days at Gorki last week, slightly early Valentine’s trip. We love it as it’s just easy here, spacious apartment, clean, modern, great location and in one of the best cities in world! We cooked one day and ate out the rest of the time. With so many bars and restaurants within walking distance, you are spoilt for choice! Regarding the review below, not sure what that’s about, we’ve never had any issues, hence our third visit and not our last. Also, we just loaded the dishwasher ourself, we didn’t need the room attendant to do it! Love the personal service too, when we booked our visit, Constance messaged me the list of rooms to choose from, from the category we had booked. This was great as each apartment is different, no 2 are exactly the same. We are working our away across the different categories :) We asked for a late check out and were told it was €50, we declined that, but we were able to stay in the room until 1pm. We’ll be back in the summer, see you then!
The hotel close to city center and to railway station lies in a perfect location, offers valet service for parking! the personnel is extremely friendly, helpful and professionally working. I got a quiet room with zircon, which is necessary on hot days in German summer. Breakfast was fine!
This place is clearly a Five Star Plus Hotel, and for a comparably low price!
The hotel is generally better, close to the bustling area of West Berlin, and convenient for shopping. Just pay attention to Ctrip's overseas precision killing is very stimulating. It is basically locked up for various price fluctuations, tax calculation, room reservation, etc. There are many traps for orders to be transferred to third-party suppliers. And the order complaint is more difficult, Ctrip overseas service is poor.
Before I comment the hotel, I would really like to mention the Receptionist Mo!! He was at the check in when I got there, and immediately saw his positive energy and vibe and at the same time professionalism, which is very important as it’s the first impression when you step in the hotel. He also speaks couple of foreign languages such as Russian, English, Italian, German... I am working as a GM of Korcula Hill Resort in Croatia, and I have to say that every hotel should have at least one Mo!!! Very smart and polite guy, and really hope he will be soon upgraded to a higher position in the company as I’m sure he’s capable of managing more complexed stuff, situations and business decisions. Amazing guy!! Also, another young receptionist Ane, I loved talking to her on Spanish and we laughed a lot during my stay. Very cool persona and her English, is just brilliant with nice accent! As A Moxy lover, I have to say that this Hotel, again, was very modern, cool, funky, colors and decoration everywhere, the Vespa at the entrance... Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the view not bad at all. Water pressure in the shower was perfect! Breakfast was good too. The location is great, only 300m to the S Bahn/U Bahn lines, very good connection with the city and Tegel Airport. I believe the Gym is great as well, it must be a stunning view at the area around the hotel... If you want a 5 star service and you don’t want to pay the fortune for it, book immediately this hotel!
Great location, good breakfest. The only problem is that there was not any warm dish during breakfest (like scrumbling eggs or simplu sussages). The staff is very helpful and ther was no problem with check-in even when I came at 13.00. And the free late check out on Sunday (for loyality program members) is the great option after Saturday clubbing. I really recomand this hotel.
Overall, this hotel is still more suitable for business travel, because the location is closer to the Brandenburg Gate, originally chose this hotel, the hotel is very good, the service attitude is very friendly, especially for children. Free breakfast for the children, and the breakfast is very rich, there is a paid parking lot, and the Bodhi Tree Down Street is only over 100 meters. It is also very convenient to go to the Brandenburg Gate. Overall, the room is also very large, the bed is The king size bed is very convenient, with a child of seven or eight years old without any problems.
Very nice hotel located in the heart of Berlin. The room was very clean and spacious, breakfast buffet with a wide choice of food and drinks. Friendly staff, in particular Kevin from front desk, thank you for your assistance and suggestions. We had a beautiful stay in Berlin and we raccomand this hotel.
The Room was smaller than expected so I would have liked a larger space for walking. Overall the beds were comfortable and I got great sleep. Didn’t hear or see our neighbors although we would hear their door open we never heard them. Overall very central and it was easy to get around in that area.
The courtyard view room where I sleep alone is very uncomfortable except that it is dark without the overhead lights. Is everything OK? The trash can in the bathroom is not particularly good, and I hope I can fix the small lamp in my room. The environment is very nice and quiet
