      Disappointing visit whilst staying on the campsite in our motor home. Staff in reception were very pleasant, the two guys could not have been nicer. Just a missed opportunity here as not accepting of dogs … at all .. I get this 100% but these past 2 years we have all stayed home & taken our beloved pooches with us. Majority of places have been very accommodating especially in more remote parts of Scotland. Here , however where there are no other places within walking distance we were very disappointed we could not Eat here with our wee dog or even get food to take out !! We could order & eat outside, but April in Scotland is not an ideal place for al fresco dining in the evening its just not a north of Scotland kinda thing 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 !!! This was the only place on our whole trip from the Outer Hebrides , Skye heading back down we were unable to take our dog ! I understand the owner is Spanish .. perhaps this would be a better rule kept for Spain. One would think in this current economic climate any business Is good business. He just lost around £100 food & drink order from us & possibly another few couples on the site. Hey ho nice to not need the business

      The hotel was spotlessly clean, I had room 10 which was for single occupancy, it was modern, with a double bed, and a FANTASTIC rain forest shower, very comfortable bed. The food was great, considering we were a coach party of 42, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfasts were wonderful, hot, and plentiful, the evening meal had fabulous choices, i dont eat red meat and i did not have a problem, every night there was plenty to choose from. all in all it was a wonderful hotel, with great scenery and helpful and friendly staff, i would go back in a heartbeat
