Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. The wide spread buffet breakfast became more enjoyable and tasty because of these 2 people's warmest conviviality. I was quite impressed. Thank you Lemon Tree. Will come back again.

Each and every staff member is very courteous, right from the front gate to reception and valet to house keeping. They do their best to ensure maximum comfort to the guests and take care of every detail from checkin to check out. We enjoy the slides at the water park and indoor pool ***** with their buffet spread and kids activities. Our rooms with balconies were spacious. The greenery within the premises and around is well maintained, worth a walk. Will keep visiting.

|2.96km from city centerRooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

|43.26km from city centerThe location is surreal. Based on the mountains at the edge of a forest with spatial properties, the drive to the resort itself past pawna dam is breathtaking. Travelled during monsoons which made the trip extra special. Internal property travel is via Nano cars which the reception arranges for you. While a lot of people complain once you visit, you will know this will realistically take a few mins for the car to reach you. You can walk it out too if you want, but it will be a hike and everything is distant (you can't walk to the reception - it's a very long Trek). The villas are beautiful and well maintained. They are spaced out well in the greenery so you have your privacy and peace to connect with nature. The restaurants offer a good selection and the food is tasty. Avoid the extended setup during breakfast as that may miss some some items. Go early and get the primary area. The spa is amazing and so is the tea meditation. We attended the aarti in the evening which is generic and for peace not referring to any specific God and open for every race, caste and religion. The staff were nothing short of helpful and were well ***nered. If you are travelling during peak holiday season there will be expected wait times and it's not their fault or incompetence, plus you are on a holiday so better to be relaxed and happy than impatient and angry. The experience was amazing and we plan to come back some time again in the future...

As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

Remember to bring your racquets and non marking shoes. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. All the servers are pleasant. Excellent massage by Ms. Anita. Well equipped gym. Movie nights on outdoor large screen. The place is really good value for money. Now the negative found the food super spicy. Billing was a catastrophe with confused pricing between what was on the menu and what was billed. However the staff was ready to accept and make amends. Swimming pool water is cold. Would definitely return and reccomend this hotel/club
