This hotel offers great value for money. At less than 200 RMB without breakfast, it's perfect for an overnight layover at Don Mueang Airport (breakfast is 295 THB, not a huge variety but enough to fill you up). The lobby is cozy and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean (I couldn't find slippers, so I'm not sure if they're provided). There's hot water for showering (in addition to the existing shower facilities, they've installed extra hot water showers). The front desk service is excellent (other staff members are great too). There's always a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, day and night, who will remind you about your deposit refund (Thai hotels typically require a 1000 THB deposit) and help you call a taxi. Everything is well-organized and fantastic. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour (I didn't use the free airport pick-up service due to potential language barriers). If you miss the shuttle, you'll need to take a taxi (the front desk staff will help you call one). A ride-hailing taxi to the airport costs 146 THB and takes 6 minutes. The hotel is located in an alley opposite Don Mueang Airport, separated by a very busy main road. To walk there, you need to use an elevated pedestrian bridge (turn left at the arrival hall exit, follow the signs to the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator). Those who claim it's only a 10-minute walk in the reviews are mistaken. I'm 180cm tall and it took me a full 20 minutes to walk. I wouldn't recommend walking with luggage; it will exhaust you to no end!

The location is excellent and very convenient for those looking to stay in the city area. It is easy to access shopping areas and there are many nearby options for local restaurants and food. I booked this hotel because of it's location in Talad Noi/riverside, and the nice view. The beds where actually surprisingly comfortable and seemed new, and the hotel room had recently had a little facelift. The the work was just weirdly badly done for some reason, but this just seems to be something the thais simply don't care about. Nobody bothers using tape while painting something in this country. Not a problem for us though. The staff was sweet and helpful, breakfast nice and the terrace on the roof had a lovely view. This is one of the the few hotels with a nice river view without the high price tag, so I really recommend it. I wanted to check out this area, Talad Noi, and I found it really interesting. Also a short way to Chinatown for some action and great food, and to the boats for comfortable transport.

The the work was just weirdly badly done for some reason, but this just seems to be something the thais simply don't care about. Nobody bothers using tape while painting something in this country. Not a problem for us though. The staff was sweet and helpful, breakfast nice and the terrace on the roof had a lovely view. This is one of the the few hotels with a nice river view without the high price tag, so I really recommend it. I wanted to check out this area, Talad Noi, and I found it really interesting. Also a short way to Chinatown for some action and great food, and to the boats for comfortable transport.

My five-day stay at PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok was exceptional. Located in the heart of Sukhumvit, the hotel is just a five-minute walk from the Nana BTS station, making city travel incredibly easy.  The highlight was definitely the room. Staying in a One-Bedroom Suite felt like a home away from home; it was incredibly spacious, clean, and featured a fully-equipped kitchenette and a washer-dryer—perfect for a multi-day trip.  The facilities were top-notch. I started my mornings at the 24-hour gym and wound down in the afternoon by the outdoor pool and sauna on the 8th floor. While the breakfast at Spice Brasserie was solid, the real perk was the surrounding neighborhood, which is packed with diverse dining and nightlife.  For anyone looking for a blend of residential comfort and hotel luxury in Bangkok, this is a fantastic choice.

The airport shuttle service was punctual, and the driver was polite, making me feel very secure. • Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a gym, a restaurant, and comfortable lounge areas, allowing for good relaxation even during a short stay. Hotel is ideal to get around ..! Peaceful environment and very convenient to shops close by (7/11) ..! Rooms : Manage to have good rest and sleep on their comfortable mattress I must admit I struggle to sleep in the hotel room but Livotel was exceptional however noise from the neighbouring room often cause disruption..! Facilities : Hotel got small Fitness Room with four basic cardio equipment only was alright for basic workout however little disappointed with the opening time as it doesn’t open till 07:00 AM though on the door it is mentioned 06:00 AM..! Also have to remind the staff to open it as it wasn’t open this morning till 07:10 AM..! Overall all Good place to stay ..! Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful..!
