Excellent hospitality and amazing desert stay and safari. I feel best thing is jeep safari and camel ride. Camp stay was quiet nice .traditional dance group dance and best dinner and breakfast. Required thing is that its necessary to plan this trip with well planner because it's very difficult to select best services in low expences.

So i didn't stay at the Jeet Villa. I did however spend about 2 hours in one of their rooms appearing for a job interview, which suddenly came up on a Friday afternoon while i was traveling from Bikaner go Jaisalmer. Without a booking or prior intimation, I was fortunate enough to come across Jeet Villa and the nicest ***ager ever. Not only did he allow me to take up one of his rooms, but also arranged for water, tea, snacks and a high table for keeping my laptop at eye level. He even asked his staff to clear all wall hangings and decorations from behind me (so that video conference looked as professional as possible). All this out of sheer goodwill and no charge! I didn't know people displayed such acts of kindness in the world today...needless to say if they were so hospitable and kind to an outsider, you can be guaranteed of this and more if you're a guest here!

Its is a small hotel, quite close to the railway station. The place is very built beautifully inside. the staffs are very polite. The best place is the "Angaan" on each floor. There is a table and a designer chairs so that people on each floor can come together of all rooms to have a chit-chat if we have a bulk booking. About the rooftop restaurant. They have a cute pug to play with at the restaurant. They have a huge variety of food options. We had a cardiac patient with us. SO, they made a very oil free and ghee food. They serve very quickly and keenly follow the order placement. The taste of the food was very good. The restaurant is in the rooftop. We get a beautiful view of the fort and city. The climate becomes very soothing cold during the month of Oct and Nov. Nice place to spends a evening with a regular food.

I recently visited Jaisalmer with my wife and 2 kids (aged 4 and 8 years). We had booked a complete package with Hotel Akashdeep. The hotel ***ager Mr. Mukesh Bhatia is an extremely helpful person and someone you can really trust upon. Hotel Room: We were provided a 3-beded AC room which was large enough for us and our luggage. There was a double bed, one single bed, and one additional bed which came handy for 4 of us. There were adequate pillows, linens and blankets. The bathroom is of good size and was very clean and tidy. Restaurant: My package included breakfast and dinner. We loved the Upma and Poha that was served to us in breakfast and we didn't try their parathas. The paneer vegetable and dal fry were tasty too and they served hot rotis. Point to note- they cook the food when you order so its always fresh and hot. In evening snacks, we tried Maggi, Veg Sandwich and Bhajiyas and they were not bad at all. The ***ager at the restaurant is a nice and cool guy too. We also had lunch once at the restaurant. We liked the food so much that we got the food packed from them for our train journey when leaving from Jaisalmer. Staff: The staff is very polite and helpful too. A loud shout-out for the staff. Desert Camp: The swiss tent provided to us in sam sand dunes was good too. I was surprised with the bathroom in the tent.....it was clean and huge and had a hot water tap too. The artists at the camp were really outstanding and overall event at the camp was satisfying. The evening snacks and morning breakfast at the camp is Average but in dinner they served good varieties and was okay. Taxi Service: Our package consisted of pick-up from railway station as well as drop to the railway station + the local sight seen and the transport to and from the desert camp. We also booked their car for the Longewala tour. The car was always ready for us and we never had to enquire about the availability of the car. The condition of the car was nice and the drivers were polite and guided us properly. Desert Jeep safari and Camel Safari: We also booked Jeep Safari from Mukeshji and Camel Safari was part of the desert camp package. It was a good experience for my family. I was surprised when the camel guy (after the ride) asked me to call Mukeshji as he wanted to know if our experience was good with the camel ride. Cloak/Store Room Facility and a room to rest facility: We had kept our luggage at the store room when we checked out of the hotel in the morning to go to desert safari in the evening. We went for local sight seeing that day and returned by lunch. Mukeshji provided us a room to rest for couple of hours before we proceeded to the desert camp. So kind of him. Overall Experience: This was a stress free trip to Jaisalmer...all thanks to Mukeshji for making it so wonderful and memorable. I have no idea if I overpaid for the total package but my wife and I feel that the overall experience was worth it as our life was re

One word that defines this place of stay is "wow". Moment you enter the palatial gate, you feel like royal. The extreme courtesies extended by every staff makes you feel so comfortable. Though my schedule was a little hectic, I could sense the peace you get here, the staffs who make you feel at home, cleanliness of every nook and corner and not just your room, jigsaw puzzle you enjoy traversing the corridors and garden, view from rooftop restaurant etc. Services in these difficult times of corona is excellent adhering to all precautionary measures put in place. I could find it difficult to identify anything that would have made me uneasy. Bhojaraj ji, you and your team deserves praise. People like you make our place the best, since you follow "atithi devo bhava" culture which we have inherited

This was the best hotel experience of my life..... The location is excellent, the amenities and level of comfort are amazing, but what makes this hotel an unforgettable experience is the way the owner Mahaveer Singh ji, D.S. Chouhan Ji & all the staff treats you, After two rough nights in a run-down hotel, as soon as I got to the Jessulkot I found myself surrounded by a warmth, and by a feeling of being welcome that almost overwhelmed me. Over my five days there, the staff took care of me in such a way that I really felt like they all cared about my well-being. Whether I asked advice on how to get to some remote neighborhood of jaisalmer, on what taxi company I should hire, everyone took the deepest care to give me the best service, It's the first time that, when leaving, I felt sorry leaving a hotel... I will come back for sure !

Nothing was too much to ask for here, the staff were really fantastic and gave us so much help and advice when needed. Lucky picked us up from the bus stop about an hour later than we expected to arrive. After a long bus trip this was so welcome! At the end of our visit we were really struggling to book our flight out because we had no Indian number or credit card. It was getting pretty late the night before, and eventually we asked Sunny to help - within about 30 mins his travel agent had sorted us and we were booked on! The hotel was exactly as you would expect - simple, clean rooms. Note that hot water is heated on de***d, so if you need a shower at an odd time you just let one of the staff know. Rooftop restaurant has a great view, we had good food and service, and it is reasonably priced. Renuka also provide camel safaris like ***y other hotels in Jaisalmer. Everywhere you go people offers you camel safaris, it’s the thing to do here. We thought Renuka were really professional in keeping the hotel and camel safari business separate - there was absolutely no pressure to book a camel safari through them (unlike what we read about other hotels), and Lucky simply told us what we would get and how much it would cost after we said we may be interested. In the end we did go with Renuka on the two day camel safari and it has been a real highlight of our 7 week trip in India (we reviewed this separately).

Nachana Haveli is a beautiful property situated in the local market area and 10 mins walk from Jaisalmer Fort .. the staffs are very courteous and very helpful. The rooms give you a feel of royal heritage of Rajasthan. Rooms are spacious , with all basic amenities, however not much ventilation though. They have a renowned restaurant called Saffron which is very famous for Foreign tourist. However the food are very bland and not at all Indian cuisine taste. All the dal , sabzi or non veg tastes very sweet and has no masala . May be they make it that way to cater to the Foreign guest. Over all a decent family friendly hotel

We stayed here last week. One of the best, reliable and reasonable family hotel in the center of the city. The owner of the hotel is truly a gentlemen. Our kid was ill during the trip. He made sure of utmost care of him. We also had late checkout. Room was provided to us without any cost. I truly appreciate it. Also dropped to the railway station at decent amount. Breakfast was having decent options and it was tasty as well as fresh. Room and washroom was spacious and clean with nice heritage look. One last thing i wanted to share that my husband forgot his driving license there. The owner of the hotel made it sure to courier it asap. Thanks a ton for great hospitality and keep up the good work !.

It has what it promises and we had a lot of fun. All in all I felt comfortable and happy. Hope to see you again

It’s a nice hotel. Location is good. Well connected. They provide free pick up from the railway station if you inform them in advance. Rooms were specious and well maintained. Staffs were well ***nered and helpful. Food was tasty though it was spicy. The roof top restaurant was fantastic with a clear view of the fort. They don’t allow to take food in the room. You have to get to the roof top restaurant for food. They prepare your food after you order. So it’s advisable to order any kind of food in advance may be 30mins prior to your food time. Breakfast menu is not very elaborate. Limited choice but tasty. I did not use the pool so cannot comment. The travel desk persons were very helpful and the rates were reasonable too. Over all it was a nice experience. I will surely stay there again.

Me and my daughter only stayed one night as were travelling through. Mr Obay (the ***ager) greeted us and offered us chai and we chatted. Room was neat and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, in all our visits to India I wanted to bring this bed home with me. Food was great, the boys upstairs were friendly and made an effort to chat with us while our meal was prepared. Cook made delicious curries and parathas. Breakfast good, parathas or pancakes or both. The hotel is havelli style with traditional touches such as puppets and Rajasthani features. It’s a good safe place for travellers single, women or couples alike. . It has a friendly feel and we chatted with a guest who spends a few months a year there, I can see why. The ***ager told us he could have planned our tour for a fraction of the price, wish we’d done that. We booked the taxi with them too and it was outside waiting when we arrived at the airport. Everything was planned well, no hidden costs and we could have easily spent another day here if we’d had the time. Thank you all.

If you wish to stay inside the Jaiselmer Fort, this is the place! Vimal is a super host, he will guide you with all the attractions nearby and ensure you have a smooth and safe journey. Me and my female friend stayed at Sahi Garh during the Jaiselmer Festival. The hotel is located in a narrow lane inside the fort. So, if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, i suggest you request for a pick up which will be arranged by Mr. Vimal. For all your day to day travel needs, a lot of rickshaws are available inside the fort at a 2 min walking distance from the hotel. Mr. Vimal can also take care of your Dessert Safari (sleeping under the stars) which looks very promising. Check with him in advance at the time of the booking. The hotel 's decor and ambiance gives an authentic vibe of Rajasthan. The rooftop overlooks the scenic city view. You can experience the beauty when you munch on the breakfast at the rooftop. The rooms are cosy and large enough to fit 2 people. We were provided with basic toiletries, towels, a kettle and 2 bottles of water. The Hot water is available throughout day and night. For additional requests or help at the hotel premises, Mr. Gopal is the *** for it. Our overall stay at Sahi Garh was great! As women travelers we felt very safe and comfortable.

From what I know Jaisalmer is one of the safest places to travel to at the moment. I chose to stay at Mystic Jaisalmer and am I glad I did! The hotel is adhering to the COVID regulations. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. The hotel is centrally located, all the places worth visiting are within walking distance. The staff is nice and friendly. Mr. Ashraf Ali, the owner of the hotel ensures your comfort. The desert Safari was truly mind-blowing. The sunset was breathtaking! And i have no words to describe the feeling of sleeping under the stars! It was well organised. They also customise these trips according to your liking. One can also hang out in the roof top restaurant 'Hocus Pocus' (from where one can view the fort and have a bird eye view of the Golden City) and the cafe 'Chaisalmer'. Great ambience (I loved the painted walls!!), good food, a great collection of books, interesting conversations and the famous hammock completes your experience at Mystic Jaisalmer! I would certainly visit once again!

We stayed here for 3 days during our trip to Jaisalmer. We were travelling with our little girl and when we arrived they upgraded us to their largest room. Super clean and comfortable hotel, with a great rooftop restaurant to eat or just chill on a hot day. Really nice backpacker feel to it, but also really accommodating for families - like us. ***u and his team couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive, as well as just being a friendly bunch. They arranged a camel safari for us, which was out of this world. The most amazing sky I have ever seen as we slept in the desert under the stars. Jonny and Faris looked after us brilliantly during our desert trip. Also, the hotel’s restaurant is top notch. Everything we ordered was first class, tasty, local fare. Can not recommend Pol Haveli highly enough.
