Subway food outlet is available at the Condotel hotel premises. Online food orders are delivered to the room. The Cooking utensils are provided and full kitchen cooking facilities are available in the room. All groceries and meet were available at nearby supermarkets and stores. Medical centers are available 10-15 minutes away by taxi at peak hours. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning and cooling are good. Attention to maintenance is also found to be prompt and good. Compared to a few other Condotels nearby we found Prince Plaza 11 was much better. We have been visiting the property 4 to 5 times repeatedly and will come back in the future. We can recommend this 3-star property / Condotel one of the good ones among its nearby competition.
New World Makati rebranded from the New World Renaissance (Marriott) in late of 2009. It's a large-scale hotel featuring a nice spacious swimming pool and extensive meeting facilities. The stand-out of this property is the exceptional service especially at the Residence Club. Steven, one of the front desk associates at the club lounge was immensely hospitable, VIP treatment not just to me, but every guest. I enjoyed the lounge experience, they even have made to order Japanese Bento for breakfast. The Residence Club Room is a must as the club benefits truly set the New World experience. The Greenbelt retail across from the hotel is being renovated until late 2020, so you have to use the side entrance 2 pedestrian walks to be exact, which is safe and easy.
The service was very good. In response to the request for a late check-out until 4 o'clock, I also helped to switch to a smoking room without paying. The basic bathroom accessories are Rose31. Will definitely stay next time, maybe try Gold Lounge.

Unfortunately, first night I arrived there have to wait more than 40mins at the lobby to get the room even I have already booked the room. 24hr kitchen available which is good and hot enough , but I think the taste and choice can be improve.

We had one night at Oyo 152 Hotel and it was simply super! The staff was lovely. We arrived really late at night (4am back from Banaue...) and they welcomed us warmly. The hotel was just right to stay for 22 days. The accomodation was very good and It was tidy and organized. The staff were very friendly and resourceful. The reponse of the team was very prompt. The place was very peaceful and quite.
It was so convenient you can walk to all the nearby historical tourist spot and really be immersed in Binondo and/or Chinatown. It was quite tricky to get there especially if you are just on a layover but since we were visiting someone in QC. Location was good enough while we were trying to get to Luneta. :)
Clean! Beds were a little high for children. They had printing services and some snacks at affordable price. Good internet speed. Room had electric kettle fridge and a safe. We stayed at the 9th floor and checked in early and late where we paid 1000+ php but worth it before we hustle back to Shanghai. There is Grab Taxi and Grab food to help us during the heavy rain brought by the typhoon.

We stayed here for my daughter's Visa Appointment. Location wise, the hotel is a great place to stay especially if you have an interview with the US Embassy. St Luke's Clinic is just the other side of the block. I guess my only concern of not giving a perfect 5 for cleanliness is simply because when we asked for Housekeeping, they told us that they're not allowed to change the beddings and we should be the one changing it due to pandemic. I don't understand why we should be the one doing it. Tbh, we don't know how to change the beddings the way it should. We don't have a choice but to accept the bedsheets and change it ourselves. I understand that there's na pandemic going on, but they should be ready for this kind of situation. They should be equipped in addressing this pandemic. They wouldn't be infected if in case we were positive as long as they should follow standard health protocols. That should be part of their SOPs to make sure the rooms are being disinfected on a regular basis regardless if there are guests. They could have asked us probably to wait in the lobby while the room is being cleaned. Anyways, overall I'm happy with the service and it meets our expectations.
Cant fault this hotel. It has everything you expect for a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, big room and super bathroom. Staff are amazingly helpful.

i was looking through hotels for the quarantine when i accidentally click on this hotel and prepaid the booking via Agoda. I immediately called to request for cancellation but the hotel didnt agree for a refund. Furthermore, the booking is for 5nights wherein the quarantine only needs 3nights stay. Requested for the extra 2 nights to be offset for meals, but hotel has also refused. Outside food deliveries are not allowed but you can ask for grocery item for delivery?? hotel is taking advantage of the situation to earn more. Agoda is willing to refund only if the hotel agrees with it but the hotel only offered an alternative dates of stay for cancellation request or for the unused nights. With the pandemic situation the world is facing now, no one knows when will this even end! Therefore, i am left with no choice but to push through the booking. Will be arriving today for my unwanted hotel stay, hopefully things will eventually come around coz im having negative views on my first impression!
