The location is the best right in front of the shopping mall, the location is the best, the room is small for the price, the breakfast was attached, but it seems that it is late anyway and the meal contents are substantial After selecting the pancakes, the eggs were an extra charge, so I felt a little bit more. He / she carried baggage and the staff was kind, but thinks that it is not enough when we think about price.

Overall, the space is large, the beds are a bit small, the air conditioning is sufficient, there are convenience stores nearby, the hotel location is great, there are restaurants in the mall when you go out, and the check-in experience is still OK

Central to Makati CBD. Easy to order online taxi services such as GRAB. The major shopping malls are within walking distance. two convenient stores are available next to the Condotel 24x7. Subway food outlet is available at the Condotel hotel premises. Online food orders are delivered to the room. The Cooking utensils are provided and full kitchen cooking facilities are available in the room. All groceries and meet were available at nearby supermarkets and stores. Medical centers are available 10-15 minutes away by taxi at peak hours. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning and cooling are good. Attention to maintenance is also found to be prompt and good. Compared to a few other Condotels nearby we found Prince Plaza 11 was much better. We have been visiting the property 4 to 5 times repeatedly and will come back in the future. We can recommend this 3-star property / Condotel one of the good ones among its nearby competition.

New World Makati rebranded from the New World Renaissance (Marriott) in late of 2009. It's a large-scale hotel featuring a nice spacious swimming pool and extensive meeting facilities. The stand-out of this property is the exceptional service especially at the Residence Club. Steven, one of the front desk associates at the club lounge was immensely hospitable, VIP treatment not just to me, but every guest. I enjoyed the lounge experience, they even have made to order Japanese Bento for breakfast. The Residence Club Room is a must as the club benefits truly set the New World experience. The Greenbelt retail across from the hotel is being renovated until late 2020, so you have to use the side entrance 2 pedestrian walks to be exact, which is safe and easy.

The service was very good. In response to the request for a late check-out until 4 o'clock, I also helped to switch to a smoking room without paying. The basic bathroom accessories are Rose31. Will definitely stay next time, maybe try Gold Lounge.

Stayed several times, the first time this review, there is parking lot at the entrance, double bed is large enough, facilities are quite comfortable to use. There is a small refrigerator hidden in the cabinet under the TV, and the price of the drink is only 5 Peso more expensive than the 711, which is very kind.

The hotel is not eye-catching, but it is the best location, located in the heart of Makati and Manila's cosmopolitan city, wherever you are. If you only use two words to evaluate, then the word is warm, the room has a style of European old houses, although there has never been lived before, but there is a feeling of deja vu.

Very close to the greenbelt, right next to the mall, shopping is very convenient, the city of Caladi is rich, CBD, very prosperous. . However, the hotel was old for a long time, the space was very small, and the sheets were not white enough. In the first two days of the trip, the air conditioner on the upper floor of the air conditioner dripped annoyingly for two nights. It was good to inform the front desk and improved. The air conditioner was the kind of cold air. The machine blows the fan blade and pulls it down directly to the head. It is super uncomfortable. After a shower, I found that I didn’t put a toothbrush. It’s speechless. I have to pay a deposit for this hotel stay. One night, one thousand pesos, when the deposit is refunded. It will take a long time to return to the country to get the account. In general, the hotel itself is really not very good in all aspects. The main geographical location has an advantage. The waiter's attitude is better. Breakfast is also available.

The hotel is a bit old, it is a very large hotel, thank you Ctrip! Helped to make up the difference in room upgrades. The facilities can also be said to be complete, which is relatively old. The restaurant in the downstairs hotel has local home-cooked food. Unfortunately, the business is not good, no one eats, and many dishes are not prepared.

The closest major public transportation, Ayala Metro Station, is only 1km away. Famous local attractions Devarana Spa, Manila, Galleria Nicolas and Top of the Glo, can all be reached with a short walk. At that time, it was already 4 o'clock in the morning. Thank you very much for Ctrip. I did n’t have a high level of English, so I took my parents to travel freely. I returned to Hong Kong this evening. As a result, the volcano eruption was grounded. The notification was delayed until 12 o'clock. I was anxious to book the wrong time, and found that I could only check in the next afternoon when I got to the hotel by taxi. My mother did n’t understand me, and complained while walking. I can only ask for Ctrip. They immediately found a hotel for me. I used a taxi to check in at 4 am, and helped to contact me to refund the wrong hotel. Thank you very much.

It was so convenient you can walk to all the nearby historical tourist spot and really be immersed in Binondo and/or Chinatown. It was quite tricky to get there especially if you are just on a layover but since we were visiting someone in QC. Location was good enough while we were trying to get to Luneta. :) Clean! Beds were a little high for children. They had printing services and some snacks at affordable price. Good internet speed. Room had electric kettle fridge and a safe. We stayed at the 9th floor and checked in early and late where we paid 1000+ php but worth it before we hustle back to Shanghai. There is Grab Taxi and Grab food to help us during the heavy rain brought by the typhoon.

No breakfast, but the bottom 711 has fruit, burger, and heated porridge, which tastes good. I usually double the coffee with chicken nuggets and poached eggs. The broken shop across the street is cheap and tastes good, and less than 14 yuan. I have been undercharged several times. The owner is very nice. Although it feels dirty, it is actually not dirty, that is, the store is low. I hope everyone is okay.

Personal check-in experience: First of all, the hygiene is very clean, there is air conditioning, and the people inside are very enthusiastic. Sooner or later, I will say hello to you, which feels good (being in a foreign country). Toiletries are not provided (towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo ...), paper towels are still available. However, this price is quite good. Did not feel unsafe there, the bunk beds had curtains. You can wash your own clothes, and there are places to dry your clothes. Here's a special mention. The clothes that dry in the evening will rain the next morning. The transportation is very convenient, there is a 7-11 convenience store nearby. I bought a calling card from him, and the clerk was very enthusiastic to help you get it (even if it was very busy), very moved! Recommend this.

It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines. In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila

We stayed here for my daughter's Visa Appointment. Location wise, the hotel is a great place to stay especially if you have an interview with the US Embassy. St Luke's Clinic is just the other side of the block. I guess my only concern of not giving a perfect 5 for cleanliness is simply because when we asked for Housekeeping, they told us that they're not allowed to change the beddings and we should be the one changing it due to pandemic. I don't understand why we should be the one doing it. Tbh, we don't know how to change the beddings the way it should. We don't have a choice but to accept the bedsheets and change it ourselves. I understand that there's na pandemic going on, but they should be ready for this kind of situation. They should be equipped in addressing this pandemic. They wouldn't be infected if in case we were positive as long as they should follow standard health protocols. That should be part of their SOPs to make sure the rooms are being disinfected on a regular basis regardless if there are guests. They could have asked us probably to wait in the lobby while the room is being cleaned. Anyways, overall I'm happy with the service and it meets our expectations.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The traffic jam in Pasay will be much better than makati, and there is a SM supermarket around the hotel, KFC and Mcdonald, and Japanese food on the first floor (relatively fresh and affordable, R100 per capita) There is also Century Seafood in the hotel. The restaurant can basically meet the needs of travel. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the airport to Skyway. It is also close to Manila's seafood market, with convenience stores and ATMs nearby. Hotel security is also in place. Handbags and luggage need to be checked in before entering the hotel lobby. There are two rows of rooms in the hotel room. You can see the sea view of Manila Bay (the sunset is beautiful). The internal facilities are old, but the maintenance is good. Especially praise the showers, the water pressure is very good, and the massage high pressure spray bath. Feeling comfortable. There is also a good outdoor swimming pool. There is a massage hot tub in the swimming pool. This is better than many hotels with swimming pools. The bathrooms for changing clothes in the swimming pool are also large. The only thing that needs to be talked about is their buffet breakfast, which is definitely not rich, and most of them are basically there. I compare it with GrandCitygarden, and the service consciousness of the breakfast staff is very weak, and the service staff is too old. On the one hand, there are many other times when you wait to find it before you can cooperate. It does not take the initiative to assist and ask about your needs. Overall this hotel is good, business travel is recommended, especially considering the traffic congestion in Manila ...

i was looking through hotels for the quarantine when i accidentally click on this hotel and prepaid the booking via Agoda. I immediately called to request for cancellation but the hotel didnt agree for a refund. Furthermore, the booking is for 5nights wherein the quarantine only needs 3nights stay. Requested for the extra 2 nights to be offset for meals, but hotel has also refused. Outside food deliveries are not allowed but you can ask for grocery item for delivery?? hotel is taking advantage of the situation to earn more. Agoda is willing to refund only if the hotel agrees with it but the hotel only offered an alternative dates of stay for cancellation request or for the unused nights. With the pandemic situation the world is facing now, no one knows when will this even end! Therefore, i am left with no choice but to push through the booking. Will be arriving today for my unwanted hotel stay, hopefully things will eventually come around coz im having negative views on my first impression!
