|2.15km from city centerI found my room to be clean, large and very quiet, just the right combination for a good night sleep. Breakfast was included and it was well-stocked with juice (green and orange), plenty of fruit (truly large trays), yogurt, cereal, chilaquiles, beans, etc., and dinners were quite satisfactory too (I tried arrachera, guacamole, chicken soup, salmon, house wine)..........but the best part was the outstanding service-oriented attitude of Susy and Sophie in the lobby, Claudia and Sophie (another Sophie) in the bar and Paula and Jorge in the dining area. I found them personable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well-taken care of in said areas (lobby, bar, dining).......this must be one of the best kept secrets in Leon........I am sure the rest of the employees in this hotel are also superb individuales, but I can only mention the ones I interacted with........my deep appreciation to those excellent employees..................

|4.75km from city centerThis is a wonderful hotel in Leon! The staff welcomed us so well and spoke impeccable English too. They were so helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The room was amazing. It was large, very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was great and the hand made chocolates were a welcome addition too. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as was the walk in shower! There were plenty of towels, bath robes and slippers. I would want to come back again! There breakfast was brilliant and the pool area and gym looked great too.

Breakfast is early, the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the location cannot be beat. For the rally, it is across the street from the service park. For Old Leon, it is a 15 minute walk.

I wish I had discover it before! Hotel is sparking clean, well kept and comfortable for a business basis stay. But the best of all is the staff. There aren't negatives from the team. They are always available and fulfilling all requests from guests with a smile. Really, all the staff are who make the difference, since the warm welcoming up to the friendly goodbye as: ”this is your home, please come back again”. Now there are no doubts that Fiesta Inn is my favortie and only option to stay in the city.

|1.62km from city centerMy husband and I got married in León and organized together with NE hotel staff several rooms to accommodate 50 guests from abroad, as well as from different cities of Mexico. The NE team was very supportive offering their help and guidance throughout the whole process of booking and assigning the right rooms to each guest. Breakfast was delicious, as well as the tasty food from the Italian restaurant next door called Ma Come No. All friends were very satisfied with the service. It exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely recommend it and stay there again.

At first, it didn't look like the photos, but it was very good - just that the photos had more light. It was very quiet and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was closed for dining, but they would cook deliver meals to your room (due to covid). The staff treated us like we were the only ones staying there--very personalized service. They let us choose the room we liked best and also allowed us to check in very early. There is no elevator and only 3 floors. I will definitely stay here again!

|0.21km from city centerFirst of all, I have stayed at quite a few hotels during my travels. This was a unique experience as I was told that this hotel was the oldest in the city which I found intriguing at first. First of all, I loved the lobby, is has this traditional feel to it which was great. The elevator is manually operated which I found very pleasing as it was a first for me. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, without a doubt top-notch service with a personal feel to it I can't say enough about how great they were. The artwork in the hotel has a warm feeling to it which I enjoyed. I didn't try the restaurant but it was always very busy and they has a small band playing instrumental music that was easy to relax to. Once I got to my room is when that charm began to wear off. the room was big with plenty of closet room. The bed was somewhat stiff but still comfortable. The carpet was dated with a couple of bearly noticeable stains. The outlets were two-prong which could be a problem for some laptops. To me, attention to detail is the key for a nice room. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower door had a small crack. The showerhead, on the other hand, had quite a bit of build-up, and the was a piece of the counter was missing. Now I was told that some parts of the hotel were being renovated but for the rooms that are being given to guests things like these should be looked at. As a solo traveler, I really don't mind but for couples and families, I'm not so sure. The wifi in my room was a little weak but usable, but I have internet service in Mexico and my provider had service at the hotel so I logged in with my account details and I was online. I don't really know if someone without Mexican internet would be able to connect.

|2.97km from city centerRooms are clean, elegant, comfy beds, great showers & a/c, well appointed, except for one detail-- alarm clocks were so outdated they couldn’t be set to the correct time. It has good security, which is important as Leon has become quite dangerous. All the staff was very courteous & helpful. Restaurant was excellent too, with Mexican food and wings, salads, burgers, etc, all very fresh and elegant. There is a small gym with 2 treadmills + a few cardio machines, and weights. There is a laundry machine and dryer for guests. We chose the hotel for the pool, so one big problem was that for 2 of our 6 days it was closed completely. First it was closed the whole afternoon for a private kids’ party; then afterwards the pool was full of popcorn and pizza and stayed closed. Then, a few days later, it closed for a deep cleaning but they did not tell us it would be closed all day, so we waited hours until finally we were told it would open next day 9AM. At 9AM they told us it wouldn't open until 11AM. The pool itself is amazing and clean (except after that party). It is surrounded by tropical flowers that attract blue hummingbirds. In the mornings sometimes they put hot water to warm it. Would be perfect if were more available and required closures were posted with precise times. Despite this one frustration, we like the hotel and would stay again.

I was wrong as inside of this spacious hotel it´s been absolutely quiet. A great garden with an absolutely clean pool just offered me a holiday feeling. The romos were equipped very well (fridge and microwave) and with a view into the garden towards the pool. Friendly and competent staff was always willing to give any quest a hand. and for sure I´ll be back pretty soon.

PROs - Very customer oriented staff at the restaurants and front desk - Location, walking distance of quality restaurants - very well priced CONs - Just one elevator for a hotel with 5 floors and over 160 rooms. I did not mind going up and down the stairs but my mother in law uses a cane to walk. She had to wait sometimes up to 10 minutes for the slow elevator to bring her up or down. - Staff with laundry or garbage uses the same elevator as guests. - Very slow process to check in and to check out - Access door on the second floor did not work. Access control in the elevator also did not work. Should be 2 stars but the niceness of the staff helps this hotel make it to 3 but barely.
