Stayed here for a few days while attending a tennis tournament at the Porsche Arena. Could check-in early via a friendly member of staff, although there was no one at reception when I first arrived. I had a single room on the top floor which had the added bonus of a balcony. Although the space is small and very public. The room itself is small but functional. When designing the room they should've of added space under the bed for storage. It did get warm (it was a hot weekend) if air con was off. The bathroom was clean, but had a great powerful hot shower. Breakfast was basic but of good quality. Although a bit of a mix up in regards to payment of breakfast as you need to do it on the day versus allowing it to be added to your room bill. Overall a very good hotel and would have no qualms about staying there again, especially considering the price they charge.

We stayed 2 nights at Attimo Stuttgart during a European driving holiday. We specifically wanted to stay in Stuttgart to go to the automotive museums. We had a spacious room on the 2nd floor. It was a non-smoking room as requested and was very clean. It had a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, sink and kettle but no microwave, crockery or cutlery, as well as a modern bathroom with great water pressure. They provided a fan which was adequate as there is no air conditioning. We also had paid parking in the underground garage. The Thai restaurant at the “back door” is excellent and very reasonable. There is a supermarket opposite and plenty of eateries within a blocks walk. The train is also a block away with bus transfers to Mercedes museum. Only negative is no lift and we had to carry our bags and suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Good mid price accomodation.

Staying only for a night to watch Holiday on Ice in Stuttgart, we were surprised by the huge room we had. In addition there was even a small balcony. Room was great, clean, bedding was good, but we did miss a proper shower, or at least something better than a plastic shower curtain. Parking is available on the premises. Breakfast was a good selection of breads, cereals, eggs and all other goodies one would expect to find. At night, a small cosy little bar is available for hotel guests. Good hotel, we can recommend this one.

We came to Stuttgart for Christmas Market and I choose this hotel because of the Accorhotels membership and location. Our experience is very good. I book family room which has separate bedroom with double bed and large living room with two single beds, large sofa, desk and wardrobe. Room was also equipped with microvawe owen and large bathroom with bath. Room was also equipped with large balcony with view for thermal pools. I strongly recommend this room, was very comfortable and quiet. Staff in front desk as very nice and helpfull. Hotel offer high quality breakfasts. Big advantage is location, oposite to the Bad Cannstatt Mineral Baths and within walking distance from U-Bahn stop. For sure I`ll comeback to this hotel.

This property is clean, managed with enthusiasm, and the breakfast was also very good. However, I ended up cutting short my stay there because the lack of AC made it hard for me to sleep. Also, my teenage son was very frustrated with the unreliability of the W-Fi.

The location is a bit biased, but it is good, and there is a supermarket on the side, very good. The hotel seems to be opened by Indians. Although it often thinks about the money, the attitude is still quite good. If you pull it with him, it will not be too pit.

We stayed here for a night basically using it as a base to visit the Mercedes Benz Museum. We arrived ahead of check-in and were allowed to drop off our bags as we went exploring the museum. Whilst driving in, there is an intercom button you'll need to press at the barrier to allow you access to the hotel entrance. The receptionist was very kind to advise that it wasn't necessary to incur charges to park in the hotel's garage as streetside parking was widely available and safe. And indeed it was. Strangely the entire place was lined with cars throughout the day but it was relatively easy to find a lot close to the hotel. The room was a little bare but it was a good size and clean. Sleep quality was decent. There wasn't very much choice in terms of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel's own restaurant offered only basic fare. Even the hotel's own bar is a little pathetic. You'll be better off with the sports bar just a stone's throw away but the food is mediocre. You'll be best heading to the museum or heading further out. While our stay was without any hassle, I cannot imagine the ambient noise when the surrounding arenas are hosting events or concerts. A nice touch however was the coffee machine in the lobby that guests are free to use and it produced pretty decent coffee.

Hello Hotel Stern, Finally you have spoken up after I have put my concerns in social media. Now let me reply to your questions/replies on top of yours in Google review: 1) Where were you all these time when I was repeatedly trying to reach out to you with my genuine concerns?? None of your staff members ever replied or even tried to understand my situation when even understood my situation and said it's really harsh that I had to go through this since you turned down request from them as well. 2) And Please check your phone records.I have repeatedly called your front desk and they didn't even pick up the call after the first time when they understood they can pocket my money. You have any answers to that?? Wasn't that deliberate?? 3) I was reaching out from India and there is a time difference between us, I might have missed your deadline by couple of hours, because I was eagerly waiting for my visa to arrive, even then how can you charge me for entire 2 weeks?? Isn't that wrong?? I have even requested you to charge me for couple of nights you even turned that down. That clearly shows your intentions... doesn't it??? 4) And you want me to believe that you have not accepted any booking for the reservation I have cancelled for entire 2 weeks?? that's another lie. 5) FYI I had booked other hotels for the same trip similar to yours and each of them cancelled for free since my issue was genuine....that's called professionalism...and for that gesture I would definitely reserve them for my next visits. 6) You say you wouldn't take any comments from a visitor who has not stayed in your hotel right??? Well let me correct you here, technically you have charged me for entire 2 weeks.Isn't it?? So I have every right to pen down my opinions what I have gone through and it also becomes a responsibility for me to alert all other customers. 7) You talk about reputation....look at your hotel rating...2.8 and there are several others who have complained about your service. And it's because of this kind of behaviour of yours customers would stay away from your hotel in future. As a hotel you have lost complete respect of yours since you turned down a genuine request from a customer and the situation he was in and the pain that you have caused financially is immense. Hence Respect your customers and their situations first, you never know you might be in the same situation in future.

Booked a spontaneous night in this fabulous hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel I knew I made the right choice. The hotel staff were so lovely and could understand my Irish accent perfectly :) The hotel parking is so handy and right beside a Police station so I didn’t have to think about my whole vist. My room was so trendy and had everything you could need. The wee extras such as really nice shampoo and shower gel, soaps etc which were high quality. The bed was was so comfy and huge. I actually loved the bed so much I woke up the next and morning and booked a extra night haha I loved the music vibe in the hotel. Being able to listen to music whilst I had a shower was amazing. This hotel just made me feel so relaxed and chilled. Mellow vibes from start to finish. Thank you guys :)

Had a one night stay at the Graf Zeppelin in Stuttgart in a Deluxe room. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was also clean. The details were just not what you expect from a 5* hotel. The amenities folder was old and not updated, the soap in the bathroom was in a bottle at the wall (cheaper and same as in 2 or 3* hotels) The milk at breakfast was still in the carton from the supermarket. The bar and restaurant was hardly frequented. The gym was small and basic and although the staff was very professional and friendly I left with the impression that the hotel has seen better times. Maybe they should use the time the new station is under construction to renovate the hotel. But maybe the location for a high end hotel is not ideal either and it should become a 3* hotel.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is big, in classic style. Rooms are pretty spacious, with fridge and kettle. Beds are very comfortable, even though it consisted of 2 matrasses joined together. The bathroom is also big enough with a bad. The shower system is controlled by touch panel, unusual but it works! Also, when you are taking a shower in a bath, the water does not end up on the floor, as it often does. Really enjoyed the TV in the room and that it has the mobile sharing option - so you can watch your videos on big screen. In many hotels they lock up this function. The biggest problem faces was slow unstable internet. We were in a business wing, so you expect stable fast connection, however it was very slow and was all the time disconnecting. Also, 17 eur for a breakfast p.p. per night is way too much. You can get an entire meal for under 15 eur even in the same restaurant, and 17 eur for breakfast. Luckily the location is good and there are some places around. 21 eur for parking also is a bit too much, however there was a parking garage with 12 eur per dat just on the opposite side of the street. Overall - a good comfortable and clean hotel, but with some overprices services.

Reception was OK, but far from friendly. Extremely confusing layout out of the hotel and had a hard time to find my room. Italian restaurant was nothing to brag about. Worst part was the room next to the noisy elevator. I would not know any reason why I would stay in this hotel in the future.

We visit the Christmas market in Stuttgart every year and Park Inn by Radisson has been our choice for the last three years. Location is great, rooms are very good and breakfast is amazing. However, there were some problems with the staff this time. Check in took up to 20-30 minutes. First queueing and then they could not find our booking because they had some problems with a new software system or something of sorts. It would be ok if it had been just that. The problem is that check-out took another half an hour! We had two bedrooms, one pre-paid and the other not and they could not determine what we had already paid and what was due... When traveling with children, these episodes are stressful and even more disagreeable. We were running late to get to the airport and that time we lost at the reception was precious. That, together with the fact that this year breakfast was a really busy affair with stressed-out staff, means that we will be exploring other options next year.

Arrived in our room to find twin beds when we had booked a double, I rang down and they said we had been upgraded but they only had a twin room in the higher bracket. But there was no mention of this at reception when we actually checked in? Nobody ask us if this was ok Also why would we want to sleep in separate beds if we are a couple on a celebratory weekend?? So we ended up ‘downgrading’ back to the room i actually booked with one bed for both of us. Very rude on the phone, i said i booked a room specifically with a double as it was an option on the website. He said i did not and it was no where on the booking. But then he said yes you booked a double in the lower bracket. Yes i booked a double!! I specifically chose that room bracket for the double as the website shows the availability. We are a couple we want a double bed not individual beds! However in this room we then downgraded back to there were no tea/coffee facilities? We were told this bracket of room doesn’t supply this. NOT what it says on the website!!! However they said it was no problem to bring something up so they did, a kettle, cups and 3 coffee and 3 tea bags. No milk no sugar etc so we did not use this facility because every time we called down we were made to feel like an inconvenience so did not want to ask again!! Spa was closed the night we chose to use, with no warning? Nobody told us it was closing early. If we knew we could have changed our plans. When i searched for hotels in stuttgart i searched for spa hotels. However i could not use this facility in the end. If they told me it was closed even that morning rang the room or left a note i could have got back to the hotel earlier to use as planned. But no notice at all. Very disappointing. Birthday trip not very special so far!! I informed the hotel trip was for a birthday can they do something, even just a card in the room or something and they said yes. But nothing was there not even the words happy birthday to my partner on check in. Breakfast was a rush one morning, so we didn’t do it again we went elsewhere for the rest of the trip. We were told it was closing early that day, again no notice!!! She explained we had 15 minutes to find the food before it was cleared and we could take it to the bar and stay there longer. But this was not true when we got in the food was being taken already! We missed out on a lot of the breakfast options because it was being cleared away, omelette man made me an omelette but refused my boyfriend as he wanted to go. Very unfair. Impossible to eat and select food when they say you have 15 minutes but are already clearing everything away. No discount or apology offered. We paid nearly 60 euros for an omelette and a slice of toast and then everything else was taken. We wish we never bothered. Another inconvenience we found was being waken up every morning by the maids. 8.30/9am when we are on a romantic holiday we are not here to wake up and be out the room so earl
