0.65km from Sushibar HokkaidoRecently visited Wasa park with friends for a few nights to explore the city and do a bit of shopping. It's perfectly located, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby (and for quirky, tasty cocktails I recommend you check out the Tiki room just down the road!), and just a twenty minute walk from the train station, from which you can access the airport, coach station, mall of Scandinavia and a whole host of boutiques and independent shops in just a short journey. The hotel itself is beautiful and charming, with gorgeous and very unique interior, and when paired with the fact each of us paid £40 for the whole stay, was an absolute steal! Not only this but the food for breakfast was delicious AND included in the price; a very traditional Swedish breakfast buffet with yogurt, bread, caviar and lots of lovely sandwich fillers, juices, coffee and tea and pastries. In room amenities were great and we selected to have a private bathroom- which itself was well stocked, very clean and pleasant to use. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful too. The only criticism I could give would perhaps be a lack of drink making facilities (coffee, tea etc) in our room but honestly for the price and service this was hardly a problem at all. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
