The location is very good, right upstairs at Umeda Station, Osaka. Is a newly opened hotel. For a person who is very sensitive to the smell, the hallway smells great, and the cupboards and bedside tables in the room smell but are acceptable. The room was clean but small, there was no place to open the big box, and the small table in front of the window needed to be moved away. The beds are small, they should be two one-two-meter beds. The bath room has a bathtub. Maybe the Japanese have the habit of taking a bath. I personally feel that the ground is so small, it is better to leave the space occupied by the bathtub to the living room. The lobby of the hotel is very large. There is a self-service coffee machine and Chinese service. The baby dropped Harry Potter's magic wand on the sofa in the lobby. In general, in Japan, where the earth is, the position and price are still very good.

This was the best hotel experience during our 4 week trip in Japan. Calling this a hotel is almost a insult, this is a residence. You will not regret staying at this hotel while visiting Osaka. But be prepared to spend some time exploring and enjoying the room! We had a hot tub, huge bed and 3!! huge balcony’s with a magical view of the City. The room was clean and came with a wide range of amenities from slippers, bathrobes to a wonderful pyjamas. And a clean nice white tuch to the room. It was not just the room that made this stay excellent; it was the service, and helpfulness of all the staff. The staff was excellent and provided a unique and wonderful stay. This hotel does not have many rooms. So not a lot of people in Osaka know where this is, our taxi driver and the other hotel we stayed at had newer heard about this jewel. So be shure to write down the adress ( in Japanese ) before you travel. And to the hotel. Thank you for making this stay so wonderful!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a single room and it was a great stay. The price paid was a bargain for what I received. Check in and check out were done quickly and easily. The room although was small, had everything I needed. The room had a kettle, safe, television (no English channels), refrigerator, and a nice variety of toiletries. The hotel provides great security as your room key card must be scanned when entering the elevator and will only give you access to your floor. Although the bed was a bit hard, I slept peacefully never hearing a sound. Breakfast is served through a restaurant that shares the building with the hotel. Surrounding areas have everything within a 5 minute walk: Family Mart, Starbucks, a shopping mall, and public transportation that allows access almost everywhere in the city. I would stay here again!

Close to JR Osaka station ...only a few minutes walk . The entrance of the hotel could have been a bit better ...with an equally very small reception area . Rooms are very small with a even small bathroom ; but if one needs to use the room for a goodnight sound sleep ..its worth the money .No breakfast is served , but there are many nearby good restaurants and cafe , so it doesnt matter. Over all , worth the money for a neat , small, comfortable room .

Location is good and convenient to highway express bus, JR, Hankyu trains and airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. The staff was helpful in helping my needs for luggage delivery to Kobe. Stayed in same hotel chain Granvia before and have confidence in this hotel. Room size is good for holiday travellers.

The room was quite small as maybe usual in Japan but we had a comfortable stay in a comfy bed! Everything was well thought of by the hotel. The placing of small reading lights near the bed, and their switches. No place for closet but the clothes hangers on the wall was ideal. The bathtub was enjoyable plus their quality toiletries. A bottle of water would have been appreciated though convenience stores are close by. A free breakfast of coffee and tea and some bread are laid out in the, lobby. However an additional butter or jam would be perfect. Location was by a main road but it was quiet inside.

Where do I begin with the problems? This may seem centrally located, but it is still quite a hike from Osaka Station, especially with bags. As other travelers have noted, the entrance is fairly well hidden, we got lucky and walked in the right door and figured out where to go the first time, but that was just dumb luck. The area was the most seedy place I have been anywhere in Japan. There was trash on the streets, and loud fights going on practically everywhere. Had to push our way past the drunks on the way in and the way out. Staff took FOREVER to do check in and couldn't seem to find our reservation and yes, then it cost a bit more for no appreciable reason. Luggage storage area simply a roped off area in the tiny check in room (anybody could make off with your luggage and nobody would know the difference). We asked for two keys because there were two of us and got major static, but eventually our two keys. Elevator up to our floor claustrophobic beyond belief - could barely fit the two of us and our luggage. The room was small and cramped. All the advertised amenities were there, but in miniature. The walls are done up in 1970s dark paneling, so lighting is a major issue. Also had to hunt around to find the electrical outlets to charge our phone/tablets. Bathroom was decent sized, but the faucet sounded like a 747 taking off every time we used it. EVERY time we left our room, we were stopped by hall staff demanding to know who we were and where we were going. Nobody tells you that the rooms are right next to a busy freeway overpass, so you have cars and trucks going by all day and night. Then in the morning you are treated to the sights and sounds of guys pouring their drunken girlfriends into taxis right out in front of the hotel. And yes, there are the police and ambulances constantly moving around 24/7. Then the breakfast is an adventure. We bought tickets, but as there are no signs we sat down at one of the tables and were almost assaulted by the dining room lady who DEMANDED our tickets. After getting over our sheer embarrassment from that we went to the "buffet" that was limited at best, with most things running out almost immediately. It was a struggle to find something to eat in any sufficient quantity to start your day. Protein offerings ran out FAST, even in the very early hours. If you want an adventure in lodging, this is the place for you. If you want someplace that is relatively friendly, has some customer service, is not overrun by rude staff and drunks, go somewhere....anywhere....else.

Hotel location is not too good, downstairs is 24 hours 711, feels at the center of the business, take the subway, just look for the subway, up is the main entrance of the hotel, but feel that the Japanese subway is not so mainstream, or take JR more a little more. It is very convenient to walk by the airport bus. There is no need to climb up and down the stairs. Even if you drag the suitcase, you can walk for 5 minutes. Go to the site and buy tickets on the machine. Basically, 15 to 20 minutes, each There are airport lines, we are going to Kansai International Airport, the fare is 1550 yen one way / person. The breakfast is very good, don't take the standard of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast here is really conscience. No matter the breakfast is not included, the hotel guests can go to breakfast, queue up at the peak, but also very quickly, the service staff It seems to be a slightly older man, very polite. Hollow powder, mashed potatoes, miso soup, and tofu soup are quite delicious, and fried chicken nuggets are sold at the same time, but they taste great. The hotel room is quite small, it is not suitable for bringing children at all, because it is impossible to turn around, and it is quite recommended to go play, go shopping and eat. One of the most critical issues is that the so-called single and double rooms are just the difference in occupancy. In fact, they are all single rooms. Don’t care, because it is very possible to understand the double room as a big bed room. Then I’m a fart. Imagine a 1.2 or 1.3m bed. Sleeping 2 people is really sour, and 2 pieces of luggage can’t be opened. 2 people live on a solid twin room, even if it is a husband and wife also contact twin rooms, at least 2 beds pushed together than the 1.3 bed ~ ask if you can extra bed, I can only say haha, In addition to the bed, a suitcase and a suitcase are all open to the difficult aisle, the extra bed is very difficult~ The hotel is located in the center of the commercial street, it feels like there is no parking place~ Then there is a Chinese waiter at the front desk of the hotel. Taiwanese people are very polite and very nice.

The hotel its super nice, located in Umeda and not far to both JR rail and subway station. The rooms are big, rare to find in Japan other that serviced apartment or Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who are planning to go to Osaka.

The hotel location is particularly good. JR Osaka Station is out of Midosuji North Exit, then walk along the signs for about 7-10 minutes to understand. The sign has the Umeda Art Theater, which is the annex of the hotel. The front desk is on the second floor. We were especially fortunate to have been upgraded to the hotel's most characteristic SUPERME QUALITY luxury room again. English at the front desk is very good. The cleaning customer service was particularly empathetic. Seeing that we are mother and daughter, the next day we completely changed the girls, and saw that we had worked in the bed, neatly centered when we cleaned. The bottom of the bed was not dusty, so it was hard to come by. The scenery on the 31st floor is super good, it is worth brushing again

The price is really too high! After traveling in Japan for more than a week, I finally lived in a room where a family can straighten their legs! The front desk is Chinese-speaking. I don't know if we saw a child with us and also specially upgraded us for free. Children have their own beds! It turned out that sleeping alone on a bed was so cool! The bathtub and electric toilet are also complete, don't be too satisfied! The only thing is to take a subway or bus, but during the walk, I saw the quiet side of Osaka. Breakfast is not free for children under seven years old. The food in the morning was still plentiful and there were many choices. Don't sleep late. Don't hesitate to eat and live well, this is it!

The location of the hotel is the highest in the same district. It is in all directions. It is close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The Kobe beef and the Japanese restaurant diagonally opposite are downstairs recommended. The internal environment of the hotel is ok, the rooms are a bit old, but overall it is quite hygienic. This is the place to choose for the next family because it is only 10 minutes away from Namba Station and it is very convenient to take the subway to and from the airport!

My flight is 6pm, that's why i have to check out first & ask hotel to keep my baggage... but this hotel is rare,,,, Reception won't help us on this but tell u after check out, pls go the baggage storage room to check your baggage for yrself... first of all, storage room is so tiny, only one person can get inside... & hardly to put my heavy baggage there... anyway, u will take your own responsibility to lock yr baggage. So, this is really rare & so different from other hotel...

This hotel is average, and it ’s more convenient to eat and drink. I ’ll give you some science. I ’ll take the last stop of the Nankai Line from Kansai Airport to find Shinsaibashi. The hotel breakfast is usually full. Free ramen at 10:30 every night. It tastes good. I even eat three bowls of ravioli. It is suitable for children. There is parking lot and extra beds. The location of the hotel is close to the surrounding attractions. The hotel Features: Chinese service is available 24 hours a day. After 11 o'clock, you need to bring your room card to enter the hotel. The security is high, and the room has free drinks. If you have to vomit, the decoration is a bit old.

Excellent location and walking distance to shopping street. It is a bit downhill that the breakfast is not impressive at all i.e. not value for money. The environment is fine. The public bath is a bit small, it can only accommodate 5-7 people becoming very congested.
