We stayed here for 9 days. The rooms are very very clean. The staff are so nice and helpful!! Anything and everything we asked for was answered with a “no problem”. They were so accommodating! The breakfast was lovely, it had sweet pastries, meat, cheeses and bread, yoghurts and boiled eggs, fresh fruit and cereal. Pretty much something for everyone. (The cappuccinos were lovely). I would 100% recommend this hotel! It’s right beside the train station literally a stone throw. So handy to get to Rome (only 30 minutes away). The location is also great for a lovely view of rome especially during sunset. The town itself is buzzing with restaurants, little quirky shops as well as bars. I cannot stress enough how amazing our stay here was! Nando is a lovely man who really looked after us!

We stayed in a triple room that was large, very clean, and had comfortable beds. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. Follow the signs for the hotel when you enter Frascati. It was a bit confusing in the dark, but it helped that we had looked it up on Google Maps first and knew the general area we are trying to reach. If you want delicious pizza, head to Pizzeria Setaccio, one minute away. We will definitely return to Hotel Colonna!

This place in the centre of the town- which mean isn’t easy to find by car- help if you know that the main door can be find under the arcade near is pizeria and you can park on the squire of Gesu. Rooms are cleans has everything - coffee mashine, hairdryer ect. The railwaystation is 5 minute walk to Rome Termini- train goes in every half hour the last one comes back 21.54 I think. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast- egg was cold, there wasn’t bread only toast, and coffee was terrible. But you can find great bars in 25 m😉😁

My friend and I were on our dream vacation to Italy and our first stay was at Villa Mercede and we cannot have enough great things to about our stay. Among the many things that could deter many from enjoying their time...think lost luggage, Covid-19 precautions, etc...we were intent on having a good time. Villa Mercede provided us with so many comforts to remove those fears. A comfortable room and a place to sit back and enjoy aperitivo and snacks with the addition of our server Joseph, who could have asked for more :) When the time came where we had to prematurely return to the states, the staff helped us extend our stay as we rebooked our flights and also helped to translate all our travel paperwork. They did it with class even knowing the trying times that were ahead of them with the country shutdown. Thank you to everyone at Villa Mercede and bless you during these unprecedented times!

nicely heated room , freezing cold breakfast room and breakfast nothing to write home about- hotel in need of a great deal of up grading, rooms large but furniture falling off their hooks, bed comfortable but well used, bathroom adequate and even the toilet seat in the communal lavatory in reception needed securing to the base - the staff were pleasant but the hotel really needs up dating - not in line with the price, this is not a hotel worth returning too and even if a nice location i cannot justify spending a night here when there are places near by of a greater standard charging a lower price - breakfast was adequate, nothing hot and i was even asked how the milk i wanted mixed with hot water was supposed to be served - i suggested heating both the milk and the water and bringing it to me in a milk jug - not rocket science considering that this hotel boasts a restaurant and serving staff worthy of wedding banquets!!!! Well, when we finally got in off the A1 Milano-Napoli at Frascati, we were pleased with this accommodation. Good shower and comfortable. Just 45 mins from Rome central, we chose this to get an early start to catch the train to Florence. Do not listen to the GPS. Search your maps, and look for the entrance BEFORE you embark on it!! There was no restaurant, however, we ate at the large Chef Express which straddles the A1 very close to the Roma Sud. Trick was finding we had to travel a long, circuitous route to get back!!

i needed to stop over somewhere near to Fiumicino on my way back from a trip to america and found this little hotel on tripadvisor - the reviews about the place seemed ok and so i booked a room that was clean, well kept and very warm considering the cold weather outside, the rooms are split into two categories, executive or business rooms which are totally refurbished and standard rooms that are a little "tired" but do the job if you and not looking for high class accommodation but a nice big comfy bed, clean sheets and a very clean bathroom - MR GIGI, the lovely owner and manager was charming and made sure that i had my dietry needs looked after at breakfast which was included in the price - he was so lovely to talk to and really interested in where we came from and how we were travelling, he is a great manager and cares about his customers, i am sure that if we had stayed for more time we would have become friends as that is how he treats you, like an old friend not just someone that checks in and checks out - i can quite safely say that i could not have asked for more for the price that we paid and could not have aspired to a better host - thanks Gigi, you really deserve this review and in accord with most of the other reviews i could not have expected any less than the attention you gave us. Thank you from Rita and Gennaro, Avellino.

We stayed here just because it was very close where we had to work Location wise is out of no where, there is nothing close so basically you should have a car. It is a residence so you should not expect same service as Hotel. for example the lobby closes at 19:00, no service is available after 19:00 Rooms are spacious and some of them have kitchenette, air conditioning. The TV wasn't working for me, no Iron was available in the room, however the personnel were very helpful and they took care about my shirts. The breakfast was OK. The rooms are on the back side of the building, so you had to walk to get to stairs and go to the rooms. Rooms were fairly clean. I would prefer other places to stay in Frascati, except if you have to for some reasons. They provide shuttle to Rome airport for 65euro. either from airport or to airport. WiFi is some rooms were OK and some places very weak.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

Great location directly across from the train station making it super convenient to checkout and an easy walk with luggage to catch the train from Milan to the other cities. The hotel is modern and extremely big. Convenient location with many retailers within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony facing the train station the view is amazing!! The hotel also offers free chauffeur services in luxury sedans to close by areas. Kinda far-ish from the duomo cathedral and the shopping areas. Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad. Rooftop bar and restaurant not so impressive surprisingly really small. The whole hotel is just really big a good walk to get from room to room. Bonus is if you arrive early before check in time or have time to kill after check out, the hotel offers free facilities to shower and rest on the under ground level.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.
