The lobby was startling for this level of hotel - that was a nice start. The staff was excellent and the hotel had a lot of amenities for the price. The food was great. I had a steak with cauliflower rice that was very well done. The staff did a good job of keeping things as clean as possible during the corona virus outbreak.

I always read reviews before I go. When I got to this hotel I had to laugh at the things people complained about. The hallways have turns in them. Can't understand the reason to complain about that. The bathrooms are on the small side but worked out fine. A nice shower, full dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A large mirror with built in lighting, plenty of counter space. We stayed in a king suite which wasn't much more than a regular room and gave my family room to sit together instead of sitting on beds. It had everything you could possibly need. The bed was really comfortable, probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. Breakfast served fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal, mini omelets, sausage patties, assorted breads and muffins, yogurts, and warm cinnamon buns along with their pancake making machine. As with most free hotel breakfasts, you dine with people who think it's acceptable to show up in their pajamas with no shoes. We attempted to use the indoor pool. This is where I give 4 stars instead of 5. While no life guard is the norm, there should be some sort of checking how things were going by a hotel employee from time to time in the pool area. Whem we entered it was crowded. Many adults sitting in chairs while their kids were going from the hot tub to the pool and running around. There were about 10 children in the hot tub, it looked like a kiddie pool. In a very short time an adult from our family needed to jump in the pool as 2 small children holding on to each other struggled to stay afloat in the deeper end. They reached for both kids, pushing the one closest to the edge toward the edge of the pool for someone to help while holding the other and getting him to the side where his mom had jumped in. It was very scary. We left the pool right after that. There also are no signs saying children shouldn't use the hot tub even though it is dangerous for a child to be in one.

This hotel does not have a kitchen, so breakfast is not included. But there is a cafe with meals downstairs. There is a small supermarket across the road, as well as Starbucks. There are many delicious restaurants around and it is very safe. The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

Chinatown
Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

The bed is large, but American hotels generally do not have a toothbrush and need to bring it. Recommended ~ away

Swampoodle / Judiciary Square
We arrived at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill in Washington on the afternoon of October 2 and checked into the room. We found that the actual room and the Ctrip official website's pictures and text were inconsistent. First of all, the intuitive feeling is that this room does not have the 26 claimed by Ctrip. -30 square meters, should be between 20-25 square meters. Secondly, whether it is a picture or a text on the Ctrip promotion page clearly indicates that there is a sofa in the room, but it does not actually exist. We didn't dwell on whether there was a sofa in the end, but that the type of room we actually stayed in was significantly lower than the one booked. When we called Ctrip to express their doubts, Ctrip's reply to us was that after checking with the hotel, the room was 26 square meters, and the sofa room type was not available. At the same time, we acknowledged that there was a problem with the Ctrip official website's promotional materials and stated that we would use financial compensation To solve the problem. When there was a problem with the Key West Hotel in the previous trip, we considered that it was the first time that the trip had a problem, and that Ctrip's customer service staff was still working hard at that time, so we also accepted Ctrip's compensation of 380 yuan for us. However, Ctrip probably mistakenly thought that no matter what the problem was, they would buy it out to cover up their problems. Therefore, I explicitly told the customer service that in view of Ctrip's false publicity on the official website, we no longer accept any financial compensation. The customer service told us that their hourly leader would call us in an hour. Unexpectedly, the purpose of the "leader" calling us was to upgrade the financial compensation to 500. I may think that this time 380 can't buy it, 500 is always okay. I really didn't see the money open to such an extent and felt the insult from Ctrip. This time in the United States, Ctrip broke our mood for several days. I must leave the original facts in the comments, and hope that latecomers will be more vigilant.

An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Foggy Bottom
Good location, next to the University of Washington, near the foggy valley station. My room was along the street and the air conditioner in the window was cool. I didn't open it at night. When I was not able to sleep well, I was still screaming by the air conditioners in other rooms. The facilities are relatively new and better. The pothole was mistakenly drunk a small bottle of water 5.5 knife, check out was almost misplaced parking fee of 60 knives, pay attention to check. What I don't understand is that I have mentioned that the house price for three months is as high as 1,700, and the site is set to be more than 1,100. It seems that I have already booked a loss, and the price difference is nearly 50%. I feel that Ctrip’s pricing strategy has problems.

On the street, take the Metro Line 7 from Reagan Airport to the hotel, and take the subway to the right for a few steps to the hotel. You don't have to cross the road. The hotel is on the subway and it is super convenient. Stayed there for 4 nights, the room was small, two beds, each bed is 1 meter wide and relatively small. No breakfast, there is a coffee shop on the second floor, free coffee, fruit and snacks for two days, coffee and hot tea bags for two days.       Less than ten minutes from the White House, turn right at the White House to Museum Street. The subway and road traffic are very convenient and suitable for free travel.        It is inconvenient to eat, there is no supermarket nearby, no fruit bread and vegetables can be bought, and the hotel has a Western restaurant. It is a kind of restaurant. Because I didn't like Western food, I didn't go in and eat. There was a McDonald's and a fast food restaurant like Subway, Starbucks, etc., which were all kinds of food that I had to eat once. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can take the subway blue line and pour the orange line to Chinatown. The Chinese food is more expensive. The tax and tip of a bowl of burdock are about 20 dollars, about 130 yuan a bowl. Figures 4 and 5 are second floor cafes

The hotel location is good, just a few steps away is the yellow line bus to Georgetown and Union Station. Breakfast is a classic western food, everything you need. Free hot drinks, apples and biscuits in the lobby. Apple hot drinks are delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, in short, the price is super high. There is a problem with parking fees for self-driving tours, car rental is not necessary, and buses are still very convenient.

Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. The service staff was also very welcoming. You can climb the Bell Tower for free and watch from Starbucks.

Located in the heart of Washington, Washington's main attractions are within walking distance, and the White House is just five minutes away. The Ministry of Finance is next to it. The hotel is magnificent. It is my most satisfying hotel in the US. The front desk service is good. The room is also clean. However, it should be noted that Laomei has now learned the tricks of Chinese people. When I left, I paid the deposit. A middle-aged man told me in English that I had a breakfast. This hotel is simply fantastic. The description is not too much, booked for a twin room. We needed to stay in Washington for one more night due to insufficient time. We booked a hotel temporarily. The price of a night stay in the hotel was too expensive, and we didn't want to be too far away from the Union station. After the hotel was moved here, the little black brother at the front desk gave check-in directly, very surprised, and gave them a big praise! There is a 24-hour free hot coffee on the first floor, there is a small snack bar, and the snack bar is also equipped with a microwave. The hotel is very clean, entered the room, bigger surprises, the beds are large, each single bed can sleep 2 people, the pillows are also prepared for the standard of 2 people per bed, everything in the bathroom is 4 For personal standard preparation, all toiletries are Neutrogena, and two sets are provided directly. The rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and the beds are comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus between the hotel and Union station, every 30 minutes, and the driver also told us that we can take a red circle auto at the station and said that as long as the fare is a knife, the route map of the car was returned, it was beautiful because we were yesterday Take 3 subways per person and 1 knife to get a bus card. After we got on the bus, because we put in coins and the banknotes couldn't get in, the driver took it in. When I got back, I was about to insert a coin. The driver simply blocked the coin slot and said no. Breakfast is okay, at least not worse than breakfast outside, and there are fruits, juices, eggs, toasts, which meet my needs for breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended, and it is highly recommended for anyone who comes to Washington for fun. If I come again, I will definitely book this hotel directly. It is really great. The waiter Xiao Hei also likes to communicate with you in Chinese. Oh yes, the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, which is free for guests.

My first room was ok until the lights started flickering and wouldn't turn off. The TV n remote then malfunctioned. So i went to the front desk and De'Angelo helped us. He sent a staff up top check it out. After thr engineer came up, he left to tell De'Angelo to switch or room. So they did, but only thing they had available was a downgraded room, so he put in some notes for us and got us comped a room with a balcony for out last night's stay. He and the night staff are excellent and he's only been here a short while. Now the day staff on other hand was terrible. Went t.i grint desk at 11 to inquire about our room upgrade, and was told it's being prepared, but we didn't get switched until about 4pm. We had an itinerary that we couldnt complete due to us waiting for our room switch. Also asked room service for 2 sets of silverware, and they brought them up about an hour and a half later, and also entered our room without notice while iwas in the shower. So when u come to the Watergate, your night experience will be way more enjoyable then dealing with day staff.
