We booked directly on the hotels website. Unfortunately we must have got the room with the poorest view, situated on the third floor, below the entrance, reception and restaurants. It did feel like the basement. The room and the bathroom were large and functional. However the beds were too soft (worn out?) and the pillows were lumpy. There was basic toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Overall cleaning of the room was good. We chose to have dinner in the pizzeria. The pizza and pasta was lovely! However the abrupt service throughout the meal made the experience less enjoyable and we ended our evening early. We had a buffet breakfast the following morning which was fine. We had reserved for a 8 o’clock slot. However on prompt arrival there were few tables that was tidied and/or cleaned. The overall feel is a lack of experience and professional training of the staff working in the breakfast buffet and in the pizzeria, especially noticeable. There are certainly room for improvement, from a warm welcome, take drinks order, explain menu in a pleasant manner, serve drinks without delay, ask how the food was and smile. Furthermore, pick up empty plates, and efficiently make tables ready for new guests. For the breakfast I also noticed guests in wheel chairs that could not access parts of the buffet with stairs leading up to the cereal and yoghurt section. The guests are families and groups of people who cycle. The majority wear cycling clothing 24/7 (some walk indoors with cycling helmets) and the hotel definitely feels like a sport hotel. Similarly it’s skiing in winter. The hotel is a 5 minutes drive away from Trysil village centre, but still has a fantastic location with its cycling facilities in Summer and the ski slopes starting on the hotels doorstep during the Winter season. I noticed som other reviewers complained of lack of hygiene standard during COVID-19. However we found the hotel to have good routines in place with plenty of antibacterial lotion dispensers throughout the hotel. There were staggered breakfast times and plenty of space elsewhere.

We have just had a 6 night family ski trip over Christmas at Trysil Hotel. We (parents and 3 kids late teen - early twenties) all loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you require. If you are looking for the corporate experience then this is not the place for you. However if you want a small family friendly hotel, great food and drink (not the fast food options on the slopes) then we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We liked the no reception concept, keypad with code for the rooms was great as no need to worry about a key! The rooms are minimalist in design but warm and cozy, with comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast in the attached bakery/ coffee shop was really fantastic with freshly made bread, scones, cheese, meats, fruit, yoghurt, granola, fresh juices etc. The restaurant and microbrewery in the hotel, Kveik, has only just re-opened under the current owners and the food and beer is first class. We had two vegetarians in our family and these were very well catered for too. Prices are very reasonable for the area and there are other good restaurants just a short walk away. We hired a car and drove to the slopes each day leaving our skis in a locker right next to the ski school meeting place. Boot room at the hotel was great. If you don’t have a car, the ski bus stops right outside. There are two supermarkets and several shops just a short walk away. We all hope to return to Trysil and will most definitely stay here when we do.

Oslo City Center
First of all, the location of this hotel is simply too good. It's less than 20 meters beside the Central Railway Station. If you come from the airport to the Central Railway Station, turn out the platform and turn right at the gate. A bridge will reach the hotel. This hotel and the more historical hotel hesitated for a long time, because staying only one night and the next day to catch a plane, it is not necessary to toss and convenient, the upper floors of the hotel can see the Bay Area. Oslo's attractions are relatively concentrated except for the sculpture park, so the hotel is all within walking distance to various attractions and business centers

It is very close to the Oslo train station and walks for five or six minutes. The room was really small, the bed was smashing the window and the window was a little leaky. Breakfast is a sandwich, a yogurt, a box of juice and a fruit. This thing has to sell a lot of money in Norway. It’s just cold, maybe the old man is not used to eating. The price is OK, it can be self-service at check-in, and some people are on duty. We can store our luggage, we are going to Bergen for two days and we have our luggage at the hotel. very convenient. The pursuit of cost-effective can try, the equivalent of domestic fast hotel, a bottle of water that sells 20 dollars in Norway, it can be.

If you are traveling, you may want to stay a bit closer to downtown. The location is good for me as it is close to my office. The room is big and clean. There is a little problem with the door lock but that is hardly a concern for me. The front desk people are very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick. The choices of breakfast are quite limited and I think it's just OK, but it seems that's what normally served in Oslo so your mileage may vary. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend it for everyone.

Norway is the country with the highest GDP per capita in the world, but this trip to Northern Europe is the most boring country in the city center. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of the old city, but the facilities are very simple. Not as good as a county hotel in China. The breakfast did not even have hot meals, and there was no water heater in the room. A plastic bag is hung on the door every morning, containing 2 ice-cold sandwiches and 2 bottles of orange juice. If you don't bring your own water heater, breakfast for guests with stomach problems will become the source of the disease. The TV in the room only has 2 Norwegian channels and there is no international news in English. I hardly believe that this is a hotel in the center of the capital where the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded. Oslo has many advertisements welcoming Chinese people to use UnionPay cards, and maps in Chinese. However, the arrangement of hotel facilities to cater to the habits of Chinese tourists is the worst in the Nordic countries, far inferior to Finland and Sweden. It makes people doubt the Viking countries, where are their competitive advantages today?

The location of the hotel is quite partial and it feels like a wilderness. When the North was not found, the locals in Oslo were very enthusiastic to give the road a shortcut, and they saw the hotel through the villa area of a forest park. If it weren't for the hotel in Oslo, Europe's most expensive city, the hotel would be so far away from the hotel! What are the reasons for us to feel free to do in the city? ! Fortunately, the hotel traffic is still convenient, there is a bus stop to go to the city about 50 meters away, but you must buy tickets in advance at the subway station or train station, otherwise you can not buy tickets on the train. The scenery around the hotel is not bad, very close to the sea, the room facilities are also good four-star standard.

The hotel windows are very non-soundproof, as if lying on the street at night listening to others. The voices of cars and people were clearly heard. The room, especially the toilet, was too small. I felt that my face was buried in the sink while sitting on the toilet ... It couldn't stretch at all. It is also difficult to leave two suitcases in the room. The hotel lobby has oranges and tea, and the breakfast is very rich and very satisfying. This is better, after all, eating in Northern Europe is a problem.

Oslo Central Railway Station is on the edge of the hotel, but you have to pick out the exit. In fact, you don't have to export. You can go straight through the mall. It is very convenient. It is convenient to take the train. Walking to various attractions, going to the statue park, we are also walking, this city has a lot of rain, with rain gear. Breakfast is very windy, eat well, fruits and vegetables, continental breakfast. The front desk is welcoming and will meet each other every day. The size of the room is ok, and the entrance to the train station can be seen from the window.

The location of Citybox is arguably the best choice for travelers! Close to the train station, opera house, department store, are 5-10 minutes walk. Such a good location is really convenient for those who are rushing to catch a train on the last day! The hotel has a self-service mode, and check-in and check-out are all self-operating. So it may be suitable for young people and has a certain English foundation. Of course, there are also employees on duty in the office. If you need anything, you can always find them. The hotel room is small but very clean and clean. The hotel is only cleaned once a week, so you should pay attention to it every day (>_<). If you ask the staff to clean it, you need to pay for it~

Pros: Good location, directly opposite the Central Railway Station. Within 10 minutes on foot. To catch the train in the morning, you can ask the hotel to pack a simple breakfast in advance. Disadvantages: There is a bad experience from the beginning of the booking, reminding everyone to pay attention to the deduction of the room rate, there may be more deductions, I was deducted hundreds of Norwegian kroner, suddenly the impression of the hotel is not good Later, I returned the money from Ctrip through Ctrip, but I lost a lot of dollars due to the exchange rate difference. This is the most expensive hotel in my trip, but the worst experience. The hotel itself is relatively old, there are many hotels near the train station, it is recommended that you can look at it and compare it.

I want to evaluate Ctrip's international airfare. The only place where there is no comment can be written here. The ticket from Oslo to Reykjavik that we bought on Ctrip was cancelled when we were ready to board the plane. The overseas emergency call provided by Ctrip was an empty number. We told the domestic friend that Ctrip only responsible for the refund. All our trips are With a ring-and-loop arrangement, Ctrip is only responsible for refunding the ticket. The price of the ticket that needs to be bought on that day is not covered by Ctrip.

Hotel location is very good, next to the train station, the service is also very in place, I will set a person's bed is 20m2 big bed room, the result is told that it is a single bed room (the cheapest file only 15m2). Due to the midnight in China, the hotel also helped me upgrade in the spirit of people-oriented. This kind of thing is not the first time on the website. My friend used to have a similar thing overseas. It took a long time to get it done and delayed the trip. If the guest staying in English is not English, it is awful. I don’t know if the agent of the website is doing rough things or using this technique.

Stayed at many hotels, this hotel is really good! Excellent location, just outside the train station, convenient transportation, well-equipped facilities, novel decoration, and extremely rich breakfast. The hotel has the richest Western-style buffet breakfast that I have lived in for nearly thirty years! Cost-effective in a high-consumption environment like Norway! The attitude of the front desk staff is also good, the attitude of the restaurant staff is superb! The room won't be big enough to just carry luggage and walk. But it is very clean and tidy. The biggest selling point is actually the buffet breakfast! There are so many varieties, although I don't like to eat, but I can't deny that in the high price of Norway, this is definitely a hotel with high cost performance. In addition, if you go to the train station, take a taxi for 3 minutes, about 169 yuan, and take a taxi carefully. Walk 1.6 kilometers, about 20 minutes. 2 subway stations.

The second booking was made directly to the hotel. 1440 Norwegian Krone. But was paid twice. The first time I said that the card was not successful, and then I was brushed again when I checked out. There are already two credit card records on the credit card, and I can only go back and ask the issuing bank. It is advisable to pay directly online to avoid this. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, so there is no need to take the train to the open air, and the long-distance bus only takes 20 meters of the open road when crossing the overpass. For the continuous train and coach transportation on rainy days, it is just too suitable. The hotel is not far from the DFDS terminal and it takes less than 15 minutes to walk. The hotel is a place to go, and famous attractions can almost walk. Compared to the high prices in Oslo, the hotel's breakfast is very conscience, and the variety is quite rich. The sanitation of the room is very good, the decoration is simple, the mouth cup needs to be taken by yourself, and the water in the bathroom can be drunk directly. By default, the room is cleaned every 4 days. If you need to clean the room every day, you need to talk to the younger brother at the front desk one day in advance. There is no kettle in the room. The front desk of the hotel check-in, check-out is very casual, while watching the bar, while checking in, the attitude is very good, even if you arrive in the morning, he will open it to you if you have a room. Well, the room has a large comic-style wall painting (direct painting / spray on the wall of the bed), the style is more avant-garde, I am a timid person, if a person comes to really do not dare to live alone.
