The room was clean and it was big. Perfect location. 10 min walk from state farm arena. parking is valet only in an underground garage (which is perfect not having to worry about break-ins), they charged me $55 per day.

The area is large, the environment is clean, very close to the Olympic Park, and there is a Ferris wheel next to it. The room has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although I didn't watch TV, it was also very good to pick up the screen and put the extended display.

I couldn't find the TV remote control when I first checked in, and after contacting the front desk, the service staff brought it to me. The breakfast was simple and sufficient.

The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal.

Stayed here for the GT graduation ceremony. Location close to Tech Square, there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Comfortable quiet room, even when busy the reception desk was very patient and courteous.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, particularly the made to order omelets! The staff was courteous and friendly. It is a great location right in the heart of Buckhead. My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The service attitude is very good. The queen room needs to add a quilt and send me a blanket. There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. Room cleaning, no tooth brushing supplies and slippers, breakfast is purely Western, not many varieties but very affordable. Overall feeling 3 stars+ or 4 stars - standard.

One room Rm#511 did have TV service.  Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host.  If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

The quality of the black waiter at the front desk of the hotel was poor. The elevator was broken and did not tell us. It made us wait for a long time and ran to complain. She said it was broken and waited for someone to repair it. I told her to have two adjacent rooms, but she gave one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so I have to carry my luggage up.

The only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.

this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance,cleanliness,facilities,service,foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful,accommodating and friendly. Exactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall. However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel.

Compared with China, the facilities are relatively old, probably because the hotel has been built for too long. But the scenery outside the window is very good, and you can feel the reputation of Atlanta Forest City. Some of the staff's attitudes are good and some are bad depending on luck, but overall they are very attentive, close to the Lenox shopping mall, very convenient.
