The Chateau on the Lake is a first class hotel overlooking Table Rock Lake but at a reasonable price. We have stayed there several times and the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The hotel is very well decorated and pleasant to the eye. The restaurants are excellent and the bar is furnished with comfortable seating. There is a marina but we haven't had a chance to use the services. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying my husband and I stayed at the Chateau on the Lake for our 20th anniversary earlier this month and we were less than impressed. That was a LOT of money spent for average. So, as we were driving to Branson, my husband asked that I not get my hopes up too much for he didn't want me to be disappointed again. I was FAR from disappointed and THIS is where we should have stayed for our 20th <3 We stayed in the larger one bedroom villa. We walked in and were immediately impressed. My 10 and 12 year old kids were beyond excited to see the room when I hear my daughter yell from the bathroom. It was a walk in shower with three shower heads! Next thing I know my son is exclaiming "THERE'S A FIREPLACE IN THE TUB!!!" I did not see that during the reservation and was also equally ecstatic to see such a super cool feature. The HUGE HUGE HUGE tub butted up to the fireplace with the bed on the other side. -Check in was super easy and the staff amazing! Masks were being worn properly and pens were not being used twice. LOVED seeing safety being a top concern. I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. I was told where everything was on site and anything different happening due to covid. -As stated above, the room blew us away. The balcony was huge and loved having a table and two rocking chairs. It was chilly and rainy while we stayed but my husband and I bundled up and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony. You can access it from both the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was stocked with the exception of a pizza tray and a wine bottle opener. You are even given a goody bag with detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing soap and two dishwasher tabs. -After the first night, we found a large bag of fresh towels, linens and soap outside our door. There is no cleaning service during the stay due to Covid. Seeing this done automatically made me so very happy. This did NOT happen at the Chateau. -The pool area...wow! It was PERFECT for my two kiddos. The slide was a great size for their age, the water was not too cold, there was an attendant most of the time selling snacks and the outdoor hot tub was my favorite part. Now, if other parents could control their kids a tad better...however, that is NOT a Welk's issue. ;) -I was worried about sound from other rooms. We did not hear much of anything. I know we had someone below us and someone to one side. The only thing I heard the 2nd morning were doors being opened/closed. Nothing we would not expect any other place. Bottom line, we LOVED our stay at the Welks and will be booking another trip for next year. I'm still smiling about this trip after being back home for a few days. Thank you so much!!!

Been going to Branson for 35+ years. Made probably 100+ trips. Although I knew better, we fell for a “too good to be true” package trap and paid dearly. Definitely the worse experience in Branson in years, if not ever, and Welk/Westgate is the cause. Their promise of no high-pressure sales pitch is a blatant lie as it was more pressure than the Wyndham pitch we heard a few years ago. The guarantee that you’ll be out in 90 minutes? Nope. After two hours, we insisted on leaving but they wouldn’t give us the completion paperwork so we could go. We had to get kinda stern. Part of their presentation was to “part as friends”, whether you buy or not. It was like flipping a switch when they finally accepted that “no means no.” Salesman literally walked away and rudeness was ramped up. After the presentation with exaggerated numbers and literally a “wait, there’s more!” line, they tried to belittle us and one salesman in the room even “huffed” when I responded to the sales lady that she was not going to make fun of me as she said she was. And then there’s the rooms we stayed in for two nights. While they show pictures of kitchenettes and 1,2, or 3 bedroom rooms and led us to believe we would have a place to prepare food so we could see what the resort had to offer, we were stuck in a shoebox size room with full/double beds, smaller than Motel 6 but we didn’t have even a working mini-fridge, microwave, and very little toilet paper! Granted the pool and slide, hot tubs, etc, were nice and they had a good variety of snacks (as long as you were willing to be gouged for a $4 simple s’more. After cancelling our complementary breakfast (kinda understandable), no alternative was offered and we were referred to as “those people”, referring to the booking agent we used. In summary, the nice landscaping, pool, and activities (at a cost) isn’t even close to enough to make up for the horrific and unprofessional customer service, their deceptions, and outright poor treatment of potential vacation club members (wasn’t even a time share BS). If you see Welk or Westgate when making vacation plans, just keep scrolling. Definitely not worth the hassle and stress. Note - looks like they can just rent rooms like any hotel. If so, the rooms are average, small, and almost no amenities. Pool, hot tubs, and slide is pretty cool but activities and snacks are very overpriced.

We stayed at the Suites at Fall Creek during the first week of November 2020. Our first concern was about Covid-19 so we called before exchanging and felt reassured that a reasonable cleaning process was followed prior to our arrival. Everything appeared very clean and check was easy and friendly. When we arrived in the room (2 bedroom) we were disappointed. The furniture was well worn and tired. The carpet was old and needed replacement. While the unit was clean it obviously needed updating. We kept hearing how Diamond Resorts was under new management and things were changing. Apparently not fast enough. We also had no dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, and had to ask for additional toilet paper. All in all, our week was good. We were there for kayaking so we kept to ourselves and avoided common places as much as possible. We cooked in our unit. The units were definitely not anything to brag about or recommend.

We visited Fall Creek after some friends recommended it and we are so thankful they did. Rooms were clean and appeared to be freshly renovated and were very modern. Wifi was good, breakfast was more than enough, and staff were great. One of the best features too is it's veteran owned and operated unlike so many others in Branson that are not.

Traveling with friends this was our second stay and we have already booked rooms for fall of 2020. Bob and Christy are so warm and welcoming - made us feel like family. Even though our original reservations had to be canceled due to illness, Bob worked to find another time for us to come. The rooms are nicely decorated and always clean! And the beds are comfortable - always a concern when traveling. The location is beautiful and easy access to all Branson offers, yet feels like a retreat. We met great people from all over the States, many of whom were regulars at the Bradford House. Can't say enough about the atmosphere; so relaxing we hated to leave!

This motel is about like many others, it obviously changes names multiple times and without much invested into maintenance or staff. Made the mistake of trying to book on the fly and didn't look over the reviews very well. I failed to select the right date and so I had to re do my reservation. I was using a 3rd party agency app so the front desk clerk seemed a little upset to be having to wait on us to fix my mistake. The room smelled like it had been empty forever, it was musty and old smelling. The door had cobwebs and bugs above it inside. The beds were in good shape the same with pillows. The shower had a stain in the bottom that looked as though something had been glued to it. There were areas of torn wallpaper on the walls, along with other damaged spots. There area outside the rooms along the walkways had old cigarette cans which were poorly maintained and needed removed. The icemaker didn't work, the note said to go to the 3rd Floor, that one did work. Many of the rugs still display the name of "Yellow Rose" as does the internet. While looking around on the 3rd floor I found the gym room, which was full of AC units with the pieces of them all scattered. There was no breakfast offered and no discount or coupon for not offering it. Really not somewhere I would stay at had I not made the mistake originally and fully read the reviews. Not somewhere I would suggest if you expect some quality in your stay. If you can deal with a run down property that isn't the greatest and that is off the main road this might be for you.

Most of these reviews can't be true I've been here 3 weeks and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Anytime I've needed help I got it. The lady that runs in talked to me when I needed someone to talk to. Not very many people will take the time out of there day to make sure your ok. I have nothing but respect for the staff here. They keep remodeling and have been nothing but nice. Either different people run it now or most of these bad reviews are fake or really old.... I would recommend this hotel to anybody! *****(5/5 stars) Myself, sister & husband spent one night (12/30/2019) at Branson’s Best motel. We have stayed at this motel before because for a rate of $69.95 + taxes ($78.42) for their king room, you will receive a restful sleep, clean room, updated bathroom with glass door walk-in shower + their breakfast is quite tasty! I had their biscuit & gravy, 2 sausage links, peach yogurt with tropical fruit + their strawberry/kiwi juice (yummy)! The reception staff are extremely friendly & accommodating! This is my favorite motel to stay while visiting SDC, shows, & shopping. I strongly recommend purchasing, at the front desk, tickets for The Acrobats of Shanghai! You will thoroughly enjoy their show & is conveniently located about 1 mile from the motel. Branson’s Best Motel is the best value for your money!!!

We have been going to Branson for years and have stayed at many different places for sure. But I can honestly say kings resorts and suites I think is the best kept secret in Branson. We have finally found our new home away from home in Branson. The new kings resorts and suites with its remodeled rooms are off the charts and I believe they have the most professional and friendly staff and their entire complex is so well maintained. I just wish their was a way to give them more than five stars. They a great breakfast . In closing I would just like to say I have never stayed in any place where the front desk calls to check on you to make sure everything is ok and if you need anything. Keep up the good work . Can’t wait to see you guys again

The first night I checked in, there were dirty wet towels left on the bathroom floor from the previous occupants that I guess housekeeping did not pick up. That should’ve been my first clue!!! I didn’t say anything, as disgusting and gross as that was, I let that go, didn’t want to start off the first day of vacation in a negative mood over something that could’ve been just an oversight by housekeeping. The next morning, my family and I left the room at 10:00 on our excursions and did not return back until 3:00 PM. Came back to the room and the room had not been cleaned, beds not made, trash can running over and wet towels still not picked up. My husband spoke with one of the girls in the office and she said “oh we thought you had your ‘Do not disturb sign on your door, we’ll send someone up there in an hour to service your room”. We left the room again at 4:00 and did not return until 9:00 PM tired and exhausted from a busy day, ready to go back to the room and rest and relax. Walked in and our room STILL not cleaned. So I walked down to the front desk, explained the situation again about the room. The young girl at the desk was very argumentative with me, that they thought the “ Do not disturb sign” was on my door.!! Again, I’m trying to convey to her that the sign had not ever been placed outside my room door at any time!!!! Was not going to sit there and argue with someone who was not going to understand how frustrated I was that I paid for 3 nights to stay as a guest at their establishment and not have a room cleaned or serviced, or understand the English I was speaking. I told her I would just speak to the owner/manager in the AM . Next morning I walked in the office, a very very rude guy behind the desk who said he was the owner and manager (Jack) apparently has an issue speaking to women about complaints, was so disrespectful and literally called me a liar to my face!!!!!! A paying guest!!!!!! Instead of handling my complaint professionally and turning an already bad experience around to a positive solution, he chose to make the situation even worse, however they had no problems taking my money though!!! Also beware of the shower not draining while you’re showering, very nasty!!! The carpet/ room smelled like mold & pet urine. No phones in the room either. My family visits Branson 2-3 times a year, this was my first and most definitely my last time ever staying here!!!!. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. Customer service/guest relations/manager/owner is horrible!!!! Stay anywhere else but here!!!

As long as Savannah House Hotel keeps up this level of cleanliness and service we will never stay any place else! The price is so reasonable that I was a little skeptical. Cleanliness is super important to me (we have a two year old that is all over the place) and I have never been disappointed staying here. It is very clean and the amenities are just an added plus. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best we've had at a hotel. Very comprehensive with a variety of choices. We saved money just by not having to eat out in the mornings. Every evening they have coffee/hot chocolate/cookies/cobbler all free for guests. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great, affordable place to stay in Branson.

Booked the Ozark Valley Inn because of the price and my experience last year. I was again quite satisfied, My room was clean, rather spacious and well appointed with a working television, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was more than adequate and included cereal, juices, eggs, waffles, fruit and biscuits and gravy! Be advised--the waffles are delicious and extremely filling. All staff members with whom I came in contact were cordial and helpful. Will most likely return.

BEWARE! We stayed during Christmas break. The first issue was with the plumbing. You can’t do 2 things at once. If you’re doing dishes, washing your hands, brushing your teeth, or washing clothes, you can’t take a shower, and if you flush the toilet while someone’s in the shower you loose water pressure and temperature for about 5 minutes. The shower actually whistles really loud. Both toilets over flowed while we were there, and when we called the owners they said they couldn’t come because they were sick and sleeping. They basically told us to figure it out. Now, it was around midnight, as one of us woke up to use the restroom, and it overflowed, but when you own a condo, you’d think you’d want everything to run smoothly for your guests. It was quite frustrating. We thought maybe it was the really rough toilet paper they had in the condo, so we purchased another kind, however, we soon realized it wasn’t anything but bad plumbing. We even tried throwing the toilet paper in a trash bag instead of flushing it, and still had overflowing toilets. It was ridiculous, and very inconvenient. 2 of the 4 nights we stayed someone was in our assigned parking spot. When I called the owner of the condo, he told me to park in handicap since there was no where else to park. Being from out of state, and not wanting to use a handicap spot that we didn’t need, we decided to track down the owner of the car in our spot and asked them to move. (there are signs in front of each parking spot stating where each condo guest should park, and there’s a # to call if someone is parked where they shouldn’t be.) On New Years Eve, a belligerent drunk guy who took up the families parking spot that was in our parking spot, got out of his truck and began cussing, and trying to pick a fight with me. My children were so scared, I had to contact the police department once we were inside of the condo. There is a nice faux fireplace/heater that the TV sits on, however, you can’t use it because it blows the breaker. We won’t return, nor will we recommend The Club Condos to anyone. The way the owners treated us alone was enough not to want to come back.

We just back from a long weekend stay here. This is a very mixed review though. The first night was great and to be it is a nice hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi in the room itself and it was a pleasant room. The issue we had was on the second night. And the real issue we had was not the problem that was not the fault of the hotel but their lack of response to the situation. We had spend the day shopping and enjoying silver dollar city. We return from our day at the hotel at about 930 and went to our room and used the facilities. I then went to get ice and when I returned my wife told me that there was no water and when she went to call the desk the phone didn't work either. So I went to the desk only to discover that supposedly all of branson was without water ( which the all of branson part was false since we just returned from dinner 10 minutes earlier). They also suggested we could move to another room for the phone. Well we were tired and dirty and the phone wasn't a big issue. They didn't have an eta for the water ( that I believe knowing utility services), so while we were in the above condition and was really wanting to use the jacuzzi, we just went to sleep. The water finally came back on around 230am I believe it was. We woke cleaned up and check out, but without any acknowledgement of the previous nights issues. Here's where the rating comes into play. I don't blame the hotel for the water issues, but I do fault their response to the situation both that night and the next morning. They could have gotten a case of water for occupied rooms ( while I could not have cleaned or flushed the toilet I could have had a drink) and let us know as we walked thru the lobby, put up signs, or a notice on or under our door. It may sound minor but I would have used the lobby bathroom if I knew the toilet would flush but once. Also some acknowledgement of the issue when we check out should have been offered. We paid extra for the night for an amenity we could not use ( the jacuzzi) and couldn't even use basic amenities ( shower, toilet, tap water), yet nothing at check out. Had we had some acknowledgements i would have given a 4 or 5, but the total lack of customer service made it a 2.

In the sea of so many places to stay in Branson, we picked this one because of the reviews and the price. The place is easy to find and looks quaint from the outside. The lobby is cute and the people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. It was our first time in Branson and they gave us maps, coupons, etc. We paid a bit extra and got the king bed room with the whirlpool tub. The room looked nice but had a few flaws. It is in the front of the Inn and has a lot of road noise, more than just average. It is weirdly hard to open the drapes without falling down the step inside the room, and having to shimmy behind the couch. There was only one nightstand. In the times of CPAP machines, phone chargers, medications, etc, it is really handy to have a nightstand on both sides of the bed. I had to teeter my water bottle on the air conditioning unit next to the bed and charge my phone across the room at the desk. The whirlpool tub was clean and nice. VERY easy to figure out how to use the drain closure system. The included breakfast was very weak and way too crowded to find a place to sit down. I probably will look elsewhere to stay next time because the room layout just wasn't handy for me. Maybe a regular smaller room, towards the back, would have been a better option for us.

We stayed 5 days. I was really impressed with the manager Ronda she really wanted to make sure that everyone stay was a good experience. I spoke with her and at first I did not know she was the manager she was very friendly and helpful with information about Branson. The house keeping department does a excellent job on keeping the rooms clean they really take a lot of pride in keeping everything very clean. I seen a sign as I walked in to the Hotel lobby informing everyone that the property was going through a renovation the room we stayed in had been completely renovated everything in the bathroom was new and very modern . The beds in the room was very comfortable the pillowcases tell you if the pillow is soft or firm this information is embroidered on the pillowcases. One of the nights we stayed the weather got really bad and we could hear the sirens outside warning us of a tornado the staff member working the front desk I believe his name was Justin went to each floor and everyone room to let us know we need to come down to the lobby until the storm passed. He could have used the phone but took the time to go to each door and knocked to make sure that everyone knew what was going on. I was very impressed that he took the time to make sure that everyone was safe as we moved to the lobby I could see that a lot of the Guest were elderly Justin stayed in the lobby with everyone I could tell it really put the older Guest at ease they were really nervous until he joined us . Let me explain about the lobby part of it is under ground the pool is on the 2nd floor. The Hotel was built on the side of a mountain or really big hill. The breakfast was very good because of the COVID-19 you would call in your order and they would call you to pick it up when it was ready they were really fast at most 10 minutes . I really felt like the Hotel was doing everything they could to keep people safe with COVID-19 they had hand sanitizer every place that you walked in and on and off the elevator and in the elevator they let us know to put any trash out side of or doors to be pick up I didn’t see anything stay in the hallway very long the staff was really staying on top of keeping everything clean and safe. We will stay here again the next time we visit Brandon .

Must be a franchise - I didn't even bother to ask. Where do I begin? First: This is kidville, as Branson should be. So...if you don't want younguns running up and down the halls until past when the pool closes at midnight, better think about it. The doors are thin as wax paper and you hear every hallway sound. But, if you have a van full of kids and are here to enjoy Branson and don't care what others in the hotel hear, this place is awesome! If you want a shot at the breakfast without it being sneezed and coughed on, plan on being down at 7 sharp. If you want online after about 8 pm, have your hotspot ready because probably 150 movies and YouTube videos are likely being streamed. If you don't win the lottery and get an upstairs room (They don't acknowledge Elite members with status preferences - oh, no) then you'll be subject to the stomping and tromping above you. Your toilet has a 50/50 chance of running thru the night because it leaks. Your in-room fridge may sound like a buzzsaw. And the front desk will only say..."I'm sorry, we're booked." So sad, too bad. (Others were complaining at the front desk while I was in line.) There are a dozen other things I won't bother to mention, including the age and obvious wear and tear. Yeah, Marriott should untether from this one. In my book...a colossal dump.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is right in the middle of all the attractions around Branson. It is also very convenient for your pet. The pet friendly floor is the bottom floor, and a side entrance near ample parking and the pet potty area make it easy for you and your dog to come and go without disturbing other guests. The pet friendly rooms also have tile floors which makes cleaning up accidents a breeze. Covid Note: The front desk clerk will serve you a limited hot breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, and biscuits as well as items such as fruit and granola bars in the dining area each morning. You also must call the front desk to request additional towels or toiletries as rooms are not being serviced during guest stays in an effort to protect the health of the guests and staff.

The best thing was the price, $50. I booked an accessible room because it says there is a recliner. I knew there beds would be very uncomfortable - and it was - but there was no recliner. You could see the box springs around the edges and it had major stains. The cars were right outside the rooms so starting at 7am people were slamming room doors, car doors and talking right outside my room - and you could hear everything. The rest of the room was "surface-clean". Everything about Branson was horrible - it took 40 minutes to drive 2 miles down the strip, it was junk shop after junk shop followed by bad "theaters". Won't be going back

Stayed the weekend here for a 30 yr class reunion. We booked the hotel 6 months in advance for classmates to stay in the area by the pool and pavilion. Found out they were under new ownership 2 months prior. The owners/managers were very accommodating in working with us on the rates. Actually ended up being cheaper in the long run. We had a king bed room. These rooms are handicap accessible. Beds are a little hard for our liking but the room was clean and served the purpose. Was nice to be able to use the pavilion area for visiting and we also BBQ’d for lunch one day. Pool area is nice and also has a hot tub & sauna. Plenty of working ceiling fans in the pavilion area with tables and seating. Figured out the staff does live on property. Staff was very nice and friendly. There is also a pub and restaurant on the same property. This was a must for us as we wanted to have cocktails and celebrate and not have to drive. It would be a good place to stay with kids also. They have suites that can accommodate more. It is located close to Tanger Shopping and several attractions. Also not far from the Landing. This isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel. It isn’t fancy or posh. It is average, clean, and affordable. This wouldn’t have been our first choice if we were picking but for our reunion it worked out good. I doubt we will ever be back but if you are a family looking for an affordable place to stay this would be one to consider.

My husband and I decided to stay in Branson for his birthday so we chose the Hilton Promenade based on it being directly on The Landing. We stayed in a king suite on the 5th floor and it was perfect! Everything was so clean and the thermostat worked perfectly. We loved having the balcony and spent quite a bit of time out there. I booked through the app and had some trouble changing rooms when it came time to pick one. I messaged management directly through the app and heard back nearly right away! Kaleigh was absolutely wonderful in helping to fix the issues and hand picked us a room with an amazing view of The Landing shops. She was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. I had mentioned when booking that it was going to be a special trip for my husband's birthday and they left him a birthday card and a bag with his favorite treats on the desk! That was SO sweet and unexpected! When it came time to check out I requested a late checkout and Sara made that happen without any trouble. Everyone we met from housekeeping to management was so sweet and wonderful! I can't say enough good things! We loved it so much that we are planning to take our son there for Christmas! Can't wait! We live just down the road in Nixa, so for us to come back so quickly should show how great of a place this is!

Marriott Willow Ridge Lodge is one of our favorite places to stay. It's in a great location in Branson, just off the strip but quick access to just about everything. The lodging is in great shape, and the grounds are well cared for, too. The list of activities - especially for a family - are some of the best anywhere we have stayed. The new video games are a nice addition, as well (Star Wars pinball and a 'best of the 80's' all-in-one game). And their staff is friendly and fantastic! Special shout-out to Dave, the great Gatsby, Jo and Noemi! If you're looking for a place to stay in Branson, you definitely want to check this place out!

I booked two rooms at this hotel for two couples, and I must say that I was beyond surprised with how nice it was. I will admit I’m a bit frugal, which has resulted in many unpleasant hotel rooms. This place far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff was friendly and always smiling, including housekeeping. The rooms and the entire hotel were very clean. The beds were so comfortable, and I loved the extra pillows. It would have been nice to have better curtain coverage at the window, to keep the light out in the early morning, but other than that it was a quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was the same the two mornings we ate here. It was a good mix with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, pastries, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. During breakfast, a staff member was present throughout, and breakfast items were always hot and fresh. I must say that the biscuits were perfect, and oddly the best I’ve ever had, even though the gravy was a little bland. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here 2. Nights while in Branson. Not sure what all the reviews are raving about. This is an older hotel with a few upgrades. It wasn’t as great as all the reviews say. The air in the room was either too hot or too cold mostly hot and muggy. The temp control was hard to regulate. There was a slight musty smell in the room and it needs to been deep cleaned. The room was not horrible or anything it was fairly clean but if you look past the surface you can see some issues. The lights in the room were really dim and made the room dark. The rooms have been updated but probably not within 10 years. We loved the pool and hot tub. We used it every evening. All rooms Enter from the outside. The breakfast was a walk across the lot and was pretty puny because of Covid restrictions. It’s in a good location for seeing stuff around Branson. Not sure we would stay here again while in Branson. It just didn’t meet our expectations with all the great reviews it had on Trip Advisor. Definitely no parking for large vehicles with trailers because everything is on the side of a hill.

First of all, yes things are handled differently during covid as should be expected by all travelers so if that makes you uncomfortable or you want the buffet, don't visit hotels during this time. Now, back to the review. This hotel is located within walking distance to a couple good restaurants (including Cracker Barrel) and there are a couple places to see within walking distance. If you have never been to Branson, the strip is several miles long and it would be near impossible to walk it top to bottom. Any hotel on the strip is "centrally located." This hotel has a pool. It is an older hotel, but the rooms are large and clean. We had an issue with our fridge and the maintenance supervisor Chad took care of it promptly and politely. He is a great asset to this hotel. Thank you Chad! The breakfast ladies are sweet and had bags ready. Before people complain, there is NO buffet. The hotel is doing the best they can to provide for the guests. If you aren't happy with breakfast, go out and eat. We rather enjoyed some cereal and coffee and bagels while relaxing in our room. The front desk staff were also nice and efficient. The hotel does seem a little tired, but all of Branson seems in need of a face-lift. Its not as idyllic as it used to be, but it is still a great place to visit. So, if you are traveling ANYWHERE during this time, be patient, stop complaining that things are different, deal with it nicely, and maybe even take a minute to TIP your housekeepers and breakfast staff. All these people in the hospitality industry are WORKING during this time since they are considered essential. They are learning through this as well. So be nice or stay home. Also, support the local businesses. They are struggling. Thank you Hampton Staff. Stay safe.

This was our first booking with this location Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Branson, Missouri and it wont be our last. We enjoyed booking a Condo, we loved having the 2 bed/2 bath condo with a full kitchen for a very low price. This is not a brand new Hotel & Suites, (keep that in mind) but it was very clean, and the Condo was fully stocked with everything from extra towels, showering supplies, hair dryers to pots and pans in the kitchen area. The parking area was very well lit and made us feel safe, we liked that ramp and stairs up to our room also has security lights for safety. The breakfast offered during these Covid times were brown bags, we did not care about this, we went down the road and had fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee (there are coupons everywhere for buy 1 dozen get free dozen from Krispy Kreme) keep in mind that there is a Pizza Hut mini location right next door for easy Pizza/Wing delivery! Hotel is located in a great area- has less traffic and noise, we were close to the attractions we were interested in. We will look here for future stays!!

I am pleased to have stayed at the Stone Castle Hotel during my recent vacation at Branson, MO. It's conveniently located near a good grocery store(Price Chopper) and the only WalMart on the strip. The hotel offered a full breakfast each morning and nice, spacious rooms. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
