This hotel is about 10 minutes away from the subway station (Nihonbashi Station), four stations to the four corners intersection. There is an elevator on one of the exits. If you take a ride, it’s about 1,000 yen. 👈It is convenient for the elderly and children. I booked a twin room, 23 square meters, with bathtub. Open two big baskets👍 All new and clean There are many places for charging and plugging, and wifi is OK All normal supplies are available The mattress and mattress are all ok. There is air conditioning, which I like, and the heating is not available even in winter. Hot spring, on the 13th floor, there are two sauna rooms for more than 40 people, one with cold water and one with cold water. The hot spring is not big, and there are not many people there after 10 o'clock in the evening. Just check the time yourself. There are several shower stations with private lockers, normal skin care products, showers, and combs. ☝️10am-3pm cleaning⛔ There are smoking rooms on some floors. There are also automatic drink machines (which are not expensive) There is a Lawson downstairs from the hotel and a Family Mart diagonally opposite. There is a 24hrs aeon in about 5mins. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are also very convenient. Disadvantages: Free ramen at night, ma ma place 😂, it will be a waste of time to eat again😝 Breakfast is average in variety and not many choices. Basically everything is OK, not worth the money to eat. Measure it yourself😂 Also, they won't help you with the room service, they will only give you basic towels per person. There will also be no bottled water provided every day. When you see the butler, ask him and he will compare with you. But it will not be provided automatically, except for the left towel The restaurant on the 2nd floor has a 24hrs microwave and disposable tableware outside. Consider it, but don't have high expectations. The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

Finally, I had the chance to stay in this brand. Maybe the new year, they are super busy. The room is rather small but had it all. The special things about this brand are free noodles and ice lolly. As well as hot spring. However, too many people and guests have no manner of cleaning up (sink,full of hair) after using the facilities. Value for money and good location. You can observe the type of guests in the restaurant -for noodle. How they behave..after that, I won't stay.

It was a space where four people could relax comfortably while on a family trip, and there was a toilet and shower. It was well equipped with small items such as a washbasin, sink, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, etc. In addition, it is about a 13-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station, so it doesn't feel too far to walk around and see Dotonbori Street, the riverside, and Glico statue. - It is about a 7-minute walk from Nipponbashi Station, and you can take a taxi to Namba Station for 700 yen. The rooftop open-air bath was the best! ! The temperature range of the hot water is not too hot, making it perfect for long baths. Sauna was also attached, so satisfaction was even higher! It is completely different from the usual business hotel in the city. Breakfast is also buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like. It was also nice to be able to stay very cheaply during the corona period. Recently, it has been used as the Corona Hotel, so it was not open to the general public, but when it becomes possible to stay normally again, I definitely want to go there!

Everything is similar to the photos and reviews, good location (5 minutes walk from the subway), large space, complete facilities (kitchen, refrigerator, wet and dry separation, shower + bathtub) The only problem was that I didn't receive the check-in code after booking, and I didn't know that there was no counter reception for self-service check-in. I had to borrow a phone from a nearby hotel and call Trip customer service to ask for assistance. Haoyuan customer service dealt with it immediately and tried their best to eliminate obstacles.

We used it at work. The nearest station is Nihonbashi and walks a little from Nanba. There are several host clubs right next door, so it may be a little bustling and scary at night. The hotel itself was just made, so it was very beautiful overall and the staff was kind! I was grateful that there was a 24-hour coffee self service. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafe lounge in plate form, but this was also nice and cozy. The price was around 4000 yen (reservation in Agoda campaign) with breakfast, so the cospa was quite good! I was sorry for what it was like a hotel monopoly due to the influence of corona. I thought it was a good hotel overall, so I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

Room 612 Amethyst Room Price at the time Jan 25-Jan26: $270 Total tax and all. Location: Good location a little bit away from the busy central areas where its noisier but close enough to get to in 10 min walk. Decor: A bit quirky with inlaid amethyst stone in a rock wall. Modern styling. A display case of meteorites inside a locked glass cabinet. (no joke there really is a meteorite display case next to your toilet, see picture.) Comfort: The Amethyst Room was spacious and the bed seems to be a California King Size bed with ample room to sprawl out. There is a very huge sofa and a large bath tub with ambient lighting and water jet function in the bath. In addition the toilet is located in a separate private room on the other side of the room. Extra perks and entertainment: Huge TV display, premium coffee maker, a work desk, nice ambient lighting with a star simulated sky above the bed. Bulgari Soap set for those who care about luxury goods. Nice Sony and Harman Kardon sound systems to play music while you get ready. Staff: Friendly, Helpful and Professional. I was 3 hours late waking up for my flight out of Osaka,(I blame that comfortable bed, just couldn't get out of it) I rushed out and the staff was helpful in getting me on the go quickly, they were unable to procure a cab due to the weather so the staff pointed me in the right direction in the rain to get to the closest Taxi stand without hesitation.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

A very good hotel. The location is very good next to Sanjin Temple. The whole street is very prosperous. You can find it by walking straight along Ichiran Ramen in Dotonbori. On the same street as Louis Vuitton and Chanel. Facilities: Very user-friendly. There are smoking areas on the 4th and 15th floors. There is also a large public bathroom on the 15th floor. Taking a bath after shopping is very relaxing~ Hygiene: The hotel is very clean and the environment is very good👍 Service: There was a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk who was very helpful to us when we were leaving the store and going to the airport! We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

The younger brother at the front desk is very warm and courteous, English can communicate, the hotel is very small. In the middle is a reading public area surrounded by rooms. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. It is very close to Shinsaibashi. Towels and slippers are either rented or bought.

I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.
