Hotels Near Tai Kitchen In Naypyitaw
3.91km from Tai KitchenThis is a veritable resort hotel. Garden-like environment, elegant and comfortable interior deployment. The hotel has a large area, but the on-site transportation vehicles are on call, convenient and free. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the dining environment is good. The room is too large, and the extra bed should be OK. The breakfast room can be described as luxurious, with refined dishes but limited variety. When you go out, you should inform the front desk to contact the taxi. Nybibi rarely sees taxis running on the street. I will stay here next time.
5.86km from Tai KitchenThis Hotel has a good service with warm and helpful staff. Room rate is fair and foods also good taste with reasonable price. Recommend to stay in this Hotel. I was there for a business for 2 nights, staff treated me well, and provide very quick service. I will come back again.

7.26km from Tai KitchenI stayed there on a professional trip. Confortable, clean, quite large room, although with too much furniture (and a price list of each item in case you damage it or take it away, including bed and sofa). The hotel is out of the world (but this seems the case for all in this artificial city) and there is no restaurant of any kind within walking distance, so unless you have transportation you have to eat at the hotel's restaurant, which is ok. It seems I was one of the very very few guest during most of my stay but it was suddenly full the time of a conference or workshop and it was then very noisy. Probably because of the small number of guests, the staff is not really trained and efficient, does not master or is not aware of basic procedures, or has strange ones. There is virtually no staff able to understand English. Despite all these shortcomings, the staff was friendly and ready to help.

Somehow the hotel in Mandalay was listed as a "four diamond" destination. According to the principle of value for money, the hotel's hardware level is barely enough to reach the level of two diamonds. To be precise, it is too bad: the faucet of the sink is loose; the mirror of the mercury glass is mottled; the shower in the toilet is There is almost no water pressure, and there is still no hot water at night; there is no floor towel and non-slip mat in the bathtub, and the overall height of the bathtub is too high, which is very easy to hurt the residents; The most terrible thing is that there are actually particularly noticeable yellow stains on the sheets; there are photos to prove it; the showers are also hard to use (perhaps the room I stayed in is the worst one and I don't know). Of course, the price of the hotel, which is positioned at the price of two Samsungs, is also real. The hotel's breakfast meets the general requirements of the guests, and it is considered past. The service staff is quite enthusiastic; the reception tour group may have more experience. The outdoor swimming pool is not bad. Guests who like to swim can take a dip, but the pool and gym do not have heated showers, which is a bit inconvenient. The location of the hotel is relatively convenient. It's not too far away from the main attractions that need to be visited, but people who don't have good legs should not choose this place. It is best to take a "tutu car" for the tourist attractions. The hotel has barbecue dinner in the evening, suitable for those who need it. In general, more sophisticated guests are not recommended to stay in his home.
Look at the hotel's appearance is very general, the hotel room is generally small and medium, the location is in the city center, to surprise me is the bar on the roof, sitting on the top floor, blowing the breeze, eating dinner, very beautiful. Breakfast is also very medium, I suggest you go early, usually after 8 o'clock, breakfast is basically nothing. There will be Chinese staff at the front desk, so you don't have to be afraid of not speaking Chinese. It is ok to clean the tip or help with the baggage of 1000 Myanmar dollars. I want to eat special Burmese or Chinese dishes. There are many electric tricycles at the door. You can provide the detailed address to the tricycle driver. The price is as close as 1000 Myanmar dollars, and the farther 2500 Myanmar coins are almost the same. It is just a few streets away. It is best to ask the driver how much before getting on the bus. If you want to eat fruit, you can ask the tricycle driver to buy fruit, and you will bring four fruit wholesale stores (similar). The first one is close to the street. Don’t buy it because the boss will speak Chinese, and the fruit will be sold. It won't be Chinese, but fruit can be bargained and much cheaper than the first one. Little durian is my favorite. I want to pack the durian back to the hotel. Remember to put the durian meat in the box and wrap it in plastic wrap to enter the hotel. Remember to bring the whole durian into the hotel.
The breakfast was unexpectedly rich, the staff was very welcoming, and the BBQ, which was loved by a local Burmese, tasted good twice. Location, I feel that Mandalay is almost the same city, no picky, the average driver knows this hotel. In addition to the hot water is not hot, the check-in experience is good.
The hotel is in a good overall condition, free morning meals are abundant, and there are two or three waiters who can speak some Chinese at the reception desk. The channel is much better. The hotel is located in the new district, and the surrounding sip drinks and shops are convenient enough. The hotel's restaurant is asked for a long time when it is served. You don't want to go far to the restaurant when you come back to order.
Rooms are nice, clean, and of good size. The staff are friendly but unfortunately are not conversant in English. Food at the restaurant are not that brilliant and complimentary buffet breakfast serves local cuisne. Smoking is allowed in the rooms so for non-smokers, the odor may be a turn-off. But the room I stayed in was not bad at all. Location is okay for a city that is small and traffic is light, everything is accessible especially when taxis are easily available (except that drivers are mostly non-conversant in English. Cleanliness and room service is also good. Wifi is intermittent but not the fault of the hotel. Wifi at the lobby is poor but the at the restaurant which is on the 8th floor, reception is okay.
Breakfast is OK, there are watermelon diced, papaya, banana, can not be an extra bed, with children can, the city center, surrounded by Mandalay's largest market, no parking. There is a big temple next to it, with several big stupas inside.
Book in advance, cost-effective, service enthusiasm, breakfast can be, there is free bicycle, but need to pick it earlier, otherwise it is not, the location is good, the order shows the prepaid to the hotel, but the hotel asks to pay the front desk when checking out, think With the prepaid card brush, you can pay the card processing fee, so you still use cash to settle. I don't understand why the prepayment has become a front-end payment.
To start with, I booked this hotel as a hostel, since they have couple of shared dorm on the group floor. One cannot expect to have hostel spirit where can meet many foreigners and travellers. Contrary, there is no common area where you can hang out, but just couple of couches in the lobby. On the other hand, the good thing is that in the price of the dorm you have also breakfast included which is standard for the hotel so it is quite good value for the price. Plus the rooms have modern AC that can be used at any time, not as many hostels do just during the night time. The location is ok, walking distance from the palace. But summing up, there is nothing special about this place. The hugest advantage is price-value comparison.
The rooftop pub has a good selection of Western and local food to choose from, and has an friendly and comfortable ambience. There is an upper deck for those who prefer a more private atmosphere for dining. Their cocktails are great and are reasonably priced. Really value for money during the happy hour special! Overall, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and hangout with friends, would definitely come back again!
In the newer part of Mandalay but close to the palace moat. Perfectly fine hotel with descent rooms. Only one elevator so try to get at room at the lower floors. Also try to get one facing the opposite side of the mosque because they do the call to prayer at 5:30 in the morning. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and also the big market just around the corner. Not really walking distance to Mandalay Hill and the pagodas below it. But there is always taxis outside.
The hotel is near the lake and the view is nice. There is also a vegetable market nearby to experience local life. You need to tell the front desk to turn on the hot water, because the cold water is the main one.
Good, good environment, big room, comfortable stay
This was my fourth stay at Hotel United for my annual visit to Phaung Daw Oo Monastery School in 19th Street. The location is convenient for the school, and for the Royal Palace, Mandalay Hill, and many other tourist sites. I've always found the hotel clean, comfortable, and efficiently run. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
From Ocean Super Center, just past the Mandalay Thiri Stadium corner of 60th Street and Ngu Shwe Wau Street. Excellent, five star value hotel rooms with natural views and restaurant food quality at prices that will make your wallet smile! Free fifty item breakfast buffet! Awesome customer service, happy and helpful hotel staff, your visit to Mandalay will be one of your best tourist experiences!
On the down side, the hotel is quite shabby. It needs a lick of paint and the curtains and carpet a good clean as well as the furniture. Bedding was fresh. The key pad on the safe didn't work, so I was given a key. The pool water looked cloudy, so I'm not sure how well their filtration system works. I didn't go in. I wasn't given extra toilet roll when the room was made up. It's quite far away from the amenities, so you need to taxi or tuk tuk everywhere. They don't hold any US dollars, but a staff took me to a money changer in a shopping centre which was kind. The upside is that the staff are very nice. The main receptionist helped me alot to organise sightseeing drivers and also my bus to Bagan. I was also given a breakfast lunch box for my bus journey which was sweet. I'm a vegetarian and they prepared extra breakfast items for me every day. I give 2 stars for the hotel facilities and four for the staff.
We stayed here for the third time and when in Mandalay always come back to this small ans extreemly friendly place. Although the last time was years back (and only for 2 days), they recognized us immediately and welcomed us warmly. The rooms are Equipe with everything one needs and very clean. Breakfast is Server on the Rooftop where one can ist also during the day and evening and See even Mandalay Hill. The locatIon is central. A little further down the road in a small lange to the left are two very good and safe restaurants, called Marie Minh and Rainbow.
The location is great and very accessible. The staffs are helpful and very accomodating. They also helped us to book a transportation for our day tour sighseeing. They also allow us to have an early check in with no additional cost. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.
Love Mega Star! The staff and owner will take such great care of you. Ask them a question about anything in the area, and they will find out everything you need to know! The rooms are clean, and there are nice spots on the property to sit and relax.
Good breakfast, lots of choices, quiet and quiet rooms, new facilities.
Our room was on the high way and there was an unreasonable amount of noise. The staff didnt speak a word of english except for the manager but she wasnt nice at all. Check out said to be at noon while we wanted to check out 9:00. We saw there is a serious rain outside so wanted to go back to the room until noon. But after 5 minutes the manager claimed i cant go back to the room anymore, even if i forgot something there, and she didnt care. We were forced to stay in the lobby with terrible rain outside and nothing to do
I booked a room only for 3 nights but extended 2 more nights. This is one of the rare places I felt sad to leave. Alice (who manages the guesthouse one her own during her daughter’s absence) is such a nice and caring lady I have ever met during all of my travels. She is a very interesting person and you can have meaningful discussions about any subject with her (she speaks perfect English). I also attended her cooking class and she explained every step in details how to cook a delicious Burmese meal. The room as well as the bathroom was very spacious. Hot water/water pressure was perfect. Room has AC as well as a table fan. Room was cleaned everyday. The other staff members (3-4 young guys and 1-2 ladies) are absolutely friendly, polite and helpful. Although their English is not that good, they will help you any possible way and look after you (Sometimes I used Google translator to explain/request certain things. It worked well). The breakfast was great and the homemade meals were delicious. They also organise sightseeing tours, tuk-tuk/taxi, tickets for cultural shows, Airport transport or any other activity you may wish to do in Mandalay. This Guesthouse is situated in Royal Mandalay area.
