Excellent location right in front of Taikoo Li. Service also impeccable as they go out of their way to help set up Weixin pay etc and guide us to the best restos. Family suite really good layout with two rooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast is good too allowing you to taste local delicacies like a soy bean curd bar.

We had an amazing time, it was our anniversary and the hotel prepared some really special surprises for us. We loved our stay. Our host at the hotel Cassidy was amazing!! She was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. It’s a very good hotel, well located.

During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.

The room decoration is in line with my aesthetic taste. There is a super large bathtub with a view by the window. It is great for taking a bath, and the view is unbeatable! You can overlook the night view of Taikoo Li. The room is very clean and the facilities and equipment are complete. I will come again!

The location of the apartment is perfect you are at the heart of everything Food, shopping, Taikoo and all the brands you want to buy. However, the rooms are showing their age and maintenance is needed. Cleanliness is average and the Wi-Fi is super slow. The young lady managing the apartment was very helpful though and she helped us change faulty lightbulbs and arranged for the room to be cleaned daily with bottles of mineral water replenished daily. We stayed for three nights in total. She also helped with online links to book tickets for the Panda Research Centre and SC Opera. If the rooms were maintained better and improvements in Wi-Fi this would have been the perfect stay. I have stayed at cleaner and more tech friendly accommodation for the price I paid. We booked here as Ctrip messed up our booking so we kinda had no choice. Top tip is get the room with a view as its nice to watch the sunrise and the evening also. Try to get a high floor if possible also.

Very satisfied in the room, very beautiful and very clean! The cleaning aunt is very careful to clean! The panoramic view of Taikoo Li, the night view is super beautiful, the upstairs is Chunxi Road, next to Taikoo Li! The high-speed rail is also very close, the surrounding attractions are very convenient, the waiter Xia Yu is very warm, the service is very timely and thoughtful!

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is good, the service attitude is also very good, and we were allowed to view the room in advance. Thumbs up to the little brother👍
