|4.17km from city centerMe and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.

I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it

I will recommend 'Hotel beach garden' a must visit place if you are looking for a short gateaway to Juhu. It is located opposite of Juhu Chawapatty .Also I would like to mention about the cordial and warm interaction from aged security guard hailing from Bihar. All in all when you're travelling all the way from different state you wont feel like as such due to their hospitality. They have very helpful service and cordial customer interaction(especially Mr. Zoheb). There was arrangements for Unlimited delicious buffet for complementary breakfast. I have enjoyed with my family staying here for 2 nights and 3 days.

We stayed in a large room, seriously huge with the most gorgeous balcony looking over the street. The bed was very comfortable, linens and towels clean. The bathroom was just outside the room, it honestly wasn’t an issue and to get the best balcony it was a compromise. We arrived on a flight from Europe at 2 am and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a kettle, tea coffee and milk as well as water ( paid ) instantly available. To be honest you can’t beat the location it’s just fabulous

The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

|18.12km from city centerWhat a lovely find, we stayed for 1 night recently, arriving early evening so when we opened the blinds in the morning to the sun rising over the sea it was an amazing view. Yes the rooms are small, but very well appointed with a clean and spacious shower. We had dinner up on the roof top and it was the best food we'd had whilst we had been in India. The service was also great. Breakfast was a little basic but fine for what we needed. When you arrive you do think it looks a shabby hotel, but once you go up to the third floor, you find a little gem. Thank you for all of the help printing our boarding passes etc.

We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed.
I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge.
Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day.
I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind
Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing.
In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To co****sate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice.
The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area.
The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace.
100% recommend :)

Rooms are clean n nice but nothing special about them. Also you will find it ok if you have less interest in food quality or service. Food is very average and breakfast is avoidable (Almost nothing much). A very functional type of hotel i can say. The part that you need to be very careful is that its a very strict hotel about their rules, specially like no visitor in rooms rule. And when i say that it means they are strict up-to rude, the rules here are up-to annoying and may offend you as they do not care losing about customers.
