We stayed here for our anniversary and what a stunning room we had! I loved all the small details added to the room and the bathroom was lovely. I was amazed at the interior of this hotel, it really is stunning! The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly, as are all the staff. We were warmly welcomed into the hotel which was lovely. The hotel is just a short walk into the city centre - we walked down and got an Uber back because it was extremely cold (an Uber from the city centre only cost us £4.50). Breakfast was also included in our hotel stay and this was lovely. They give you a huge choice of what you can have and you can order as much as you like! The breakfast was lovely, gorgeous poached eggs and sausages! We really loved this hotel and will definitely be visiting again!

Stayed at Bloc Hotel. The girls on the desk Sasha and Samantha were so lovely and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. I’m disabled in a wheelchair and Samantha helped us in and out with all our bags and helped us move rooms as the room I was first in was a bit small to move around in the wheelchair. Both girls were at hand to give us fresh water and any advice were needed about were to go to get some nice food.

The hotel is located in the jewelry district of Birmingham. Although it is a Hilton hotel, it is a bit surprising compared to domestic hotels. The room is not large, the basic facilities are complete, like most of these hotels in foreign countries, do not provide toiletries, bottled mineral water, disposable slippers, etc., you need to bring your own! The decoration style is simple and practical! The lobby and the restaurant are together, not big but warm, the English breakfast can meet the basic needs, and there are not many types, mainly bread, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, bacon, English sausage, etc.; The St. Martin's Church and the Niuhuan Shopping Center in the city center are about 20 minutes' walk away. If you come mainly to travel and return to the hotel at the basic night, it should be a good choice! It is recommended to book as early as possible before travel, the price discount is relatively large!

Four people suggested that they should go to the upper store, and it would be really uncomfortable to sleep on the wide bunk. Soundproofing Super Garbage No headphones really can't sleep. I lived for four days and two days and almost insomnia. There was a bell ringing for ten minutes at three o'clock in the middle of the night. On the last morning, the Italian woman kept talking about it at 3 o'clock in the evening. There is no lockable cabinet and the bathroom has shampoo.

My son and I went to Birmingham for the third time and re-elected this apartment hotel. It is nearly one kilometer away from Xinjie Railway Station. It is in a small alley, but it is quite easy to find, just follow the navigation. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient to buy. The location we live in is inside, a bit like a labyrinth. The window is a part of Little Venice. We can see the working boat every day. It is also a scenic spot. The hotel is newly renovated, and there is decoration taste, business is better. There are also many people staying in the hotel, and the facilities are also equipped with similar facilities. There is no washing machine. The bad thing is that you can't clean it every day, otherwise you will get a £25 cleaning fee. Check out on time, don't exceed 11 o'clock, you will pay an overtime fee. You will print a list when you check in. You should read it carefully. Don't spend money.

We spent to nights at the Birmingham Ibis Styles Hotel, which was a pleasant experience. Hotel parking is very secure being underground, with a 24hour security on duty. Staff on the reception where always available for any questions, with plenty of smiles nothing being of any trouble. A big plus is the free hot drinks machine within the reception area, plenty of variety of coffees, teas & hot chocolate. The breakfast choices are limited compared to other stays Ive had, however was good enough & no complaints. The only gripes I had overall was the air-con leaked on the carpet within our room, plus the carrycot had no soft cushioning, just hard wooden slat’s.

The hotel is located in the south of Birmingham, with convenient life and many supermarkets and restaurants. Newer, because there are family rooms, breakfast included, affordable, I chose here. However, because the hotel allows pets and many black guests bring dogs, the hotel rooms have a smell. Thank you Ctrip for always being around, and everything is resolved immediately.

Very bad attitude when checking in I was blind and didn’t find the name of the guest, but I had to pay the room fee again, and finally found that my room was booked under the name of a colleague. This kind of service is super poor, all with racial discrimination Ctrip must translate into English and stay on the comments page of their hotel to avoid compatriots stepping on the pit Disgusting service from the terrible male night shift staff with the racist attitude!

Birmingham Marriott Hotel is in a good location from the train station and it is 8 pounds 💷 there is a big supermarket hotel near the hotel. The service is very good. I don't know English. I use the translator to tell the front desk staff that they are very patient. The help of my hotel is very clean. The price of the hotel in Ctrip is not expensive. We have four rooms in one room. The two big beds have been lived several times. It is very satisfying and worth recommending to everyone.

Loads of great points to this hotel! Great staff, on the doorstep of the O2 academy, really reasonable rates, bar downstairs, 24 hour pizza! Room was clean. A bit rough around the edges in places (sink was blocked with something I didnt fancy investigating!), scuffs on walls and old makeup on the curtains. But honestly, I was happy to stay there for all the positives. It would have been great to order the wine I wanted by the glass down in the bar as I was not up for a full bottle but that was a minor thing really. Overall we really enjoyed our overnight stay and will definitely stay here next time we are at a gig. Slept amazingly well and I never sleep well in hotels just because it's an unfamiliar space. Bed and pillows comfy!

The decoration style of the Crowne Plaza Hotel is consistent. Since we are going to the exhibition, we are very close to the nec exhibition center and it takes 10 minutes to walk. Next door is Birmingham Airport. Basically, people who come here for business are not interested in any sights. There is a large party bar on the first floor of the hotel. You can also order some food. The breakfast is on the ground floor. There are not as many choices as domestic ones. They are more English style. What scrambled eggs, poached eggs, fried eggs. Ah, sausages, and so on. The whole is quite satisfactory. . . It is also a business trip, not demanding

Very good hotel, clean, cost-effective and safe. I studied abroad in Birmingham ten years ago so I know this location is very convenient. Downstairs is Chinatown. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station bullring shopping! highly recommended! Although the hotel faces the street, the glass is double-glazed, and even the toilets are sound-proofed! The price of this hotel in the UK is really a bargain!

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here and its just as good as the first. The staff are very polite and attentive, i think her name was Gwenyth. She checked me in early and was very nice. The fire alarm did go off about 4 times at 6pm but its not their fault that they are having maintenance on this. I stayed in a small double, and it is what it says on the tin! Very clean, cosy room, perfect for 2 people. Hotel amenities were very nice. Just cannot fault them, yes the rooms/hallway are slightly dated but its clean and everything else is modern so who care. 100% will be staying again and the price is very reasonable. Also i recommend the extra £10 for breakfast, its all you can eat but comes fresh from the kitchen.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

The hotel is a basic hotel, but the price is very low, All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The room was of ambient temperature. It is in a busy club area but on the 8th floor we couldn't hear noise from the clubs however at 03:00 am someone was kicking on a door shouting and swearing, he stopped but started again 30 minutes later at this point I had to call security and although we didn't hear anything else we didn't sleep. I think the hotel should ban people who behave like this.

Okay, just setting the tone, as you would think I’m joking by the title, however it’s true… The hotel is reminiscent of a Cold War bunker, set within an industrial zone in Birmingham. Amazing windows views, and some weird token coin parking system, that makes this all feel like a soviet experiment. It’s like, what if Banksy designed a hotel… this is it! However, the staff are all amazing, the rooms are nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. Usmanal and Sen deserve a special mention for their kind service. So overall I can highly recommend, and will hopefully stay again soon. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Cheers.

Hotel location is very good, just inside the school, the environment is also good & #128077; & # 127999;, around the Tesco supermarket, ten minutes walking distance from the city center! The room is small, the bathroom is small, the washbasin is the size of two lunch boxes, and the ground that will be washed will be all water! The bed is small and narrow, it seems to be about 1.3 meters, poor husband 1 meter eight people. . . However, it seems that Europe is such a room, so I don't say anything! Hotel breakfast tastes good! Baked bread is super delicious! Classic British breakfast variety, service is still very good!

Was taken for Sunday lunch here on Mothering Sunday. My previous experience here ended very badly however the food was good. Unfortunately things have changed for the worse. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The Old Crown call them self "Your community pub" a double gin and splash of coke cost £7.30! Not a community price in my opinion. Ordered wings for the starter £7.50 a portion, they were just ok. Considering the pub was not busy it took about 35 minutes for the mains to come out. I was very disappointed at the taste, quality and portion size. The gravy was very thin and oily. The Yorkshire pudding was burnt, the veg was very oily. The Sunday roast here is no longer nice. After the very disappointing meal we had to go over to the bar to ask for the bill. A member of staff came over very quickly for payment! We were asked nothing about our experience or if we had enjoyed our meals. Poor service, disappointing food and over priced.

On arrival the chap at the reception told us he had given us a very quiet room which we were pleased about as we had just had a 3 hour drive to the hotel and our brother/in laws funeral to go to the next morning so a good nights sleep was needed. The room, bedding and towels were clean and the room was tidy but.... Only one comfy chair so one of us had to sit in the chair that was at the desk, the back was not fixed on the chair very well so you could not lean back into it. The bed was really uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. 2 out of the 4 pillows were awful and just felt like bits of cotton wool bunched up in them although they were clean and fresh. The shower door would not close properly so the bathroom floor and mat was soaked during our showers and we had to use the bath mat to try and dry the floor as well as to step onto it. The metal bars between the glass in the shower were full of black mould. Then to the best bit, the fan did not go off after the light was turned off in the bathroom, we kept thinking it would stop (it was VERY noisy) and by 12pm we were ready to rip it off the wall, we realised that the only way to stop it was to take out the electric card, which meant no lights etc but hoped we would sleep the rest of the night and not need to get up in the dark with no lights, after trying to get comfortable and fall asleep about 2am on the awful bed we were woken at 5am by someone walking up and down the corridor and the door into the reception banging, at 6am the extrator fan from the kitchens on the left of our room kicked in. In all we managed about 3 hours sleep, my partner mentioned these problems to a staff member who offered us free breakfast but we did not want breakfast and did not have time before the funeral. I also spoke to the lady as I was leaving the hotel about all the problems and she said she was very sorry and that we should put a review on here. We stayed in room 100 which is by the reception area. I have since seen on your website that you guarantee a good nights sleep and also that you have super comfy hypos beds (whatever they are), we attended a very long and emotional funeral followed by a 3 hour drive home made all the more tiring after a night in the this Premier Inn.
