We stayed here for 7 nights from 23/11/19 to 30/11/19. The hotel staff are very courteous, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is in a great location, within several minutes walk to various entrance to the Monzen Nakacho station. In its vicinity, you will find various quaint restaurants and cafes, 7-11, Family Mart, McD, MOS Burger, a supermarket and even a pharmacy close by. You virtually never have to worry about food choices. The hotel is clean, pleasant and spanking new, and at that time even provided free beverages until 10pm. All in all, we were never disappointed.

The Toyoko Inns are always in convenient locations and are geared to business people mainly. They are fairly inexpensive especially if you join their points club for a cost of 1500 yen. You will be given a card with your picture on it and this entitles you to discounts, every tenth day is free and you get a better rate for staying on Sundays. You can put put your own towels and garbage and save more! I would recommend a regular double room for a couple as the bed is Queen size and you will have a small table and chairs. The regular twin is good too. Economy rooms are not that much less and they are pretty tiny but fine for one person. They I always in lude breakfast which is plentiful and mostly Japanese food, good coffee, juice and buns or bread. It is a sparkling clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and competent.

An old five-star hotel, the lobby is very good, the Japanese-style room that I lived in the previous day is very good, 58 square meters, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is huge, the toiletries are pola, and the traditional Japanese wooden bath pool, 4 people can live, Prices and standard rooms are not much different. It's a pity that it is only set for one day. I compared the standard room facilities and equipment that I lived on the second day to be slightly old. Considering a Disney partner hotel, there are shuttle buses, so it is good to book here. The service is also good, although there is no Chinese waiter, simple English plus body language communication is no problem. Book the Disney shuttle on the hotel's official website in advance. When checkin, the waiter will check and inform the shuttle in detail. Breakfast is not that many varieties, but the ingredients and tastes as well as the service experience are good. The next day because I went to Disney early in the morning, I asked the hotel to help change the room and put luggage. The service was good. We gave us two connected standard rooms and charged a service fee of 2400 yen, which is acceptable. Give us a high floor, you can see the Skytree, and the Disney shuttle stops at the hotel at the designated time. Check-in information is correct, the first stop is the paradise, and the second stop is the ocean. When visiting Disney, the Japanese-style room is the first choice.

The hotel is about 200 meters away from Dongyangcho Subway Station. The transportation is very convenient, but the room is small but clean and comfortable. The last day, because I have to go out, the mobile phone is afraid of not enough electricity. I borrowed the mobile phone from the room and used the front desk to say a very refreshing response. Also very good, I will stay here next time.

Although it is a newly opened hotel, there are actually many problems. First of all, when checking in, you will find that all the front desks are interns. When I ask them some questions, they always need to turn their heads and get into the small room behind to ask regular employees. I think that as a mature Mitsui with dozens of chain hotels, the intern should not be left alone at the front desk. Secondly, neither the interns at the front desk nor the regular employees hiding behind can communicate in basic English, which surprised me a lot. Shouldn't this aspect be strengthened at the time when the Olympics are coming? The most unacceptable thing is that they asked me to pay an extra 15,000 yen (my reservation is about 12,000 yen) when I asked that I want to see the Rainbow Bridge in my room. I said I didn’t want to spend more than what I originally paid for my reservation to upgrade my room. They just couldn’t care less and kept telling me to pay for the upgrade. I told the person at the front desk that I just want to see the Rainbow Bridge, and I also said that this is the first time I came to this hotel, but the front desk said "so what?!" Such a reply made me very angry. In this way of responding to customers, he lacks the basic qualities of front desk staff. I have stayed in many Mitsui hotels before, but this experience makes me very hesitant to make reservations for Mitsui hotels in the future. I will try to discuss this with their general manager tomorrow when I check out, but I don’t expect they would realize their problems. Don’t be fooled by their design or look. If a hotel have no idea about hospitality, they will never be a good hotel. Any hotel under Marriott group is better than this Mitsui garden hotel Toyosu.

Breakfast is considered to be early in the morning. There are many cold foods, which are the same every day. There is no change. Sweet candy eggs are delicious The hotel should be a hotel chain of the Comfort brand in the United States. A few years ago, the facilities were very new, and everything was clear and transparent. Stayed for 4 nights and felt that the facilities were a bit dated, sanitary conditions were down, and the rooms were not cleaned properly. The location of the hotel seems to be slightly biased. It is not in the downtown area, but the location is very convenient. The two subways can directly connect to or transfer to all places in Tokyo. The mouth came out, and the hotel was within 20 meters of the left hand. The front desk of the hotel can purchase Tokyo Metro 1st / 2nd / 3th subway tickets. This ticket can be bought at limited subway stations and hotels in Tokyo and Bic Camera. The 3-day ticket is the most cost-effective, only 500 yen per day, unlimited distance Knowing that you are in and out, you must know that the transportation costs in Tokyo are very expensive, and it will be more convenient to have this ticket. This hotel is very convenient to Narita Airport. Take Hanzomon Z Line 3 Station to Oshiage and you can directly transfer to the tram to Narita Airport. There are escalators or elevators to get in and out. It will be much more convenient to have large luggage. The overall value for money and convenience of this hotel is very good, it is worth recommending.

Tokyo Tower Area
This hotel has not much reviews and offers some experiences. Location: Just on the other side of the road in Shiba Park, across the street, it is super convenient to go to the Tokyo Tower. The night is still beautiful. It is convenient to take a half hour drive from the airport. Environment: The hotel is quite atmospheric, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there are not many tourists. The front desk is very friendly and speaks English. I stayed for five nights and didn't hear the voice of the Chinese people. The overall surrounding environment is very quiet. Room: Two large and medium-sized medium twin rooms, children 8 years old, no problem, the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom is small, but there is still a step that is not low, and the elderly are not very convenient. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not bad, people have not been much, the environment is good on the first floor. Shopping around: The hotel is not a lively area of interest downstairs. In the morning, you can feel the rush and silence of the office workers. Go to the JR line for seven or eight minutes and have a family supermarket, Alipay settlement. Meal: There are restaurants nearby, it is quite convenient, and I change to the restaurant every night. Basic English communication is not smooth, and it is quite interesting to order food. There is a white cloth curtain to eat the restaurant of Kochi dumplings, there is no picture of ordering, all rely on Mongolia. Beer and dumplings taste good. Service, very good, changed the room once in the middle. There is indeed a Chinese service. On that day, the Chinese staff were absent and the communication was difficult. The front desk called the Chinese staff and translated between us. Very good, don't worry about staying at this hotel. The overall feeling is quite good, eleven prices are slightly more expensive. If you like shopping, you still have to live near Ginza Shinjuku. It is two stops from Ginza and the taxi is 100 yuan.

It is very close to Omotesando, Shibuya, Harajuku, the only thing that is not enough is to climb a crossover bridge every time I come back. Booked in advance for a twin room in March with more than 1,000 points a day, saving a lot of subway fees, and it is suitable to walk to live in a tide brand. There is no convenience store and a cafe next to breakfast. Eat a breakfast cafe You can smoke a few cups and even gadgets. Every day, the hotel will take two bottles of water at the front desk. They are all very polite. They take the bath ball with the men's oil free of charge. If you do n’t need water, they chase the elevator and ask if you want it. The twin room we booked is not big and can only open one big box at a time. It is very satisfying if we haven't lived too big. The most surprising thing is that there is a special Q kettle for makeup mirror, and soundproofing in the corridor. The 8th floor wallpaper is the kitten's 4th floor wallpaper is blue. The hotel is a little far from the Waseda subway station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk with the luggage. If you want to go, you can take the subway to Takadanobaba Station, where there is a hotel shuttle, and the shuttle stops at the door of Tangji Kede! The hotel shuttle schedule is shown in the figure. The hotel is very quiet, the environment is very good, and there are many Japanese people staying. The room card can only be swiped to your floor. We booked a luxury twin room for an extra bed for three. For one person in the same room, the price is different for two and three people. The rooms are fully equipped with bathrobes, pajamas, all kinds of toiletries, as well as refrigerators and safes. The hotel has parking lot and the back garden of the hotel is the gate of Waseda University. If you like shopping, it is not recommended to live here, because there are not many businesses around, you can live here quietly. As we ordered without breakfast, I do n’t know how breakfast is. Spent almost a week in this quaint hotel of the quiet part of Shibuya . I like it’s closeness to the happening place since we really wanted to experience Halloween. It was located strategically for our home base while staying in Tokyo. The walk to Shibuya station wasn’t bad , maybe about 10 mins, but the walk to Don Quixote was more closer which I think was a plus . And a lot of nice small restaurants that serve authentic Japanese cuisine . It may be a bit outdated in terms of interior of the hotel and the rooms , but the rooms are pretty big . And if there was any problem that we encountered , they fix it really fast . Their customer service is excellent! I will always keep Shibuya Creston on top of my Places to stay in Tokyo.

A really great choice in terms of extended stay hotels. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Some of the staff’s English is limited, but there was always one person on staff with good English, you just needed to find that person. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but small. I think that is the case for any hotel in Tokyo. We got a triple for 3 adults and had 3 double-sized futons. The upside was that we had plenty of sleeping space, the downside was that the futons took up 90% of the room. But for a 2 week trip, it was SO helpful to have a washer-dryer in the room, as well as a kitchenette. Free coffee in the lobby was a very nice benefit. We took 2 side trips to Kyoto and Shanghai, and the staff was great about storing some of our luggage so we didn’t need to transport all of our heavy suitcases. The location is terrific, right near the train station and in the nice mostly residential neighborhood of Yutenji. There are lots of restaurants and stores but it’s not crazy busy like Shibuya. I’d highly recommend this for English-speaking travelers.

Although it looks like an ordinary buffet, but the variety is not many, and there are several dishes that are also difficult to eat. In Ctrip's room with breakfast, it is not much more expensive than without breakfast. , But that restaurant (the restaurant for breakfast is privately opened) actually asked for 1300 yen, one person really shocked me, so ugly, so sorry for 1300?
