Very clean hotel! The bed was very hard and comfortable, so I liked it. Wi-Fi is also available in each room, which is really good! The staff were kind and very nice. The curry and rice at the service at night was also very delicious. The free morning rice was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come here, I would like to stay again! The price is also cheap! However, there were no restaurants in the area that could be reached on foot, so I expect it in the future! it's recommended!

Even if everyone at the front desk wore a mask, they were so welcome that they felt that their smile was wonderful. We have you upgrade your room. The room was large enough to have a partition door, and there was a sense of security that privacy was protected, and the corner 々 was beautiful and the view from the window was good and comfortable. There was also a large communal bath and I was released from fatigue. If you move by car, it was not bitter at all because it was about ２４ time-open convenience store and lucky clown store that boasts the largest area of Hakodate within ５ minutes by car, and about ３０ minutes to the morning market in front of Hakodate Station. If you are traveling by public transportation, you have to walk a little bit to reach it. The room itself was clean and friendly. However, there is no air conditioner (there was an appliance that looked like a heater + air conditioner, but I didn't know how to operate because I was a foreigner who didn't know Japanese). Hokkaido itself is not very hot, so it is highly recommended for those looking for value for money Although the facilities are a little aging, they are managed cleanly. I chose it because it is called ”hot spring where you can travel in Hokkaido by Shinkansen”. It was an online reservation, but I received a confirmation call such as the room on the ２ floor without an elevator and the room with only a shower. At that time, I was able to make a reservation for a private bath. A few days before my stay, I received an email from the manager and a call to decide dinner time. The hotel can be seen from Onuma Station. Walk ５ minutes. When you enter the front desk, you will find a nice atmosphere like an overseas resort. You can drink coffee and tea, and there is a bar lounge (with time limit) to relax. Even adults can enjoy the railway diorama and railway goods in the lounge. There were various customers such as couples, couples, and families. The room was the smallest room, but the interior was devised and functional and I didn't feel much narrowness. I was worried that the room with only a shower and the large communal bath were open-air baths, but it was not colder than I expected because of the good weather. I used the large communal bath ２ times, but it was reserved. Despite the busy season of the private bath, the reservation was not crowded, and I used it at ２. (１ Some places are reserved in advance. There are already vacancies on the day of １.) Bath towels and towels are convenient in the bathhouse other than the guest rooms. And what should be noted is the meal? A menu that you can enjoy with your eyes according to the concept of ”delicious Epuy”. Meat, fish, vegetables, mushrooms, homemade bread dinner, breakfast full of vegetables and dairy products. My first Japanese hotel experience did not disappoint! This is a hotel that most tourists from outside of Japan might never visit but it appears very popular with Japanese tourists visiting the Onuma/Hakodate area. I highly recommend it if wanting to be close to Onuma lake /park with beautiful views of Koma-ga-take volcano/mountain from the dining facility and also from many of the rooms. We were there in the lush summer but I imagine in the winter it is just as beautiful. Given that it is largely Japanese guests, English was challenging at times and the breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese oriented - with some cereal/toast/pastries/fruit if Japanese cuisine isn’t your preference for breakfast - but delicious. Even without English, service was great throughout the hotel. The staff looked after our conference and attendees very well. Rooms are clean, quiet and peaceful. Conference attendees raved about the indoor/outdoor onsen and also enjoyed walking the grounds. If you want nature, peace, quiet, good service you will enjoy this hotel very much. Having a car will help but there is also hourly shuttle service to the train station.
