Während des Hessentags in Pfungstadt im Juni waren wir im Achat was nicht weit entfernt ist zum Festival. Wir bekamen von der Achat Hotel Mitarbeiterin ein ruhiges drei Bettzimmer obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Danke dafür. Parkplätze draussen sind kostenlos. Man sollte allerdings nicht spät Abends kommen, da sind alle belegt. Die Tiefgarage kann man sonst dazu buchen.Das hat uns allerdings nicht betroffen. Eine Strassen Bahn Haltestelle ist 2 min vor dem Hotel. Die nächste ist auch nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Wir übernachten sehr gerne wieder in einem Achat Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Gerne hätten wir noch einen Obstsalat gehabt, aber den gibt es wohl nicht in jedem Hotel oder er war schon aus

The best hotel is guaranteed for business, as all Darmstadt-relevant companies are right around the corner. Too far from the center for tourists. But: a great hotel with a fantastic concept. Everything looks newly renovated, and with love. Staff very helpful - 24/7. Super clean... We felt very comfortable. Breakfast service was also very good.

The hotel is good but the customer experience is terrible. On the first day they did an authorazisation transcaction much higher than my actual reservation. I cleared my bill at the check out day but the difference (approx 200 euros) is still blocked after 20 days. I have called them i have send 2 emails and nothing! Unacceptable behavior!

What a terrible service! We are a family of five (youngest child is under 2). The hotel Could not provide a cot and insisted we had to get a second room, alongside our family room. We reluctantly agreed to this (and the additional cost) at the point of reserving. When we checked in, they gave us the two rooms on different floors! I explained we are a family and in fact share a suitcase for all and it would be impractical to move things up and down different floors. They responded that the rooms are different ‘classes’ and cannot be given on the same floor. I am appalled at this lie, since we have another family travelling with us who were given a room on the same floor as our single room…! Just terrible.
