This B&B is a gem. It's new and the owner is working hard to please. And indeed, we felt very well taken care of! Loved the location and ability to walk in town. Be aware that is you arrive by car, the parking is a challenge. Not insurmountable because of the great efforts of the owner to help and accommodate. The owner coordinated our arrival time and came out and drove our car to a nearby parking space on the street. He and his son and girlfriend carried our luggage in and were patient to answer may questions about the area. Parking was not an issue for the rest of the weekend, I think it helped that it was the weekend. But we are used to parking issues in Boston. The accommodations were comfortable, simple, clean, with a nice bathroom, and large space. A cute little balcony off our rooms. We were 4 women and felt very safe. We were glad to be in the old town and close to the temples. Walking around the old town of Agrigento was interesting. They usually give a pass to the local café for coffee and pastry. The first AM we were looking for a big breakfast, early, prior to our tour of the temples. Octavio accommodated our request and came with eggs, pastry, cereal, fruit, yogurt and we ate at small tables in their kitchen. Octavio is a wonderful man who goes out of his way to please his guests. Their fridge is always stocked with free water, oranges, and yogurt. Also, a coffee maker available. Very sweet. I highly recommend this B&B. You will be glad you chose it!

A very warm welcome from Marcella. The room was very large, clean and traditional with a modern shower room. The views were amazing. It was very comfortable with a large bed. It was in an excellent location. Although we could not get free parking it was easy and cheap to park on the main road. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice - the pistachio croissants were a nice traditional touch.

We traveled to Agrigento to visit the Valley of the Temples and spend some a day at the beach, not having given much thought to the city itself. We were pleasantly surprised by the town - very stylish and very welcoming. Euterpe is the perfect complement to all of that - it is an upscale B&B, carefully and enthusiastically managed by Alessia, who is relentless in making sure that each of her guests are well cared for. Did you particularly like a certain pastry at breakfast on day 1? if so, it could magically appear for you on day 2. Its that level of attention to detail that sets this place apart. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, and we highly recommend #2, which faces the street (but is very quiet) and has a beautiful terrace to allow you reflect on the day and sip prosecco. This, however, may not be the best place for guests who cannot walk up two flights of stairs, since there is no elevator. The climb is very well worth the effort if you can do it.

The form of a family hotel is not easy to find, and you can't find it at the door. On the 5th floor of a residential building on the street, the number sign is particularly inconspicuous, and it says "bed&breakfast". When you enter the middle of the three doors in the courtyard, someone will open the door by ringing the doorbell. The son of the shopkeeper and the old couple will add you to WeChat, chat with you on WeChat, and post your location! The furnishings in the room feel very good, there are a lot of things, but it doesn't feel messy at all, it looks very comfortable! The terrace outside the living room and dining room directly faces the sea and has a pleasant and open view, which is amazing! The owner and the old couple are very enthusiastic and will use the translator to introduce you to various situations! The old man can also help parking. Recommend to you the famous restaurants in the surrounding area, the "kalos" we went to, the steak is incredibly delicious! Highly recommended! There are also three fat cats, beautiful and cute! The furnishings in the bedroom are very beautiful, especially clean and warm! Breakfast is also very good! A great hotel experience!

We stayed at room 1 of the B&B for one night. Our room was very nice, clean and included two small balconies facing the busy shopping street. Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and in the morning we got woken up from the street noise and also from other guests, outside our room discussing with the receptionist. Also, be aware that there are two quite steep stairs you have to walk up to reach the reception area and the rooms.

This agriturismo is situated in a very peaceful location surrounded by vineyards. Our room (no. 7) was clean and spacious with a very large, comfortable bed, and a large paved terrace overlooking the farmland and surrounding hills. The large, newly opened pool was a real bonus. The owner and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful, which really added to our stay. The buffet breakfasts were extensive and the evening meals were always delicious and home-cooked by Maria, who also made the bread, fresh pasta and cakes. We were always very well looked after by Enza, the waitress, who helped to make the evening meals so enjoyable. You will need to have a huge appetite if you are to eat all of the set menu every night - we tried and failed the first night, and chose to miss out a course after that. We ate there every night for the two weeks we stayed. The wine, produced on the farm, was delicious and most nights we were offered a complimentary limoncello after the meal. This is an excellent place to stay - as others have said it is a little difficult to find, but well worth the effort.

We loved this place and would happily return. This was the best accommodation of our 3 week trip to Sicily. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool and pool area is really lovely and looks onto vineyards and olive groves. The service provided by Mario, his wife and staff was absolutely 5 star. They serve fantastic local wines and have a good a reasonably priced wine list. The breakfast spread was generous with eggs, fruit and lots of pastries including cannoli on one morning. We stayed in for dinner both nights and the meals were fantastic. The menu has changes every night especially in relation to the appetisers. The presentation and taste of the appetisers and main courses were excellent. The property is easy to get to from the highway and has very good parking. It's half an hour from the spectacular greek ruins of Selinunte and not too far from Marsala/ Trapani. You will get excellent service and real value for money here. Thanks again to Mario and his wife and staff. We want to come back with a big group next time !

Lovely and unique B&B between the two gates of Temples Valley. The rooms are spotless clean and the bathrooms too. The peculiar characteristic of this structure is the amazing view from the roof terrace, absolutely unforgettable. Moreover, the kindness of the owner, Francesca, the exquisite breakfast on the top of the roof, make you feel at home or even better. Really, B& B Dimora dei Templi is better than a luxury hotel due to Francesca who takes care of all her hosts with empathy and affection. When you try Dimora dei Templi, you will surely be looking forward to coming back!

This is not just a review about B&B Sorahnia Design House, because that's easy - it's 5 stars in every way anyhow: From checking in to checking out, my experience at this beautiful house in Agrigento was just outstanding. Any room in the structure is unique and different. Highly recommend to book the Superior Room “Michelangelo” which is absolutely among the best room you could ever find in Agrigento. Amazing experience, amazing service, unforgettable tasty sicilian breakfast freshly baked and cooked by the owner herself who was so kind, helpful, attentive and friendly. Special Shout Out for Stefania, who not only gave us the most amazing stay experience but was careful with any detail of my entire trip in Agrigento. Love to see people enjoying their job. I have travelled around the globe and have been to many hotels and B&Bs but it has to be mentioned that the friendliness was simply outstanding! This is an excellent place. The rooms, the food, the cleaning, the service, the decor and the ambiance ... everything is on the top. A HUGE RECOMMENDATION!

I stayed in this B&B just for a night with my mother. The young owner welcomed us with a cheerful smile and he gave us all the necessary information: where to park the car, where to have lunch and dinner (called "osteria expanificio" - excellent price-quality ratio and local dishes) and how to visit "la valle dei templi". The B&B has a terrace with a beautiful view on the archeological site (lighted on from 9pm). You can also admire the dawn and the sunset. The young owner is one of the kindest hotel keeper, I have never met during my several trips. I definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

We loved Casa Realia. It is in a fantastic location: by a cliff overlooking the sea and a five minute drive (literally) to the Valley of the Temples. But unlike the Valley of the Temples, which is filled with tourists, it was quiet and beautiful. Here are the things we loved in addition to the location: - beautiful, large room with doors out to the patio. Quiet and romantic (we got the Elite Quadruple room Maddalusa) - absolutely lovely garden, with winding paths through the palm trees and a view of the sea. - very nice pool that was larger than most hotel pools, i actually swam some laps! - delicious breakfast with all sort of good things - some sicilian (fresh mozzarella, prickly pear fruit, cannoli, almonds or pistachios brittle - I think it is a kind of torrone or paniere maybe?) and some more traditional (boiled egg, oranges). - very, very nice hosts. Simona (who didn't speak english) and Gian Carlo (who is fluent). They were so helpful and also gave us great recommendations for dinners. It felt very different from other, larger hotels that are friendly but more impersonal somehow. - and with regard to Coronavirus, they were very very careful. Always a mask, and they served us breakfast from the buffet. - plus a safe location, with a tall fence around the premises. We stayed at four star hotels and this was comparable. If you go there, you'll want a car and get the coordinates from the hotel, because it's a bit hidden away off of the local highway.

I stayed there during a motorbiketrip around sicily in July 2019. It’s far the best place we stayed during our trip. The place is managed by the owner and his sister. They both do everything they can to make everyones stay as comfortable as possible. The building from outside doesn’t look so nice. It is kind of hard to find somewhere outside of Agrigento right in the middle of nowhere. Ask for GPS coordinates before going there. Amyway, from inside the Villa Diana proofs big style. Everything you need after a long day in the heat, lovely decorated rooms, comfortable washroom with bathing ropes and lot’s of things to discover when walking through the building. I didn’t even miss a swimming pool. The owner and his sister are lovely people always good for a nice conversation. Breakfast is another highlight. Local and international things served in a exceptional nice atmosphere. I would certainly go there again when I am in the area..!!

Aldo the landlord was easily the friendliest and most helpful person I d met after a week in Sicily. He promptly replied to my messages regarding arrival time, was waiting for me and allowed me to check in at 11.00am as the room was ready. He made sure I knew how to get to the Valley of Temples re buses and the walking option ( which I decided to take) . The building is a little unusual in that it has 2 floors below the ground floor entry which are accessible only by the elevator. Indeed my room on the middle level did not have a window but that s not a problem for me The room was clean and comfortable . The complimentary extra touches were appreciated, large water bottle in fridge and a carafe of local wine with biscotti ! Breakfast was great with lots of breads, croissant, spreads and jams etc...all served by the hosts who made sure everybody had everything they needed. I would say that if arriving by train with heavy luggage you would need to take a taxi as the property is at the very top of the hill that the town nestles on. My room had very efficient A/c which was much needed after the 45 min walk back from the temples up the hill. I had a slight issue with needing to unplug lamps in order to have enough charging points but that s pretty inconsequential. A big plus was the wifi which worked so much better than at my supposed 4 star hotel in Palermo.

Hotel location is very good, go to the temple to walk in your backyard for ten minutes, of course, to buy tickets. The overall quality of the hotel can be better. The failure of the breakfast restaurant to see the temple is a big disappointment. It is too inferior to the dinner restaurant. Therefore, if you do not have a view room, do not have dinner, and do not swim, the advantages of the temple landscape will not be able to play.

The only advantage of this hotel is that there is a garden behind to see the largest cactus aloe tree and other plants around a few hundred meters. There is a supermarket to buy a few bottles of water. The next day, I saw the Valley of the Temple. How about the monuments two thousand years ago? It’s an hour of stone construction. If you look at the Valley of the Temple, you don’t have to use it in Sicily.

Everything about this B&B has been well thought thought out and executed. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the rooms and breakfast area were spotlessly clean. A set check in service was available meaning we could arrive at any time and the owner sent us all of the details in good time. Although the approach by car suggests you may be in a newer area of Agrigento, it is actually positioned on the edge of the old town and only a few minutes walk to the centre with a wide range of bars, restaurants and gelaterias. It is also a good location for visiting the Valley of the Temples - only a few minutes drive away. We are Canadian, 4 of us travelling....2 adults and 2 boys (12 and 10). We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely B&B. Our 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. There was a small aquarium with fish in our room that the boys loved. Lots of dogs/puppies and kittens around the courtyard. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and all made by Vincenzo and his friend with local ingredients. The pool is small but very warm and inviting. The boys loved it. Location is great and close to the ruins. The homemade dinner was also spectacular. But the best thing about this place is the owner and his family. I had fallen and broken my hand requiring a trip to the hospital in Agrigiento. It's a small hospital and the wait time in the Emergency room was 10 hours. My wife and children went back to the B&B while I waited. Upon hearing about my fall, Vincenzo's father promptly left to come stay with me (for about 6 hours!!). He helped me understand what was happening and translated for me. He brought me water and kept me company. Vincenzo made sandwiches and brought drinks for the rest of my family while they waited for me. I can't say enough nice things about this B&B nor it's amazing owners. You should most definitely stay here. You too will be captivated.

My boyfriend and I are traveling around Sicily and we started our journey from Agrigento and Il Baglio della Luna. The boutique hotel is an oasis in the dry Agrigento country side. The rooms are unique and comfortable, but it is not the best part of the experience yet. We dined at the “Accademia del Gusto” restaurant inside the structure. A wonderful green terrace with a wonderful view on the temples and exquisite local food. In the morning, we had a tasty and rich breakfast buffet, including sublime pistachio and almond croissant. It was the best start for our Sicilian trip and it is a recommended stay for a true Sicilian experience.
