      I was very pleased with the front desk staff and the easy checkin process. Nice to have food and alcohol choices on site. The location is right off the highway so it made travel very easy. Just a few minor room repairs needed. The satellite TV was not working properly and the hotel is aware. I hope they will fix it because the TVs are very nice. Front staff super nice

      One of the best hotels we’ve had. Very nice hotel, quiet, well thought out. Would def recommend if you are coming to Buffalo. Quick drive to downtown Buffalo. The neighborhood is very nice. Great details, hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue we had was it took us like 10 mins to figure out how to work the shower. Lol. Beds are comfortable. Decor is outstanding. Lobby lounge area is a nice place to hang out too. We would definitely come here again. A very nice gym in the basement of hotel. And a nice restaurant next door. We did not eat there. But the atmosphere and menu looked great. I recommended the Original Pancake house in the area which is just down the street. Plenty of coffee/restaurants nearby. They had Peet’s coffee pods in the room with a K-cup machine. And they even had a nice robe in the closet. Give this place a try. The price was very decent. We generally stay at Hilton properties, but we will definitely stay at more Marriott properties after this stay.

      Got a great rate on the room when in town for Billie Ellish concert. We found the place rather quicker and right on rt 33 which takes you downtown quickly without a lot of fuss. Mostly a few fast food and mid-size chain restaurants around the place but you can get to a bunch of restaurants and the mall with a quick drive. Being next to the airport is nice for those coming in out of town and I was surprised that despite having a room facing the airport, I didn't hear one plane all night and got a good night's sleep. The place has a nice pool and hot tub we enjoyed for a few hours. The pool, despite my pic making it look great, was a nice blue. They have towels, a shower, and nice bathroom. The workout room was right next store and was getting some use from a high school sports team the day we were there. Despite the number of kids, it was also a quiet night. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a nice shower, a TV, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. We had a very nice night's sleep and in the morning we had a nice breakfast. It was a bit extra but there was a lot of variety. The servers did a nice job and the food was great with eggs, muffins, waffles, juice, bacon, etc. The place also has a small store to buy drinks, food and local gifts. The staff was excellent and parking was convenient. The drive to the concert venue and the Science Museum the next day was easy to navigate. This was a great stay and a hotel I will stay at again at some point. Great for a nice getaway to Buffalo to just relax or do something in the area.

      Our overall stay at the hotel wasn't bad. Our stay was related to a girls shopping trip (2 nights). We checked in with no issues and arrived in our room, which was larger than expected. We ordered a non-smoking room, however, the room had clearly been smoked in prior to our arrival (we are all non-smokers so this was off-putting). We returned to our room the second day of our trip and noticed our room had not been cleaned. We checked with the front desk regarding garbage removal and fresh towels - they advised us that we had to go down to the front desk for assistance - odd that this was not brought to us... While down there, there front desk staff member was very rude and advised us that hotel room cleaning was not automatic and needed to be requested - umm.... eww? I have stayed in many hotels and have never been told that I need to specifically request that my room be cleaned, especially without notice of that policy. On top of this, the front desk staff member decided she was done with our conversation and picked up a breakfast menu and started reading it (while we were trying to talk to her), essentially indicating that she was done with our conversation -I should note that this was not a confrontational conversation, which made the behavior of the staff shocking/confusing. There were also no other customers in line or in the lobby area so it's not like she needed to move on to another customer. Lastly, upon checking out, I was charged $4.95/day for 'data service'. I called Marriot when I got home, and was informed this was a fee related to wifi, however, my booking stated wifi was included at no cost. I booked my reservation through a 3rd party, so I needed to deal with them to get this resolved.

      After using the Park and Fly Service, I'm happy to give the hotel highest marks! I'm a snow bird who was returning to my northern residence. I used a driver service to get my car from Florida to the Buffalo Airport. The driver made the trip so efficiently that she arrived the day before my flight. She checked my car in the Park and Fly program. She left the car keys with the front desk and left her credit card number as a deposit, although everyone understood that I would be paying when I arrived. She communicated how the Park and Fly Service would work via email and everything she wrote was exactly as it played out the next day when I arrived. After I arrived, I phoned the contact phone number I had been given. I was told to walk to the Hotel Pick-up point (Blue Signage in the center island on the lower level -- the arrival level) I did so and within a very few minutes the Quality Inn van pulled up. (This was a clean, well-kept van.I was the only passenger in the van.) This was in the middle of the Covid pandemic, so I asked the driver if he could keep the windows open as we drove. Without any push-back, he did exactly that. The driver was also very respectful and sensitive to other contact issues. He was wearing a mask and when I said that I could handle my own luggage he simply stepped back and let me do so. The drive from the airport to the hotel is very short. As we entered the property, I could see my car sitting in the parking lot in front of the hotel. I took care of retrieving my keys, plugged my destination into my GPS and was off. Everything moved so efficiently, it felt as if I was on the road less than thirty minutes from first phone call. Other travelers can look forward to an efficient, courteous experience. I am planning on using Quality Inn's Park and Fly again this Fall when I head south.
