The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

This is the second day of staying at this hotel. The waiter in the room is more enthusiastic. For example, in the morning, I will ask if you have any clothes to wash, such as asking if you want to add mineral water. This gives me a very good feeling. A free Indian Times is also available every morning. But always feel that the front desk is a bit profitable. At the end of the checkout, he didn't even give me a bill. He just reported a number. At that time, he didn't think much, but when he left, he found that he had to pay an extra hundred rupees. This money is small money, but it still gives people a feeling of discomfort. It was a mixed experience staying at OYO 11056 .... I pre-paid Agoda for my 1 night stay at OYO 11056 and upon arrival the OYO 11056 reception would not recognise my booking as they claimed they had not received any details of my booking from Agoda. I still don’t know who was at fault (OYO 11056 or Agoda) but I strongly suggest that you do not book this place through Agoda as you will likely have no guaranteed booking upon arrival. That issue aside, I ended up paying for my 1 night stay again directly to OYO 11056 and the rest of my stay there was more enjoyable. My room was small but adequate, the staff were helpful, there are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding neighbourhood, and OYO 11056 is well located to both Yesvantpur Junction train station and also the Bengaluru MRT.

If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. Not all travellers drop in early and only few people reach early to various reasons. I don’t understand why this hotel charge guest for early check in!!! Reception first gave me room than later asked for the charge. This is outrageous. At check out, hotel refused to give GST invoice. For business travel, GST invoice is must. Instead the hotel asked me to ask the aggregator to give invoice. It is kind of stupid to ask invoice to aggregator while service is provided by hotel. Height is reception is best in arguing in every single moment be it early check in, invoice, slow internet or whatsoever. I would definitely avoid this hotel.
