Don’t stay here. We had a horrible experience, and based on everything we’ve seen, you will too. I stayed here for 3 nights with my cousins and boyfriend, as we were in the area to visit Universal Studios and LA in general. Yes, we chose a cheap option. But I never imagined we would get treated so unprofessionally. $404 for 3 nights and 2 queen beds. If I had known what we were getting into, I would have gladly paid another $250 to upgrade to the Marriott for 3 nights. The entire establishment is dirty, dusty, stained, with peeling and cracked paint and wallpaper, stained window curtains, sticky gum on the carpet of our room, stains on the bedding, the shower just entirely lacked the drain cover so you can see straight into clogged, dirty hell. We were here for 3 nights, with 4 guests. We forgot to bring toiletries like shampoo and conditioner and body wash. But the bathroom of our room, there was a sign that said if we forgot any basic toiletries, they would provide them to us free of charge. So we went to the front desk and asked if we could get some toiletries. The young man at the front desk opened his locked window, stared at us, we asked him for the toiletries politely, then he didn’t say a word and scrambled through a box underneath the front desk. He gave us two small, unbranded bottles simply labeled “lotion”. We asked, “is this lotion? Do you have shampoo or conditioner or body wash?” And he said “it says lotion but it’s not lotion.” Looked a little more, and then said “oh, yeah, it’s lotion. I guess that’s all we have”… so we went to Walgreens at like 11pm down the street to buy some travel toiletries. We recognized another guest at Walgreens presumably doing the same thing. The entire exchange was incredibly awkward and unhelpful and just weird. At the end of each day, we would need 4 towels. The second day, we went to the front desk for towels. They said they don’t have towels at the front desk, and that they will send some to our room. At our room, we saw the cleaning staff, so we asked them ourselves. They gave us 4 towels, and asked us to bring our dirty towels out. Didn’t think anything of it. The next night, we called the front desk for four (4) towels to be sent to our room. They said we need to go to the front desk for that. Which is weird because they said the opposite last night, that’s why we called. Anyways we got there and it was the same young man. He saw us, said nothing again, and we asked for 4 towels. He gave us 2 towels and said nothing. We asked “do you have two more towels?” He said, “no, that’s all we have. Didn’t you get your towels replaced?” And we said yes, but that was yesterday and we used those. And he kind of just shrugged and didn’t say anything except going on to confirm if we had received towels already. So we just took the two and went on our day, just planning to share our two towels between two couples. Which we shouldn’t have to do at a hotel lol. I do not understand how a hotel with 50 s

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and decor looked new and stylish. My only disappointment was the continental breakfast. If I stay again, I will bring earplugs for the early morning train that runs by the hotel.

Stayed as we were visiting Six Flags and very happy with this place. Room was spacious, clean and really nicely furnished (fridge, microwave, large TV) and has ample parking at the front. Staff are lovely and have free coffee available in the morning. Short drive to shops, restaurants and take out outlets so no complaints. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is good, much better than the average American breakfast, but because there is a service staff, it is necessary to pay a tip. There is a swimming pool but it is small. There is a golf course behind the hotel and the environment is ok. There are a lot of shopping spots around, I didn't go shopping, but it still feels very convenient. Parking is convenient and free, which is good. However, the room was normal, the front desk was a little brother, and there was no baggage, and almost no waiters were seen. On the night of the National Day, the citizens of the United States moved to the small bench to watch the fireworks, occasionally accompanied by cheers, and then the earthquake in the middle of the night, woke me up.

The overall star rating helped me to decide to book here, however just before my trip, after reading the most recent reviews (very low), I had very low expectations. To my surprise, my stay was fine. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and professional when we arrived. Most importantly, the place was quiet, comfortable and fairly clean. My main complaint was that there was no continental breakfast, contrary to what the booking said online. There was no written notice that this was canceled, contrary to what the front desk said. I was counting on the breakfast as part of my decision to book. My only other complaint, although small, was that it was under construction and a little inconvenient to cart all of our stuff across the building.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times; never a problem until this last time. After checking into my room was watching tv; and eating my dinner when some other guest barges into my room with a key card asking what I’m doing in her room. I told her this was my room; I called the front desk who didn’t answer the phone after 20 rings so I went downstairs and yelled hello like 5 times before ANDREA came from the back . I asked to speak with the manager which she tells me wasn’t on property so I asked to be checked out or moved to a different room. She moved me to another room then I have someone on the floor above me stomping their feet or doing aroebics past 1Am so I had to move again to my 3rd room which ended up much better but this isn’t what I expect after paying nearly $200 /night I’ll try some other place next time .

Originally, I was very happy with my stay — the room was very clean and modern; no complaints in that regard. Great complimentary breakfast. They even had a super cute station for pets with water bowls, photos, bags, etc that I had taken a photo of to send my brother, who was staying at my house watching my two dogs—this is an important detail when it comes to my complaint. So, about that complaint. It comes after the stay where the staff member Jordan added a fictitious $50 pet charge to my stay. I called and spoke to the supervisor named Gabby (the individual who had originally checked me in) who stated that this particular staff member noted that they saw me with a pet upon checkout (absolutely not true!) and added the charge to my bill. I requested that they check their security footage because there is no possible way that I had a pet with me and this is an error. I had ONE suitcase with me that was carry-on sized and literally have proof from Instagram chats and stories with my brother that my dogs were at my house, 3 hours away. A simple peek at their security footage would clearly show them that I did not have a dog with me! She was not inclined to help rectify this error, so I've since contacted Hilton, who has now opened up an investigation and has refunded me these charges. Just a head's up to anyone who has stayed here or is planning on staying here — check your receipt that is emailed to you a couple of days AFTER checkout! Either they made an honest mistake and mixed me up with another guest, or they have a very dishonest employee that simply added a bogus charge to my bill. Regardless, the location was not willing to look into it after I caught it, and corporate is now aware. BEWARE!

Was disappointed with our four night stay in the 2bed/2bath unit. The hotel floor we stayed on (Room 214) smelled so bad. The smell was so powerful that it came into our room. The hallways had splatter on some type of liquid on the walls. The carpets had what looked liked water damage and were bunched up.The room itself was tired and warn out. Frig was dented and dinged. All the furniture was scratched or warn out. The couch had a huge indention in the cushions. The bathroom tub had been touched up probably because of rust but looked old. The HVAC sounded liked a jet taking off. We tried using the fire place and it made the whole room smell horrible. The towels were thin. The bed sheets had some stains and were rough. The breakfast was mediocre with little to no variety. The things you expect from a Residence Inn (quality furnishings, evening reception, solid breakfast, good housekeeping) were lacking. For whatever reason they only offered housekeeping 3 times a week and there was no evening reception. The good - great shower pressure. Having just stayed at a Hyatt Place a week before, the differences in quality really stood out. Maybe we just got a really bad room this time around but I think there are better options in town.

The stay was great - I even extended my stay - but on my last night, my neighbor traveler went bonkers. There was screaming. Yelling. Cussing - all kinds of drama. The management called the local sheriff department and the issue was eventually solved. It was not entertaining. It was scary. Talk about a pleasant stay going sideways...YIKES!!

The first thing was they charged me twice for my whole 14 day stay. I had to catch it to get them to refund me. The room smelt like old run down place. There was a stain on the bed, looked like boogers on the wall, and the bottom of the bed looked like white cum stains. It was disgusting. It was supposed to be all included, but night off I called down to ask where all the pots and pans were and they said it wasn't ready or clearn and they would bring it up the next morning. I had to reach out to them personally to get it delivered. I was working from the hotel, and one day I heard a guy right outside of my room sounding like he was pacing the hallway screaming ” the next person that walks up this stair is going to get their neck cut”. It felt so unsafe. I checked out 3 days early and cut my trip short. It was too much. I don't recommend this place at all. It seemed like very sketchy people were staying there too.

Hotel was almost PERFECT! great food places around, near six flags, and right off the freeway. Clean room and beautiful bathroom. Only thing about our visit was the AC, it didn’t seem to cool off more than a certain temperature. Thankfully there was a fan in the room. The room felt a bit stuffy but other than that it was a great stay.

If I have anything that I believe needs improvement, I try to put it first so I can end on a positive note. The snack bar behind the counter at the desk is very limited. I would have liked to have seen milk and a larger selection of snacks. That's pretty much the only thing I would say needs improvement, in my opinion. Now for the the larger issues that I believe are important when choosing a hotel. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and accommodating. They were great! The rooms were clean, modern and the showers had enough pressure that you didn't have to run around in the shower to catch the drops to get wet. It's a quiet area, yet you can see the interstate from the hotel. It's back from the freeway enough that you aren't really aware of how close it is (probably less than a half mile).
