The sanitation is not bad, the water is provided, and a refrigerator that is not so frozen is also provided. I tried a Kung Pao Chicken at the hotel, as shown below, with a tax of 310 rupees. Hahaha taste really dare not compliment, so I suggest you order Chinese restaurants or choose special Chinese food. Other services are good and newspapers are also available.

|4.6km from city centerWe stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Location is calm residential area. Nice. With your own vehicle location would be fine. Coming to room, bit disappointed as we thought it's a studio apartment in real sense. However it's just a room with attached bathroom and in the name of kitchenette, an oven, induction cooker and few utensils. No sink, nothing to wash utensils etc. No dining space or table. Note this cannot be categorised as studio apartment, it's fooling us. Other average items were dirty carpets, no proper tv channels, old towels. They didn't clean the room, neither did the bed, nor refilled items like water, tea/coffee sachets etc. even we stayed for 2 nights and was expecting cleaned room every day. How can it be service apartment? Other irritating factor is every sound from outside coming in, so would be from inside out. They seems overly concerned on light usage. Security came and told that we forgot to switch off bathroom light in the night it seems. Not recognising the factors like we didn't use AC at all in the night and out of 24hrs mostly will be out. That's the service mentally for you that for such small thing they complaint to the guest. WiFi strength is extremely poor. My advice, don't go thinking it's any apartment, if you fine with a room in a calm area away from City hussel, then for a night it's fine. Hi

But some of the things they provided like electric kettle, hair dryer, and hot water facility didn't work, may be there is a way but i didn't ask the staff as i dont require them much. Room service for food is available. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is near to palace. And from my experience, it is safe for female solo travellers.

|3.73km from city centerThough they claim to be a 4* hotel, in reality it is purely a budget hotel. They clearly don't know the meaning of a * hotel rating. It is a reasonably good hotel, but certainly not a 4*. The room was pretty ok, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no hot/cold mixer on the main wash basin in the bathroom. There was no barrier on the floor for the shower, with the result that the whole floor was wet post a bath. This certainly is not a feature of a 4* hotel. The breakfast was quite good and had good variety on the veg side. On the non-veg side, there was only 1 fixed egg preparation, and nothing else. There was also no live counter for any egg dishes. The only live counter was for Masala dosa. This also can't be considered a feature of a 4* hotel. Overall, a reasonable experience, if you don't have high expectations with their declaration of a 4* rating.

The friendly and attentive staff made me feel at home- their genuine warmth was refreshing. The room itself was spacious and clean and it provided me with all the comfort and amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The food served in the hotel’s rooftop restaurant was delicious. The menu was not extravagant but the quality and taste was excellent. My visit was not for tourism, but the hotel is located very close to Mysore’s major tourist attractions and access to public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Heritage Inn, Mysore for travellers seeking a comfortable place to stay and at an unbelievably friendly budget. It’s the little things that make all the difference! Thank you, Mr Harsha, Mr Peter and the entire team for a comfortable visit!

What this hotel lacks in amenities it more than makes up for in character, location, ambience, and service. The staff is so helpful! Even in a heritage property, old fashioned hospitality is hard to come by. But here, one finds a genuine interest in making your stay special. What works The hotel is at a lovely location. You open your eyes and there is greenery. The air is pristine and the view ahead of you is breathtaking every single morning. The corollary is that it can be tough to get public transport to and from this area. The staff is fantastic. They really feel good when a guest has a good time. The heritage suite room on the first floor is large and comfortable. The bathroom in this suite room is large. That is one of the best things about the room type. The wi-fi is fantastic. We must specially mention the FnB ***ager, Mr. Subbaiah, who was polite and tried to ensure that we had a good experience at the restaurant as soon as he heard about a negative experience. He made things right in a very good way. What doesn't work If you would like to be in the middle of the city, this is not the place for you. The furnishings need repair and refurbishment rather urgently. A little seating chair arrangement in front of the rooms would be nice. We stayed here for 6 days and after the first night, loved every moment of being here. If you don't like the food at the hotel, you will need a private taxi to go eat at another location. They are not walkable.

They have started to charge a hefty 5,000/- if you use DSLR to take pics inside the resort. That's a bummer when you get to stay in a resort and not capture pics from your camera. Service is excellent and the staff is really supportive, quick and helpful. The rooms are not spacious enough but sufficient enough for a couple to enjoy their stay. The resort is good for a small peaceful walk, it has a good ambiance and I love it. This is the second time I am staying here in the last 3 years.
