The hotel is located on the Yamanote Line so the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and drugstores in the building opposite the hotel. The hotel decoration is quite fashionable, however, the daily necessities such as the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are not very pleasing.

The environment is very good, it is not a trouble, but it is close to the station, it is convenient to enter the city, the surroundings are very comfortable, the hotel facilities are very advanced and comfortable, and there are massagers. The overall evaluation is very good and it is good value for money.

It will open in July 2020. The reception and breakfast restaurant are located on the third floor. The room is above the 4th floor. Corona measures were taken, and not only disinfectants but also gloves were installed. According to the booking method, there is also an automatic check-in machine! Does not seem to accept customer service. The structure of the room is that the toilet and bathroom are separated, and the toilet is very large. There is also a washing area in the bathtub, so you can store hot water in the bathtub. The convenience area in front of the front desk also provides body wash (two types). You can exercise your tired legs. Although this is a single room, its design is quite large, so you can put it in a suitcase without feeling stress. For mobile charging, a wireless compatible device integrated with a handheld light is permanently installed in the room. Those who do not support it can rent it at the front desk. There is also a trouser press and a purifier with humidification function. The bed is a bit stiff and it is easy to fall asleep. It is a good thing to be able to choose between two types of pillows, feathers and tubes. Breakfast is usually a walking tour, but you can choose from three types of corona measures: Japanese, Western and Curry. This is not lunch because it is made in the kitchen. Everything is full. I chose western food, but the French toast with croissant was very delicious! There is also a smoothie, which is very delicious. Coffee can also be taken out. In the convenience store, Naturo and the seven are nearby. I want to use it again.

The location is very good, mere minutes from Timachi JR station where you can take the Yamanote line to Haneda or to Tokyo Central. A few minutes further on is Mita underground station. You can't use your JR card here so you'd need to either buy a single use or a 1-2-3 day ticket. This type of ticket is for tourist and you'd need to present your passport to purchase it. We did buy a 3 day one but found it was of limited use as we already had the JR pass and you can use that a lot (if you're travelling by underground to Shinagawa station and want to transfer to the JR line for the Shinkansen you'll need to pay 140 yen for the adjustment fee. You present the adjustment ticket and your JR ticket to the gate inspector). Back to the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and do speak limited English. At reception there's a range of free toiletries, creams etc. Also free here is the coffee machine and an ice maker for iced coffee. There's also a ice machine on the 8th floor, same room as the washer/dryers and microwave, but the ice here is big chunks of it. The room is typical Japanese business style, very small with an equally small but deep bath tub with overhead shower. If you use the eco choice (they'll make up your bed but won't change the sheets) they'll leave you a bottle of water. They will still change the towels. Back to the washing machine and dryer. The washer takes 300 yen and dispenses detergent automatically as part of the price. The dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There's also a vending machine in this room. All in all, a nice place to stay. At the end of my 3 week tour of Japan I'll be back in Tokyo staying at a hotel in Tokyo Bay. It'll be interesting to compare but I'd have no problem staying here again.

Tokyo is a one-man tour. After visiting Osaka alone last month, I went to Tokyo. I've never been to the capital so many times in Japan .... but I don't think Tokyo is very good.-Maybe the preconceived idea is more ingrained. I always think that Osaka is more interesting than Tokyo. Closer to home, the hotel is very good, the entire environment is very compelling, basically a five-star level. But the only thing is the hotel's SPA ... how should I say, I don't know if the hotel's SPA is to be paid, and no one told (the hotel booking information did not say that it is not free). Fart run to the SPA room and wonder why nobody is there. The waiter was welcoming after I passed alone, but! Language communication is really anxious. It hurts me, a Chinese who doesn't understand Japanese and English is lame. The waiter didn't know much English, and there was no Chinese version on the service list. In fact, I thought that if I paid, I would pay it, but I just wanted to relax. But I don't understand their list at all, and it doesn't work if I want to introduce them. Later they saw a communication difficulty and brought a master student? Girl came to communicate with me. But this girl also has a relatively limited level of Chinese, and she can't understand some complicated sentences. In the end I was tired, so I chose a medium price. The one-hour massage was really comfortable-I fell asleep after the massage, and only woke up when I heard my snoring sound, and the technician pressed me there as always. I have to say that although the price is not cheap (RMB 1,000 an hour), it is really comfortable. At that time, I just fell into a pillow, and signaled that it was much more comfortable after an hour of massage.唉 Good, next time I have the chance to come again, I must bring my sister together ==

The hotel is just a few walk from Sengakuji Station which connects Haneda Airport, Shinagawa, Asakusa, and Narita Airport, so mobility should not be an issue if you are a tourist. However, there is no elevator or escalator in the nearest station exit (A4) which means you need to take the long walk if you have large luggage (or do some exercise between the platform and the road). The rooms are new and facility is decent, but unfortunately my shower room felt very damp and the curtain had the smell like it's never been washed for some times. Another let down is the breakfast; you need to go to a restaurant across the road for a Japanese style bowl meal, or to an Italian cafe nearby for sandwiches. The Italian cafe was a heaven for smokers and for me personally, I could use that breakfast fee to buy something nicer in the 7-Eleven next to the hotel. Wi-fi was fast and check-in/out was a breeze. My room was $30 per night so I won't complain much but I might look for other options when returning to the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour around Japan. It's based in a business district, and within walking distance of Tamachi station (which links all over Tokyo). There are loads of places to eat/drink/grab supplies from nearby too, some of which are really reasonable. The hotel itself is easy to find and shared areas are really nice. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room itself was small but had everything we needed - lots of toiletries provided too. The people in the area were super-helpful and friendly too. We got chatting to a couple of people just eating dinner (mainly because we didn't have a clue what we were doing). Would happily stay here again!

The Mita Kaikan is in a good location. It is only 2 minutes walk from Shibakoen Station on the Mita Line. It is very close to the Tokyo Tower and Shibakoen. In particular, the room is larger than a Japanese hotel of the same price. There is no problem in unfolding the two suitcases, and a simple breakfast can be provided, which is a very good value for money hotel. The service is also very good. The cleaning staff helped us to arrange the items in the bathroom neatly every day, just like cleaning our own home. It can be seen that it is done very seriously, reflecting the Japanese's fine style of doing things. Will stay at this hotel next time I go to Tokyo!

My wife and I spent four nights here at the Tokyo Grand and though not directly chosen by ourselves we were very pleased with what it offered us. The bedroom was surprisingly large with a king size bed assuringly quiet while high up on the 13th floor. The staff could not do enough for us and were extremely polite and attentive. They booked theatre tickets and taxis and helped us get to grips with understanding how the subway system works also with the language as neither of us spoke any Japanese. Location was excellent in the business district with shops and restaurants nearby and situated just 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway. Would have no hesitation in returning to Tokyo Grand hotel.

This hostel has a cafe attached to the bottom of it. You check in at the cafe. After check in, we were given two key codes. One for the outer door (used after the cafe closes for the night) and one for our room. The room had three bunk beds and an air conditioner. There were lockers available if you brought your own lock. The hostel did not have locks available for rental, but did have rental towels. The bottom bunks had privacy curtains. The top bunks did not. The bunk beds were a bit rickety, but they did the job and I had a plenty fine night's sleep both nights I was there. The showers are on the 3rd floor. There are two showers for the whole hostel (I don't think this is enough, but we left late enough every day that we didn't have to wait to shower). One shower did not have running hot water. Both showers had shampoo and body wash. Overall, I have no major complaints about this hostel. The beds were clean, it had aircon (a necessity in Tokyo in July). The internet did not work at all and one shower didn't have hot water (I wanted to use cold water anyway because of the heat, so it didn't matter to me). This hostel isn't a very good hostel to meet people at, but I was traveling with my girlfriend, and we weren't overly concerned with that. The staff were very friendly and spoke a decent amount of English. The hostel is right next to a metro station, so that's fantastic. There's a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor that while expensive, serves fantastic food. The price was a little high, but it's Tokyo, everything is expensive here. Overall, solid hostel. I recommend it for people who are already traveling in a group and aren't looking to meet people.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From it's central location (right across the street from the Shinagawa train station) and close proximity to many restaurants and shops, this will be our go-to hotel in Tokyo. Perfect for first time visitors and frequent visitors to Tokyo because of its location, amenities, and service. Close to public transit was a must when evaluating a hotel to stay anywhere, especially Tokyo because I didn't want to carry/drag luggage far. This hotel meets that as the hotel is located directly across the street from the Shinagawa train station. Also, the airport limousine bus stops at the Shinagawa prince hotel. Location to transit made this one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. There are a few towers on property so the room you book determines which tower lobby you check-in too. There are plenty of signs in english to direct you to the appropriate check-in lobby and the staff are more than willing to help as well. Checking in was smooth and quick as our room was ready (we checked in around 7pm), clean, and spacious. Like I mentioned, there are lots of room types available you just have to find one that works for you. In this instance, a corner room King offered plenty of room and a rather large bathroom for Japanese standards. We actually ended up with a killer view of the Shinagawa train station. Spacious and clean rooms was another reason why we loved this hotel. In addition to the hotel being close in proximity to a central train station (both JR and local routes here), there are numerous shops and restaurants within the hotel property, adjoining the hotel property, and within walking distance to the hotel. A 7-Eleven, McDonalds, and food court are a few of the options on property with endless options for eating and shopping within walking distance to the property. Close proximity to restaurants and shops is also one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. Above all else, what makes this property stand out is the level of service from staff and the cleanliness of the entire property, inside and out. Ever single staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and respectful. Everything from the lobby, guest rooms, hallways and public areas were clean, really clean, something we loved. Again, I cannot recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel enough and we can't wait to come back.

Good location. Close to Shinjuku station and Toyota Car Rental. Can take the Airport Limousine Bus to and from Narita or Haneda Airport around the corner at the Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel. A few nice diners and chemists in proximity. Very popular place and a little bit worn out. Small rooms small beds. The twin bed rooms have only twin single 3-1/2 feet bed. Its not even semi-double. Can't share bed with a young children at all.

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.
