My best friend wanted to plan a birthday getaway to NYC for my birthday and began looking at hotels. Ultimately, she chose the Brooklyn because it was cheaper than the other options and was very up our alley with beautiful decor. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the scent of essential oils as well as Eli who was at the front desk. We LOVED the essential oil diffusers and the decor did not disappoint. Eli was so wonderful, he always had a smile on his face and even gave us a hug as we were waiting on the curb the next morning for an Uber. His cheery demeanor and hospitality really made our stay so much better. The room was unbelievable and we were jumping up and down at how much we loved it!! Beds were comfortable, lots of room and We loved the big windows especially because they open and we were able to get some fresh air. Later that night after coming home from a concert, we were looking for ice and Jonathan was at the front desk and able to help us. He was so sweet and made amazing conversation with us and kept us entertained even at midnight. We didn’t get to try the free breakfast because we decided to sleep in late on my birthday but I’m sure it was great. We were greeted by the manager the next morning, John, and he was so sweet and accommodating. I demanded to take a survey and I told him to give me the names of every single person that was on shift since we arrived because I wouldn’t feel right not recognizing them for their amazing hospitality. Even as we were leaving and had already checked out, Mark at the front desk was giving us amazing recommendations for our next stay for cake and steak. I will only be staying at the Brooklyn for future trips to New York city and the surrounding area. Thank you all so much for making our trip truly wonderful and we will be back to see all of you very soon!

Was in town for business and after a long day this staff was great. Errol and Kenyon and everyone else were helpful, welcoming and just overall great! The breakfast was also outstanding! I'm on the road 90% of the time and really appreciate a great place to stay and thoughtful service. Made me feel welcome, couldn't have asked for more. Great job everyone!!

On arrival, the exterior of the hotel is somewhat worn. Once inside, the hotel bedroom door design is noticeably contemporary and elegant. The beds are simple, soft, dreamy and comfortable. The rest of the room I would describe as pleasant and functional. There is an outside garden area which is tucked away in the back which is a good place to eat take out food on a sunny day. The hotel is located walking distance to Black and White Bakery. I tried the Honey Cake gluten free loaf and my only regret is that I only had half a loaf. A longer stroll away is Dun wells Vegan Donut which has some the best donuts on the East Coast. Also, the hotel has a vending machine which has a fair selection of drinks and snacks for late night munchies. The hotel is located in the real urban setting of Bed Stuy with a large Hasidic Jewish community. Visiting Jewish bakeries, such as Black and White, is well worth the visit. Those who want the more artsy side of Williamsburg proper, they will have walk or transport. Unfortunately, I had the longest wait to retrieve my bags on hold on leaving the hotel, which was immediately remedied by Staff member Ronni on her arrival. If you are fortunate to have Ronni on staff duty, I would recommend staying here. Her personal and highly attentive service alone earns the hotel the extra star.

This is my hubby and I favorite hotel we’ve been booking here for about a year and it’s always perfect unfortunately this stay was a little different our room was not our regular standard room it was a tad bit cramped with a tiny bed the bed had no bed sheet covering it when we asked for extra sheets we discovered that they brought us the sheet that was already supposed to be on the bed to us to put on ourselves Our tv stopped working after the first night due to the cord in the back of the tv being broken with exposed wires they had someone come fix it right away Due to Covid the hotel cut access to the gym and breakfast which is granted plus there’s no microwave The staff was great very accommodating though except this one employee who does front desk named Simone she was very rude and had a belittling tone of voice/attitude while my hubby and I were checking in she gave me quite the attitude because she was frustrated at the fact that she couldn’t do her job checking us in correctly and timely Not to mention she was speaking to a guess over the phone who happened to ask if they take over the phone payment she then proceeded to tell the guest that that was an idiotic question and then finally said no with a screwed up face Out of all my disliking on this stay Simone was my least favorite.

Clean, centrally located in the middle of downtown Brooklyn. Shopping, restaurants, 2 Target in either directions , Juniors Cheesecake Restaurant in walking distance. My Brooklyn has it all., it was nice to be “home”. The staff was friendly and available at all times. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the valet parking. Being able to summon your car thru a text message/app; the $45.00 parking fee a night is a little much. There wasn’t anything not to like. I do have to mention that no one came to take out the dirty towels, garbage or make up the bed. I’m guessing that had to be an oversight?!?. So I didn’t make a big deal about it but I was annoyed. Other than that next time I’m “home” in Brooklyn depending on the rate I’ll be back. Side note ! I booked another stay later in August!

Our organization runs Institutes and conferences for K-16 educators across the U.S. and internationally. We wanted to be right in the middle of Gowanus so that our teachers could meet for presentations and then field work. We found the Fairfield Inn and Shaaray and her team took such great care of us that it felt like being home. Many of our participants even commented on how well they felt taken care of. Michael was ready for us early and spared no effort to make sure our A/V needs were met. He checked back frequently with us to make sure all went well. (This is unusual in my experience) The Fairfield is extremely well kept and clean and so we felt it to be perfect since our image is always on the line the venues we work in. I would also comment that Sharaay went above and beyond in the weeks leading up to our conference, making sure that everything would run smoothly—and it DID. My wish now is that every venue we work in would have someone as on top of their game and full of professional hospitality as Sharaay and her staff at the Fairfield. I tried this hotel because of the price and location. This hotel had a lot of amazing pluses. The location is amazing. It's about 200 feet from the Union Street R Train, which is one stop from Atlantic Ave Barclay Center which has access to the trains that run express in Manhattan. The WiFi was excellent. Rarely can I say a hotel has excellent Wifi. The shower was powerful and left you feeling clean. The TV had a great selection of channels. The bed was comfortable. The room was minimal, no table, just a bed, but workable. So I really was liking the hotel, then I went to bed. OMG, you can hear EVERY DAMN NOISE in this hotel all night long. I had a terrible night's sleep between doors opening and closing, showers turning on and off, people walking around, and not to mention the never-ending parade of cars and trucks. It's obvious this hotel spent $0 in any kind of sound proofing. I would love to recommend this hotel because it had so many wonderful things about it, but I had a migraine the entire next day because I kept getting woke up all night from all the various noises that you can hear.

We stayed here for 2 nights on the final days of our American road trip before flying back to the UK. The room was lovely, it was small but was to be expected in New York. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom and especially shower was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of Brooklyn. The location for us was excellent, we stayed in Brooklyn before when we came to New York and loved it because the prices to stay in central New York are ridiculous, plus sometimes its nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. It was a 2 minute walk from the subway and about 30 minutes direct on the subway to the centre of the action. Breakfast was good quality and included in our stay which was good. We didn't have much to do with the staff apart from check in and check out, but they seemed pleasant enough. I have nothing negative to say about his hotel it was perfect for our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The Baltic Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Baltic Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of New York. The hotel is conveniently located just 9km from Penn Station and 18km from La Guardia Airport. In addition, Bergen Street Metro Station is just a short walk away. There's plenty to do nearby, with Micro Museum, Cadman Plaza Park and DeKalb Avenue Subway Station all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this New York hotel can make use of the parking facilities.

Hardware equipment: I found water dripping from the basin in the middle of the second night. After notifying the guest service, I noticed that there is no maintenance staff. So I took a large towel to stop the water. Is it possible to change the room? I called again at 7am to ask the guest service to request an immediate room change. The service staff asked me if I had packed my carry-on baggage. I took the new house card and left. The air-conditioning system is like a generator, which starts every ten minutes, making it difficult to fall asleep all night ... service personnel: -I asked for toiletries one morning and made two phone calls to promise that no one would send me 耒 -The room service personnel's cleaning work moves quickly, first take care of the bed, bathroom, clean up the garbage (without washing your hands), and then supply coffee beans and cups ... Is this a common phenomenon?

I routinely stay at this cozy very convenient well located hotel prior to sailing to England on the Queen Mary 2. You cannot help but notice that this is a very pet friendly hotel given the warm greeting the pets and their owners receive at the front desk. I am bringing this up because if you are taking pets on the Queen Mary 2 on a voyage to England this is the perfect hotel for a pre-crossing stay. I note that pets are only allowed on the QM2 for the transatlantic crossings. The demand is so high on this liner that kennel space was expanded during a refit three years ago. Pets are well taken care of by a well trained staff and owners are allowed regular access to their pets. Owners and pets love the Queen Mary! Consult Cunard Line for details. And pets seeem to love the Nu Hotel!! To the hotel itself. My last stay was January 2, 2020. I fequent this hotel becuase of the wonderful staff from the gracious general manger Gary DeSoiza on down the chain. The staff is so friendly and professional and always willing to help. On this visit I was impressed again with Solomon, Julie, Angelique, Johnny and Alfred. I was also impressed with Alex who manages the lobby breakfast service. The room is very comfortable although I do wish the beds were higher off the floor. It can be a bit trying for an older person to get out of the bed. I REALLY do wish the owners would address this long standing issue. When I arrived the condition of the room was excellent which speaks to the dedication of the hard working room housekeeping staff. I also stay at this hotel because it it NOT a big convention/wedding venue with thousands of people hanging around and ten weddding receptions taking place. It is a comfortable human friendly hotel. The hotel is also convenient to many cafes, markets and restaurants. I felt very safe. It is also only about a 15-20 minute ride to the pier in Red Hook. This hotel is highly recommended. Have fun.

My employment brought me to Brooklyn on a last minute trip and I was fortunate enough to find this property. I was rather surprised by the pictures that the price was absolutely reasonable, but based on other reviews I booked it for 7 nights as it was a 20 minute Lyft ride to the site. The staff was very pleasant on arrival as it was late and made checking in fast. The room was clean, all the expected amenities with a nice clean modern look that contrasted the average room. Bathroom was very nice. Room was quiet, however the ac/heater unit is right next to the bed. On a good note I do like the movement of air but it is loud and the fan fluctuates all night. The only knock I can give is the bed was a bit lumpy, but not horrible by any means. If I am fortunate enough to go back in that area, I'll stay there again.

The hotel's configuration is good, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery are very full! It's just that the scoop and shovel are not easy to use, but you can do it! The hotel room is large, a dressing room, and two large closets. There is an anteroom in the entrance. The kitchen has an island and a dining table. The family is definitely very relaxed. But the shortcomings are too prominent, that is, the refrigerator is very noisy. At night, the noise is not good at all. The sound of the air conditioner is louder and the heat is very fast. It is sleeping in an air conditioner. The noise feels like sleeping in the open hood. Next to it, the booming night collapsed! If the air conditioner is turned off first, the second refrigerator is still very noisy and can't be turned off, so sleep and fear the noise to give up! In addition, the curtains are blinds, and they are not shaded at all. This is not human! Let's talk about the advantages. The hotel is just outside the Wall Street subway station. There is an exit on the 2. and 3 lines in the hotel. It is especially convenient. It is also very close to the 4th and 5th lines! The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 5-minute walk from Trinity Church and a 10-minute walk from Wall Street Copper Bull. The opposite side of Tongniu is the Museum of American Indians. The building is particularly beautiful! It’s also about 10 minutes walk from the boat dock to see the Statue of Liberty. It’s really convenient, and the surrounding security is better. There are not so many tramps! The hotel has a big food supermarket for 3 minutes. The food for cooking can be fully purchased. Turn right and go straight for 5 minutes. There is a very complete daily necessities supermarket. It is also convenient. In short, in addition to huge noise, other The place is worth experiencing, the bathroom is easy to use, the toiletries are all L'Occitane, the mattress is soft but comfortable, the pillows and quilts are also very soft and comfortable, the bed is USB charging and humanized, except for the bathroom mirror I don’t know what to do with the nonsense owls. It’s very scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The others are very human! In addition, I saw that there is a guest feedback that there is no smoke exhauster. In fact, I have not found a place. The switch of the smoke exhauster is on the microwave oven. The light is the light of the hood. The FAN is the switch of the smoke exhauster. The blinds next to the air conditioner outlet are seen. It is one piece, it is actually a cover, and the air conditioner switch is hidden inside.

My boyfriend and I spent the night here awhile ago and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The hotel feels very sexy so it was perfect for our little staycation. We're right next to Times Square so we got to be tourist in our city. The rooftop is gorgeous. We had the king suite overlooking the street with wall to wall windows. It was a great change and escape from our tiny Brooklyn apartment. Would highly recommend for a sexy night in NY:) Also shout out to the GM Jeremy Poon if he's still there. Amazing hospitality from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping team.

we spend a lot of time in NYC because my daughter has medical appointments there often. The Ronald McDonald house is out for me after spotting a dark gray "mouse" running under a stove in one of the kitchens! Yuck. I know there are critters in NYC, I just don't want to see them where my food is prepared. Warwick New York was a great choice for this trip. The location is easy access to everything, across from MoMA, walking distance to Central Park. The hotel is clean and pays attention to social distancing rules. Restaurants are slowly opening up again and we enjoyed delivery of coffee and pancakes from the restaurant kitty-corner across the street, Astro restaurant. Didn't have the chance to do any exploring, but hopefully we will soon, once things get back to "normal." The people that work at are Warwick New York are super nice and accommodating. Housekeeping came early in the morning, and I asked them to come back after 2 pm, and they did! It's so nice to come back to a clean room Warwick New York the beds made. Definitely will put this in our top 3 hotels in the city.

I was going to NYC to see Elton John and was to stay at The New Yorker. Well... neither happened. I had made non-refundable reservations but called the hotel to see if their policy would change during this crisis. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. One person that really stood out was Neida Aldama, a supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and compassionate about the situation, and offered that my prepayment be used as a credit that I can apply anytime in the next year (hopefully if/when Elton John reschedules!!). I feel that this was very generous, given the fact that they had every right to tell me I was SOL. Neida even went so far as to call me to directly answer a question I had. I know that they are dealing with a lot and are working with a skeleton crew, so that phone call really blew me away. Thank you Neida and The New Yorker!

1. Good location: 9/11 new building and Memorial Museum just outside the window. 2. Convenient for travel. It takes 3 minutes to walk to New York's line 1, 2, 3, E, R, W. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. 3. Good service: there are people in the lobby 24 hours, and a deposit of 250 yuan for 5 nights. 4. The room size is OK and the facilities are complete.

I’m going to tell you a secret and you have to promise not to tell anyone. You can taste New York without New York money. How? The eminent Concorde hotel. I’m here now, writing this review. It’s midnight and the Upper East Side looks so beautiful from up here. This window is four times the size of my body and yet I feel so large. It’s all in the room, I think. It makes me feel like I’m Wilson Fisk. I'm Tony Stark. I'm Bruce Wayne upon Gotham. In this moment, I run New York. Wait a moment. Something caught my eye. I wonder why a single room light is on the 61st floor of the Bloomberg building? Is Mike home? You really need to see the Bloomberg building at midnight from this floor. What a view. Back to the Concorde. Every place is defined by its people, so let’s talk folk. All Concorde staff I encountered were excellent, from the courteous doormen to the tireless housekeepers. A few to note: the amiable Christopher Shepard, the efficient Rada Drascovic, the soigné Dukens Alexandre. They exemplify luxury hospitality. Meet them and consider yourself lucky. Look, we all agree that that hospitality in New York is a gamble, regardless of star ratings or thousands paid. Well, not the Concorde – it’s consistently well reviewed as far as excellence in customer service and I got to experience first-hand why. New York is not known for consistency in anything. I was impressed. Let’s now talk about the space. Understand that this hotel is less boutique and more New York history. It was born as a residential high-rise owned by a major airline to provide exclusive lodging to visiting crew. Keep in mind that corporations take it very seriously that the people flying their billion-dollar aircraft get the pinnacle of luxury for their night’s rest. So, you will too. The Concorde is designed with your comfort in mind. That’s why every floor only has four rooms. That’s why the beds are so soft. That’s why the soothing tones of mid-century modern mellow your eyes. That’s why I’m typing this with my laptop on a marble table top. That’s why… the bathrooms. Oh, the bathrooms. God damn. We’re talking bathrooms the size of a New York city studio. Professional vanity mirror taking up a warehouse chunk of wall real estate. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. That’s right - and. Have you ever finished a run in Central Park with a perfectly-temperature-controlled Bahamas waterfall of a chilled shower, soak your tired muscles in a home spa of a soothing bubble bath, then back to the Bahamas you go? I have. A bit about the amenities. Well, there’s the essential WIFI, but note that you can ask for a network cable for better Zooming or Teaming. 92 Mbps down / 94 Mbps up during my stay, by the way. My TV is quite big and has all the usual channels and music. A fridge (mind you, much mini) lets me keep a few refreshments cool for when needed. Finally, an iron and board in the room let me have my pilot uniform looking crisp for my flight out.
