The hotel is very convenient, the front desk service is very good during the epidemic, and the front desk lady has a good service attitude. Stayed for 3 days, very clean and satisfied. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city center in Makati and to go to the airport. It is very convenient to go to the 7.11 supermarket and the Chinese restaurant behind the hotel. The only bad thing is the network, which often drops.
Had a wonderful stay with I'm hotel. Spacious rooms and I liked that the toilet is in separate room with the shower. The view in the pool area is the best but the water is so cold. Good thing they have free sauna and the bath towels are heated.
The bed is so soft and comfy!
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Mika.
They also gave my son a birthday treat. Thank you!
Required for every business trip, good price, good service, old hotel facilities, but large rooms. Good location, business travel, and tourism are good. There are many Chinese restaurants around, very authentic, but the price is expensive, more than 3 times the domestic price, pay attention
The service was good. All their staff at the front desk were very friendly and very accommodating. They’ve granted all our requests. Special thanks to the restaurant staff on the second floor. To Richie the Captain Manager and to Aira for the super extended services they’ve shown to us. The food was good enough for the price and the chit-chatting was fun.
Very noisy next to the night, next to the bar, singing in the middle of the night, it is difficult to sleep, check out at the front desk in the morning, the deposit is particularly difficult to refund, you have to wait for the confirmation to pay them, then refund the deposit, the deposit must wait at least 20 minutes, so it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.
Good for the cheap price but be careful - I asked the front desk to extend my stay and they said fine, I can pay when I leave, then they sent security up to my room demanding me to pay at like 745pm. Glad I was there! How ridiculous
The hotel is located in a busy street and traffic is bad, however, if you are on holidays or want to just relax, it's a decent option. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, etc nearby. Service from the staff is very good. Burgos street offer a very lively nightlife and this hotel is a good place for staying to experience that.

Hotels Near Teriyaki Boy Legaspi Village In Manila Review
At that time, it was already 4 o'clock in the morning. Thank you very much for Ctrip.
I did n’t have a high level of English, so I took my parents to travel freely. I returned to Hong Kong this evening. As a result, the volcano eruption was grounded. The notification was delayed until 12 o'clock. I was anxious to book the wrong time, and found that I could only check in the next afternoon when I got to the hotel by taxi. My mother did n’t understand me, and complained while walking. I can only ask for Ctrip. They immediately found a hotel for me. I used a taxi to check in at 4 am, and helped to contact me to refund the wrong hotel. Thank you very much.
The hotel outside and the room with nice decaration. WiFi, electric plug, hair dryer all exist. Unfortunately, first night I arrived there have to wait more than 40mins at the lobby to get the room even I have already booked the room. 24hr kitchen available which is good and hot enough , but I think the taste and choice can be improve.
There are not many choices for breakfast, not very suitable for Chinese tastes.
Surrounded by old houses in the old urban area, it is more appropriate to like to see history.
The rooms are small but clean.
The hotel is quiet and qualified for health. The only dissatisfaction is that the hotel has no hot water for bathing, showers are inconvenient, everything else is OK, rooms with refrigerators are large and quiet,
The location of the hotel is very good, the most important thing is that there are cats to walk around! !! !! The stalls around are very convenient. There are banks and specialty shops around. It is very convenient to take a car. Many tour groups live here.
I booked this quarantine hotel while waiting for my swab test result. I chose this because it is a "4star hotel" and it's near my home. But I was disappointed with its hygiene, death rat smelled. I didn't smell at first until I stood at bedside, window corner. I asked them for Lysol and I sprayed the room before shower. When I lied down to the other bed farer from that corner, less than 10 minutes I smelled death rat even with my disposable mask on. I couldn't sleep then I called operator for changing room but guard answered that no Receptionist (after 12 midnight) is on duty until 6am. I couldn't sleep and I watched TV all night. The Receptionist called me around 6am for changing room, I asked for check out instead since I got my swab test result last night (free printout by hotel).
I ordered the packed meals on the first day and told them no beef but when I brought home my breakfast, it turned out corned beef! unbelievable!
Allover, the guard, receptionist and staffs are nice and accommodating.
Since I was in quarantine, amenities is not applicable for me.
Not bad, the price is not high on the weekend, it is quite cost-effective, the location is very central, three meters down a 711, five meters down a 711 is super convenient, there are many Japanese foods across the street
this is the third time that I have traveled to Manila and stayed in this hotel, the hotel room is always spotlessly clean and well presented and the staff are always friendly caring and very approachable I would recommend this hotel to anyone
The waiters here are very friendly and the environment is very good. If there is anything you just have to talk to the waiter, they will deal with you immediately, the price of the accommodation is not expensive, the only thing is not good is that the TV does not have Chinese TV, haha
Elated to have been able to check in earlier than usual check in timing if rooms are available. Guest officers are helpful and friendly. It is connected to Lucky Chinatown mall with plenty of shopping and food options. The food in hotel's restaurant wasn't good, the rest was pretty much great. No swimming pool I think, gym was big enough for all exercises.
New World Manila Bay Hotel is a nice hotel and the service was also very good..
I very surprised they really care for house guest they take note of guest birthday and give a small surprise for guest that's really very thoughtful.
But the only thing is the breakfast not too much choice as for five star hotel I got a bit disappointed.
Anyway overall the hotel is still a nice hotel for stay.
I'll would like to thank you all the staff there let us have a wonderful stay over there.
We had one night at Oyo 152 Hotel and it was simply super! The staff was lovely. We arrived really late at night (4am back from Banaue...) and they welcomed us warmly. The receptionist this morning (19 January) was absolutely lovely and helpful!! We loved him! Thanks again ! For sure we ll come back again!! Elodie and Hadrien
It was so convenient you can walk to all the nearby historical tourist spot and really be immersed in Binondo and/or Chinatown. It was quite tricky to get there especially if you are just on a layover but since we were visiting someone in QC. Location was good enough while we were trying to get to Luneta. :)
Clean! Beds were a little high for children. They had printing services and some snacks at affordable price. Good internet speed. Room had electric kettle fridge and a safe. We stayed at the 9th floor and checked in early and late where we paid 1000+ php but worth it before we hustle back to Shanghai. There is Grab Taxi and Grab food to help us during the heavy rain brought by the typhoon.
No breakfast, but the bottom 711 has fruit, burger, and heated porridge, which tastes good. I usually double the coffee with chicken nuggets and poached eggs. The broken shop across the street is cheap and tastes good, and less than 14 yuan. I have been undercharged several times. The owner is very nice. Although it feels dirty, it is actually not dirty, that is, the store is low. I hope everyone is okay.
Personal check-in experience: First of all, the hygiene is very clean, there is air conditioning, and the people inside are very enthusiastic. Sooner or later, I will say hello to you, which feels good (being in a foreign country). Toiletries are not provided (towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo ...), paper towels are still available. However, this price is quite good. Did not feel unsafe there, the bunk beds had curtains. You can wash your own clothes, and there are places to dry your clothes. Here's a special mention. The clothes that dry in the evening will rain the next morning. The transportation is very convenient, there is a 7-11 convenience store nearby. I bought a calling card from him, and the clerk was very enthusiastic to help you get it (even if it was very busy), very moved! Recommend this.
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, though it doesn't last as 24hrs. They allow us for early check in and even upgraded our room for FREE! The staffs are very accommodating and the restaurant has a variety of nice food. Also I would like to commend Kuya joven (service head at the restaurant) for a nice team and service. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to manila.
Convenient location, massages are available in supermarkets and shopping malls nearby; blow-out buffet breakfast; checkin service is in place and meets the five-star standard; the room has a convenient snack bar at an additional cost, and the overall health is up to standard; the pool is small, but the maintenance is good, There is no obvious smell of disinfection water, and service staff will serve tea drinks; Ctrip Booking has the highest cost-effective rate on the entire network.
The location of the hotel is quite good. The traffic jam in Pasay will be much better than makati, and there is a SM supermarket around the hotel, KFC and Mcdonald, and Japanese food on the first floor (relatively fresh and affordable, R100 per capita) There is also Century Seafood in the hotel. The restaurant can basically meet the needs of travel. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the airport to Skyway. It is also close to Manila's seafood market, with convenience stores and ATMs nearby. Hotel security is also in place. Handbags and luggage need to be checked in before entering the hotel lobby. There are two rows of rooms in the hotel room. You can see the sea view of Manila Bay (the sunset is beautiful). The internal facilities are old, but the maintenance is good. Especially praise the showers, the water pressure is very good, and the massage high pressure spray bath. Feeling comfortable. There is also a good outdoor swimming pool. There is a massage hot tub in the swimming pool. This is better than many hotels with swimming pools. The bathrooms for changing clothes in the swimming pool are also large. The only thing that needs to be talked about is their buffet breakfast, which is definitely not rich, and most of them are basically there. I compare it with GrandCitygarden, and the service consciousness of the breakfast staff is very weak, and the service staff is too old. On the one hand, there are many other times when you wait to find it before you can cooperate. It does not take the initiative to assist and ask about your needs. Overall this hotel is good, business travel is recommended, especially considering the traffic congestion in Manila ...
i was looking through hotels for the quarantine when i accidentally click on this hotel and prepaid the booking via Agoda. I immediately called to request for cancellation but the hotel didnt agree for a refund. Furthermore, the booking is for 5nights wherein the quarantine only needs 3nights stay. Requested for the extra 2 nights to be offset for meals, but hotel has also refused. Outside food deliveries are not allowed but you can ask for grocery item for delivery?? hotel is taking advantage of the situation to earn more. Agoda is willing to refund only if the hotel agrees with it but the hotel only offered an alternative dates of stay for cancellation request or for the unused nights. With the pandemic situation the world is facing now, no one knows when will this even end! Therefore, i am left with no choice but to push through the booking. Will be arriving today for my unwanted hotel stay, hopefully things will eventually come around coz im having negative views on my first impression!
