Arrived at this hotel to learn that our quad room had been re-allocated. I did not call to cancel our reservation so was surprised that they had done this, but they advised that they had called us on the day of check-in but as we were en-route the voicemail didn’t come through until the next day. At check in we were advised that the credit card used to pay for the accommodation had expired which was correct but 2 months prior to check in. I am not sure why they couldn’t have waited until later in the day to reallocate our room - we arrived at 1pm - or better still called us a few days before if they had concerns. Anyway, just to make customers aware. Fortunately, there were two double rooms which were given for one night and then we moved to the quad room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel was centrally located for all attractions, breakfast was adequate and no issues with settling the bill at checkout. Staff were pleasant and professional and despite the initial ‘blip’ I would recommend this hotel.

Whilst the rooms are small they serve their purpose for a few days city break. Clean & with all you need for a short stay. Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the Arc del Triomphe/Champs Elysees. Our air conditioning stopped working on the second day but was fixed immediately following reporting the fault to reception staff. All the staff were very friendly and we would like to give a special mention to Ilham and Ramadah (apologies if spelling is incorrect) who were so chatty and always smiling - great assets to the team. We would stay here again.

Booked this hotel at leat 3 months in advance and paid a really good price for it considering where it was. It was very convenient for us as it’s close to the Le Bus Direct stop to and from the airport and metro stop is closed by too. Only 5 mins walk to Arc de triomphe and Champ Elysees and there’s a supermarket close by. We found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We arrived before check in and they were more than happy to store our luggage so we can go and explore. The included breakfast was very good. Pillows and bed were very comfy. No small toiletries included so make sure to bring your own - they only have a all in one shower gel/hand wash/shampoo drilled on the wall. The only small complaint we had was that the room tended to get quite hot and they turn off the air conditioning during winter. Sound insulation is not the best but we only had a problem with this one night when there was a very loud guest talking at 4am and woke us up so bring ear plugs just in case. Overall would definitely stay here again!

I’ve recently come back from a trip at hotel flannelles Paris and I cannot wait to go back. All the staff are amazing and always willing to go over and above. Breakfast was great. There are not as many options as an English hotel however what they do have is excellent. You have to try the jam! The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet street but then walk 3 mins up the road and there’s the arc de triomphe. It’s close to everything! The hotel room was small but it made up for that with all the fabulous amenities including nespresso coffee machine, a gorgeous bathroom, the comfiest bed with soft lights that switch on when you go to the bathroom. The list goes on and on. Too many good things to say about this hotel. Oh and the spa, GORGEOUS! Zoe and Gabriella gave my husband and I the BEST massages!!! And to the rest of the staff: Redar, Camelito Flo and Anna, thank you for making this trip wonderful. There was another man that also helped but I can’t remember his name but he was at the front desk and was so helpful.

The visit in September was our second stay at the Royal Monceau. Our first stay was in June 2018. We enjoyed each visit and thought the hotel was just beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and mirrored bathrooms are spacious and very unique with contemporary art embellishing the decor. We were in an executive room each visit and can only say that we appreciated all of the Philip Starck touches. The mirrored walk in closet is well designed and spacious. I travel with a lot of things and it was great to be able to see everything! Loved the two TV’s which are hidden in the mirrored walls on both sides of of our room. Fabulous! The breakfasts, served in the dining room which is a restaurant Nobu at night, are a stunning display of everything imaginable. The environment is impeccable in a playful way, all the way down to the contemporary coffee cups winking at you! The quality and presentation is memorable. Hot dishes are available to order as well. Everything was delicious. Love the dramatic curtain when breakfast service ends! We loved the Italian restaurant in the hotel, which is Michelin starred. We hoped to dine there on our second visit but it was closed both Sunday and Monday, which was problematic. That left only the Nobu Matsuhisa restaurant, which unfortunately looked like too much of a scene with a DJ spinning and a very sceney crowd. We had reservations in Paris for the other nights ( 6 in all) and wanted to dine there one night when many restaurants in Paris are closed, ie Sunday and Monday. That should be changed so guests can dine in the hotel one of those nights. Concierge staff was very helpful in reserving lunch and dinner reservations in advance. Very professional. Bravo! I missed the giant table in the entry of the lobby which was a cascade of flowers. It was gorgeous and unique but missing on our second visit. It added such beauty to the entry. Please bring it back. The doormen are great...very helpful and when our car service did not show up ( first visit), they hussled to get us a ride so we would not miss our flight. The RM is a great place to stay and we look forward to our return visit soon. Finally, we were celebrating our anniversary and were treated to a divine chocolate cake along with champagne. Thank you to the RM for that lovely celebration as well as the yummy macarons which I always dream about after leaving Paris!

I stayed here for 4 nights last week and we were very impressed with the hotel. From the moment we entered the reception we were greeted by lovely mannerly staff and a the difuser is a lovely touch makes the reception so relaxing. Our room was small but very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. We had breakfast included in our bundle for a discount but i wouldn't advise future guests to spend the 16 Euro on it as its only alright. The staff were so happy to help with any of our tourist questions which was so helpful. The only criticism i have is that when we ran out of milk for tea in our room the reception couldn't give us any as the housekeeping were the only ones who had them and they were gone home which was disappointing as us irish love our tea. Overall its a great hotel with lovely staff,a brilliant location right next to the metro and loads of bars/restaurants.

Had a great 3-day stay here last month. Showed up at 11am after an overnight international flight and were able to get in to the room immediately which was so wonderful! The room was small, but very nice and very clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower was great. It room was SO quiet! We never heard another guest. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The desk staff were very helpful with printing off tickets for us and answering questions. The location is VERY convenient. Only 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysee, the metro station, the Le-Bus (airport bus) stop, and a Big Bus stop. THere's a small grocery store a block away and many local restaurants nearby but also a McD and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Let's talk about good places first: the service staff is very welcoming and the front desk is very good; the location is very good, near the subway station, near the Arc de Triomphe, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Xiangjie Street. Disadvantages: The room is small, one person will feel crowded, and two people will be angry at each other, not to mention everyone traveling with a big suitcase. The bathroom is also small. The toilet is close to the heating pipe. It is not warm enough if you do not open it. If you open the toilet accidentally, you will burn yourself. Not to mention that there is no place to dry clothes, in such a small room ... unless the sink is unplugged, the drainage will be extremely slow. The location is very good, there is a seafood shop after coming out, the taste is a bit big ~ the bed is quite high, the double bed is not big enough, and the comfort is average. One morning, I also encountered a broken alarm, and the entire hotel residents probably ran out, and I couldn't sleep well in the early morning. At the same price, a lot of bigger and better hotel apartments can be rented here. To be honest, I will not consider it here again.

Since 2000, every year my wife and I have traveled to France and NEVER EVER thought of burglary would happen on us! This was the first time we stayed in this hotel because hotels nearby like Hotel Mercure and Elysees were fully booked. For the policy of the hotel, every time we went out, we needed to leave the key in reception. Then, BREAK IN AND BURGLARY happened while we went to the bar one block behind for the World Cup game, France vs Argentina (Paris Time 1530-1900, June 30 Saturday)! Our 4 suitcases’ locks were all damaged by professional burglar, money and new bought jewel accessories were gone! I rushed towards the receptionist at once (our room was on 1st floor), telling her (Julie) crime happened and asked her to call the police, but she REFUSED!!! Despite our stuff were damaged and being searched, and valuables were “disappeared”, Julie’s explanation was “maybe our technician entered your room for measurement and moved your suitcases…” What? Seriously? A technician can feel free to enter a guest’s room without prior notice to the guest? And obviously, it was the “crime scene” of the burglary, how could she deny it by telling us such stupid excuse!!! Without any action taken, she only emphasized hotel was safe and nobody broke in our room! We were in fiercely anger and insisted her to call police; but the reply was “You can get a taxi outside to police station”. How helpful! After we had decided to call police by ourselves, Julie could not stop us but only helped us to call the police unwillingly. Eventually, police came and recorded the happening… That night was really a nightmare! The hotel was extremely insecure to stay and we kept awake all night long!!! It totally ruined our mood in Paris and the rest of our trip! Next morning (Sunday) we went to police station for further declaration of the case. Dramatically, we heard a victim sitting next to us also reporting burglary in Hotel Tivoli – it happened at the same time as ours! (the victim, Mr. H from Lebanon, who stayed on 4th floor). While going back to hotel with Mr. H, we confronted the receptionist. Julie could not make any excuse but only admitted “SOMETHING HAPPENED” last night. She still reluctant to say it was theft or burglary!!! We insisted to contact the hotel manager several times. Finally, the deputy manager came to talk with us on Monday morning. We told the deputy the whole story and showed her the police declaration and our damaged suitcases. She was nice and considerate, seemed to understand our situation. She promised us to investigate the case and proceeded the compensation for us. A month later, after we were back to home, the hotel finally told us “they found a suspect who checked out a day after the break in, and they are looking for that man…” Time flies. Six months passed. 2019 arrived. I wrote countless emails hope someone will speed up the case. There is NO apology NOR insurance compensation!!! The hotel m

The hotel is just off the Arc de Triomphe, coming out of the subway station and walking in 1-2 minutes. The door face is small and not easy to see. In fact, it is at the intersection of the road, next to Starbucks. The surrounding traffic is very convenient, there are buses, subways, and attractions along Xiang Street and Xiang Street are within walking distance. There are a lot of bakeries near the hotel. You can buy breakfast yourself in the morning, as well as McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The room was really small, we were two people, and there was basically no place to go after the box was opened. The bathroom is very mini, the wash basin is very shallow and the water is easy to splash. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros a person, do not remember, I feel that the price is average. It is more cost-effective to go to the bakery to buy fresh food, and there are many types. In fact, for small Paris, where the size of the room is small, it is normal to have a small room. As long as the supporting facilities are complete, the room is clean and sanitary. This hotel is basically satisfied with this. The only thing is that the bathroom is not ventilated, and the glass door is not very tight. If you travel, you will be a bit embarrassed to live with your colleagues.

This was our second stay in Paris at a Mercure Hotel, and the 1st one at this location. Close access to metro, taxi station and convenience of a great bakery and a supermarket. 5-7 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe and the popular The Avenue des Champs-Elysée. An extremely clean facility with very professional, pleasant, and hospitable staff. To make the long story short, we had to get out of our reservations with another hotel due to false advertisement and needed to get a place to stay, literally at the last minute. Monsieur Laurent, was the kind gentleman at the front desk at Mercure who patiently and kindly helped us with our reservation and got us into the last available suite they had and took a great care of us. From that point on, every staff member from housekeeping to the dining area as well as the other front desk staff at various shifts, followed suite with genuine kindness, hospitality and care. They literally saved our trip from turning into a disaster because of our original travel package hotel reservation! The room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pullout sofa, perfect temperature with a very comfortable shower system. The balcony was the cherry on the cake; we had the view of the streets and rooftops of Paris, just like what you see in the movies. Quiet and peaceful, not noisy. The breakfast area was extremely clean and the service was superb. The breakfast line up was very well rounded with fresh breads, croissants, variety cheeses, juices, coffees, and of course eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as variety of cold cuts, fruits and jams; everything was always fresh with the best presentation. Safe area with a ton of places to shop. My family and I will most definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it to all.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
