This gem is located on Avenue Wagram a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysees and a 2 minute walk from the metro. It's surrounded by restaurants ranging from delicious Moroccan and French cuisine to fast food joints such as McDonald's and Burger King. The hotel itself is perfect. Both Reda and Snoussi at the reception were nice, courteous and extremely helpful. Our quadruple room was very big for Paris. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The variety was limited but that's expected in European hotels. The croissants were absolutely delicious. The price is not cheap for a 3 star hotel but it was worth every penny.

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge

The rooms are very nice and clean. But I want to give the 5 stars review to the receptionist Raphael. He is very very helpful and very patient and professional. I highly recommend !

Just back from a last minute one night trip to Paris with my two girls ages 7 and 5, we booked a triple room which consisted of a double bed beside a single bed, the girls loved that the windows opened fully and I enjoyed the views of the beautiful Parisienne architecture. We slept very well on the beds, the location is excellent, our the hotel, turn right and straight up to Ave Wigram which is so close to Arc De Triompe and Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro centre for easy access to everything. My girls were so tired from all the trekking the first day that I had to drag them to breakfast at 9:10, it finished at 9:30 but the hotel had no issue and replenished all the food for us. Breakfast 10ish for adult, free for children. Hoyle happily stored our bags before and after we arrived. Check in 2pm, check out 12pm. It is a small compact room with a complimentary bottle of water but no tea/coffee facilities, just a hair dryer and shampoo/gel in a bottle on the wall. Space tight in room but for my kids who love lying on the bed it was perfect, 3 adults would have a problem manoeuvring in the room. We had a great stay, staff so friendly and nice, I had to pop back before departing to charge my phone for airport boarding passes etc and I did that in the foyer with a coffee. My girls had an amazing time and on their eyes it was a fancy hotel but for me it was a really good 2 star. I’d give it more. I’d rate this a great hotel for quick trips and for someone who wants a good location and won’t spend too much time in the room. It’s clean and comfortable and does the job, somewhere to rest your head with lovely staff.

We have good reasons to believe that the litter was infected with punishes (grouped bites aligned on the body, black traces on the matlas, cf photos. We stopped at a summary examination and did not return the whole room). We explained this photos in support of the reception, and we were answered that ”it is impossible, we have a contract, there can't be bed punishments here”, which shows on the one hand a complete ignorance of what punishments are of The hotel's receptionist (? manager) is a little bit of anthusiasm, and he is a lie from the beginning to the end. He will say to make check the room in the day and remind us, while he could have lifted up and seen the black traces in the matala's rains. He did not remember us, and the room is probably occupied at this time. There was no excuse draft, so we will not even talk about a commercial gesture for this stay we paid in advance. We have charged expenses for disinfestation of bags and their content, and hope that this is enough and that our business is not damaged by treatment. You also know that the hotel does not have a baggage order because of the covid (they have shown a government message at the reception) while no staff of the reception has a mask, This is a small detail in relation to the problem described above, but it gives a small idea of the philosophy of the places. The small dark room was a little vesty, medium clean, wasted and screwed moquette, little takes, but it would have been a good idea. Fly unless you like punishes and unpleasant people of course

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed this place. We arrived at the hotel after a long trip and right away we felt welcomed and looked after. Their tea selection is delicious (and we like our tea) and the coffee machine is superb with various lattes and cappuccino options. The room had everything we needed, clean and comfy. Cozy yet elegant feel. We loved it. Extra special thank you to GURPREET and FLO for making our stay so comfortable. Flo took lots of time helping us figure out our stay, making suggestions about the best hot chocolate and restaurant suggestions. Gurpreet was super kind and helpful every morning. And all the staff let us practice our French and were courteous and patient. Book here, you won't regret it!

The hotel location is quite convenient, in a small yard. Every morning there is a fruit stand and a vegetable stand on the street in front of the street, and then there are large supermarkets and shopping malls. If you want to go to the Champs-Élysées, it takes about 10 minutes, and there are many restaurants along the way. The environment and health were ok, and the waiters were basically responsive. The hotel is just off the Arc de Triomphe, coming out of the subway station and walking in 1-2 minutes. The door face is small and not easy to see. In fact, it is at the intersection of the road, next to Starbucks. The surrounding traffic is very convenient, there are buses, subways, and attractions along Xiang Street and Xiang Street are within walking distance. There are a lot of bakeries near the hotel. You can buy breakfast yourself in the morning, as well as McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The room was really small, we were two people, and there was basically no place to go after the box was opened. The bathroom is very mini, the wash basin is very shallow and the water is easy to splash. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros a person, do not remember, I feel that the price is average. I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

Most importantly…after my husband had a fall the staff was so kind and helpful. Provided ice for his knee, contacted a doctor to make a visit, provided us a late check out. The garden is sweet. Many cafes nearby. We have been more than satisfied. Thank you ladies!

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

The location of the hotel is just super. Near Mars Field, to Eiffel Tower you can reach in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and staff.

Firstly, the price was fantastic. The location is close to a Metro station and a bus stop. It is only 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro. It is also close to the train station by bus. The reception area was welcoming they also spoke good English. The room was very clean, and had air conditioning. The shower was great and also clean. Don’t be put off by the stairwell on the road towards the hotel when you first arrive (coming from the metro). It is near a police station, very well lit, so also very safe. I would stay here again!

It’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel. Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

Would highly recommend this Hostel. Location is right next to a metro but also a good walking to distance from many other metros and place de la nation which is great for restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hostel so can’t comment on that but the buffet breakfast did look good & all guests get 10% off food and their own beer during the stay. I found all the facilities to be clean, the bathrooms are out with the bedrooms which I find to be good as you don’t have to be dead silent. Could be doing with a door to the urinal and some hooks on the toilet doors and not just the shower door. Rooms are decent sized the only downside was the positioning of the main room lights & switch. if left on overnight was annoying and very bright. Each bed has a light though which is good when the main light is off. Hairdryer also available which can be taken to the bathroom. Friendly staff and large reception/bar area where there is something on most nights with lots of people in attendance. I was a solo traveller this occasion and would recommend to others.

Das Ibis Styles hat vermutlich vor langer Zeit bessere Tage gehabt. Übrig geblieben ist ein abgewohntes, nicht sonderlich sauberes Hotel, welches den sonstigen Standards, die ich von ibis Styles kenne, nicht entspricht. Die Badezimmer sind winzig und für die Benutzung der Dusche darf man nicht klaustrophobisch sein. Warum man 3 angefangene Klopapierrollen bekommt und keine unbenutzte, bleibt das Geheimnis dieses Hotels. Beim Frühstück, was bei ibis Styles inklusive ist, hatte die Servicekraft wenig Lust, die benutzten Tische abzuräumen, so dass mehrere Gäste mit ihren Tabletts in der Hand warten mussten um frühstücken zu können. Im benachbarten Hotel Bob oder Ariane Montparnasse ist man wesentlich besser aufgehoben.

The location is near the North Station. The traffic is very convenient. There are more black people at night. It is said to be chaotic and the law and order is not good. It is not recommended to run outside. Of course, going to the urban area is another matter. . .
