Staff extremely helpful always willing to help, and the breakfast was extremely good rooms are kept very clean with little extras which you would not normally get eg. Toothbrush & toothpaste all the things you need in your bathroom plus also fresh bottle water every day. When going into town quite far out so you do need a taxi and staff are always willing to call for you.

|10.21km from city centerTo be honest, I am delighted with this hotel not because it is close to the sea. And not because they give water every day, clean well and give beach towels. And because of the level of service. He is great! Everything you need will help you get. If you sit downstairs near the reception in the evening, they will bring you a mosquito coil, and you don’t need to ask for it. Rent a small car -80 ringgit per day. I wanted to go on an excursion - a tour of the islands on a jet ski. They couldn't buy it in the first place. But the girl from the reception agreed with someone and for 500 ringgit I got a tour for 4 hours, not 3, as they usually sell. We were leaving for 4 days on a kolipe. So the girl from the reception allowed to leave some things. In general, any request was always fulfilled. True, there was only one person who refused everything. Also a receptionist. When we stayed at the hotel, he worked at night. He is about 40 years old. Here it is better not to contact him - a harmful type. It is better to wait for the girls to work at the reception. I can't say anything bad about the rooms. If there were any bugs, they were quickly corrected. It is better to take rooms with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and on the second floor. Although I lived with a balcony on the road and did not hear any noise from the road. There is no safe in the room. I kept valuables in a suitcase under lock and key. Wifi catches well in the rooms, which are located near the reception.

The room is value for money, but the swimming pool is quite normal, different from shown in website photo. The choice of breakfast is different for 2 days, at least we won’t eat the same food for 2 days. Limited parking, can park at roadside.

Relaxing, clean, beautiful and peaceful place, provided if the visitors are following the house rules ie: loud noise, speakers, party drinks, food & beverages at the pool. We did found a beer bottle cap in the adult pool, meaning there is/are visitors who didn't care about the house rules, who should stay somewhere else. We stayed 3D2N in a superior triple room. Room & bathroom are clean. Complete with toiletries, towels, kettle, coffee, cups, hairdryer, tv, mini fridge. In the exterior; swings and pondoks with hammock in each of them. Clean, good-sized pools for adult and kids (with floats and balls for them to play). Had a chance to meet with its kind and friendly owner and housekeeper. This is so much more than a 2-star resort could offer.

|10.66km from city centerIt is like a gated & guarded community with 12 beautifully decorated villa and a swimming pool. The compound is well maintained and clean. The hotelier, Peter (& wife, Sue) with his more than 30 years in the hospitality industry is very hands on and goes out of his usual way to please the guests. When we had problem with the Astro reception, not only he replaced the decoder box and a new TV set (of 42”!), he even opened the villa next door as our “TV Room” which we can even sleep there so that we can catch our midnight movie. The meals/b’fast was generous and served twice, one in the evening with mini cereal/muesli boxes, fruit basket, yogurt, box drink & bread slices. In the morning another round of nasi lemak and 4 bottles of mineral water (not RO!) every day. Sue even presented us with her hand made cookies by the time we checked out after our 2 days stay. We had 1 of the best experience staying in such a nice place and would highly recommend to others.

Sassy House has a communal fridge/freezer and washing room. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean with a powerful shower. A great base from which to explore Langkawi! Staff are very friendly and helpful although it is important to note that reception is not always staffed.

|10.61km from city centerThe hotel is located at the end of Cenang Beach. Although it is not on the main road, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very quiet. Most of the people staying in are foreigners. The hotels are townhouses with small tables and chairs outside. The hotel’s own swimming pool is very clean and suitable for children to play. Wake up in the morning, the child accidentally discovered the little squirrel on the coconut tree. He was very excited. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide breakfast, and there is no shop nearby for breakfast. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the famous Zhuofeng Seafood, Zhonghua Tower, and Zhenlang Ice Cream. There is a big life supermarket next to the Zhonghua Tower, where you can buy bread and instant noodles. In short, we highly recommend this hotel, it is quiet and private, and there are few people in Cenang Beach at this end, the sunset is so beautiful!

|10.38km from city centerWhite Lodge Chalet is an underrrated gem smack in the middle of the popular beach area. We got a really good rate on an OTA, and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived of the great deal it turned out to be. Our room was fairly spacious and there is an inviting pool in the middle of the lovely compound. There is a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, and our room had a fridge, kettle, tv and coffee/tea. The location is another big draw. It’s in the middle of the key beach stretch, smacked between Cenang and Tenang beaches so both are within easy stroll. Within 5min stroll you are at the Aquarium and behind that, the start of Cenang beach, and we never found a need to drive. Plenty of good eateries and supermarkets are nearby as well that operate late into the night. There is a good roti canai store for breakfast a mere 2min’s walk away, and McDonald’s less than 5min away. The folk running the motel are also friendly and helpful. When we asked to add a bed, the attention was immediate and the staff even refused a tip! We also booked our island hopping tour through them and the prices were reasonable. They also service the room daily although they did not replenish our coffee/tea and water. There are a couple of things we found lacking however. One is that the wifi is pretty unreliable. Sometimes it cannot access certain websites, other times it’s disconnected to internet altogether. A tourist SIM card is really cheap in Malaysia however. Another is that the doors were not well aligned, so opening and closing takes some brute force and creates a fair bit of noise at night. We read some complain about the shower being above the toilet, which isn’t really the case (though they are near). The shower position never bothered us. The new hotel extension is already completed (so no more issues with construction noise and dust) although it’s not yet open. Overall there is really little reason not to like this place. We got a good bang for the buck, and everyone including the kids enjoyed the 3-day stay. Highly recommended for those who don’t want to burn a hole in their wallet.

Please be kind to the team members that you encounter during your stay! 🙏🏻 Due to disappearance of income for months, the hotel you are staying in probably cannot afford to bring many team members back from furlough. If you are asked to wait in the bar, with a complimentary drink when you arrive at the hotel because your room is not quite ready. Sit patiently in the bar, and please be assured the team are working as quickly as they can. Imagine if you had to clean 20+ bedrooms yourself and think how long it would take you and how you would be feeling after room number 10! 😩 Don’t be surprised if the receptionist, waiter, housekeeper that you come across, does not actually have that role in their job title. With limited staffing, the hotel becomes 1 team! So if the waiter isn’t familiar with what beers are on offer and has to check, don't sigh and roll your eyes! Say thank you...they are probably the HR Manager! 🙋🏼♀️ Your room may not be cleaned everyday, as they have a duty to protect the team and as you should all well know, the virus can survive on surfaces and in the air. So why would they want to send our team into a dangerous environment just so you can have your bed sheets tucked in! They can of course offer you a top up of any guest supplies! In fact, you can have as many tea bags and loo rolls as you like!!! And yes, you have single use cups in your room, because no, they don’t have time to run 400+ cups and mugs through the dishwasher on a daily basis. 🤔🤔😫😒 When you decide to dine in the hotel, the menu may be limited. Please consider that there is likely to only be 1 chef in the kitchen, on his own, running the whole operation...yes that includes washing up too! They are grateful you chose to dine with them, but please be considerate and don’t complain because there isn’t enough options on the menu and you wanted steak! 🥗🥣🌮🥪🍲🥘🌭 I am sure the rate you are paying for your room may be a considerable amount of money to you. But, be rest assured they are considerably cheaper than what you would usually pay. So please do not ask for a discount because the leisure facilities are closed. As above, the industry is already struggling for income without having to process refunds because you weren't impressed with sausage you had at breakfast because it tasted too piggy! 🐷👏🏻👏🏻 And lastly, it is highly likely the hotel is going through a redundancy and restructure process right now. It is a very sad time for the hospitality industry. So please be kind, it is a very stressful and upsetting time for the team. They work very hard and very long hours to ensure that you have a relaxing break! I could go on but I am sure you get the gist by now! All rooms with 2 double beds, though not much space left after the beds but still perfect for family travellers with little children. Under 5-min walk to the Cenang beach. Functional bathroom with the basics (choice of tiles may not be most appealing but its clean), Only draw back that their shower is in between the sink and the bidet, so the entire bathroom gets wet. But it the slope does ensure that it dries up within an hour. Pleasant and helpful attitude of the lady at the reception and the cleaning staff also seems efficient and effective. Finally, complimentary unlimited drinking water refill station next to the reception, so you don't need to buy drinking water.

The staff at the reception were excellent.I have been travelling a lot and I have been using Mercure often but I have never met such an amazing and professional customer service.The check in time was at 15:00 and the asked to wait in the lobby, they offered us a coffee and they managed to check us in at 11:00! Always with a great smile in their face.Ziela and Djarhul (apologies if I do not pronounce it correctly) and also the gentleman at the reception who brought our luggage in the room were so nice.Congatulations to Accor hotels (Mercure) for their excellent staff. The above employees made us feel very special and I would like to thank them For their support and help.Really 5 stars customer service

The front desk is very warm. There is no problem with Chinese communication throughout the whole process. It is a little farther from the pier in Gua Town (but this taxi is very convenient)
I like Ann, I can sleep beautifully at night.
The hotel also has a squirrel, several cats, all very close relatives.

|10.37km from city centerStayed here for one night for transit. When the taxi dropped us off, we weren't sure this is the building because it looked so old and seems to be under construction. The lobby was dark and musky, as were the corridors. From outside, it looks like an abandoned building. I didn't feel very safe in the building. The room was old and dated. The furnishing seems to be from the 90s. While the room was big and spacious, the aircon only cooled down half the room and the other half was felt warm and stuff. The bedsheet was stained and spotted and we found some hair as well. For some weird reason, the windows are tinted so even though we had a good view of the street below, it was still very dark in the room. There are definitely other better and newer hotels / rooms on Cenang beach.

There are many cats around the room. Be careful when you open the door and rush into the room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool to relax and play. It is not far from Cenang Beach. The TV in the room has no channels to watch, but it will help to put breakfast In the refrigerator, there are juice, bread, yogurt, milk and fruits, which are pretty good. Only 13 RM tax per night will be charged at the scene, which is unexpected!

USP of this resort is its beach line. Mind blowing. Whole resort is Tranquil and peaceful. Full of Greenery , I bait you will wake up early morning by the bird chirping or early morning breeze from sea. Sun rise from the backdrop of the resort is worth investing money into this resort.
Location is close enough (walking distance) to main Cenang beach but also not so close to its hustle and bustle. Food options are available within Hotel as well as nearby area.
Taking your morning breakfast, sitting next to the seashore is amazing experience.
Breakfast menu was pretty sufficient ranging western as well as Asian menu.
Staff is attentive and very cooperative. For your Langkawi tours you can approach, Travel desk lady Miss Merry. she can offer you better deals for Langkawi Tours.
For Indian Tourist, Families. Indian Kitchens is a restaurant very nearby the resort. You will get all types of Veg and Non-Veg menu for Lunch and Dinner.
At corner, there is one Grocery / convenience shop where you will get almost everything which you tend to need, you forgot to pack or you urgently need.
I suggest you plan one day to enjoy the resort and its mesmerizing morning walk.

Hotel is well located in Pantai Tengah Beach and just within 15 minutes drive away from Langkawi International Airport and minutes away from Cenang Beach or Cenang Mall. Dash Resort Langkawi is a beautiful and Instagram worthy hotel located in Langkawi. Love the hotel feels cosy,vibrant and relaxing atmosphere just next to the private beach. The pool bar is a great experience with live music and enjoy stunning sunset views. The staffs were all friendly and polite. Thank you so much for the hospitality service! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Overall everything great but breakfast needs more improvement. Will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Langkawi, definitely will come back again!

Perfect for tired travellers. The only negative feedback I have is that their dinner buffet is too pricey and I really do pity their food staff. It's a lot of unnecessary food wastage. They can save more money if they just forgo the dinner buffet altogether and offer ala carte meals if need be.

Our five-point flight to Langkawi Airport, driving out after Zhenzhen Looking for an hour in South Beach, I didn't find it. I finally asked a lot of local Chinese. I called and checked the map. I finally found the hotel at nine o'clock in the evening. General environment, breakfast in general, come to Langkawi holiday travel, or forget it! The boss is a young Malay who can only communicate in simple English, but people are very enthusiastic!

Everything inside the room is clean. Tv channel have astro. Malibest is well known for its location, in the middle busy street Chenang and its hospitality and well clean room! So far it meet my expectation. Just one thing, the hotel parking too limited. Overall, this place will be my favourite place to stay in langkawi sith affordable price.

Location is strategic, there is a mini mart nearby. 6 minutes to jetty point by car, it takes around 20 minutes if you walk to jetty point. Room is not too small, it is clean. You can hear some noise from outside but it doesn't disturb us. Two towels were provided. No hair dryer is provided. The only cons is the lamp is not bright although we switch on all lights. Other than this, overall is suitable if you are looking for a budget hotel. Bear in mind, Geopark Inn is in the Kuah, there is another Geopark hotel located in Oriental Village.
