Hotels Near Tesco Stores In Prague
0.24km from Tesco StoresMe and my mum stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good location and very close to the centre which you can reach by tram (2 mins from hotel). The trams are very frequent and go all over Prague, including the castle and close to the old town. (You can reach the castle in approx 20-30 mins by tram-number 22 takes u about 5 mins walk away from the castle) google maps is so helpful as it shows u which tram goes to your requested destination. The room at the hotel was clean and modern. The beds were very comfy and the shower was also very good. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of choice including hot options such as toast/sausages/eggs and sweet options such as croissants/cereals/fruit as well as tea and coffee facilities. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and polite. Me and my mum both felt safe here and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
0.9km from Tesco StoresFirst top tip - book any apartment at Residence Trafick on their website, free breakfast included and usually cheaper than any other booking website available. We booked for a five night stay, booking for the panoramic apartment with terrace, which on their website is Apartment 43. The pictures on the website match exactly what you get. The apartment is large and spacious, with an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, a separate double bedroom and a separate shower room. Kitchen - it's like being at home - there's a filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine (by Tchibo, takes Cafissimo capsules), a toaster, a sandwich maker, a full hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge and freezer. In the cupboards and drawers you get a full set of crockery and cutlery, glassware and cooking pots/pans. Two Smart TVs - one in the living area, one in the bedroom - both set up to receive Czech digital TV - not satellite, no English channels. Play with settings and you will get the odd US/UK programme with dual language (dubbed Czech and original English). Best thing for us this week on TV - Netflix! The outdoor L-shaped terrace wraps around the apartment, fully decked. Views to the south of Prague and over the houses behind. Getting to/from the apartment - Bohdalec bus stop right outside the door. 24 CZK for a 30 minute ticket to get into the city centre (bus to Zelivskeho, metro to Mustek) or walk down the street to get a tram from Chodovska into the city centre (I'd recommend the 14 tram to Lazarska). Getting to/from the airport is simple - get a 32 CZK 90 minute ticket and get a 119 bus from the airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin, Metro to Zelivskeho and then bus to Bohdalec - time it right, and you get from airport to apartment in 50-55 minutes. Breakfast/cafe - served in the cafe/restaurant area downstairs every morning from 7am to 11am - typical breakfast buffet with cooked items, traditional Continental food, cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea and a decent bean-to-cup coffee machine. The apartment is self-catering and is not set up like a hotel - your linen and towels do not get changed every day (new towels every 3rd day, new bed linen every 5th day) - you can get clean towels and linen more often for a fee - or wash and dry them yourself in the excellent washer/dryer. Grocery shopping tip - the apartment is one bus stop away from Tesco Extra in one direction or a five-minute walk down the street to Kaufland. Walk to Kaufland, unless Tesco is your thing! Capsules for the coffee machine 99 CZK for 10 from Kaufland. Not apartment related but relevant to spending money - most places in Prague accept payment by card, always pay in CZK and use a card that charges 0% or a low commission for foreign currency spending. If you must get cash out, the cash machine inside Kaufland (don't know about the one outside) does not charge commission. If you need to change cash - look for the Ho

1.13km from Tesco StoresThe only disadvantage about this hotel is its location. It is about 20 minutes by tram to the Wenceslas square (Vaclavske namesti). Nevertheless, I would stay here once more, because of its positive sides. First of all, it was a cozy and a comfortable place for me. The hotel looks nice inside and outside, with its own garden. The room was spacious enough for one person and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok, and they had everything I needed - the toasts, yogurt, coffee beans, vegetables and some more. In general, I recommend it.
1.18km from Tesco StoresWe arrived at 1 in the morning and didn't know what to expect but once we got in to our suite we had two comfortable rooms and great beds. The next morning we were treated to a great breakfast with coffee, tea, muffins eggs and other hot foods ,cereals, yogurts, breads and a few other things all set in a very clean and friendly basement room.the staff is courteous and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back and stay there.

1.25km from Tesco StoresI recently stayed for a month in Hotel Jana in Prague. I found it to be very clean and affordable and the continental breakfast to be quite impressive. It's lovely to sit at a table and eat outside in the gorgeous garden on a summer morning in good weather. Note that part of the affordability comes from sharing washrooms (which are kept scrupulously clean) with others. It is in a good location, being less than a 10 minute walk from the Metro and about 3 minutes walk from a tram line. Including walking time, you can reach the centre of Prague in only about 20 minutes via public transit. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and banks all within close walking distance. My only complaints are that the house-keeping staff can be somewhat noisy first thing in the morning, and WiFi can be very slow at times. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Jana to anyone looking for a budget place to stay in Prague.
1.28km from Tesco StoresReally torn between giving this a 3 or a 4 but have gone higher due to the extremely low price we managed to get this place for which represented great value for money. The positives: aesthetically, this is a really nice hotel - things look top notch. Our room was very large, if a bit too sparsely furnished for it's size. Children are well catered for with a small play area, and there is a games room with pool, chess etc. The hotel is not central but is extremely well connected by metro, tram and bus which are all very frequent. There is a supermarket over the road. Given how busy things are, there is no issue worrying about your kids making noise etc, which brings me on to the.... Negatives: this is a very large hotel which sometimes resulted in chaos, breakfast buffet was a bit of a free for all and there was often a long wait for lifts, of which there are not enough. Due to the sheer volume of people we found the customer service to be pretty poor as the staff couldn't possibly give any level of personal service due to requests flying in all over the place. Nothing was done 'wrong' per se but it is just how it is In summary - great hotel for family trip if you can get it at a solid price. If I were looking for a romantic break I'd look elsewhere. For work trips, there is an exec lounge which I cant comment on as did not use. Disappointing to have to pay extra for spa access - which we did not use - but I guess that is to stop that being over-populated.
1.41km from Tesco StoresMy wife and I were recently in Prague and we stayed at the Courtyard Prague City for 7 nights. Out of all the possibilites we looked into, we chose this Courtyard because I've always been a fan of Courtyard by Marriott hotels; they still give you the great service you'd expect from any Marriott, but at a great value. The hotel is literally 1 block walking distance from the nearest Metro (subway) station and Tram stop (the "Flora" stop). I'll try to keep this short and to the point: The location: was great for us because we didn't want to be in the heart of the main areas we wanted to visit, yet only 3 subway stops away (9 mins). The room: was great, big enough, was very clean, had a great view, had a loveseat, espresso maker (with coffee pods, cream, sugar, fake sugar, teas), mini fridge and big smart tv. The king size bed: was super comfy, supportive and clearly not old. The bathroom: was cleaned spotless, was spacious, had all the toiletries you needed. The amenities: we loved eating at the Farmers Market and subsequently, loved the gym that we didn't want to go to, but still did. The gym: was cleaned and disinfected IMMACULOUSLY. BEST PART: the Staff - the whole staff was very pleasant, very friendly, very eager to help, very accommodating. - out of all the staff, super mad props goes to PALOMA at the reception. She ROCKED on so many levels. She will ensure that you have a great stay at the Courtyard Prague City!
1.51km from Tesco Stores- perfect location ( about 20-25 min walk to old town or you can take the subway or tram just next to the hotel ) - very comfortable large room ( extremely clean ) as well as the bathroom - very nice breakfast - staff welcoming and friendly - excellent value
1.61km from Tesco StoresI'm not going to lie a big reason I stayed here was because of the amazing name but it's much more than a name this is feels like a hotel but with the prices of a hostel. I stayed here for a week in a 8 bed dorm for an amazing price. The beds were comfy with sockets and a light beside each one, the room was clean and comfy and the bathroom/showers area was top notch. It is over 7 floors with all types of rooms. There is an attached cafe and bar as well. There is also a small kitchen but I do emphasise the word small, I wouldn't bank on making any big meals. 1 thing to note is the WiFi. It is very quick but in the room (and also kitchen weirdly) however in the reception comfy seating area it's really terrible and barely works. I find it so baffling why they don't just add an extra router for reception only. Aside from that a great place to stay as for once comfort really doesn't have to come for a price.

1.73km from Tesco StoresNever again!!! In the room was terribly cold, heating switched off. After switching it on it almost didnot heat as the air was in the radiator. I have asked receptionist to change the room or take the air out from heating - all rejected!!! Absolutely no competent!!! Even the second day they didnot want to resolve it. I had to sleep in my clothes which I had to use at work to keep less cold! I am taking accommodation in Prague for one year almost every week and didnot have such bad experience even in the cheap hostels!!! 4stars is nonsense!
1.73km from Tesco StoresThis hotel is not far from city center, located near cosy square Náměstí bratří Synků where you can get whatever you want. Unfortunately, the first impression of the reception hasn’t been that pleasant. I couldn’t find a receptionist and the communication overall was little bit odd. Despite the first experience, the room itself was surpassingly modern and well furnished. Colored to white and light colors gave the visitor calming feelings. I do recommend to visit this hotel, the price/services really worth it.
Hotels Near Tesco Stores In Prague Review
Unexpected surprise, recommended to friends traveling by train. The hotel is about 600 meters from Prague Railway Station and is very easy to find. The stylish and stylish facilities are very good and the service is great. The welcome drink will be given when checking in, and then the waiter will take the room and introduce the hotel layout. After the check-in, there is a small biscuit chocolate, and the room has a free bottle of pure water and a water boiler. The bed is slightly hard but the individual feels ok and the sound is good. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is also fine, but it tastes good, especially coffee. The best is the complete range of toiletries, including disposable slippers and dental appliances that are almost non-existent in European hotels. The bathroom products are NATURA BISSE, which is very good.

Don't think about it if it's not much different from the nearby Novotel price. No boiling water, unique to Novotel. The room is small and Novotel is large, but there are few Chinese here and it is more comfortable. Breakfast is western style, look at yourself. The towels are very old, don't use them, but the beds are acceptable. Was my quilt cleaned at the time and asked to change it? Nearby transportation is not convenient, and subways and buses are only available within ten minutes. It takes about 20 minutes to go to the train station, but the farthest point to the attractions is 40 minutes away, and the main attractions are less than 30 minutes. There is paid parking. There is a Vietnamese restaurant across the road. I will definitely not choose this next time.
We have been there 4 nights on a family trip. The location was great just 20 meters from the tram station and you can go anywhere by tram. the staff were polite and helpful, we asked about how we can get to the hotel from the airport and they help us. Also, they helped about sightseeing in Prague. Furthermore, you can buy a public transportation ticket from the reception. The service was good, the hotel environment was very clean and breakfast was rich. I have a good memory from this hotel and I like to repeat this hotel again. I think it was the best between 3star hotels in the Prague. The only problem was that some renewal is required for the rooms.
My first visit to Prague. When we arrived we were a little sceptical the hotel would live up to the photos, but from the moment we entered we were blown away - so grand! Every room I glimpsed was gorgeous (am nosy). My room was warm and very clean, the older furniture reflected the style of the city and was very grand. Tea and coffee in room and a lovely big comfy bed. The bathroom was modern, fab shower and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The reception staff were great, always a manned desk and always friendly and helpful (my friends asked to change room because of some night-time noise (I didn't hear it) and they were given a new one immediately - the staff moved their things for them. The breakfast was good, loads of choice and all freshly prepared. Thank you Charles Hotel staff, especially Samir on reception who sorted my lighting out.
This is a large hotel with a shopping centre attached and the metro line is underneath. This came in really handy when going to the city centre to explore. The rooms are nice and modern and comfortable. There were major problems with reception, two tour buses came at the same time late in the evening and nothing was ready. The room cards still had to be done so there were over 80 people waiting in reception for 20 minutes waiting. Considering large groups are pre-booked and the tour director calls ahead for confirmation this should have all been done before anyone arrived. The good thing was that there are many lifts so people were able to get to their rooms without having to wait too long at the lift. The buffet breakfast is poorly planned, given the large size of the hotel. Everything is placed in strange sections and areas. Some things are doubled up. The pancakes are hidden in the far corner where no one can really see them.
