|3.03km from city centerLocated next to a small park uphill behind Parliament House and reasonably near Galleria Mall and Freedom Square. Reception and dining room staff were efficient and friendly. We had a very nice large bedroom with a high ceiling, large windows, good curtains and a balcony overlooking the park. It had a safe, chairs and free water bottles. The bathroom was small but had a good shower, good toiletries and good lights. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

|3km from city centerWe had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт ”Нежный”, мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.

And I am glad when you can find a hotel at a comfortable price and with it, enjoy cleanliness, novelty, aesthetics. Going past and accidentally entering this hotel. And no regrets. In addition to the perfect purity and novelty for a very acceptable price, I can note the silence in the rooms and behind the windows, as well as the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. Very helpful staff that will take on your questions and remarks. Nice modern rooms. Great complete breakfast served a buffet. Don’t hesitate when staying in Tbilisi. One small issue : taxi drivers in the city centre apparently don’t know about this hotel so always carry a hotel business card to show them. And to the hotel staff : please use a bigger font and black print on the card as in the dark inside of the cab, nobody could read the address. So we wasted a lot of time trying to explain where we wanted to be taken.

|2.29km from city centerThe hotel location is perfect for views of the city. Bear in mind that nothing is flat in Tbilisi and the walk back to the hotel is steep. But you can take a taxi. The walk down to Freedom Square takes about 15 minutes, so the location is convenient if you want to be in a quiet area of the city while still being able to walk to the city centre. The hotel staff is friendly, and Bella, in particular, is extremely helpful at reception and always smiling. Breakfast is pretty average and not very well organized. We had to wait a long time for the empty buffet dishes to be refilled. One of the staff ladies did apologize for this. They do however provide good breakfast packs if you need to leave early in the morning, before breakfast begins. The room was very clean, but some bedding should be thrown away. We had a hole in our duvet cover and a huge tear (about 15cm) in a pillow case, which should have been thrown away instead of being used.

From the very first day, some of the staff are strangely unwelcoming (even the people on the streets were friendlier!!) they treat you like you are a BURDEN to their day, and hesitate to help you with anything. They act like a smile and hi would cost them diamonds, so we got none. (unsure if they are islamophobes). We decided to get some breakfast early in the morning when the restaurant was empty, we ordered fries which was off the buffet. They did not tell us it would take time. We waited 30 minutes before getting up to complain, and even then they had a ”couldn't be bothered” attitude. Kept busying themselves with other guests who came after us. Later we had to shout to get the fries on the table. It finally came, with no apologies whatsoever. And was super salty. Seriously, I could whip up some fries in 10 minutes. The moment we finished it and left, the manager lady called to us and told us to pay for early check in, completely oblivious to the incident. This left such a bad taste, they only care for money. We spoke to her to which she interrupted and said she could explain why it happened (yes, 30 min is too much still for a simple salted fries, lady) Had to force her to apologize!!! Was not compensated in any way...it was truly the most pathetic behavior ever. We wonder how they even got their jobs. The guy staff was the only one in the hotel who seemed hospitable and courteous. The rest are just a bunch of nobodies with poor social skills. We avoided talking to them whenever possible. The ”no room service concept”,was also really a huge inconvenience for us. We had to request for everything from HK and they only work from 9-5 I believe. Other than the lack of room service concept (...which is honestly the worst concept ever), the hotel was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping would clean daily, and location is good, there are groceries nearby. However, we do not recommend this place if its your first time visiting the country as it will ruin your days and impression of the people here. Try something else!

|4.69km from city centerThis is a quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is a little uphill walk from the main town, but other than that, everything was perfect. This place has a ‘family run’ vibe which makes it feel nice and warm. I especially want to give a shout out to the lady who serves and makes the breakfast. Everyday she made different mouthwatering baked items (apart from the usual breakfast menu) and they were just amazing. Really sweet lady too.

|0.9km from city centerFirst travel is like i dont want to come back to this hotel anymore. We came to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary in Tbilisi. The bad things was, we stayed at the 2nd floor and it was really worst! Air-conditioned not working we dont feel comfy at all its too hot especially when you're going to sleep, outside view was like a view of our neighborhood house (you will not feel that you are staying at the hotel) and you will not feel safe at all because if you open the door to feel the cold and fresh air, it seems like someone will come up and I tried to open the window, it's surprise me because it's totally broken! In the Reception, they are not friendly. Not smiling. About the breakfast, its really common. Thanks to the waitress who give us smile early morning whenever we eat there! Points will be given for the housekeeper who make up our room during our stay. What we enjoy in Georgia is, the hotel is near from the groceries, restaurants, fast food, etc. And the most thing we love was spending our day at Gudauri ski Resort and some tourist spot in Georgia. Hope to come back again to this country but i dont think to this hotel again.

Design is very unique- metallic/ wood, spacious room with a breathtaking view of river. Amazing. Very polite and professional staff who helped us with our needs. I think this hotel has one of the best locations who wants to stay in Old Tbilisi, close to everything, just couple minutes walking and you are in the center of everything you needed as a tourist. Have nothing to complain about. Great Georgia with Great people. If i ever will be back to Tbilisi, this hotel will be my only choice.

Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.

ONLY GROUND FLOOR, (that's good news! since most hotels in the area don't have ELEVATORS) 2. A lot of OTHER HOTEL photos you see on TripAdvisor and BOOKING. com are SUPER SUPER FAR from reality when you arrive in the actual hotels. Old appliances, dirty areas, bad location etc. etc. 2.1. The location from Rustaveli Avenue is far 2.2. The Facilities are dirty and SUPER OLD 3. (VERY IMPORTANT) You wanna be in Rustaveli Avenue during your stay in Tbilisi 4. VERY AFFORDABLE, if you are on a budget this HOTEL is great 5. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Mr. George! Otiums will not provide you breakfast like other hotels, but it was not an issue for me, since I like to go out and explore the food.

The room is clean and comfortable but small. Breakfasts are robust .... various salads, snacks, cheeses, sauces, hot dishes, baking, fruit .... yes what other chic view from the restaurant windows. In general, we have positive impressions. And if you want to drive to a taxi, we recommend downloading YandexGo app (thank you for telling us staff to respiratory). A lot cheaper than just catch a taxi. All good rest!

|3.48km from city centerOur stay in the Courtyard by Marriott was lovely. The bar in the lobby is a wonderful place for a pre dinner cocktail or a quick coffee before heading out. The location is good though staying near the river was where we were happiest. There are many lovely restaurants near by but avoid the 1000 nights restaurants that boasts live music and dancing but never arrives. There are a few 24 hour thai massage places in the area that should also be avoided. Stick to the massage places that aren't 24 hours! The hot tub by the hotel pool wasn't working while we were there so if this is a drawing point, double check. The sulphur baths are somewhat near by and rather affordable.

It is located accross the music conservatory building and I met many musicians. Other positive thing about the location is that although it is near the best street of Tbilisi, there are many local stores and a bakery that are really cheap and lovely. The staff were really polite and helpful but not really happy! The kitchen is a modern one and a good place to make food and talk about gastronomy and culture with other guests from other countries 🙂 There is also a well designed bar with best drinks and it is not expensive.

Family room 50km, spacious, comfortable, all the facilities, I am a crippled customer and I stayed pleased. For breakfast we were invited to the dining room next to . It was a pier for the world - whatever noodles there were ) Breakfast was good. Nearby a huge shopping center. I will definitely come again. Apply to the owners: Some smart master fenced the trap in the family room so that it wouldn't clean up, Water doesn't go away. It's the only minus.

Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 which was a bit late for us but the quality and standard was very high. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and sauna are a nice bonus. It is a few steps away from grocery shop Spar, restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, money exchange shop and the Freedom Square. Walkable distance to a mall, Rike Park and Bridge of Peace. There was a night that it seemed we were listening to a concert as there is a resto that has a gig in their outdoor seating area. What I love most is the breakfast. It made me feel it is cooked for a family.

Two questions:
First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late.
Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.
