Hotel was great, right next to ballpark, awesome atmosphere. While staff was top notch. Will be staying going forward when we are in town to caught a game or 2. The food at the restaurant and price was the topic for a place of the caliber. The whole area offers something for everyone. If you are planning a trip t watch the cowboys, rangers, or Choctaw field this is the place to stay. FYI valet parking is $38 night for those who usually don’t valet but it is well worth it. Everything is right by the hotel so walking is perfect.

The hotel is in good distance to the AT& T Stadium. The staff needs to take more care in making sure the rooms are clean before the next guess enters. Also, look at towels before putting them in the rooms. There was hair on one of the towels that looked like some ones purvit hair that was down in the towel. One of the sheets was stain. Food was left in the refrigerator. I made sure to lysol the room for germs because I was not sure how sanitized it was. When we got in the room later that night it was to late to change rooms. We almost slept sitting up. The next day the front desk had some one to come change the sheets and clean the room.

Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right.

I stayed at the Aloft Arlington to go to a Dallas Cowboys game. The hotel recommends Best Majestic Transportation. Corey is the person that we negotiated with to take us to the stadium. His rate is $25 p/p, which I think is a little expensive. I was going to use UberXL for 4 of us. Uber would have been $11 to the stadium. The problem is what would the return trip cost. We negotiated a price less than $25 p/p. Corey is a nice guy, very personable. What he is not, is professional. He transported several people to the game, so I’m trying to figure out how he’s getting everybody back to the hotel. Turns out he has a 20 passenger bus. Didn’t tell us that. He took us to the game in his SUV. After the game when we got to the pickup spot, we expected to meet Corey, not a bus. Ok, no big deal-get us back to the hotel. Now there’s this COVID thing going on and places are at limited capacity. The sign on the bus stated “no more than 10 people.” There was 17 and he tried to put more on, but it was a family of more than 3 who didn’t want to be split up. I checked the price for Uber for the return and it was $26. The cost of the Uber would have been less than what we paid Corey. I also noticed parking in the area of the stadium for $30. Lessons learned. Go with your first thought and don’t over think a situation. The rating of 4 is for the hotel. I’d give Best Majestic Transportation a 2. For the price we paid, the service was truly lacking. The hotel overall is OK. I’m not a fan of the ultra modern design. The location is great and the staff is friendly.

Very disappointed in this hotel. It was dirty, hallways, elevator and rooms included. Breakfast was below par, in fact not worth stopping for. The only thing going for it was the location to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor which is across the street and trolley to the amusement park which is free. Paying North of $170 is simply not worth it. There are several other hotels in the area with ridiculously high prices that are cleaner and offer better amenities. I knew I was in for a treat when I saw the toilet seat they installed which was smaller than the toilet; skipping on a $20 part …..what a world class impression friend!!!

Typical motel. Very friendly people there. The motel is already a little older and slightly drew off but still fully ok. The walls are quite thin. When I wear there had the leisure park closed and there were few other guests there. There are certainly better accommodation there, but for the $70 I paid it was a luxury hostel for me.

We had four families staying here for Spring Break. We chose this place because it was close to Six Flaggs, had a basketball court and indoor pool for the kids to play in. Court was great the first night, but second night was overloaded with a church group from the adjacent hotel, that they share the court with. No problem, so the kids can go in the pool, nope, it was freezing and indoor! Apparently the heater for the hot tub was broken, I assume it heats the pool too. On Wednesday we were told it would be fixed and still wasn’t on Saturday when we left. But at least we had the basketball court. First night our large group was able to hang out in the courtyard. Again fire pitt wasn’t working. And never got fixed while we were there. Last night was colder but there was enough room for us to spread out in the lobby. Snack for purchase area was good, they probably should have planned on stocking up since it was spring break for most of Texas. But kids could still find a few things. Breakfast, eggs every day, they were good. A different protein every day. Typical waffle maker, muffins, cereals, milk. No potatoes, and no fresh fruit. Fruit cups don’t count. That was a surprise. I’ve always seen bananas and apples at free breakfast buffets. Staff was nice. The guy there the first day, Joshua?, he was extremely nice, helpful, courteous, great guy. Two bedroom suite was great. Not new, not too old. Clean. Kitchen was stocked with a few things you may need. But bring large trash bags and dish soap for washing dishes if needed. Fridge has an ice maker. Beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were all different types so you can hopefully find one you like. Location was great for restaurants and felt fairly safe. We would stay there again. Just hope the pool items were fixed.

I booked my room at this hotel because it's close to my job and winter weather was coming in. I don't have the luxury of ”ice days” off. I didn't want to get up extra early to drive all the way to work from my house. Interestingly enough, I did the same thing at another hotel chain nearby last year, and while I was on my way to the hotel, they called me to simply say my reservation was being cancelled. No reason given but I suspect they rented my room out from under me for a higher price. So I was somewhat worried this might happen here based on that experience. No such thing! I arrived at check-in and there were no problems. I booked a junior suite so I could relax and get a good night's sleep before getting up early for work. The guy that checked me in was polite and seemed apologetic that the only junior suite currently available was on the first floor. I told him that was perfect. Worked out better for me so I could quickly get out the side door and to my car since I knew I was going to have go in and out while warming it up and scraping off the ice. He also told me about the breakfast that's available at 6am, but I told him I would be out by 5. So I did not use any of the amenities. But the room was perfect. I walked in and it was clean and orderly. It was also nice and warm......very relaxing. I was able to settle in and relax while watching a little TV and then went to bed early so I could get a good night's sleep. I had no problems sleeping. The bed was comfortable and I didn't have any issues with noise from other guests. I wasn't here long since I left so early the next morning. But this was a life saver for me and made the workday much better. The price for the room was very reasonable in my opinion and the next time we get bad weather I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Room was very clean, including fresh bed linens. Bathroom and shower was spotless. The AC works great! Had to turn it down 4 degrees and still cool and comfortable. Our receptionist was extremely nice and made check-in very easy, even though we got in couple hours earlier than check-in time (3PM), so we went out for lunch and the room was prepared when we returned. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return. Only reason not a 5.0 for value is the price I paid was much higher than online price posted for following weekend.

This has to be one, if not the worst run hotel in the metroplex! I for one will never stay at an IHG hotel again. Maria their maid assaulted me, cussed me out in a foreign language, last time I checked this is America, we speak English. Told me to f*** off, I told her to get an attorney on stand by if she even comprehended what I said, I don’t know. No towels or soap in room had to go get my own, no hot water in the shower, tv doesn’t work, fridge wasn’t plugged in, the list goes on & on. The back door with the handicapped ramp looks like it has never seen any kind of cleaning attention it’s entire lifetime. Bird s*** everywhere, nasty to even touch the door I was afraid I would catch the Rona. No coffee in the lobby last time I checked full breakfast should include coffee! 0 stars

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. Complimentary breakfast was available every day. However, I had some complaints about a side door being propped open with a wash towel compromising the security of all guests. I observed this breach of security twice. Furthermore, if you used the side door to exit, you couldn’t get back into the hotel because electronic key didn’t work. Management knew the lock needed a new battery, but they neglected to put in a new one for the three days I was there. That’s probably why someone was propping open the door and leaving the door unsecured. A second issue was a power failure that lasted about 14 hours. I agree that that problem was not their fault, but they wanted us to sleep in a cold room as the temperature outside was 38 degrees in the morning. We decided to leave hotel for the night. Through my own efforts, I was able to book another hotel. We were not the only guests who decided to leave the hotel. I feel as if the staff at least could have informed the guests of other hotels that would meet our needs . They expected us to stay in a cold and dark room. I was shocked that no manager seemed to be available to give any information about a power failure that lasted from the afternoon into 4 am in the morning.

We got sent here by american airlines when our flight was cancelled. It was 30 minutes from the airport. Waited 30 minutes to check in at 12:30 am because their computers were down. 30 or 40 similar ”bumped” people waiting behind me. The room smelled strongly of mildew and attempts to cover it up. The tile floor was dirty and had an odd broken bolt on it. The HVAC unit was loud and missing it's housing exposing the filth underneath. The bed looked clean but I found a deodorant top under the sheet. There was no blanket on the bed, just a vinyl (gross) bedspread. We were too tired to fight at this point, so we just collapsed on the bed. We left as soon as we woke up. Horrible experience. 2nd worst in my 61 years of travel.

Great location to Six-Flags over Texas, the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers ball fields. I had a corner room on the 3rd floor. A marvelous location in a guest friendly Hotel. The atrium is breathtaking. Road construction can be a hassle if you let it. I navigated it with little to no problems during my 2 week stay. Staff met my every need. I had breakfast one time in the restaurant, the server was awesome the food was mediocre. They do have a breakfast buffet on the weekends which is idea on home game weekends. If you stay during a cowboys home game, you will notice. I had to ask security to quiet the room next-door at 1:30 AM, they did and the noise went away within 20 minutes, thank you. House keepers work their tales off. My room was always serviced with towels & washcloths with my trash emptied and bed made. My key card was disabled frequently because I am to silly to keep it away from my cell phone, but, they always rekeyed it with a smile. The parking is plentiful and the area is safe. A special shout out to Justin Crowell the manager, and his three associates, Latanya, Guilena & Angela. You four were & still are, wonderful. Kind regards, Ref III

The Candlewood Suites in Arlington is a wonderful extended stay facility. I stayed for a week while in the area for work and found it to be clean, well appointed, and the staff was amazing. The room was roomy and had a very large desk and counter area that was great to plug in my laptop and get working on my travel blog. The kitchen was perfect for saving money on food as I was able to buy groceries and stay on my diet the whole week. Another great bonus was the proximity to the ball parks, six flags, and other sites in the area. While the hotel is close, the noise is minimal, I never lost a nights sleep despite Six Flags being within walking distance.

It's a run down hotel definitely don't recommend. The rooms are not clean and many things are broken in them. When I got to the room I checked my bed sheets and they had pee stains on them. The toilet cover didn't match the toilet and the table stand where the lamp and alarm clock are was broken, like a big chunk was missing. The restroom vent was hanging out and you could see the wires and the ac didn't really blow and had cigarettes and ashes in them. I had a 3 night stay and only stayed one night and checked out early. Don't make my mistake and not read the reviews. This was my first family trip and definitely learned to look at reviews when booking hotels. Only good thing about this place is the location just cause it's by six flags that's it.

We were traveling across country and Dallas was out midway point. We booked that night through the hotel tonight app which we have previously used and were happy with. I had stayed at another Red Roof Inn and it had 60% approval on the hotel tonight app so we went ahead and booked. It was 130am when we arrived so we were quite tired after 11hours of driving. The clerk was alright at checkin. We noticed that the paint on the outside door was chipped but figured oh well. After we were undressed, we noticed a couple of small bugs that my husband said looked like small roaches that he killed. We thought they snuck in while we were entering. After showering , we noticed the floor was sticking to our flip flops but we're just too tired to call and change rooms. We just checked the beds over carefully and passed out asleep. The next morning at checkout I mentioned the bugsand floor and the clerk stated, oh we will have to get the bug people in..🙄 While she processed our checkout I wanted to grab some of the free coffee offered in yhe lobby. They had cups and tops that didn't match /fit each other. When I asked the clerk , she said..oh would you like different ones! I shouldn't have bothered since when I brought it to my husband, he said it tasted like what he imagined old dishwater would taste like and promptly threw it away. I reported this property to both hotel tonight, who were unable to get any compensation from the hotel itself. Just awful.

It was very easy to check in.. The rooms were clean they could've given more soap though, and Wifi was pretty slow, other than that everything was good for a short stay
