Nice hotel: I used to plug the TV fork electricity. I got a drag board on the platform yesterday. 2) I washed my shirt for fear of dripping water hanging in the toilet, back to hang it on the window frame with the curtain drawn, was dried. Not many hotels can do it. Hardware enough, very hearty. Big C is right across from the big supermarket nearby. There is also food court inside. There are also restaurants nearby. thank you!

Clean and cozy hotel with strategic location. We travelled from DMK airport (Bangkok) to URT airport (Surat Thani), and stayed overnight at the hotel before departing from Donsak Pier (Surat Thani) to Nathon Pier (Koh Samui). The hotel is really located in the middle of our travel route, and thus together with clean room and standard amenities we called it PERFECT!

Come relax here. You'll get a bit of a headache when checking in. After that, you don't have to think too much. Eat and travel with peace of mind. Seafood is good. It's just that the taste of most food tends to be sweet. You have to choose the menu carefully.

Hotel is outside, near the bootspier, to the airport 24km, yet even closer than many other hotels. Not much near, but a few restaurants, laundry and a Family Mart are well to walk. The app Grab is a convenient taxi to call. Breakfast costs 150 baths per person per day. Have tested it, selection is low of many only one variety, nothing special, yet everything available hot foods, melons, mirrors, salad, sauce, S*****en, toast, marmelade, juice, corn flakes etc. For the price but good, breakfast buffet, Outdoor food is much more expensive. In general, rather gracious but okay. Think the hotel is more suitable for short stays. The room is beautiful, modernly furnished, comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV, sofa, balcony. Unfortunately no save. Unfortunately something seems friendly. Price is cheap, price performance overall good But!!! The pool area is terrible. The bed area is cut off. No pool towels. The water is cut. CANCER! The water is trough and green. Here is not sc. , unless you want his guests to become sick. Why pay for a pool I can't use. Glory

On way back from Koh Samui, my family and I stayed 1N in Surat Thani to catch early morning flight for Bangkok. We chose this hotel beacusr of its close proximity to Surat Thani Airport bus station. Rooms were spacious and clean with concrete flooring and no tiles. There was no elevator in the hotel. Instead of taking bus to airport (cost 100B/pax), we ended up hiring a people carrier. Whilst searching for airport bus terminal, we randomly spoke to a pickup driver on the street and after little bargain agreed the trip price to 400B for all 6 persons. Driver showed up the next morning right on time for the pickup. Night Market, Halal food street and Public Park were worth visiting for delicious food and sunset views.

The place itself clean and well run. Nothing special but everything you need plus gratis simple breakfast - ideal stay for a night. It would have been 4 or 5 stars if I had no experienced one of the worst approach from the staff in SEAsia - 0 stars. A simple card payment turned into several wrong withdrawal, lack of receipt, overcharging and 1,5 hours discussion without solution - and the staff member who made the repeated mistake did show such an unprofessional attitude and lack of basic math and card payment procedure that I was seriously surprised. Several phone call with the boss, a few emails and 10 days later the overcharging was refunded. So stay here if you wish but pay by cash the exact amount and save yourself the trouble.

A big teddy bear was placed at the door when we checked in. The child loved it and had to hug him. It should be his favorite doll for two and a half years old. Buy one right after returning home. The restaurant is good. I ate dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and the price was very affordable. People who saw the Thai military stayed here that night, and ate at the restaurant at night. However, the service at the hotel is average. There is no smile at the front desk, no standing service. It has always been stuck on the seat, and it is the same for Westerners. It may be local culture. I was going to go to the nearby central plaza. When I went out to see the traffic situation, it was fine. The speed was too fast and there were almost no sidewalks.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel assez simple, qui passe pour une nuit ou deux. Peu confortable. Et le gros problème a été la pression d'eau vraiment ridicule à tel point qu'il est difficile de se rincer. Le café (soluble) et le thé (sans aucun parfum) sont offert le matin près de la réception. Il est situé en ville, donc proche des restaurants. Tarif raisonnable... heureusement.

We had to spend just one night before taking the ferry at good time the next morning and we chose this hotel . Super !!! Not disappointed !!! The hotel is very well placed ! The hotel is very clean and very clean. In the room, the bed is especially big, you can even sleep at 4 so the bed is large, everything is functional, a large office full of electrical takes, a beautiful shower, even the shampoo and the shower freezing feel good, everything is perfect. The only small blame: a big hiding cord that separates the room from the shower room, and toilets...a little disturbing for the toilets... and the white plastic shower cord that denotes with the super decor of the room... but sincerely for the The staff is really adorable. If I go back to Suratthani, I will go back without hesitate to this hotel !!! It's an exceptional price quality ratio!! 👍🏼 Bravo for deco !!! Bravo for everything !!! 👍🏼

We were planning to spend 3 nights here but we cancelled after 1 night. The place is in the middle of nowhere ... it could be a little paradise if it was maintained properly ! Everything is left like this... dirty, old , not fixed... the restaurant is average and closes early (9.00 pm)... The swimming pool is a joke and the pictures on the page do not reflect at all the reality !!!! It is dirty, blurry, the 3 loungers are broken and seem to have had a better life 15 years ago ! Finally the breakfast is a shame ! We had to choose between eggs eggs and eggs on the night before, including the time slot ! It was not good at all, and sherry on the cake... the staff who brought our food was dressed in dirty and destroyed clothes as coming from building works activity !!!! I have to highlight that the management accepted our cancellation and did not charge us for the 2 nights we cancelled.

The room was clean, the view was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was very good, but nothing special. Quiet and beautiful swimming pool during the day (there are many Thais after 4 pm); opposite the Yichu Lotus (5 minutes walk), very close to the city center shopping mall, and there are shuttle buses! When going out, don't take the blue tucktuck taxi in front of the hotel (they are special pits), if you want to go to the city center during the day. Just wait at the bus stop in front of the hotel... Tickets are about 10 to 20 baht, depending on the number of stops.

We stayed here a couple of nights. Check-in was quick and easy, the room clean, and the bed comfortable. We had the included breakfast the first morning and it was fine, the lady working in there kept everything in order and was cleaning up as needed. There is one thing however, it's not really a negative and it didn't effect my final score but there isn't much to see in the general area and it can be difficult finding transportation if you are out walking.

We just stayed here a night to move from the airport to Khao Sok National Park. It worked out fine. Clean and friendly staff. The location wasn’t great. Limited food options near by and most things are across the street which is a busy road and no cross walk near by.

Near government offices, Central Hospital, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are very large, can sleep 3 people comfortably. Nice place, very comfortable, far from the city and in a very big intense road, so for tourists you're completely dependant on taxi (even the 7 eleven is not far but you have to do a traffic loud road to get there). Although there's always Grab to let the stuff you need come to you. A lot of tiny tiny ants looking for our food in the room, but not a big deal. The photos are made days after the check-in so a bit messy
