The thing I love about a premier inn is when booking you do not have to worry about standards of cleanliness. Our room was exactly as expected clean, fresh, comfy with fluffy bathroom towels and tea making facilities. Excellent value for money, friendly staff and fab city centre location. Covid precautions in place. We look forward to coming back :)

Lovely Stay! After the national lockdown was announced staff were very helpful in rescheduling for 2 days before we were originally meant to come. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely member of staff and a even lovelier dog who was very well behaved. The room was great too. Very big, spacious and clean. The bath and shower was huge, the bed was very comfy and the entertainment system is was great too. We didn’t want to leave! The actual inn was located super close to everything as well (a 2 minute walk to the Roman Baths and 1 minute from the main town centre) Well done The Black Fox 🦊 Can’t wait to return!

Remind Chinese compatriots! Be sure to think carefully when booking this hotel! Especially for families with children! The British are really too rigid to do things! Everything comes according to the rules and regulations. Our two large and small twin rooms have a big bed, only 1.2 meters for a bed. Considering that the extra bed is too expensive, I saw a young lady from the front desk. Deliberately called them to transfer to him to ask for a free baby cot. The result was told that we were not allowed to bring children in our room. Need to upgrade the room type plus one hundred pounds! ! Going to the manager and calling Ctrip to negotiate the answer is still the same. We ask for a refund of the money but don't give it back! I was so cold that I could go back to the room and add clothes. I found that the room card was canceled. Live is frozen to trembling directly to catch a cold! ! Later, Ctrip had a difference. When I asked to move the baggage of the original room to the new room, it took a full half hour to remind me to pick it up for a few times. I really don’t know what the praise is. The British are really cold and indifferent. The price of three or four thousand services can't keep up with this price! ! The hotel is a five-star standard. There is floor heating in the bathroom! Mini bar is free! When I bought it, I went to the hot spring hotel. I didn’t have the strength to go to the bubble and didn’t enjoy the service! Everyone is careful to book!

The hotel is old, exquisite and comfortable. Although it is not as big as the domestic five-star, the room is quite big in Europe. The decoration is also good and very charming. There are many attractions around, it is very convenient to walk, and it is very close to the railway station. We have two high floors and a good view, which is very good. The service was particularly intimate. I was cold in London. I felt a lot of coughing in the hotel for a few days. The hotel learned that I would provide lemon slices and honey to me every day, so that I could ease a lot at night and the service was very intimate. The restaurant is not bad, the breakfast can't be said to be full, but it is enough to eat enough.

This is an apartment in a great location, next to Bath Pedestrian Street, and the Bath Bath is close by. But do n’t live here if you do n’t have enough English or you are in a hurry. Because the hotel's reception is at another hotel. When I arrived, I called the phone above the door, and the phone gave me a password to open the door. The apartment door was unlocked and the key was on the table. The door of the apartment was indeed locked. They asked me to wait. After waiting for 20 minutes, it was raining outside, and I was in a bad mood with the children. So English is not good, or do n’t book here if you only live one or two days. But the room facilities and equipment are still very complete. It is the second floor where we live, the ground is not flat, the ground of the whole building is very inclined to the side, so the feeling of living is still a bit uncomfortable

My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy the final sunny weekend of the year in Bath as a last minute trip, and ended up booking a different hotel, and were sourly disappointed when we arrived there. This ended up being a total blessing in disguise, otherwise we'd not have found Eight (our new favourite hotel!). I decided to call Eight and ask whether, by any chance, there was any availability at all for that night. I'd seen it before and thought it looked lovely, but unfortunately there was no rooms available for our night, but as if by magic, there was 1 room available following a late cancellation - the 'snug' room on the top floor. I must say that from the moment I made the phone call to Eight that evening, they were fantastic and I truly could not flaw the staff or the hotel in any way. Adrian met us at the front door straight away, just off of the street in a fantastic location, and took us straight up to view our potential room. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, minimalist (so important in the current climate) and wonderfully maintained for such an old building. Not to mention, spotlessly clean. Our room was cosy, homely and just felt as though we'd stepped out of busy bath and into a total haven of calm and peacefulness. I instantly got that excited buzzy feeling that I love so much when you find a special restaurant or hotel! Of course, we took the room. Despite being so late checking in, Adrian stayed past his hours to get us settled in, bought us a couple of drinks up, and even put our picnic in their personal fridge to keep it for us for the next day (there's no fridge in that particular room due to space). He took us up the breakfast menus and popped out to M&S before it closed to get what we required for our stay. He also said that the breakfast slot available was 8:30am (a little early for us) and then offered us out of hours 10:15am, again, way beyond the necessary, in order to make our trip a little better and more relaxing. He also moved our check out back to 12 so we weren't rushed following breakfast. We felt so at ease with Adrian and there was absolutely nothing that was too much to ask. We had a wonderful and cosy nights sleep, the beds were delightfully comfortable and I found the church chimes across the way a lovely way to wake up on a Sunday! We headed down for breakfast, to be welcomed by a beautiful granola and fruit starter, all of the preserves and condiments you could wish for, toast, coffee and juices, and a freshly and beautifully cooked breakfast. This is when we met the owner, Nathalie, who is so welcoming and friendly it was just like seeing an old friend again. We asked for a couple of extra slices of toast, and it was no trouble at all. We asked for some water, and again, it was there within seconds and with a smile. There was 1 other couple in the breakfast room, and well spaced apart, which felt very secure and well monitored during the current pandemic. Aside from this, Nathalie and her team

The hotel location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is on the edge of a bridge, under the bridge is a large street garden. The Roman Baths and Bath Cathedral are very close and within walking distance. But the hotel is a long time ago, there is no elevator, you need to walk upstairs by yourself, it should not be difficult if you do not mention the large suitcase. The triple room we ordered was three beds, estimated to be 80-90 cm wide. It was relatively small. The room was rudimentary, but it was clean and the bathroom was large. It was basically about the size of a triple room with a bathtub. Spencer always thought of taking a bath, and the hotel thoughtfully thought about it. Breakfast was good too.

What an absolutely superb hotel, beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. The rooms are 5 * the breakfast was 5* and when we returned from completing the Bath Half Marathon to collect our cars we were allowed to use a room for a shower, which after getting very wet was most appreciated. This service is what makes the difference, resulting in this review and most definitely a return to the hotel. Thank you so much from GJ, BK and PS.

We stayed here for one night so we could visit the Christmas market. We couldn't check in till 4pm so we parked up at the park and ride, and went after we had finished our Christmas shopping. The farmhouse is a beautiful building and has parking available. The Male owner seemed very friendly on our arrival and gave us details of a pub down the road that we could go to for dinner. We had booked a Superior King room, mainly for its bath which looked amazing! The whole room was beautiful. Elegantly furnished and had everything we needed. Very clean, very welcoming. After our meal we returned so we could rest before our return five hour journey in the morning. Unfortunately, after running 3 or 4 inches of bath water I realised it was stone cold which was disappointing after a 4am start and a long day. I decided to have a shower, reasoning it came off a different pump, which luckily it did so it was warm. However, having only turned it up to the minimal pressure allowed (following the note on the shower door) it still filled the tray up so I had to turn it off and wait for it to drain before I could continue. I had to do this twice as I had stupidly started washing my hair before realising this would happen. It was a beautiful bathroom, but the shower really isnt fit for purpose unless you enjoy a quick, lukewarm shower with the pressure of someone trying to blow out a candle! Its such a shame because it ruined the whole booking for me. When you're away from home you want better facilities than you have at home, or at least a decent standard. We decided to have an early night but there was lots of noise coming up from downstairs. It's difficult because obviously people were coming and going but I was surprised at how noisy it was. We put the tv on to try and drown it out a bit but the control was broken so we couldnt do that. At 23.30 after the doorbell rung and people were singing Christmas songs I poked my head out the door and asked if they could keep the noise down. Two young women apologised and we never heard another thing. I know I may come across as miserable and not in the festive spirit, but we were knackered, our room was disappointing and the least we wanted was a decent nights sleep! Breakfast the next morning was nice. It was continental style which I enjoyed but my husband isn't really a fan of. The female owner served breakfast, but did not ask how we had slept, or how we had found our room which I found very odd. And we had unfortunately received a phone call that our son was sick so we had to rush off. In hindsight, I wish I'd spoken up. If we'd stayed in a Travelodge, you expect noise and not the best amenities. But not in somewhere that is advertised as being luxurious.

We stayed just 1 night in order to experience the Christmas market. Bath was very busy but the guest house is a peaceful retreat. It is an easy quick walk to all the attractions and the owner gives you a parking permit for local on street parking. We managed to find a space a few steps away. Our room 7 was right at the top- rather a steep climb but we had been warned. It was small but had everything you would wish for. Working wifi, very comfy warm bed,tea and coffee facility, hot water, good pressure shower and very quiet. We were given a front door key for evening access. You order breakfast the night before and it is made freshly. Good choice with some help yourself cereals, yogurt, then a cooked option. I would happily stay here again for its comfort, affordability and location. I am only very sad that I lost my necklace in the guesthouse. It wasn't financially valuable but I wore it every day for 50 years as it had huge personal value to me. Perhaps it will turn up.

Advantages: Leaving the lively city center, just living on the first floor, the beautiful garden outside the window, has a really relaxing time. The room is large and the facilities are old but complete with a vintage feel. The breakfast bagel is a big highlight, and the standard breakfast is comparable to other UK hotels, which is amazingly delicious. The service staff is also very warm and friendly, but also very humorous, all kinds of jokes with me. Disadvantages: My so-called big bed is made up of two single beds, one can't sleep in the middle.

A family of three can be booked in a twin room, three single beds, a spacious room, and a quilt in the closet to prevent cold at night. We have just got back from a 3 night last minute break in Bath. We booked this hotel fairly last minute based upon the reviews (the price was also not bad at all). We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived the concierge staff Ian in particular couldn’t be more helpful with finding a parking space, getting checked in and up to our room. The room was beautiful with little touches like fresh milk in the fridge and a Nespresso machine really make for a for a comfortable stay. The communal areas and the bar and the Elder restaurant are all amazing too. The breakfast was delicious. The staff really make this hotel, always service with a smile (you can tell behind the masks), can’t do enough to help you and so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, we’ll definitely be coming back. I’m so glad we found it! Thank you everyone at the Indigo hotel for a great mini break.

It is already the best in the hotel in the itinerary, maybe in Bath, the price is moderate, the room is a bit larger than the London, but it still can’t compare with the domestic ones. Note that there is no microwave, it is not convenient to go to the supermarket to buy cooked food It is very close to the surrounding attractions, basically you can walk around, there is a big supermarket within a 10-minute walk, but it closes at 10 in the evening, and the transportation is convenient. After spending quite a few days touring around the South Coast, we headed back up the Country on our Homeward bound journey and decided to take a break in the City of Bath. Looking Online at various places to take an overnight stay in the City, It was then I took particular notice to The Windsor Townhouse and booked a One Night Stay. From the moment we arrived and rang the Doorbell ,we were given a very warm welcome by the Host. We were given a Complimentary Upgrade on to a Lower Level, due to my other half ,s mobility. The Rooms are spotlessly clean and Spacious ,and the Hotel is very Compliant to all Covid Regulations. Katerina the Host, really made us welcome ,and even recommended both an Italian and French Restaurant to try within walking distance of the Hotel. We decided to try the Italian Restaurant and were not to be disappointed. She also told us about the Gorgeous Lemon Drizzle Cake which she had available as an Afternoon refreshment along with a Cup of Tea or Coffee .Sadly we missed out on this because of the length of time we spent looking around one of the well known attractions, again another Recommendation by the Host. Ideally located within walking distance of all Attractions, Restaurants ,and Bars this is a Great Choice. Another plus was the Constant supply of Hot running Water ,and the most Comfortable 4 Poster Bed we have ever had the chance to sleep in. If travelling by Car you are given an On Street Parking Permit for use nearby until your departure ( which is chargeable ) if not booking direct. The Breakfast was also amazing with Fruit and Cereals, Toast and Croissants, along with Tea or Coffee and a choice of Breakfast Options. I decided on the Kippers and Scrambled Eggs ( another recommendation by the Host ) and I was more than satisfied with the Choice, having never tried them for Breakfast before. What more can I say other than if you are looking for a Central, Comfortable Stay, with the most Friendly, Helpful Host possible, with a Good Nights Sleep and Breakfast guaranteed, look no further than staying at the Windsor, if at all in the City of Bath. Thanks to Katerina and all for a most Comfortable , Friendly Stay at your Lovely Hotel Townhouse, along with the helpful Recommendations. We will come back. Well Worth a Visit.

The hotel is huge! It is located on a small hillside in the outskirts of Bath. The scenery is pleasant. At night, you can overlook the night view of Bath and see the stars. Convenient transportation, the hotel is on the main road to the center of Bath, and the highway from the city is also very close. There is a lot of free parking for self-driving. There are a number of bus lines directly to the city centre of Bath next to the hotel. It is convenient to have buses from morning to night. The hotel is large, with many rooms, clean and comfortable, and soundproof. The rooms are modern and fully equipped, and the mattress pillows are comfortable. The hot and cold water pressure in the bathroom is very stable, and there are many tea and coffee options in the mini bar in the room. The closet has a sense of opening and closing the door, so I thought very carefully. The wireless network is stable and there are many choices for TV stations. Breakfast selection. The service staff was very kind and caring. I will choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

We stayed at Bathen House for an October half term getaway. My partner and I thought the hotel was just amazing. Our room (the Deluxe King) was more beautiful than we expected; it was modern, classy, the bathroom was just outstanding and the complimentary snacks / Netflix offer was fab! The hotel staff (big shout out to Francesca) were always so friendly and welcoming. We got engaged at the the hotel and the effort Francesca went into organising our room made it extra special, so a big big thank you. We have a wonderful memory to treasure. The hotel was around an 8-10 minute taxi ride into Bath City Centre (the taxi company the hotel give you have an app you can use so it made it really easy to pre-book and use cashless payments). We also used the bus once which stopped right outside the hotel (around £4 for a return trip to Bath City Centre). Tip; choose to have the breakfast - the Traditional Breakfast OR the Waffles with Nutella and Banana were to die for! We can’t wait to be back! X

The location of the hotel is very good, just inside the Crescent Building, we ordered room delivery on the day, the room service was good & # 128077; but there was no Chinese courtesy in the promotion: the kettle in the room was a phone call and the waiter delivered it In the past, the so-called Chinese logo was also limited to no smoking and no Chinese facilities list. We called our front desk without a Wi-Fi signal before changing our room, and our check-in experience on the day was not good. : Because it rained, we arrived a little earlier (hotel check-in was at 3 pm) and had been waiting in the lobby for nearly two hours before proper check-in was made. Check-in took place during the period when seven or eight foreign tourists arrived. During the check-in process for them, I was puzzled. I went to the front desk twice to ask. Their answers were different rooms for the guests and us. Their room types were taken care of, and our room was not good. It was a coincidence. That day, so many batches of tourists were so lucky that none of them stayed in our room type. We also encountered bad conditions when we arrived early when traveling abroad, but the hotel Let ’s wait a bit, and deal with it as soon as possible, so that guests can check in as soon as possible (except for the large resort hotel where there are many guests, the cleaners are too busy, and it may not be possible to check in early). According to my observation, this hotel Not so large, but it really made us wait for three points, not a minute ahead of time, unfortunately we do n’t agree with this hotel, and we ca n’t reach the service concept of a five-star hotel

This is an old hotel with a history of more than 100 years. It is just opposite the Bath train station and it is very easy to find. It doesn't matter if you arrive at the hotel early, the front desk has a good attitude and you can leave your luggage for travel. Book a family room with an extra bed and three breakfasts. The difference from other hotels is that you have a sense of dignity. There is a menu for everyone to order personal breakfast, steak, salmon, classic breakfast (ham), etc., so it is a bit slow, time consuming, and a little more Time for breakfast. The hotel should have no parking on the side of the road. The hotel is a bit old, the equipment and other things look old, such as showers, room door locks, not very easy to use, not an electronic card, it is not used to open the door with a key. There is a kettle in the room for boiling water. It is very convenient to go out and travel, 10 minutes walk is the classics such as the downtown cathedral!

In particular, wash your hands in the bathroom of the hotel, take off the Bulgari ring on your hand, and leave after an hour of washing your hands. Returning to the bathroom is still there, huh, what should I say? The landscape of this hotel, both inside and outside, is the ultimate and will continue next month. Come back to live for a week, really worth awesome, big love, a hotel that is more beautiful than you think.

Breakfast can choose a traditional English breakfast, very good, if you want to park, the owner has a permit to stop across the road, to add 5 pounds, check out in the morning to find the beauty in the kitchen. Google uses the zip code is not reliable, the postal code is behind the parking lot, 500 meters nearby, cross the road to go down, there is a big sainbury supermarket near the river, through the parking lot is the royal new moon, the location is good.

Free car park and check-in was easy. There are only about eight room above a really nice pub. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous - very modern and well-equipped. Tea and coffee-making facilities (cafetière and a selection of teas with plenty of milk) and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Bathroom was stunning and included a bath and power-shower. No noise from the pub or the street. Breakfast was excellent and included a range of options - full English, vegetarian, eggs on toast etc. I ordered the American pancakes but asked to swap the bacon for fruit and this was done with no issues at all. We left our car in the car park after check-out so that we could go into town. Liked the pub so much we had lunch there before heading home. Food was, again, excellent. Staff were very friendly. It is a bit of a walk up/down hill to get to the centre but I would 100% stay here again. I'd probably even check the Bear before using a hotel comparison site next time!

We booked the Brooks Guesthouse hotel for one night on our recent wedding anniversary, choosing the special offer with Four Poster Superior King room, afternoon tea, Prosecco, breakfast and late checkout. Unfortunately there were no superior king rooms available so we accepted a twin room made into a double which was completely fine for our one night stay. The guesthouse is about 10 minutes walk from the train station and really easy to find. The Royal Crescent is at the rear of the building just a couple of minutes walk up the hill. Check-in was a simple affair following current Covid-19 guidelines, our room was ready and left unlocked so we didn’t need to touch anything at reception whilst we registered. Our double/twin was quite small but the bathroom was quite big running the whole length of the room and contained a good quality glass shower cubicle. The boutique decor of the room is charming and the antique furniture pieces compliments the style of the building well. We booked our cream tea in the downstairs breakfast room for 14:30 and this was served promptly at that time, the food was nicely prepared and served with fresh tea/coffee. Once we finished this we wondered back to our room to drink our Prosecco via the well stocked honesty bar. The Guest living Room is a cosy and comfortable place to relax, the fire was lit during our stay so nice and toasty. Next morning at 09:30 as requested after a brief tap on the door the amazing breakfast hamper was delivered and left outside. The hamper contained loads of goodies including bacon baguettes, finger rolls, cereals, fresh milk, orange & apple juice in reusable glass bottles. There was more than enough food for two and we didn’t finish everything. We really enjoyed our breakfast hamper it’s something a bit different and certainly something we’ve never experienced before. Had a lovely stay at the Brooks Guesthouse, brilliant value for money, good location, polite and very well organised staff. Highly recommended!

The address of the hotel lobby in Ctrip is wrong. We drove to the front door of the hotel and couldn't get in, but it was not far from the main entrance. We could drive to the main entrance of the hotel after a half circle along the street. The hotel is very large, very beautiful, with a high occupancy rate, where the locals are here to enjoy and enjoy the hot springs. The hot springs have an indoor, an outdoor, indoor heated pool and an outdoor hot pool. Self-driving parking is very convenient and the outdoor parking is £15 per day. The hotel room is large, the bed is small, and the standard room has two small beds of 90 cm wide. It is very easy to put together. The bathroom is also very large, there is a balcony to open, just when it comes to heavy snow, the hot springs in the snow in the snow are very comfortable, and then everyone is rolling in the snow. The breakfast was very generous and the restaurant was large and beautiful. Very pleasant stay, Bath has a different kind of surprise experience!

When booking the Kennard for my trip to Bath for the half marathon I didn't realise what a perfect location for the start finish it is. In fact, turns out the location is perfect for anywhere in Bath. Everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces near by on the street. I booked the snug room in the top floor, which you need to be fit to get too. Certainly a lot of stairs involved. The room is a good size for 1. It has all the amenities one could need, including delicious homemade shortbread and a well stocked selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The toiletries are from The White Company, which was a pleasant treat. Breakfast was brilliant, with a huge array of options. The porridge was delicious and plentiful on the 1st morning. 2and morning I had scrambled eggs and salmon which was cooked to perfection. I also treated myself to the buffet which had more than anyone would expect, IMO. Most importantly was the availability of peanut butter. The wifi service was strong, decor clean and appealing. Basically when I return to Bath I will return to the Kennard. Thanks to a fabulous team for making my stay so personable, interesting and enjoyable.

We regularly stay in Bath however; this is our first stay at the Queensbury. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in the large Room 4 which exceeded our expectations. The bed is so comfy and enormous too with beautiful crisp sheets. The room is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to spend time in, as I get cabin fever very quickly in some hotels. Then, there is the bathroom which is a whole new bathing experience. Again, modern, luxurious and meticulously clean. Dinner in the Olive Tree was outstanding supporting the Michelin Star it holds, with a great wine list. Lawrence runs an outstanding hotel is supported an amazing team, who have created a tight family team environment, offering a ‘can do’ approach to the customers. We will definitely be back to stay! Thank you

First of all, hotels are very difficult to find. Apple's own navigation is wrong. Secondly, the bathroom in the store is extremely small, and there is still water noise in the sewer at night. There is a problem that hot water cannot be supplied in the room No. 3, which was notified too late and cannot be resolved by itself. Finally, the parking lot is small. Although the parking lots in Bath are very small, this is the only hotel in the UK that has charged me 15 pounds a night. Seriously not recommended.
