A completely renovated and digitalized hotel. Fantastic furniture and great facilities. The breakfast was buffet and a big Deal. Fresh and Apple. The Rates wäre unbeatable. Will book it again. What i rallye appreciate is the multilingual Staff. Well mannered and well informed. I Was here 5 years back, it is a huge difference.

Very basic and warn hotel. It was clean. The receptionist was not able to do a basic check-in. There's no elevator, and the hotel is situated far away from basically everything. It was cheap and available, so I gave it a try.

Stayed for 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in the middle of Hilden close to the shopping street and about 15 min walk from the station. The lobby, restaurant/breakfast room was recently renovated because of a serious flooding a couple of years ago. They did a good job, the interior in this part of the hotel has been updated with a very contemporary feel to it. We booked a standard room, however the heating was not working properly and we got upgraded immediately which was very much appreciated. The rooms, looked a little bit dated, but were to my delight utterly spotless. The bathrooms especially the shower trays and doors were immaculate, although some water was leaking onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. The housekeeping department is doing a good job for sure. I was pleased to see soap dispensers installed rather than having all those little customary bottles with soap and gel, saving on plastic. Good forward environmental thinking. Because the floor covering was carpet rather than tiles or laminate I would have liked some of those hotel slippers that are customary in most hotels these days. Also as a 4 star I would expect an iron and board in the room for convenience. The breakfast offerings are the usual fare and I was pleased to see milk alternatives available. The breakfast room was quite busy and you could do with an extra member of staff looking after the buffet to replenish it in time. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think that the room rate charged is very fair and honest but thought that the prize for the breakfast per person maybe at 17 Euros is a bit steep. However, I wholeheartedly can recommend this hotel.

Reserved for one night with grandson (11) as a base for a visit to Neanderthal. Private underground parking, not too wide but more convenient than searching for a place on the street. Friendly welcome but you can best know what German, English or any other language is clearly not their fort. No too large room, but enough for 1 night. Flask of water and tea, no coffee, available. No TV or telephone guide, but menu from the in-house Italian restaurant La Scala. No air conditioning in the room but a window but at higher outdoor temperatures, no cool room. We were both of the same about the poor quality of the head coats, and according to the good German custom, you must make your bed yourself, Maw, throw a layer on it and the donut cover on it again. Bathroom spacious and beautiful with inlet-regen shower, hairdryer also available. Beautiful indoor pool, pleasant water temperature, clothing cabins and free towels available. Only the lockers were not accessible, 4 bedrooms, which is a little on the saving side. Also sauna accessible, only sad that some guests want to use it naked, which is their right of course, but yet less attention in a The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. Finely setting up and, again, you'd better just talk a little German.

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. The city center is about 15 minutes by car. We were in Dusseldorf for 10 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small. A small registration hall is next to the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and finishing are matched to a 3-star hotel. In the bathroom only soap. There are no slippers. They are cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They don't understand English very well. However, they stayed satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. About 15 minutes by car to the city center.

We were attending a wedding party in Düsseldorf with other friends and we just picked this local hotel because it was convenient but we were surprised to see that bit only it was super clean and comfortable but gorgeous too. Their restaurant which we used for breakfast was situated in trees and stream passing by. Very cute and quality of food and variety was great. Very friendly people at counter and kitchen and all over I definitely go back and recommend it if you are not 1st time tourist visiting the town.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, booked in advance, paid in full in advance, Trip.com sent me three confirmation messages before staying at the hotel: 2 rooms, each of which are twin rooms OK. As a result, there is a big bed room at the hotel. I have not changed rooms for a few days to find the hotel and Trip.com. There is no basic integrity in this hotel. There is no change in breakfast for 9 days.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eigentlich kein schlechter, nur sind mir im Nachhinein leider ein paar negative Dinge hängen geblieben. Aber zunächst das positive an diesem Hotel. Der Check-In verlief zugig und ohne Probleme. Ich hatte ein sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite erhalten. Der Begrüßungsdrink + Cocktail am Abend waren lecker und auch das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück am morgen war dann auch lecker. Die Lobby/Bar-Bereich hat mir am morgen besser gefallen wie am Abend zuvor. Nun komme ich aber zu den negativen Dingen, welche mir leider aufgefallen und auch hängengeblieben sind. Das Personal am morgen war leider das komplette Gegenteil vom Abend zuvor. Besonders bei einer Mitarbeiterin kam auf ein Guten Morgen meinerseits keine Antwort. Zudem finde ich das Frühstück mit 17€ viel zu teuer. In allen anderen Moxys in Deutschland kostet dies laut der offiziellen Webseite 10€ bzw. 12€ und in einem anderen 15€. Dies kann die schöne Aufmachung vom Buffet sowie der Geschmack auch nicht retten. Zum Glück hatte ich als Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member 10$ Welcome Gift, um den Preis damit noch etwas zu minimieren. Das Design vom Zimmer möchte ich an dieser Stelle neutral behandeln. Mir hat es zwar Gefallen, nur finde ich den Stil, welcher bei Moxy aktuell zum Einsatz kommt, besser und gelungener. Im Raum gibt es weniger Ablagemöglichkeit und das Bad wirkte durch die schwarzen Fliesen sehr dunkel. Abschließend kann ich also festhalten, dass ich hier meinen ersten auch auch leider letzten Aufenthalt hatte.
