We reached rather late in the middle of the night owing to our late flight. Hotel checked us in with good service. Room was all ready for us. When we got into the room, as we were tired, we immediately decided to sleep then night off. However, upon pulling back the covers, we were surprised that no doubt the bed was clean, the covers were not. There was ***ly hair all under the cover. Plus there was some hu*** skin also. (Disgusting). We immediately removed the cover and slept without the cover. Following morning, we needed to make coffee and tea for ourselves. Unfortunately, there was no electric kettle in the room. Our hopes of having a hot cuppa in the morning were dashed. Bubble burst! So decided to have a shower first. The shower was rather difficult to use as the know for the shower was rather awkwardly placed, hidden under the handle. Plus it was rather difficult to use the shower as you need the shower on at full blast to stay in shower mode. If the shower pressure is low, it automatically drops into bathtub mode. What was pleasant though was the water pressure was awesomely strong. Having had our shower, we went down for breakfast. We were the first there. Variety of vegetarian food was okay, more of Southern Indian, idlis, uppama, and the likes. Non veg had a slightly different menu. Overall, I would say no doubt it is a 5 star hotel, in my point of view, owing to the above it drops to 3 stara only.

Have been a regular patron at Fariyas and the experience has always been the best. Each and every staff member is very courteous, right from the front gate to reception and valet to house keeping. They do their best to ensure maximum comfort to the guests and take care of every detail from checkin to check out. We enjoy the slides at the water park and indoor pool ***** with their buffet spread and kids activities. Our rooms with balconies were spacious. Rooms are great size. Food is good. Staff seem very demoralized. Hardly greet you and won't answer you well. I wonder why they are so unfriendly. If you order tea/coffee for breakfast, rest assured it will take a very very long time before you get it. Very slow service on beverages and other ordered meals for breakfast. It's like they don't want you to order tea/coffee, etc.??? Reception staff don't really try and help you if you need any guidance or help. They also don't listen to your requests but enforce what they want. Example-our meals were supposed to be 20% off as we were attending a wedding and the Agreement with the hotel was to give a 20% off as alot of rooms were booked by the wedding attendees... but at checkout they refused and said its because we booked the rooms from abroad, so the discount doesn't apply??? How's that applicable when we were eating the meals in India and not abroad? A deal is a deal, especially since the wedding gave the hotel so much revenue?? The rooms next to the lifts get a lot of noise all night as the lifts keep beeping... Sadly, we weren't pleased at all with the hotel especially the poor customer service and delays...

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

Wonderful club. Visited with 2 ados for 3 days, lots of activities to keep them busy, squash, badminton, tennis, billiards etc. Etc. Remember to bring your racquets and non marking shoes. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. All the servers are pleasant. Excellent massage by Ms. Anita. Well equipped gym. Movie nights on outdoor large screen. The place is really good value for money. Now the negative found the food super spicy. Billing was a catastrophe with confused pricing between what was on the menu and what was billed. However the staff was ready to accept and make amends. Swimming pool water is cold. Would definitely return and reccomend this hotel/club

The hotel itself is fine, international standards. The headache is that this hotel doesn't seem to be doing business every day and engages in many social activities. The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. Every day from 1pm to 10pm, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room followed the shock, which was too tormenting. In order to earn some extra money, I completely ignore the guests.
